F1-update: Alles over de McLaren-diskwalificatie in Vegas, Marko lacht na boordradio over Verstappen
Max Verstappen heeft voor de tweede keer in zijn Formule 1-carrière de Grand Prix van Las Vegas gewonnen, al kwam het belangrijkste nieuws pas uren na de race. Beide McLarens zijn uit de uitslag gehaald: diskwalificatie vanwege te veel slijtage van de bodemplank. Het duurde bijzonder lang doordat de FIA nadien alle auto's uit de top-tien heeft gecontroleerd en ook doordat de zitting met McLaren volgens ingewijden een uur duurde. Uiteindelijk zijn technische overtredingen echter tamelijk zwart-wit, waardoor de diskwalificatie voor zowel Lando Norris als Oscar Piastri onafwendbaar was. Ronald Vording bespreekt alle achtergronden bij de dubbele diskwalificatie in een nieuwe aflevering van de F1-update. Daarin natuurlijk ook aandacht voor de overwinning van Verstappen, de vraag of hij nu helemaal terug is in de titelstrijd en de terugblik met Helmut Marko in de paddock.
