(00:00):
Hi, everyone, Welcome back toanother episode of Motivation Zone. It is
your host here, Monica. Superexcited to be with you guys, and
we're going to dive into the topicof self awareness, belief, and influence.
And I know this sounds like somebroad topics that we're putting together,

(00:20):
but they really do line up witheach other. And the reason why I
want to go into this because I'vebeen thinking through my podcast as of recent
and I'm like, hmm, thereare so many angles that i want to
go at in my podcast, especiallyright now when we're in this political climate.
There's a lot going on in thesedifferent countries, so that means there

(00:43):
are a lot of conversations that arehappening online. And I was recently helping
out a client and I was researchingsomething concerning promoting on social media. And
as I'm doing research and looking throughvideos and all that, these are things
that I already know myself personally, but I like to try to give each

(01:04):
individual some type of resource that theycan resort back to, you know,
based on the things that I'm tellingthem. And I'm just looking and I'm
like, there is so much contentright now to go through. It used
to be there are only a fewdifferent content creators who are posting on certain
topics right especially when it comes tobusiness. But now so many people are

(01:29):
doing it. And then I'm sittinghere like, Okay, who should I
refer to when it comes down tothis information, because not everybody teaches it
the same way or explains it thesame way, or you know, people
have a different agenda when it comesdown to posting videos. Some people are

(01:49):
doing it for views, some peopleare doing it to sell a course,
you know, whatever the case maybe. So there's a lot going on
online right now, and I didn'treally lies, even before my very eyes,
how much social media has changed andhow much the conversations have changed.

(02:10):
And it really kind of threw meoff a little bit because I'm watching the
things that are being said, especiallyabout important things like politics, that will
blow your mind. And I justsaw someone say recently that there is no
such thing as right and wrong. It's only their opinion and your opinion,

(02:32):
and I was like, what, this is crazy, And this is kind
of the climate that we're in.Most celebrities or politics are right now garnishing
their own levels of fans, youknow what I mean. Everybody's collecting their

(02:54):
own levels of fans. And thesefans, depending on that level, right,
they are going to go hard forthat person, no matter what,
no matter what's being said, nomatter what truths are there, all of
this great stuff. And I'll giveyou a quick example. Candace Owens is
someone who recently had a lot oflittle transitions going on. She was fired

(03:17):
from her job. And I'm tryingto think of the platform as I never
really followed the platform, but Idid follow Candace Owens at one point.
And I'll tell you guys when Ifollow her real quick, because I'm gonna
give you guys this example. Andso Candace decided in twenty twenty that she
was going to go after Black LivesMatter. Okay, she felt like Black

(03:42):
Lives Matter was a scam and shewanted to expose them. And I'm gonna
get to something here, you guys, so hang with me, Okay.
So she wanted to expose them, and so she was on her social media
and her podcast and she's talking aboutBlack Lives Matter house a scam and all
these things. Now, to takeyou guys back really quick, twenty twenty,

(04:04):
we had the very public cases ofGeorge Floyd. We had the Breonna
Taylor and the Ahmad Aubrey case.Candice decides, now, mind you,
let me just tell you about myself. I'm following these cases not because necessarily
I'm looking it up, but becauseit's out there, right, So of

(04:28):
course we clicked the videos. We'relooking at the news. There was a
lot of protests going on around thesethings, and mind you, just to
tell you where I was at atthe time. I do not believe in
destroying my own city for the sakeof getting a point across. That was
just not something that I cheered for. Now, of course, there's been
a lot said about those protests, people coming in from other states and destroying

(04:48):
things, whatever the case may be. Hopefully, you know, at the
end of the day, there wassome truth exposed about that for the people
that had to experience that, andhopefully they are a able to grow and
gain something from that experience. Butit's not just it's not something I supported.
Okay, I feel like there arebetter ways to do things, and

(05:10):
that was just my thought at thetime. Now, I watched the video
of George Floyd, I watched theincident. I see these three cops,
one on his neck, one onhis back, one on his legs,
and they're putting their pressure and waiton this man, now, mind you,
it is true. So I'm gettingsomewhere with this, So hanging there
with me. It is true thatGeorge Floyd was on drugs at the time,

(05:36):
and it is true that he waspurchasing something from the store and they
thought that he handed them some counterfeitmoney. It is also true that he
could have been handing them money thathe did not know was counterfeit, because
that's happened plenty of times, andas counterfeit money has exchanged hands, if

(05:57):
the teller, the cashier, orwhoever does not catch that its counterfeit,
is easy and that could have beenanybody handing them counterfeit money. So we
will never know because, as youknow, what turned out to be that
situation. So let me continue onto give you guys my example. So
Candice decides that she's going to usethe Black the Joys Floyd case to go

(06:25):
after Black Lives Matter because that casepretty much steamrolled the Black Lives Matter movement.
Okay, the Black Lives Matter isnot a movement that I personally supported
in its hole. What it lookedlike at the time something was very off
about it to me as well. But at the same time, I am

(06:49):
going to be someone who is constantlylooking for the right and the wrong in
the situation, Who's going to belooking to see what the truth is in
the situation, and then I'll gooff of that. I tried to go
on a case by case basis insteadof merging everything together in one. So

(07:12):
I understood Candice is gripe with BlackLives Matter. But then at the same
time, I'm saying to myself, okay, so how is she going to
approach this? She made a wholedocumentary about it. I refuse to watch
it because I'm like, I'm overit because of one thing Candas did.
So. Once the autopsy came outfor George Floyd, it was determined that

(07:35):
he had died of apphixiation. Itwas not determined that he had died over
a drug overdose. Now, mindyou, there are plenty of people on
the streets right now. There areplenty of documentaries out about people on the
streets right now who have gotten high, passed out, went to sleep on
the sidewalk, and woke up thenext day to do it all over again.

(07:56):
So we know that someone who hadin their system is not necessarily on
the verge of overdosing all the time, because if that's the case, then
we wouldn't have so much drugs onthe streets and addicts would not have the
ability to be an addict if theyjust got high and died every single time.
Right. And then we also knowthat cops have the ability to arrest

(08:24):
someone high, and it's happened plentyof times where people on drugs or people
selling drugs and on drugs have beenarrested successfully have to go to jail and
then they're released on you know, whatever their terms are. So we do
know that that is also a fact. Well, Kennics decided that she was

(08:46):
going to report even though the autopsycame out that George Floyd had died of
apphixiation. That means his air supplywas cut off. That is something that
they can clearly when they are evaluatingthe body. She decided to continue to

(09:07):
support her narrative that Black Lives Matterwas a scam and a sham and no
one should be reporting it. Shecontinued to report that George Floyd died of
an overdose, undermining the eye tooptopsy once it came out. So when
she did that and I followed herright, I was like, okay,

(09:30):
I'm out. I can't support peoplewho, regardless of the truth, they
continue to run a narrative because itmakes them look better. And once she
did that, that let me knowher character how far she was willing to
go, because it could have easilybeen said, you know what, I

(09:54):
see what's happening. And at first, when she first started talking about the
George Floit case, she was simpaththeticin a way of her speech where she
said, you know, that's nota good thing that this cop sat on
his neck for this long, andshe said, you know, the law
would have to deal with him accordingly. So she admitted that. And then

(10:16):
as time went on and as herannoyance group with that particular group, she
decided, yeah, I'm not goingto back this anymore. I'm going to
just put it all on George Floydbecause I really don't like this group that's
backing this situation and who's out herein these streets and they're doing these protests
and all these things. So I'mgoing to continue to push a narrative.

(10:41):
So as she's pushing this narrative, her own audience began to eat off of
that. It's the same thing withthe Breonna Taylor case because Black Lives Matter
ended up picking up on so muchof these things. And I'm not speaking
on these due to the race element. I'm not even touching that right now.

(11:03):
I'm speaking specifically on the facts ofcases and the facts of life that
right now are being shoved out thewindow and everybody's just sharing opinions as if
there's no truth and as if there'sno facts to go after. And that's
what I want to talk to youguys about today. That is my motivation

(11:26):
for this podcast today. So withthe Breonna Taylor case, we find out
that allegedly, because it still hasnot fully come out all the details of
that case, but allegedly she hadan ex boyfriend who was dabbling in something
and he used to live at herapartment. But what we do know is

(11:48):
true is she had a new boyfriendwho was at the apartment at the time.
What has come out since then isthat the old boyfriend hadn't been over
there or seen her within a year'stime or something like that, which it
is true that someone can date someonewho then goes off and does some criminal

(12:09):
crap that does not have to dowith you as a person, because that's
your ex you know, that's somebodyyou used to know, you know what
I mean. And so, longstory short, the cops break into her
apartment. The boyfriend is there atthe time. He's the one who shot
off the gun. She's the onewho gets shot and killed, and she
was sleeping, you know, kindof getting up in a panic, and

(12:33):
so it was an unfortunate situation. And come to find out, they shouldn't
have never been in her apartment tobegin with. So there's a lot of
elements to that. But Candice decidesto say, oh, well, she
was helping her criminal boyfriend, andI see now that's still the narrative that

(12:56):
so many people who followed her arepushing, even though that is not the
facts of the case. Even thoughthis young lady had a new boyfriend,
which would let you know, shemoved on from that person. Maybe she
found out that he was not anygood for her, Maybe she found out
that he was a criminal, andthen she ended up losing her life.
Unfortunately, guilty by association in away, especially when it's old association,

(13:22):
right, And so two unfortunate situationsand two things that Canice decided to run
with a narrative that was not trueor proven, and then that caused the
audience who followed her, who supportsthe crap that she says just because she

(13:43):
says it without blinking an eye,she must be right. Oh, because
she challenges things, she must beright. And because of this attitude that's
happening right now, it's causing peopleto not use their very own critical thinking.
It's causing people to not judge whatthey themselves believe. And then we

(14:09):
just jump on things because we likesomeone or we support it someone. And
I'm encouraging you guys today to blindlysupport no one. I'm serious, guys.
I cannot stress enough that everyone makesmistakes. No one is always speaking

(14:33):
matter of fact, and you needto know the differences and do not participate
in latching on to not one personand holding on to every single thing they
say. Because there is a rightand wrong, and it is one beautiful
thing when you have the freedom toexplore those rights and wrongs for yourself.

(14:58):
If you do not explore those wrongfor yourself, you are in what I
call a cult. And then youbecome someone who's following cult mentalities, which
means that there is one leader andeverything that leader says is what everyone does.
Everything that leader says to believe iswhat everybody believes. And because of

(15:22):
this type of mentality, it causespeople to jump on things that are not
solid and then next thing you know, people are in trouble. We get
in trouble. Society is in troublebecause so many people are just walking around
repeating what they have heard rather thanexploring truth, rather than exploring what's wrong

(15:50):
and coming out with a sound judgment. And that is still a very necessary
thing. So for myself, insteadof latching on to what Cannice Owens was
saying at the time, instead offollowing her blindly because oh she said some
things I've agreed with, I decidedto do my own research. And there

(16:15):
are documents, legal documents you canobtain to read the facts of these things
to know what it is, andthen you can pick from there what it
is that you believe. So yourbelief system, what you believe in right
now, is important because what webelieve in, we tend to abide by,

(16:41):
work by, speak on, andwe grab life based on and we
approach life based on what we believe, and so understanding that sound judgment and
that there is a right from wrong, okay, and that there is not

(17:03):
just opinions that exist is a goodplace to start. And I'm telling you,
guys, something I believe, right, So using Canis again as an
example, because I feel like thisis a good example because it's one that's
fresh for me. She was wrongfor saying that George Floyd died of a

(17:25):
drug overdose when it is indeed afact based on proper examination, that he
died of affhixiation. And so tosay that is not her speaking an opinion
and just saying, oh, well, this is something I believe. No,

(17:47):
that is you telling a lie.And that's the next thing I want
to talk about you guys, isthere are people who are now putting this
out here that there is no rightfrom wrong, only opinions, which means
then if that is the truth, then no one is capable of lying.

(18:07):
Then right, there's no such thingas a liar anymore, because everything is
just opinion based. And if youhave your beliefs, then I have my
beliefs. Then we just stay inour corners with our beliefs. No,
No, definitely not if something isa fact and then someone goes against that

(18:30):
fact with something that is a nontruth or fact, that is a lie,
okay, and that brings me intoinfluence. So I was listening to
something that was going on recently withthe LBGTQ community, and let me tell

(18:52):
you, guys, off the rip, I don't care what other people are
doing in their life lifestyles. Idon't care. But what I do care
about is when it starts affecting exactlywhat we've been talking about, my beliefs
and the truth. The truth isa man cannot give birth. That has

(19:15):
been a truth since the beginning oftime. Women have the reproductive organs and
can give birth. Okay. Thereis a fact that there is a huge
difference between women and men, menopausebeing a big one, because I don't

(19:37):
know any men who have to gothrough that. If so many things that
men versus women don't have to gothrough because of the differences in our sex,
it is crazy. So dressing upas one of the other sex does
not change those truths. And nowI'm hearing that there is an argument out

(19:59):
here on what a woman is.And I've seen several women being asked,
what is a woman, and they'relike, I can't really answer that scientifically,
or that is not my department,so I can't answer that question.
And so then you think to yourself, well, when did this start?

(20:22):
When did you become I guess youcan say ignorant to the term woman.
And there are so many layers tothis. I can't even begin to touch
them all because I don't know themall. But I just want to stick
to what the facts are. Sonow there's this group of people and it's

(20:47):
not even a full group because outof all of those alphabets, everyone believes
in something different. You have thenon binaries who don't believe in any gender.
You have the transgender who believes inswitching genders. It's a lot going
on, and they don't even agreewith each other. Okay, it's just
a thing. So the influence ofthis group and the loudness of it is

(21:14):
causing people who have never questioned thisin their lives to now not be able
to give a solid answer when beingasked who they are. Who are you?
I know, speaking with you guystoday, that I am a woman
and I'm happy that God placed mehere as such. This is my actual

(21:37):
natural gender. Okay, and I'mproud of that fact. And the reason
why I'm bringing this up. I'mgiving you guys examples of some of the
things that are going on, someof the things that are trinkling down,
and some of the things that needto be addressed in house. In your
self self preservation. Okay, lookingat you, you have to decide what

(22:04):
you believe or all of this influencethat's out here will start to come down
on you. And you don't wantto be someone if someone walks up and
asks you, who are you?And do you believe you're this or that?

(22:25):
And then you're unable to give asolid answer. The reason why you
don't want to be in that positionis because then it will be easy to
influence and manipulate you. So ifsomeone was to ask me, well,
what's the difference between a man anda woman, my first clearest answer would
be reproductive organs. That would bemy first answer. And am I a

(22:52):
woman? The clear answer would bea yes. Right. And so with
that being said, and this isjust one of the cases. It's a
big one. You know, atfirst, everybody was like, well,
we're not gonna have to worry aboutthis. They're a small group of people.
But now we're in a situation wherethis has become political positioning for this

(23:17):
community of people. And because ofthe political positioning of it, the things
that are being said and the thingsthat are being replaced, the truths that
are being replaced, is off thecharts. And I recently engaged in a
conversation about bathroom privileges for transgenders, and I had a man say, well,

(23:44):
what's the big problem? And he'sa part of this community, and
they said, well, what's thebig problem? You know with transgenders using
especially the woman's bathroom. You don'treally see this argument happening when it comes
to the men's bathroom. And Iwould be interested to know if the transgender
men are really that interested in goingto men's bathrooms. I feel like they

(24:07):
may be a little bit intimidated, but this is a huge conversation when it
comes down to the women's bathroom forwhatever reason. And so I commented and
I said, well, if we'regonna go to the facts on this,
this is me again, because you'renot gonna sit here and play with me
and make me think something other thanthis. The facts are right now that

(24:30):
no matter where we go, therehas always been a separation between men's bathrooms
and women's bathrooms always, So whyis this even a conversation when men and
women have been using separate bathrooms aslong as I can remember, unless you

(24:52):
are in a situation in a locationor place where they have the joint bathrooms
or family they call family rooms familybathrooms where anyone could go in. And
usually those bathrooms are literally just onetoilet, one sink. You go in,
you lock the door, you flush, you you wash your hands,
you come out, and the nextperson goes in. So this is not

(25:15):
like multiple people and mixed people cango into a bathroom. I've never been
in a restroom where it's you know, six, seven eighth stalls and then
men and women are all going inand all those stalls all day long.
Never seen it personally. Could bedifferent somewhere else, but I have not.

(25:36):
So I threw back that argument tosay, why are we even talking
about this when this has been thecase, and now all of a sudden,
you all do not believe that womenfeel a posed or reigned upon with
these ideas that now we have touse the bathroom with men who are dressed

(25:57):
like women, And I do,and I must say not all transgenders are
fully transitioned. So you still walkingin the bathroom with your ponis and you
dress like a woman. I havean issue with that because to me,
it's privacy, it's security, allof those things are in question for me

(26:19):
personally, and because of that feelingof safety for a woman, We've had
separate bathrooms from actual men who dresslike men, and I feel it should
be the same for transgenders. AndI'm gonna give you guys a solution I
have for this while I'm on thetopic, because I feel like I'm gonna
bring all of this full circle.I don't care if someone transitions into one

(26:45):
sex or the other. I don'tcare, right like, I just really
don't. But what I feel thesolution is gonna be if this is gonna
be allowed, is that transgenders whoare really carded as that cannot be cross
dressers. Because really, if youstill you'll have all your equipment of the
gender that you're trying to transition from, you're just cross dressing. To me,

(27:06):
Okay, that's all it is,cosplay whatever. Okay, So what
I recommend that the government does, this is my argument. I feel like
the government should require that if anyonewants to be completely acknowledged as a as
the opposite sex, they must havegone through all of the surgeries to get

(27:26):
the proper things handled before they cancome in there and use women bathroom.
If you if you were once aman and you've transitioned to a woman and
you no longer have that equipment thatyou're working with, then okay, I
can understand you coming into the woman'sbathroom, truthfully, because I get that
at this point. But if you'rejust dressing, anyone could do that,

(27:49):
anyone composed as a woman or aman. But to say you're truly transgender,
I feel like all the whole entireprocess needs to be complete before you
have certain legal rights to do certainthings when it comes down to that sex
that you transition to, participating insports, all of those things. That's

(28:11):
just my opinion, okay. Butwith that being said, I am not
going to sit here and be influencedout of what I've seen and known to
be the truth for all my life. And these are big conversations, you
guys, And this is going tobe an even bigger conversation come this twenty

(28:32):
twenty four election. Okay, theseare just my thoughts, and so I
know if you're like me and you'resomeone who looks at things from the perspective
of this is what I know, this is what I've understood, this is
what I've researched. And then youfeel like you're the one losing your marbles
because everybody is talking against it oryou know, it's so many sides to

(28:56):
the coins. Pick your beliefs anddon't be so easily influenced. Once you
know what you believe, it's veryhard to pull you into certain things and
rope you into where you feel likeyou're spiraling and you're one way, you're
one day on this side and thenext day on the other side, and
you're just being tossed back and forit. Pick something. Okay, now

(29:21):
real quick, this lines up withand I told you this is all gonna
come together. So we've covered beliefwe've covered influence, and now we're gonna
get into self awareness. And Ifeel like this right here is the most
important. And this is for anybodyLBGTQ, you me, Christians, non

(29:51):
Christian, it doesn't matter. Everybody. Self awareness, the definition of it
is a conscious knowledge of one's owncharacter, feelings, motives, and desires.
So I realize that there are alot of people who truly don't know

(30:17):
themselves. They're waiting to be filledwith something, waiting for the experience to
come to say whether they like somethingor not, whether they stand on something
or not. So character building, and I have to go back to this.
I wish I ever looked this up. I have to go back and

(30:41):
look up what builds character. Andyou guys may know this, you're probably
already saying it to yourself, butI'll look it up later. But either
way, it goes As we're goingthrough life, there are certain experiences that
we have and depending on how we'reresponding to those experiences, depending on how
we're learning from those experiences and applyingthat knowledge from those experiences, will determine

(31:07):
our character as we're moving forward, right, building good character character building right?
And so in that this goes backto self awareness is also simply knowing
who you are. How do Irespond to certain things? What am I
interested in? What is my contributionto society? What do I desire as

(31:33):
my overall outcome in life? Whatis my intentions with this person that person,
with this coming, this going? And I feel like knowing that and
discovering that is such a marvelous journey. I have been personally very thankful several

(31:56):
moments recently in my life that Istopped and stood in one place, just
stood there, and it hit methat I have had the true privilege of
understanding myself more and more and moreand not getting lost in the sauce,
as they say. And if youwant to get the concept of that,

(32:21):
get out a bowl of sauce, any type of sauce, tomato, sauce,
whatever, throw a coin in it, and then try to find it.
That's what it means to get lostin the sauce. And I can
say a lot of people are cookingup many different types of sauces in society,
and you can truly get lost init. And so for me,

(32:46):
I've had the opportunity. And it'sbecause I do know myself. I knew
myself to an extent. I understoodsome of the things that I don't like.
I understand some of the things Idon't like to participate. And I
also understand when I'm hurt or whenI need to heal from something, or

(33:07):
when something is traumatizing me or throwingme off my game right or when things
are more beneficial for me and whenthings are helping me to feel at my
very best. And so I amvery grateful to have been able to take
the time to think those things throughand to come to conclusions for myself that

(33:31):
I'll be able to stand on.And that's no matter what's being said,
what influences are out there, who'sdoing what I can stand on my own
and that's a good place to be. So for those of you who are
out, you're busy all the timeand you're trying to find the time or

(33:54):
you need to find the time forself just to do some self work,
some mental work. And I sayit's a good thing to do periodically,
because it's not good to always getup and go and not understand why you're
getting up and going. You're justdoing it, you know, or it's
routine. You know. I'm usedto it. I'm used to this,

(34:16):
I'm used to that. I'm usedto doing it this way. It's not
necessarily always the best thing, becausewhen you get used to something, then
when there are transitions getting ready tohappen, and when new things are coming
along, you miss it. Youmiss opportunities because you want to stick with
what's familiar, and that's not thebest thing either. So for those of

(34:39):
you who are busy, busy, busy lives, a lot of you guys
are working super hard out here, you know, trying to make ends meet,
making sure you get those bills paidand all that great stuff. What
I recommend is look at your routine, look at your comings and goings.
If you have time on off andthen you're constantly spending that with other people,

(35:02):
ask yourself why and if you candiw that back for a moment,
to get a hold of yourself. If you've been feeling overwhelmed, if you've
been feeling like, hey, I'mnot understanding some things. I just feel
outside myself, that is usually thesign that you need to take some time

(35:22):
out for yourself, which means distancingyourself for some time, just saying you
know, look, guys, youknow i'll hang out later. I'm gonna
spend some time writing, reading, biking, hiking, you know whatever.
That can bring you back to aself aware place. So that way,

(35:44):
when you are back up and backout, you know what your character is,
You understand your feelings, you donow know why you do the things
you do, so your motives andtensions are right, and then also you
can make better decisions because you knowthe results that you desire and you know

(36:08):
what you're going for instead of justgetting out of there, going going,
going, going going. That ismy motivation that I want to pass off
to you guys today. And onceyou're able to grab a hold of yourself,
just really thank God that you wereable to do it, because I
feel and I've seen so many peoplebeing outside themselves, not knowing themselves,

(36:35):
and they get so put off whenthey're not being told what to do,
when they're not being told what tothink, when they're not being told how
to respond or what to say,And to me, that is just not
freedom and we need more of thatin society. And another reason why I

(36:55):
have dealt with self awareness in thisparticular podcast it's been a topic. It's
because when you do the self work, we all, you mean everyone,
We become better for the people thatare around us, and we become better
for our own communities. When wedo that self work. There are a

(37:16):
lot of angry, hurt people outhere, frustrated people who then go out
and then next thing you know, someone else is affected by their behavior or
by the way that they're doing thingsbecause they're not considering anyone else, and
they're not considering their actions, they'renot considering their character, and the self

(37:39):
work has not been done. Sothen we go out and we hurt more
and more people. And so dealingwith the self and having self awareness is
also similar to taking care of yourhome. And I'll go all the way
back to this, and I've toldthis story before on this podcast. I

(38:00):
first got my fish tank, andI'm thinking, Oh, all I have
to do is put water in it, put the treatment in it, put
my fish in it, and hey, I have a fish tank. But
then as the months go on,you learn that there is so many other
details of having a fish tank otherthan just putting things in the tank.

(38:20):
There is a season where you haveto take things out, whether it be
weekly. You may have to takeout a certain level of water, usually
say twenty five percent of whatever thegallons are. Then you refill it again
and you treat the water. Thereare certain things you have to do to
make sure you're filtering out the badthings or the high levels of things that

(38:44):
your fish may not need or thatcould be deadly to them. And so
our self awareness is very similar.Self maintenance is very similar to doing that
filtration, filtering out things that we'regravitating to. Can you imagine how we
go go go year at the year, at the year at the year,

(39:05):
and we're not stopping to evaluate thatcoming and going and I've done it.
I've done that, and it's nerveracking when I think about the place I
was in then versus now, andyou just go, go, go,
and then you don't question anything. You don't question the intentions of other people,
none of these things. You justoh, yeah, so and so
asked me to do this, I'mdoing it. So it's just a constant

(39:29):
going, go, go, go, going, and then we haven't checked
in, we haven't filtered anything, and then next thing you know, something
comes on and we're completely thrown offguard and it's not a cool place to
be in. Not that you won'tbe thrown off guard when you when you've
worked, but usually when you dothat self work and you're aware, it's

(39:51):
harder and things don't hit you ashard as it would if you didn't do
that. Does that make sense? It's kind of easier to manage things when
you are more self aware. SoI'm gonna leave you guys. With that,
I hope you have enjoyed this podcast. Let me tell you I've been
wanting to get this thing out. It's been a lot going on and I've

(40:14):
been just taking the time to thinkthings through. One thing about me,
I love podcasting. I also hada YouTube channel, but I've deleted the
YouTube channel back in twenty twenty three, and that's a long story. Maybe
another day I'll tell you guys aboutthat. But I enjoy doing this,
but I don't like to just jumpon and begin talking whenever. And it

(40:37):
sounds like the proper thing to do, just to keep content flowing, but
then I feel like I'm just graspingfor straws and trying to talk about things.
So when I come to you guys, I've really thought about this stuff
and I want to just share mythoughts on it, you know, And
me discussing these topics does not makeme an expert. These are just the

(40:59):
things that I see and I wantto share because I know that there are
a lot of people out there whohave been feeling a ways, especially about
all this stuff going on in politics, and you know, just watching the
climate that we're in in society onsocial media. And all that and going,
Okay, am I losing my marblesor what? And so I'm just
wanting to be that voice of encouragementto you guys that I have gone through

(41:22):
similar evaluations and everything I'm telling youin this podcast I have done myself and
continue to do. It's a daily, daily, daily work. So I'm
gonna leave you guys with that thought. Listen. If you have any comments
on this podcast, feel free tocheck the description and send me a message

(41:43):
with your comment and I'll be happyto read over it. Remember to keep
your comments classing and professional, becausethat's all we do over here. And
until next time, you guys,I look forward to the next podcast.
You all stay motivated
