Para hablar de ello tenemos con nosotros a Isaac Carcacía Campos, que estudió el grado de matemáticas en la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela y el Máster Universitario en Matemáticas en la misma universidad, un máster en matemáticas puras-teóricas, en la misma universidad y que actualmente está bajo ataque y posible eliminación por parte de la Xunta de Galicia. Después del máster comenzó una tesis doctoral en el campo de la topología algebraica. Más concretamente busca estudiar los espacios topológicos desde modelos combinatorios y la aplicación de cohomología de haces sobre estos para la resolución de diversos problemas. Además de eso es un gran fan de la filosofía científicamente informada e intenta también dedicarse a su investigación y cultivo.
