2) Procura asociarte con personas que influyan positivamente en tu vida y aléjate lo más que puedas de las personas negativas.
3) El caos forma parte de la vida y no siempre podrás evitarlo. Aprende a vivir con el caos y aprende las lecciones que esté viene a enseñarte.
4) Presta atención a las palabras. Las palabras ejercen un gran poder en nuestra mente.
5) Procura satisfacer tus necesidades espirituales. Acércate a Dios y permite que su influencia traiga paz y tranquilidad a tu mente.
6) Se tu mismo, no finjas ser quien no eres. Muéstrate con tu cara real.
