Speaker 2 (00:20):
Eight June twenty twenty five, twenty thirteen. When when you
gather yourself in meditation, when you put yourself into that slight,
really that slight orientation of meditation, and you begin to
(00:48):
see and you begin to understand. After a while, you know,
you see these things, you understand these things, and you
find yourself focusing your attention on things you want to
do and things that you know you can do. But
(01:13):
then that realization of I can't do it because or
I'm not supposed to do it because or knowing that
you can do it, but always feeling as if you can't.
It's like water on rock for a thousand years. You
(01:37):
focus on the negative and you'll never do it. You
focus on the reality of the situation, and you look
at your own limitations and your own you know your
own capabilities, and you question your own desire to not
only do the thing that you've set out to do,
(02:00):
but you question your ability to do it, and in
the long run, you stop yourself from doing it because
you fear what you cannot do. You've done yourself a
disservice by allowing yourself to think in those negative thoughts.
(02:23):
You've put yourself below your capabilities of profound thought. Once
you put yourself on that, in that knowledge of doing
something step by step, you know you can accomplish it.
(02:44):
You're so below your capabilities in a very negative way
that you can't see yourself accomplishing those goals. But if
you take each step to accomplish those goals, you'll be
able to and you will accomplish those goals. A lot
(03:10):
of people think that that's not true. A lot of
people might think that that's a bunch of hogwash, that's
a bunch of bs. No, it's not, because ask yourself
this question. Let's say it's a Saturday morning and you're
chore if you will, is going out in the morning
(03:31):
or in the early afternoon and mowing the lawn. Well,
your capability of mowing the lawn, you already know you can.
But then one day you go out and the lawnmower
is not working. Something's wrong. You don't know how to
repair it. You don't know what's actually wrong with it
so that you can fix it. Even though you know
you can, something you don't know is there. You can't
(03:56):
figure it out. Why is that? You know you have
the capability of figuring it out, you know you have
the ability to fix the situation and problem, but you can't.
(04:18):
Why because there's something there that says that you are
fearful of the accomplishment. And I'm not saying fear in
the in the sake of being afraid or being spooked,
or being you know, any of that. What I'm saying
is that you know you can do this, you know
(04:44):
you can accomplish this, whatever this may be, whatever your
goal is. But yet you sabotage yourself by putting yourself
in the category of that small little fear, that doubt
that's in there, and that goes below your capability of
(05:08):
figuring things out, and you stop yourself and you stop
understanding the ability you have to make that thing happen
to accomplish that goal. But here we are. We're always
(05:29):
setting ourselves some goal, some task, some thing that we
want to accomplish, and yet for some reason we either
we either accomplish shit kind of half asked, and it's
not really what we want. But then again, if we
(05:53):
set our minds to the capability that we have to
accomplish that goal and the ability to gather together the
quote unquote tools to accomplish that goal, will accomplish that goal.
I've never accepted defeat unless it is something that I
(06:17):
knew that I was incapable of doing, knowing full wealth
that I may have the ability to accomplish that thing.
But why does that thing and the capability of my
(06:39):
self inhibit my ability to accomplish that thing? Why am
I being stopped? Why am I being held back? What
is holding me back? What has that thing? What is
that thing that holds me to my fear? What is
that thing that stops me from accomplishing I will? It's
(07:02):
that negativity below the capability that you have to figure
it all out, to plan it out, to make those plans,
to draw out those figures and facts, and then you
look at it and then you have the ability to
you know, put all that together and accomplish that goal.
(07:26):
That's where the fear lies is below the capability. And
I'll get into that later, of course, But to close
it out. I'm going to say this, our lives are
not built upon the fear we have, because the fear
(07:50):
we have is the result of others limiting us. With
limiting us and our capability of trying to figure it
all out, that is where our fear comes from. Once
we stop listening to the fear full, we can be
(08:13):
fear less and literally split that word in half, fear less.
These people that are telling us what we can and
cannot do, what we're limited to do, what our capabilities are,
and fashioning us in their image in a way, they
are full of fear. They are fear full. But once
(08:37):
we get rid of all that, step away from their limitations,
from their suppression, from all of that, then we are
fear less and we will accomplish those goals because we
are capable of figuring it all out. Do a math problem,
you figured out the answer. We have that capability of
(09:00):
figuring it all out, breaking it all down to the simplest,
most understandable way that we can, and then we have
the ability to take that next step and accomplish that goal.
That's it. That's pretty much it, So, folks, I appreciate
(09:23):
you email address in the show notes you guys a
rock mere as always, Talk to you all later.
