Speaker 1 (00:18):
Hey, folks, are you doing Wayne S. Pierce Newbist radio productions.
I didn't plan on doing a podcast today. I didn't
plan on it, didn't wasn't even wasn't even in the
cards today. But I've been watching the reels. I've been
watching some video and looking at the comments and watching

(00:41):
people post celebrities talking against what Trump is doing and
has done, and all of that I didn't like. I said,
I didn't plan on making a video or making a podcast.
I am planning on making a video soon, but not
right now. So let me tell you something, and I'm

(01:09):
gonna read this because you guys need to know it,
need to understand it. Okay, I'm gonna say this to
all those who said that the president doesn't have the
authority to order military to strike our enemy are completely wrong.
I looked it up. I asked, other than Congress, are

(01:33):
there any members of the president's cabinet who can order
a military strike on an enemy of the US. Here's
the answer I got. No members of the president's cabinet
other than the president cannot order a military strike on
enemies of the US. The president, as a commander in
chief or as commander in chief, has the whole sole

(01:57):
authority to direct military While the president can delegate some
of this authority, it remains ultimately under their control. Congress
also has the power to declare war, but this is
distinct from the president's authority to direct military operation once
war is declared or in situations deemed necessary by the president.

(02:21):
According to the US Senate, now I'm going to say
this basically, let me translate that for you. The President
had every legal authority to do what he did and
order the strike on Iran. Period. I don't want to
hear it anymore. I don't want to hear somebody's idea

(02:44):
of you know what they thought or no, I just know.
I don't. I don't. I don't because when you have
a president who literally says I've got the authority to
do this, go look at the Constitution. Go look at

(03:08):
the policies and procedures of the Senate and the House
and all of that. Go look at I have over
the years. Trust me, the president had every legal and
constitutional right to do what he did. Okay, Now, he's
also committed himself to engaging in actions that people find

(03:37):
very bad. And these people are Democrats and people like
Sanders and AOC and all that. But they're total idiots
because he has every legal right to do what he does.
The invocation of the Alien Enemies Act regarding the invasion
of the United States by trendag, he has every single

(04:05):
right to do what he did as President of the
United States and commander in chief. President Trump says, it
is my solemn duty to protect the American people from
the devastating effects of this invasion. Now, therefore, I Donald J. Trump,
this is what the President said, President of the United
States of America, by authority vested in me by the

(04:26):
Constitution and the laws of the United States, including the
Alien Enemies Act fifty US Code twenty one. Hereby proclaim
and direct as follows. There are six sections and number

(04:47):
six is broken down separated into different ABC and D.
So I will put this up there as well. But
I'm going to be totally I'm going to put that
in the I'm going to put the link to it
in the show notes. But I'm going to say this,

(05:09):
He's not a dictator. He's not some kind of person
that's just going to come in there and overuse his
authority given to him by us and protected by the
Constitution of the United States of America. He's not what
other people say he is. So first of all, to

(05:31):
those people who like you know, Bernie Sanders and AOC
and all those people that follow them, I have two
words for you. Shut up until you start looking at
the very laws, policies, procedures, and the constitution and everything
that is broken down from the Supreme Court to show

(05:51):
that the president has the authority to do what he
does constitutionally and legally and lawfully. You have nothing to
say in your opinion means nothing, okay, bottom line, bottom line.
Now on the other on the other end of that,

(06:16):
does he have the authority? Does the president have the
authority to protect the United States of America? Yes, so,
anybody that crosses the border illegally without going through the
procedures of becoming a citizen of the United States of America,
the President has the legal right to close that damn border.

(06:40):
He does, he does, and he can order the military
to go do that. I just read to you something
you know as well. It's on my Facebook page. You

(07:00):
can go look it up. There's two videos before it. No,
when I asked the question, other than Congress, are there
any other members of the President's cabinet who can order
a military strike on an enemy of the United States.

(07:21):
No members of the president's cabinet other than the president
cannot order a military strike on an enemy of the
United States. The President, as commander in chief, has the
sole authority to direct military action, sole authority to direct
military action. While the President can delegate some of this authority,

(07:43):
it remains ultimately under their control. Congress has Congress also
has the power to declare war, but this is a
distinct from the president's authority to direct military operations once
war is declared or here it is in situations deemed

(08:07):
necessary by the president. According to the US Senate, you
guys just need to back off, shut up, because he
did what he did, and guess what, it was the
right thing to do. Not according to me, No, because

(08:29):
for many, many years, Iran has been building up their
nuclear arsenal. Okay, Now, a lot of people would say,
and I've looked at some of the information from other
people about nuclear power in the United States, and how
you know, you know, all these nuclear facilities have had

(08:52):
problems over the last you know, so many years. And
growing up in California, we have had the Rancho Seco
Park which was a nuclear facility as well. I don't
think it ever got started. It became, you know, a
steam facility. But from what I understand from these quote

(09:16):
unquote experts, nuclear power is the cleanest, safest way to go.
No it's not. And I'll tell you why. So many
different things have happened over the last several decades that

(09:40):
we now have alternate, you know, ways of powering this country,
and I think nuclear power should be the last on
the list and should be completely free. Nikola Tesla in
the day wanted everybody to have free energy until mister

(10:06):
Thomas Edison came along and or was in that mix,
and he decided to well, let's just say talk to
his buddies in Congress in politics, and now we have
what we have, and we're paying out the freaking nose
for it. We are one of the most industrial nations

(10:31):
in the world and we can't have free energy. You
can go stick it up your wazoo. We are going
to have free energy. It is the only way to go, period.
I don't care what type of energy it is. Let's
just keep nuclear energy at the bottom of the list
for now. From what I understand from let's just say

(10:56):
information I have gathered long after I'm probably gone. We're
going to have free energy the United States of America,
and it's I want to call them allies. Uh, we're
gonna have free energy. You're not going to have the

(11:17):
elites telling us how much energy we have to use
and all this any other thing. No, no, no, no, no, no,
no no. And by the way, oh, by the way,
a little side note about energy. Well, side note. If
you had the power company come out to your house
and say they're going to have to change your box
to a more efficient way of directing and getting your energy,

(11:45):
let me let me give you a little side note here.
They came out to change our boxes one day, this
a couple of years ago, and I asked the woman
putting it in, I said, you know, how, how, how
how does this work? What this? Is this a smart meter?
What are we doing? And she goes, yeah, it's this
and or whatever. And she's telling me all of this

(12:06):
technical stuff, which of course I understand, and I'm not
going to bore you with all the technology stuff, but
I will tell you it is. She did say it's
controlled by satellite and when they want to check the power,
they want to see how much you used every month

(12:27):
the bill you for it. Yeah, but tune two together, folks. Also,
I just heard recently somebody say that our power grid
is definitely whoops, our power grid is definitely uh yeah,
in danger at this point because if you do not

(12:53):
know it, the vast majority of our power system in
the United States of Amyria and other regions of the
United States, not all of it, just a majority of it.
In these industrialized regions of the US, it's all connected online.

(13:16):
Somebody can hack in and shut us down anytime they want.
By the way, it has been proven that that almost
happened from someone in China. Now that's the story I heard.
I don't have any evidence or information in front of
me to verify that. But we have a problem in

(13:40):
the United States of America, and that problem can be
solved by three separate things, really simple things. One get
rid of political parties. Once you do that, you get
rid of the Federal Reserve and the irs, and you
get rid of lobbyists and special interest groups. Just get
rid of political parties. We don't need them. How's this

(14:00):
country going to be run is probably going to be
one of the questions you're asking. Simple three words, we
the people. Okay, turn that ten square mile piece of
land into a park and a white house into a museum. Secondly,

(14:21):
we are one of the most industrial nations in the
in the world, and we have I think, please correct
me if I'm wrong, one of the best healthcare systems
in the world. I don't know, Just correct me if
I'm wrong. We need absolute free healthcare for every one period. Well,

(14:49):
how are the hospitals and the doctor's office is going
to stay open? Well, that's the uh that's going to
be where the state and healthcare departments of those states
work together for the benefit of the people. That's just
the way it is now. Third, real simple, real simple stuff. Right,

(15:16):
we need to tell all the billionaires and all these big,
huge freaking companies, you know, big tech, big pharma, big retail, Walmart, Target,
you know, places like that. We need to shut those
leaders like here. Recently, it's been found out that the
riots in LA was funded by one of the Walmart heiress. Yeah,

(15:41):
go go look that up. Walmart aires funds uh LA riots,
Go go go look at that. We need to put
her in jail, Okay, facilitating the you know whatever, I
don't know, whatever you want to charge her with it
doesn't matter. But here, here's what we need to do.
We need to tell these billionaires in the United States

(16:03):
of America that you're going to take a portion of
your income. I don't care where you get it. You're
going to earmark that portion to each and every single
one of the states in the United States of America
to give people free healthcare, free education, all of that.

(16:24):
Oh and how are you going to subsidize that or
even produce that and engage in that type of situation.
Three words, Drill, baby, drill. We are one of the
most industrial nations in the world, and we have a
lot of freaking oil underground. Trust me, if you go

(16:47):
look at the statistics and go look at the data,
we've got enough oil to last us for at least
a couple of thousand years. Somebody I want to counter that, Please,
do I appreciate that with those oil sales, you know,

(17:09):
from US to other countries, we'll be able to fund
the majority of free education and free healthcare. Pretty much,
very simple, very direct, and those three things would work.
They would work. Go look at everything that is happening

(17:33):
right now in the United States. I'm saying everything, and
then ask yourself, how can we streamline this, make it
more efficient and make it a hell of a lot
more affordable for the person that makes less than two
thousand a month in a job. How can we do that? Right? Yeah,

(18:00):
So there's your homework for the day. Ladies and gentlemen.
You guys rock man. You guys are awesome. I want
to thank you for listening to me. I appreciate each
and every single one of you. So the website link
will be in the show notes, email address in the
show notes. My Facebook page will be in the show
notes as well, and please support this network if you can.

(18:22):
You guys are awesome. You rock man. Guys. I didn't
plan on making a podcast today, but I had a
lot on my mind. So there you go. Folks got questions,
I got answers, and if I don't know, I'll tell
you I don't know. Folks, do rock Have a great day.
