Jak tranzycjonować ciało z pomocą ćwiczeń i odpowiedniej diety? UWAGA, TEMAT WRAŻLIWY! W czasie tranzycji chyba każdej osobie przyszło pytanie: jak można pomóc hormonom? Jeżeli nie wiesz, w jaki sposób ćwiczyć, aby sobie nie zaszkodzić, jak ominąć transfobię i dysforię. A może zastanawiasz się: jakie znaczenie ma dieta w procesie zmiany wagi: odchudzania i tycia.

A w odcinku:
- O ekonomicznej kutwie.
- Obalamy mity BMI.
- Tłuszcze i (nie) straszna soja, odżywki białkowe.
Odcinek ten miał być dodatkiem do odcinka czwartego „Z szafy do szafy, czyli zmiana ubrań”, jednak wyszło nam solidne pół godziny rozmowy. Dlatego pojawia się jako osobny odcinek. Poza tym, w tej formie łatwiej będzie pominąć go, gdyż temat jest delikatny dla wielu osób.
Nie mam pojęcia, w jaki sposób udało nam się przejść od oczekiwań co do ciała do Oppenheimera. Choć był to czas po premierze filmów Barbie i Oppenheimer. To wyszło nam na tyle zabawnie, że ta dygresja została. A inna jest tylko dla wytrwałych osób!
