Speaker 1 (00:00):
I hope you have your hair up in a bun
and you got all your chips next to you, because
here is part two.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
You're a bound to enter the world of Michael Zavalla.
Now's your chance to turn back.

Speaker 3 (00:14):
Michael, don't do read well do uh or something like this.
I can't hear you.

Speaker 4 (00:27):
Wow, I'm just a maze at what you're thinking about.

Speaker 1 (00:31):
This is m Z now, I told him, Eric, I said, interestingly,

(00:59):
and not y'all have entered the RuPaul's Drag Race fandom
bubble in some way.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
Yeah, oh ye.

Speaker 3 (01:05):
Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
The fandom has accepted the real estate dolls like one
of their own. And now you are being booked all
over the country doing appearances at the club.

Speaker 5 (01:15):
It's a mind blowing to you that you guys were
just doing this to sell houses, like.

Speaker 6 (01:20):
In a good way, Like you know, I still like
it's reality, and I'm like, yeah, this.

Speaker 4 (01:25):
And we planning, we talked this, what we're doing, This
is what we're going to do.

Speaker 6 (01:27):
But at the same time, in real time, it's so surreal,
like it's almost like I stepped back and I can
almost watch what we're doing when people come to It's
so it's I can't even articulate it.

Speaker 4 (01:40):
It's it's unique.

Speaker 6 (01:42):
I'm so grateful, but it's so weird because I'm like,
what we're just like, literally, I was just gonna make
a video so I can get some more.

Speaker 4 (01:48):
Client right, right minute?

Speaker 5 (01:51):
How long ago did you start posting videos like what
we're doing now?

Speaker 4 (01:56):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (01:58):
Money, So our video that started this, because there's other videos,
but yeah, but our first video that started this was
March eighteenth.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Okay, and that's did that go viral? The March eighteenth video?

Speaker 3 (02:08):
Yes, the first one.

Speaker 4 (02:09):
Like the first of all that films.

Speaker 6 (02:11):
We were driving to the second house we filmed that
and our friend Christy Waters was like, I'll help you out, girl,
and she.

Speaker 4 (02:17):
Was making the video. We filmed the second one. By
the time we got to.

Speaker 6 (02:20):
The third house, it was already done and posted and
we're going like getting into the third house and something
was happening, and like by the time we finished filming
that one, I'm like, what is like this is it
was that where you feel that energy, You feel like that, yeah,
something took Basically, you feel like people.

Speaker 7 (02:35):
Are sharing and liking and commentating, oh my god, oh
my god, oh my god, and we're like what we
just need a video. Like we've been selling real estate
for eight years and nothing's you know what I mean,
We've been around forever, but all of a sudden, but
I had never been on Instagram or TikTok because I
don't want to be on camera. You know, I'm so
self conscious, so I don't want to be on camera.
And so I was all awkward in the first video,
but I thought, let's just do it. We don't do it,
we'll never know we don't try.

Speaker 5 (02:56):
What was the planning, like, like, did you sit down
and go we're going to do this or we're just
we got.

Speaker 7 (03:00):
The gimbal on the phone and said, let's just go
do it, because if we don't just start, we're never
going to do it. We're going to overtake it. Just
do the first one and we'll just learnt to do
what we're.

Speaker 4 (03:08):
Going to do whatever comes out. And so the first
thing came on.

Speaker 3 (03:11):
I yes, I can't get it, but I really want
to say.

Speaker 7 (03:16):
I really want to say how appreciative we are of
all of our Instagram and TikTok and Facebook and social
media followers and friends.

Speaker 3 (03:22):
They mean the world. It means so much.

Speaker 7 (03:25):
As he made me cry but they come up to
us in person and they say how much it means
to them, and now we're opening doors for them, and
it's so sweet.

Speaker 3 (03:31):
I'm sorry, I love.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
It, but it's true, y'all have really tapped into something
so amazing. And how are y'all acclimating to fame? Because
it's so fast.

Speaker 4 (03:42):
It feels natural.

Speaker 6 (03:46):
It so it's like in all honestly, it feels like, yeah,
this is right, and in that same breath, it also
feels like what in the world is going oh yeah, yeah,
And so she always jokingly says, like, you go mute
because like people are, it's not that So I'm an
only child, so I talked to myself a lot in
my head.

Speaker 4 (04:06):
You know. I liked it and I love to be alone.

Speaker 6 (04:08):
So when things are happening, I'm processing it and having
the conversation with myself. So externally, I guess it looks
like I go mute. So people come to us and
say something and I'm thinking and saying all this stuff
and all.

Speaker 7 (04:20):
That, it just looks were she had she had a
listening in Austin, so I said, well, let's go to
Austin and film there and and then you know, we
were in Austin and we were just walking down That
was after our first video, and we were thinking, well,
maybe somebody will recognize this because we get all these
comments on TikTok, but that was after the first video.
And so we're walking down the street in Austin and
some people rolled down the window and they're like, are.

Speaker 3 (04:39):
You the real estate dollars? Are you still real estate?
And and Casana's like me.

Speaker 4 (04:43):
Literally just me looked at them.

Speaker 6 (04:45):
She's like, yeah, hi, well you know if you notice,
if you'll see like observis in public. And she's the
one like yeah, talking more and I'm just like, you know,
like taking it all in. And so I just stayed
not a word, not a people like having a whole
damn conversation.

Speaker 4 (04:57):
In my head, I was literally like.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
We saw you in She's just not a peep. She's
just like in my head, I was thinking that.

Speaker 6 (05:06):
I was just thinking if somebody would like this would
feels like these people see that, well you know that's
what That's what's going on in my head. And then
they drive off and she was like could you even
say him? Like I really just had a p.

Speaker 7 (05:22):
But we are so we're so grateful for everyone who
follows us, and you know, we really appreciate it, and
they tell us how much it means to them, and
we we hear you, and we really appreciate it, you know,
we they tell us. I don't know if you know,
but it means the world what we're doing, just for
us being out there being ourselves and it We're so grateful.

Speaker 3 (05:39):
We want everyone to know we really really do appreciate it.

Speaker 4 (05:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (05:42):
If there's anybody out there watching, and I've ever seemed
rude or not, it's.

Speaker 4 (05:48):
Not that I'm so sweet.

Speaker 6 (05:49):
Yeah, I'm just like, yeah, I'm in shock, and I'm
processing it because people say, like, thank you so much.
You changed my life. I stopped doing sex work because
you inspired me. I'm going to get a job. You
opening the door for doing the fight for us. And
at the time, I'm just looking at them each time
like I don't really know what you're talking about, but
I guess externally you are. It appears as something different.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
Y'all are the Madonnas for these kids. Yeah, y'are the
Madonna's for these kids. And speaking of all the fame
and the attention all over social media, because everything y'all
touch is turning to gold. Where is the most unique
place you've been recognized that you were?

Speaker 7 (06:29):
Like, what in the world I know? Tell us Central
Park at a pizza shop. Oh yeah, And this nice
guy just walks over and every we just want everyone
to know, if you see us, please say hi.

Speaker 3 (06:41):
We don't mind. If you want to picture, we don't mind.
Say hi to us. It's no problem. You're not bothering us.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
And they smell beautiful.

Speaker 4 (06:47):
Thank you.

Speaker 7 (06:49):
And we were just having pizza after the John Hill
Show and in Central Park and you know, not even
in the neighborhood, and this guy just walks up and
sees me. You know, I don't I don't want to interrupt,
but are you the real estate that was.

Speaker 4 (07:01):
In the middle of Manhattan. I thought we were flying
to New York.

Speaker 6 (07:04):
We had the John Hill Show planned, we were going anyway,
and then we got that book and we had to
push push our trip a day and like I thought,
you know, this is New York.

Speaker 4 (07:12):
Everybody's too cool for school, nobody's all do in New York.

Speaker 6 (07:18):
Let us have it. One of our one of my best,
one of our good friends. He had he was there
and his work friends and co workers, his boss was
there and we were hosted or we were at Lebon
one night anyway, so they escorted us up that it
was all planned and they invited us there, and when
we got there, he said, y'all can't do this alone anymore.
You need security and you need a team. And it

(07:39):
was insane. Yeah, but we're just like, yeah, we busted
away from our you know, we had a little table
and yeah, and we were like waving upstairs because it
was fun there, like the rooftop you can see jerseys.
When we came back to he's like, y'all can't do
that anymore, Like, you can't, this is too dangerous, like that,
you can't even get through this club we had.

Speaker 4 (07:55):
They had to pull you through, and y'all just left,
you know, like, and I'm like, well, we're just having fun,
you know. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (08:01):
And meanwhile, three months ago, you could have done it. Yeah,
you know what I mean.

Speaker 6 (08:05):
Nobody could have given a sit we would have got
We wouldn't have gotten into on Tuesday, you.

Speaker 3 (08:08):
Know, like, yeah, who are you?

Speaker 5 (08:10):
Which I think is really important for a lot of
different reasons, but one reason I always tell people, if
you have a business, you have to create content.

Speaker 2 (08:17):
You have to put it out there. Look what happened
to you guys?

Speaker 4 (08:19):
Social media is free advertising?

Speaker 5 (08:21):
Yeah I thought it was for kids, right, and you
didn't want to do the camera because you were shot.

Speaker 2 (08:25):
And look look what happened.

Speaker 6 (08:26):
We use social media like mostly Facebook and me Facebook
and Instagram for like, we were successful in real estate
in our own right right, not this, So yeah, this
is next level. But everything you know, and I'm super
spiritual is gonna get woo woo. But like everything is
like you know, I think we get here with the
whole planned out journey and so this was just part
of it.

Speaker 4 (08:45):
And this is the time. We've been friends for thirty years.

Speaker 2 (08:47):
Yeah wow, and so we're only twenty one.

Speaker 6 (08:50):
Yeah sosh.

Speaker 2 (08:55):
Media, you know.

Speaker 6 (08:57):
Yeah, but you know, like what is the chance, like,
you know, we may each other in our late teens.
We you know, we hung out for a while, did things,
you know, not part of ways, but you know, did
our own thing, came back together their own thing. And
then she gets into real estate. I'm thinking, like I
want to get into real estate. I had a salon.
I lost that. I went into the beauty industry. I
couldn't take it anymore. I got to work. I was
like I'm so miserable. I need to start doing real estate,

(09:18):
but there's no space for me. She called me like, hey,
I'm doing it. And then I started our renewal dates
for our licenser to the day one year apart, and
then here we are.

Speaker 1 (09:30):
Here we are.

Speaker 7 (09:31):
I want everyone to know, like anybody watching, because I
know it may seem like, oh, I can't do it.
Some people may think that they can't do it. I
know that people are feeling that now they can because
they see us. But I want everyone to know that,
you know, we can. Any of us can do anything
that we want to do. If you know, real estate's
not for everybody, but if you're interested in it and
you want to do it, there's no reason why any
of us can't do anything that we want to do,
real estate or anything else.

Speaker 1 (09:51):
I mean, do y'all want three cars?

Speaker 4 (09:55):
Well, I'm also six Yeah. Well I'm also.

Speaker 6 (09:58):
A budget conscious because I've lost you know.

Speaker 2 (10:02):
Yeah, you getting your risk averse a little bit right.

Speaker 4 (10:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (10:05):
Truly truly successful people lose everything a few times, like
they're so, I've gone through that. I've lost the business.
I've lost everything a couple of times. Yeah, So, and
that's just that's just that's not a failure, it's just
part of my successful Yeah.

Speaker 1 (10:18):
It teaches you to appreciate when the times are high more.

Speaker 4 (10:21):
Yeah. So, yes, I have three cars and they're nice
but good deal.

Speaker 3 (10:27):
Yeah in the next six months.

Speaker 2 (10:29):
But field never have a Flintstone car. That's a class.

Speaker 6 (10:34):
You know. I've had to pop the my little eighty
six Hindy. I've had a roll down the hill and
pop the clutch just started. Yeah, to like, you know,
my four tourists in the early nineties, Like you know,
like I've had the cars that I've gotten stranded everywhere,
you know, like I've been there and I've done that, and.

Speaker 7 (10:49):
I've yeah, I've it's my first car didn't have power steering.

Speaker 3 (10:53):
Wow, I'm really madly.

Speaker 2 (10:55):
So you had the Flintstone.

Speaker 3 (10:59):
They don't tell you that. I'm like, I'll take this one.
I'm like, oh, there's no power staring and no AC great.

Speaker 1 (11:05):
Oh I love this so much, you know, going back
to childhood real quickly, I have this weird theory The
Little Mermaid?

Speaker 2 (11:15):
Was that your favorite movie growing up?

Speaker 3 (11:17):
I've never seen it?

Speaker 1 (11:18):
Really wow, Well, there goes my theory.

Speaker 2 (11:22):
He was trying out his mentalist I'm.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
Gonna explain why in my life I have so many
amazing trans friends and I love them so much, and
a lot of them, the majority, have told me that
Little Mermaid was their favorite movie growing up.

Speaker 6 (11:35):
Probably, Oh yeah, I was gonna say, probably because the
Mermaid is so feminine and beautiful, but like different and
like not a normal girl, you know, so like trans
people probably relate to that.

Speaker 1 (11:47):
Yeah, So that's why I thought i'd ask you, just
like I asked lesbians. I'm like, is your favorite beard
those sechis?

Speaker 2 (11:53):
Because I noticed a lot of.

Speaker 1 (11:55):
Lesbians are always drinking those, and I'm like, I clocked you, Branda.

Speaker 6 (11:59):
Well, you know, I guess in our time because we're
you know, the how old we are. Like my my obsession,
it's like a small, small, small kid was Joan Rivers
like Dynasty, Like that was my I had the Joan
Rivers Alexis puzzle like that was my gig. And when
I see all those old school things on Instagram and
all those like like why are you so grand? This

(12:21):
is who raised me and it's her like from Dynasty.
That was my obsession. Like, well that's why my hair
is turn amazing. I can't get enough of that crap.
Every time it comes out on TikTok, I'm like.

Speaker 2 (12:36):
Oh, this is so good.

Speaker 6 (12:40):
Yeah that is yeahs my value Collins.

Speaker 4 (12:45):
Yeah I've met John Collins.

Speaker 2 (12:46):
My oh I did.

Speaker 6 (12:49):
I just clocked that I said the wrong name. But yeah,
John Collins. That did make Dallas as well.

Speaker 4 (12:54):
Yeah that all that was my gym, you know.

Speaker 6 (12:56):
And I lived out by Bernie, so all the wealthy
ladies and Bernie look a certain way. And so that's
why I am all glammed up all the time. That's
why I have big hair and where jewelry, and like,
I just emulated who I looked up to as a child.

Speaker 4 (13:09):
And we weren't wealthy. We weren't that well off as kids.

Speaker 6 (13:12):
But I grew up in an area that was surrounded
by wealth, like uber wealth. So that's all I knew.
And then I would be with friends and I came
home and I was like, this is very different. So
my grandfather got into the States from Mexico in like
the twenties or thirties, and and so where we live,
the road we live off of is named after the
person my grandfather used to work for. Wow, he got

(13:33):
land from that man.

Speaker 1 (13:35):
So have you ever had a fried baloney Santa.

Speaker 6 (13:40):
Yeah, we were rich growing up, you know what I mean,
But I saw it growing up so as an adult
now and I have a little bit of my own money.
I that's just who I am, you know, because of that,
you know.

Speaker 1 (13:51):
So important question everybody wants to know where do the
real estate? Do all see themselves in the next five
years rich?

Speaker 3 (13:58):
I'm just kidding, Yeah, I'm just kidding.

Speaker 7 (14:02):
But we all serve to be rich, all of us,
everybody watching, and all of us deserve everything that we
want in life.

Speaker 6 (14:08):
I mean in five years. Uh, you know, that's always
you know, a question people ask. But I think in
five years is just going to be halfway to my
next step, you know, because there's so much that can happen.
So have a couple of lifetimes left. I'm only you know,
you're only twenty one. I'm a half a century almost,
but you know, okay, So I say.

Speaker 2 (14:28):
TV A TV show, Definitely TV.

Speaker 3 (14:31):
I love that, Definitely TV.

Speaker 2 (14:33):
I can see it.

Speaker 1 (14:34):
I love the energy coming from both right, thank you.

Speaker 4 (14:38):
You know.

Speaker 6 (14:38):
I can't say this year, after all this happening, it
has been the most like, oh yeah, I feel more
than ever in a long time. Where we're supposed to
be and like this is taking me. So I went
to college four I was in mass communications major, like
this was my jam and then well things happen, you know,

(14:58):
my grandparents passed away, I got to started partying more
than just got into hair and makeup and that whole thing.
And it's just like full circle brought me back to this. So, yeah,
I feel like living out that part that was supposed
to happen before.

Speaker 1 (15:09):
Yeah, you can't outrun your destiny. And speaking of reality TV,
when the reality TV show happened.

Speaker 2 (15:17):
We'll shoot it. We got a camera.

Speaker 3 (15:20):
It can be a real show.

Speaker 2 (15:21):
What would the theme song be? Yes, I can see that.

Speaker 3 (15:31):
I don't know, that's a good question.

Speaker 6 (15:33):
I mean, with like a Doug life, where would your.

Speaker 2 (15:40):
Book to sang your theme song?

Speaker 7 (15:43):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (15:43):
Someone she said Madonna.

Speaker 7 (15:47):
Bitch Madonna's I mean, I'll have to call her and
ask im.

Speaker 1 (15:50):
Just kidding, Shamie, I'm already there. We're her British accident.

Speaker 4 (15:55):
Okay, I don't know. That's a great question. I wouldn't
even I hadn't. I've never thought of that TV for sure.

Speaker 6 (16:00):
Yeah, I would love to just wherever it takes me,
you know, I always envisioned myself younger, behind the camera,
but now I realize that the world's in front of it.

Speaker 2 (16:09):
Oh yes, and there's no escaping it.

Speaker 1 (16:11):
Now.

Speaker 2 (16:11):
I hope you'll have your name copywritten by the way.

Speaker 7 (16:13):
Yes, we do, Yes, we do. Thank you. You can't
get it.

Speaker 2 (16:17):
They're smart, honey.

Speaker 3 (16:18):
The dolls are dolling, Yes for dolling.

Speaker 7 (16:21):
I think what I what I would like to see
for us is to have brokerages across the country with
our branding and not necessarily the real estate dolls branding,
but with our own company, and to have sponsor agents
across the country that want to get into real estate
and want to be able to be themselves and make
money and you know, and.

Speaker 2 (16:39):
Thrive maybe like an education. Well yeah for that too.

Speaker 7 (16:42):
You know, I feel like so many of us when
trans people or LGBT people are given an opportunity, we
can do amazing things, and we want to get provide
that opportunity for other people to thrive in real estate
or really you know, anything they want to do. But
I would love to take over the country with brokerages
just like every their major brokerage out there.

Speaker 3 (17:01):
But for the dolls.

Speaker 1 (17:02):
You're speaking into existence. Yesterday when we were at the Focus,
I had the pleasure of meeting the dolls yesterday, you guys,
And we were at a beautiful function and a lot
of the people that showed up were in the real
estate world. And I was speaking to one of them,
and she happens to be trans, and I said, you
would make an amazing.

Speaker 2 (17:20):
Real estate doll, Dallas chapter.

Speaker 1 (17:22):
I think y'allre onto something so genius that it's going
to change the word idea.

Speaker 2 (17:28):
Yeah. And I can.

Speaker 1 (17:29):
Already see y'all teaching around the world, being on stages
around the world. Honey, producers, directors, everybody who is you
don't even sell houses anymore, Yes, they'll be given to you, OK.

Speaker 7 (17:42):
And trans people are very strong and resilient, and we
can do anything because we have to work harder and
we have to be stronger and tougher and have thicker skin.
So people that don't know, if you don't know any
trans people, you are you whatever, You need to hire us,
You need to call us. You need to give us
an opportunity because we will show you we can hustle
better than anyone.

Speaker 1 (18:01):
And if you're having trouble with your look, your hair,
your mug. You really need to contact, you really need
to contact.

Speaker 6 (18:11):
I feel like now now people have such access to
everything online so they can figure it out.

Speaker 4 (18:16):
But back in the day, baby she looked busted.

Speaker 1 (18:18):
Well its Andre. You don't look busted now. And I
I just had to tell y'all while you're here, what
I love about your videos is as all this has
been taking off, is that the hair is getting bigger,
the nails are getting longer. It's kind of like when
Selena was coming into more money. Selena, we knew the

(18:40):
cash was coming in. I love that, well, real estate dolls.
What while we're celebrating Pride Month right now, what advice
y'all have for the LGBT community who is just living
living watching this, Just to be.

Speaker 6 (18:53):
Yourself and not I mean put into the negative context.
Just to be proud and like and like know that
you're worthy and we're all okay.

Speaker 7 (19:03):
Yeah, life is good. Don't let negativity come into your
life from the outside and bring us down, because that's
what people want. They want to bring us down. They
can't erase the dolls, they can't get rid of the
LGBT community. They can take they can take the word
diversity and inclusion and try to get rid of that,
but they can't get rid of us. And so don't
let anyone bring you down because we are the diversity

(19:27):
and inclusion just by being ourselves. You don't even have
to talk about it. Just by living your true as
your true self, that is the strength that our whole
community needs. And all the rest is just noise.

Speaker 1 (19:37):
Oh honey, LGBT, And that's the.

Speaker 6 (19:42):
T Literally, Yeah, you manifest what you obsess. So if
you obsess on that, that's what you're going to.

Keep getting back in life.

Speaker 6 (19:52):
And so I think another reason people gravitate towards us
because we're just living in the positivity that we see
and people kind of unexpectedly like are drawn to our
videos because if we're projecting that, oh it's beautiful.

Speaker 7 (20:07):
They can't bring us down. You know, they want us
to be scared and running away and leaving the country.

Speaker 3 (20:11):
We're saying right here, you can get rid of us.

Speaker 1 (20:13):
Amen and kids out there, look listen, if someone is
trying to bring you down, you're already way above now. Yeah,
hallelujah ladies and gentlemen, the real estate dolls.

Speaker 2 (20:24):

Speaker 3 (20:29):
