My guest today is Ken Holt, an Indie Artist and Songwriter in the Americana genre out of Jacksonville, Florida. Ken plays bass, guitar and mandolin. He’s also served as a Pastor and Youth Minister in the Presbyterian Church. He’s played professionally since the mid 70s, having  performed with the New England band The Blend, opening for The Who, ZZ-Top, Hall & Oats, 38-Special, Loggins and Messina, The Outlaws, Blue Oyster Cult, Charlie Daniels, Foghat and more. Today we’ll talk about The Americana genre, his gigs was an Indie Artist, his gear, and as always share helpful info to help all of us Indies make our way in The Industry.
