Let's talk about why you need tobe offering VIP packages and programs in your
business and why this is the absolutekey to you really leveling up your money
mindset and the kind of business thatyou're attracting and the money that you're making

of wealth and success that you want. I've been coaching people for over ten
years now through one on one sessions, group programs and in the last few
years from my online academy and ofcourse the podcast that you're listening to as
well. One of the absolute biggestthings I want to give you from this

episode is really the mindset around offeringVIP packages and programs in your business and
why this is so important really toall of you, even if you're brand
new, even if you've been inbusiness a very long time. Let's just
dive in. So most people cometo me for private coaching or they join
MMS Academy because they want to startbuilding a high end business. Right they

want to start charging a lot more. They want to be making a lot
more money. They want to reallylevel up their relationship with money and the
kind of people that they're working withand really how they're showing up in their
business. Now, one of thebiggest things I did to really level up
my mindset around money and also thekind of clients I'm attracting is by offering
VIP packages and services. Now Iteach this in depth inside of MMS Academy.

There's literally a whole training called VIPhigh end Offers and how to create
them. I walk you through themindset, I give you loads of examples.
There's also templates to use as well, and I cover them regularly in
our weekly mindset and coaching calls.But this is something I've been saying for
probably I would say at least fiveyears now. There's already going to be

a portion of your clients and customerswho would naturally want a kind of VIP
option to working with you, oran upgrade or a next level offer,
but they can't upgrade themselves if it'snot there. So this is about you
making space for more of what youwant in your life, creating the offers
(02:19):
that you love clients to say yesto. And something I see a lot
of people doing is putting this off. They think are not ready to do
the IP offers. I'll wait alittle bit longer. Don't do that to
yourself. Take this episode as asign it's time for you to embrace VIP
clients VP offers. This is aboutseeing yourself as someone who deserves to be

paid really well for their time andenergy, who deserves to work with VIP
clients who are more committed, whoare paying you a lot more, and
really take themselves and what you doseriously. So a VIP offer or a
package is typically speaking some kind ofan upgrade, so they get more time
with you, they get access tomore things, they get longer sessions,

maybe more contact between sessions, moreresources and services, etc. So in
my business, I offer VIP StrategyDays. This is a one day package
where we meet either in person inAbitha or online and we set a very
clear, customized agenda based on what'simportant to the client. Some programs I've

been in have taught you do customize. I think that's ridiculous. I do
probably mostly customized in my business becauseit's very important to me that the client
gets what they need. So inthat example, when a client signs up
with me for a VIP day,we do a pre session call, they
get sent a form. We mapout what's most important to them, so
(03:49):
things like will coach on their pricing, their packages, their offers, their
marketing plan, you know, willreally do a lot of the work together.
We'll also coach and create for goalsand then we'll set things like accountability
check ins and next steps and plans. And the reason people will book those
with me is because they want thatexperience of having a day being fully immersed
(04:13):
in their goals and their mindset,and they also want that uninterrupted one on
one time with me. So Iteach you how to do the IP days
in MS academy. They're an absolutegame changer for not only the money that
you make you can charge really wellfor them, but also the kinds of
clients that you're tracked. And Iwant to talk to this for a moment
now. So if you want toreally level up how you see yourself,

the kind of money that you're making, how you're perceived in your industry,
you need to start offering VIP packagesand programs. If you're charging the same
as you were last year the yearbefore. If you're just offering one kind
of package, you're really leaving alot of money on the table, but
you're also kind of undervaluing yourself andyou're not making anywhere near the kind of

money that you really could be.I remember the first time. I can
remember two times that it was likea real breakthrough for me. One of
them was one I signed my firsthigh ticket client, so it was more
than I'd ever charged before. Thiswas a client I absolutely adored working with.
We started with a VIP day,so they booked me for an entire
(05:23):
day. We coached on their mindset, the business. We looked at like
pr strategy. We coached on pricingand mapping out offers that really felt fun
but also were lucrative for them.And at the end of the day,
after we had mapped out a fewnew things, they said to me,
like, what do you recommend next? And I sent over some packages after
(05:44):
we said goodbye and chatted, andthey replied with VIP option please, And
they booked that VIP option and thatwas one transaction paid upfront for the next
three months of coaching. That wasmore than I've ever been paid up front
by a client, and it completelychanged the way I saw myself, the
results I was getting in my business, and also my confidence as a coach,
(06:08):
because when somebody's investing like that inthemselves through you, magic happens.
And this client was a client fora very long time, and it really
changed the way I saw myself anda kind of business that I was attracting
and doing. So this is anotherreminder for you, right always add in
things like a VIP option to yourpackages. Again, I teach this in
(06:32):
depth inside of MMS Academy. Igive you examples of how to do it,
what to call things, how tostructure things, that kind of thing.
But that never would have happened ifI hadn't had that be an option
in my business and in my packages. So a lot of people, for
example, who will come to mefor coaching, they'll say, oh,
(06:54):
you know, I want to workwith higher end people. I want to
make a lot more money. Well, let it be easy for yourself.
Then, you know, I saythis probably to every client at some point.
It's about making offers that are inline with your income goal. So
I'll just play with some numbers here. For example, if these are too
low for you, just you putthem into a context that works for you.

If these feel too high for you, same thing. This is just
an example. Let's say you wantto make an additional ten grand a month.
Okay, rather than selling ten onethousand dollars or pound packages, focus
on creating a ten thousand dollars orpound package that you sell one of.
So you could easily put together aVIP package that is the amount that you

want to add to your income,and then just focus on signing up one
person to that month. That's supereasy, is super doable, and it's
about you allowing yourself to make alot more money in a lot less time
and really letting go of that employeemindset that trading time for money that like
lack energy that is going to keepyou really stuck. Whatever you're doing right,

whether you're a coach, consultant,trainer, teacher, healer, salon
owner, real estate agent, Idon't care. I work with people in
so many industries. VIP packages andoffers not only are a possibility for you,
but there's something that will really changethe kind of money that you're making
(08:22):
and the clients that you're working withas well. So it's about you making
space in your business, in yourlife for higher paying clients. Let's say
you're charging a certain amount for yourpackages and programs right now, and you're
thinking, I'd love to work withhigher end clients. I'd love to be
making a lot more money. Soraise your fees and start doing high end

So we'll take a look at yourbusiness model or look at design your
ideal VIP offers, will show youhow to price them most importantly, and
then all you need to do isstart talking about them to people. Right

so when you have a discovery session, you can let people know I have
a VIP option I think would begreat for you. Just saying that completely
levels up how you see yourself.You know, think about why people upgrade
to things like first class when they'retraveling, why people want certain brands,
why people want the suite rather thana normal hotel room. Yeah, okay,

there's a level of that which isabsolutely practical, right, it's more
comfortable, but there's also something elsein there. That person is investing in
themselves. They're upgrading the way theysee themselves and they're raising their standards.
So if you're a coach, forexample, and you start offering VIP packages,
it means maybe longer sessions with you, maybe a VIP day with you.

It means access to maybe more ofyour classes and courses. So your
client gets a lot more of whatthey want from you, what they need
from you, but you're being paida lot more. So it really is
also a win win situation. It'sabout creating something in your business that benefits
both of you. You're being paida lot more, which means you're making

more money. You're seeing yourself asan upgraded version of yourself, but then
your client's also getting a lot moreof what they want from you. You
know, people can't upgrade themselves tooffers that you're not making. So if
you have a client at the momentwho you've been working with for a while,
maybe it's time to offer them aVIP package. Maybe it's time for

them to start leveling up the packagesthey're investing in, because that's the other
piece here, it's not just aboutyou being paid more and the client getting
a lot more. It's actually aboutthe client leveling up. So when a
client books a VIP package, aVIP day, a three months level up
program, six months, one year, whatever it is, they're also going
(11:01):
to level up in other areas oftheir life as well, because what they're
doing is stepping into that version ofthemselves where they're taking themselves seriously. For
example, when clients sign up withme for a VIP day, magic happens
outside of the session already because they'vekind of taken that step forward to say
I'm serious about my goal, I'mcommitted, and I'm jumping in. So

we do you know, we celebrateand we do lots of great stuff like
that, but we also map outstuff like fresh new income goals plans to
get them there. We map outthings like offers, high end offers,
so rather than just messing around withlike mid level offers, we map out
things like their dream client offers.You know, they're five figure programs,
(11:48):
they're six figure programs. We mapout all of those things that are not
only doable, but they're absolutely availablefor you as well. You can experience
this in your business. You canwork with these kinds of people. So
the reason you need to be offeringVOP programs in your business, there's not
one reason, there's many. Theyallow you to make a lot more money
in less time. You're perceived completelydifferently. You know, you do command
(12:13):
a lot more respect when you're charginga lot more and offering VIP packages and
offers. It boosts your self confidencein yourself. You're making a lot more
money, but you're also working withclients who are taking you a lot more
seriously, and they're taking themselves seriouslyas well. People get triggered when I
say things like this, But ifyou're doing super low end offers and your

pricing is quite low, you're goingto attract clients who you know they're not
really going to take it very seriously. They're not very committed, they're probably
not going to be great to workwith, and they're less likely to continue
working with you. On the otherend of things, when you work with
clients who are signing up to VIPpackages, those are the clients who will
keep booking. Those are the clientswho will form a lovely, long term
(12:58):
relationship with you. One of thetrainings I did last year inside of LEMS
Academy was exactly about that. Itwas about how to focus on long term
business relationships with high end clients.You know, if you've got a client
who's regularly re enrolling in a VIPprogram with you, you're making fabulous money
(13:20):
from just one client. So ratherthan having to constantly find a new client
or constantly sell something else, letit be easy, right, Let it
be consistent and easy for you.So the other option, or rather the
other benefit I should say with VIPpackages is a lot of people will pay
(13:41):
upfront for them because it's kind oftheir way of like investing in themselves.
But also it's going to show youthat you really shouldn't be making assumptions.
So people will say things to melike will people pay that? Or people
won't pay me that. Most ofthat is in your head. Yeah,
there are practical is absolutely right.Your branding matters, of course, your
experience matters. Absolutely. You wantto be making sure that you're great at

your job, but it's not yourbusiness to decide what people will amone pay.
Don't put that energy of lack ontoother people, and definitely don't put
it onto yourself. So when you'redoing things like offering VIP packages and programs.
Let people know we have a payin full bonus. You know,
so clients who pay in full,clients who invest in full or enroll in
(14:30):
full, whatever you want to callit, get this fabulous bonus, or
they get an additional session, orthey get access to this. Put things
in place in your business to makespace for what you want. So if
one of your goals, for example, for Spraying or for the rest of
this year and of course beyond,is to start making a lot more money,
is to start leveling up the kindsof people that you work with,
(14:52):
you absolutely need to be offering VIPpackages and programs. And they can come
in the form of and alone forIP days. They can come in the
form of upgrades. So looking atyour normal packages and programs and creating a
VIP upgrade for each one of those. Maybe you have more of a service
based business or you do products,absolutely the same thing. You can always
(15:16):
introduce VIP packages and programs or upgrades. I should say, whatever your business
model is, if I was doinga group coaching session, I would be
confident that I could show anybody inthat room how to offer a VIP option.
I don't care what industry you're in. If you offer just packages,
you could offer a VIP membership.You could offer a VIP upgrade on an
(15:39):
option. Right. If you dolike services, let's say it's not necessarily
coaching, it's maybe consulting, orit's mentoring, or do you run a
salon, you can always introduce VPoffers and you can position them in a
way where the client sees it's ano brainer, like, of course they
would want to spend more time withyou. Of course they would want more
(16:00):
services or more support. So thepossibilities really are endless when you start embracing
the VIP business model, and asI teach the high end business model as
well, I teach all of thisand more in depth inside of MMS Academy.

But it's also about something else.It's also about creating that lovely,
mutually beneficial long term business relationship.So if you're only offering one way of
working with you, if you onlyhave one program or one service, you
really are leaving a lot of moneyon the table, and you're also leaving
a lot of your own growth onthe table as well, so let it
(17:48):
be easier for you. You know, creating a VIP package that's more than
you've ever charged before will also supportyou with stepping into that next level self
rather and thinking about it or puttingit off. But it's also going to
allow you to meet your income goalsquicker with more ease. So you're not
thinking I've got to sell more ofthese packages or to try and sign up
(18:12):
more people to this. Let itbe easy for yourself. The energy of
the IP packages and offers and upgrades, it's exactly that. It's about upgrading
how you see yourself, the kindof money that you're making, and again
really letting it be easy and highend for you. So I'm going to

You know, look at hotel chains, look at spars, look at
shops, look at you know,travel companies, airlines, all of them
are doing VIP upgrades and offers.And all of the big coaches in the
industry, all of the big trainersand teachers, all of them are doing
VIP days. Behind the scenes.There's this thing at the moment online I'm

seeing where people are sort of saying, if you just show up online all
the time and you are constantly doinga live or a video, people will
click here and they'll buy things.Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't.
It's certainly not a business model Iwould recommend, because what you're doing is
you're kind of gambling with many factors. Whereas when you're having conversations with people
(19:44):
and you're enrolling them into a VIPhigh end package of yours, you're making
fabulous money, but you're doing itin a way that's long term and consistent,
and you're really attracting people who areagain much more likely to be great
clients, do the work on theirend and take themselves and use seriously.
