Hey everyone, Happy Sunday from Abitha. So I wanted to jump on here
and share something really exciting with you. I haven't actually scripted this episode.
I was going to do one tomorrowabout a marketing piece for you, but
I wanted to jump on before thenand share some really exciting news and give

business decisions and business moves I've evermade. I get asked by tons of
people like how did I start mypodcast? Can I give some advice?
Can I give some training and tips? You're going to get all of that

is a fabulous high end brand strategy, how it can help you in your
business, and then of course I'lltalk you through a little bit more about
the upcoming program. I'll also besending out on us letter list and posting
it on my socials. But thisis actually hadn't realized. This is actually
a perfect example of how powerful podcastingis. Right, there's no sales page

yet, there's none of that stuff. It's just me sat here with a
coffee talking to you and connecting withyou and sharing this stuff. So the
reason podcasting is such a fantastic highend brand strategy. When you start your
podcast show, what you're going tofind is people will obviously subscribe to you,

they'll listen to you, they'll builda connection with you. Okay,
so they start building trust, theybuild confidence in you. But more than
that, you're already helping them.So, for example, most of my
clients who joined NMS Academy, orthey joined my coach showing programs, or
they book a the IP day withme, or they come into three or
six month private coaching, they've alreadybeen listening to my podcasts for sometimes a

few months, sometimes years. Sometimesyou know, people will listen all weekend
and then buy things, or they'lllisten for a few weeks and then reach
out. It's so much more organicand high end and authentic than you know,
really long Facebook posts or endless emailcampaigns, or you know tons of
like funnels and low end offers thatlead up to things. My clientele,

my audience is much more sophisticated thanthat, Right, They're much more high
end than that. So what Itend to get is really sophisticated entrepreneurs listening
to my work and wanting to tapinto the high end market themselves, but
also do it in a way that'swhat I call easy and lucrative. Right,

It's low tech, high income.That's my business model. It's what
I teach. You're not going tosee tons of marketing copy on Facebook.
You're not going to see tons oflike email sequences to get people to sign
up. Again, the market's justtoo crowded with all that. Podcasting is
a fabulous way of talking to yourideal clients in a way that's organic and

authentic, but most importantly, it'seffective. Right, So you get to
share the things that are important foryou, you get to connect with your
clients and build a relationship with them, and you also get a long term
brand asset. Okay, I wasa publicist for over ten years and brand
assets are one of the best waysyou can start building a high end business
that's easy and lucrative. You're notconstantly churning out tons of copy for things,

or trying to create all these pintout buttons and all those things.
Again, it's about being much moresophisticated than that. So in the program,
for example, what I'll be teachingyou and sharing with you is how
you could start creating your podcast rightaway. I'm going to coach you on
things like how to get out ofoverwhelm and into nice organic action. So

we're going to do things like puttogether a content plan so you know the
episode you'll be talking about. Ofcourse, you can absolutely do them on
the flight like I do, butI'll be talking you through all those pieces
right how to set your podcasts upfor success, how to plan great content
that your clients will love. I'llalso be showing with you a lot of

high end business strategies that I useas well, so how to make offers
on your podcast, how to useyour podcasts as an income stream, so
things like adverts on your podcasts,sponsored episodes. I'll be doing tons of
pr training on promoting your podcasts inan organic way and really teaching you how

to use your podcast show not onlyfor sales and income and sign ups,
but also for your position. Rightwhen you've got a podcast that people are
connected to, they're subscribed to,they're tuning into, you actually don't have
to keep on trying to sell andtrying to promote and all that stuff on

social media. It's perfect for positioningyourself to the high end market or whatever
that means for you. But there'salso tons of things you can do with
your podcast that I'm going to beteaching you in the program to really level
up your sales skills. And Imean i'll give you a classic example.
Right, rather than having to doa big sales pitt with clients, what

(05:34):
you'll be able to do is thingslike just send them a few episodes of
your podcast to listen to, andthen when they get on the call with
you, or when they get tothe lunch meeting or the coffee, they're
already sold or they've already want towork with you because they've been listening to
you, and they've been engaging withyour work, and they've been getting lots
of value. And I know thatthat gets thrown around a lot in this

industry, Right, You've got toadd value first. What I honestly see
a lot of on social media,it's what I call manipulative value. So
it's like helping people but then tryto almost trick them into buying or manipulate
them into clicking here to buy now. I don't work like that. I've
never been like that. What Ido that works really well for me.
I also coach a mentor my clientson this is how to set up a

high end business model so that youget clients who want to work with you
and it feels organic and it feelsexciting for both of you. I teach
a concept called mutually beneficial business relationships, right. I talk about like long
term mutually beneficial business relationships a lot. And that's exactly what you're going to

(06:40):
learn in Monetize your podcasts. Howto create a podcast show that's going to
be all about creating long term businessrelationships, right, getting your message out
there, helping people, of course, adding lots of actual value to their
life, into their business and whateverit is that you share, but also

how to use your podcasts as alow tech, high income brand strategy.
It's not going to be you know, a super techy how to course.
It's not going to be a course. It's going to require you to learn
tons of like you know, funnelsand coding and sequences. I'm going to
literally be teaching you how to startyour podcast from wherever you're act, so

if you've never recorded one. I'malso going to be teaching you things like
how to start, how to setup your environment so you feel confident,
how to get into the right mindsetfor you record a session, what to
include so that people keep coming backfor more, and there of course wanting
to reach out to work with youprivately or join your group, or buy

your program or your product. I'mgoing to be teaching you things like where
to send your podcast episodes to boostthings like your sales and your sign ups.
I'm also going to coach you ona lot of the reasons I see
people stay very stuck. I canthink of quite a few people who will
tell me things like, oh,I'm I'm gonna do the podcast and then

I'm going to launch this, andthen like six months later, nine months
later, they still happen't. AndI do not say that to be in
any way unkind what I am sayingis, if you're listening to this and
you've been wanting to do a podcastfor a while, don't do that to
yourself. Don't keep putting things offthat you could be doing. Okay,
So if you're waiting to be perfect, take that pressure off of yourself.

(08:30):
Okay, done is better than perfect, all right. If you're feeling overwhelmed
and thinking you have to stick toa schedule and you have to learn all
these complicated funnels or all these complicatedways of doing things, no you don't.
Okay, absolutely do not. Theway I teach a coach on podcasting
in particular is very much about workingwith your personality and your schedule rather than

against it, but also making itfun for you. Okay, making it
fun, right, Let it beeasy and lucrative. I say that a
lot in my programs, in mysessions as well. But when you join
and monetize your podcast, what you'regoing to get is not only six live
sessions. They're audio sessions, soyou can listen to them life or of

course you can connect to the audiosafterwards in your own time and in a
way that works for you. You'realso going to get templates to work with
checklists. You're going to get bonussessions as well, and a one on
one strategy session with me which you'rewelcome to record. This is not a
program that's going to be like acookie cutter how to follow this it techie

sequence. This is about you reallycreating a podcast that feels authentic, but
also working with your schedule, withyour lifestyle, with your goals to really
share who you are on your showso that you can use it as like
I've been saying, a long termwealth strategy and of course a high end
brand asset as well. And I'llbe teaching you things you know throughout the

modules, like you know how toget great, great guests on your show,
you know how to include content that'sreally helpful and it sells, how
to bring your authentic self to theshow. I'll also be covering things like,
you know, should you have aschedule to stick to when it is
the best time to post. I'malso going to be busting a lot of

myths. Okay, I'm speaking fromthis you know, firsthand experience, right,
Like, my podcast is almost fouryears old. It gets me international
clients and some pretty fabulous results inmy business. So what you're going to
be learning for me is not onlythe way I do things, but how
you can do them as well.And there's a lot of people out there

teaching things like you've got to postit only this way and make sure you
say this. I don't believe inthat in my life or my business.
I don't think there's ever a onesize, fixed or approach to anything,
especially not podcasts, because the beautyof it is that if you sharing your
personality, you know, I getlots of people saying things like I felt

like I was having a coffee withyou, or I felt like I was
at a fabul dinner party with youlistening to your podcast, which is exactly
the intention, right I want youto feel close and connected to me.

are in different countries, right soI have a lot of American clients,
I have clients here in Europe andalso a few clients in some wonderful other
places as well. If you can'tattend live, do not worry and don't
let it stop you. You alsoget access to the core recordings so you
can listen to them in your owntime, on your own schedule. I

get some fabulous tootos from people listeningto, like different training calls I've run
from the beach or their balcony ortheir home office. I've been sent pictures
of people skiing listen to me likeit's really fabulous images to see, and
I want the same for you.I want you to feel that sense of

(13:16):
pride in your work when people aroundthe world are listening to you. But
I also want you to enjoy thepractical results as well, seeing it build
up an audience and work for youin your business. So if you've been
thinking about starting a podcast for awhile and you're like maybe not sure where
to start or feeling overwhelmed, thiswill definitely help you. This will be

amazing for you and an amazing investmentin your business and of course in yourself.
You're not going to need to buypretty much anything. I'm going to
be really honest with you. Itake a very low tech approach. You're
not going to need to pay ateam or put tons of time into it.
What you are going to do islearn how to make it fun and
easy and lucrative. If you've alreadygot a podcast, and this is the

beautiful piece. If you've already gota podcast, you're going to learn tons
of business tips and advice and coachingas well. So this is very much
a program that focuses on the businessside of podcasts soon right, the brand
positioning, the creating of brand assets, and really how to connect to high

(14:22):
end clients that will absolutely love workingwith you and engaging with you from your
podcast. One final note from myexperience in podcasting that I want you to
experience as well. A lot ofpeople will talk about things like social media
numbers, want to comments, wantinglikes, right, that doesn't really mean

(14:43):
anything, Okay, it's about checkingyour metrics. So, for example,
all of my high end clients,all of the people who are in you
know, a few of my programs, or they hire me to be their
coach and they keep renewing, somefor two years or more. You know,
I have some clients in several programs, all of them listen to my
podcast. I'm not even bothered aboutpeople clicking on my Instagram or commenting here.

(15:07):
It doesn't mean anything in the realworld. It's vanity metrics. What's
really important as a high end businessowner is the relationship you have with your
high end clients and the money thatyour business is making. Things like wasting
tons of time trying to look popularin social media. It's a little bit
low end. I'm going to bereally honest with you, and it's a

(15:28):
little bit beneath you because I knowif you're listening to this podcast, and
you're still listening to this episode,you want to step into the high end
market, and adding a podcast toyour business model is absolutely one of the
best ways that you can do that. Like I said, you also get
a session with me, which you'rewelcome to record in. That session will

focus exactly on what's important for you. It's not a cookie cutter session.
Right. You'll be sent a lovelyform to fill out before gives me an
idea of where you're at, whatyou need. I can coach you on
