On this week's of Record, TheInterns take over all things fourth of July
and American trends and why they existon this week's of Record. Of Record

(00:24):
is a podcast focus on the marketingand advertising industry from the perspective of industry
expert Joe Clements. Joe Clements isa co founder of Strategic Digital Services,
a digital marketing firm based in Tallahassee, Florida, and founded in twenty fourteen.

(00:49):
Hello everybody, and welcome to theof Record podcast. But this time
it is the Peasants podcast because theinterns have taken over. My name is
Jamie, otherwise known as producer Jamiefrom previous episodes, and today I'm here
with in turn Annabella. Hey,Hey, she's wearing a cute outpit today.

(01:11):
I'm very festive today. Yes,so it's kind of weird because we
are the only people here in theoffice. Everyone is gone, Joe's gone,
Karson's gone. They're in Puerto Rico. They're really lucky having in the
time of their lives. Yes,I'm very jealous, but happy late fourth.
I know today is July sixth,so we are two days past.

(01:36):
Yeah, happy late fourth. Iknow Annabella and I had a great great
for the July. We hit upold, good old pot Bellies in College
Town. It was it was wild, it was interesting, very interesting.
No Glizzies though, sadly, butwe still had a great time. It
was so much fun. So,yeah, today's podcast is going to be

(02:00):
kind of chill. We have alot of Fourth of July themed topics,
but also we're just kind of havingfun talking about Fourth of July. No,
it's over, so it kind ofstinks, but it's a little late,
but you can't go wrong with someFourth of July facts and some stuff
going on. So first step onour list is bud Light. And I

(02:20):
know we've talked about bud Light somany times on this podcast, but the
reason why it's important right now isbecause for the fourth of July they were
giving away basically free beer for thefourth of July. Now, I don't
know how accurate that is. Didyou test that, Annabella? Did you
see? Not yet? So itstays still the eighth and I kind of

(02:44):
want to see if I can getsome. Apparently it's not everywhere, it's
in some states only, but likeif you show the receipt, they will
refund you at least that's what Ithink for a fifteen pack of beer.
So wow, that's a great deal. I mean, fifteen pack beer for
free. Yeah, you're basically beingrefunded and it's going for twelve ninety nine,

(03:07):
so that's that's a pretty good deal. Yeah, and I know this
podcast will be coming out after Julyeighth, but if you guys had already
known about it, UM, congrats. Yeah. I know wish this uh
could have been announced sooner. Butthat's still crazy that bud Light is doing

(03:29):
that right now. I know theyhad that whole thing that we've talked about,
UM, with their little scandal thatcame out and how they were losing
fans and promoters and sponsors and withyou know, Dylan Wilvaaney and that whole
incident, UM, and how theirsales just completely declined, and now nobody

(03:49):
wants bud Light. I know inthe Walmart they sold these bud Light like
beer hats. They had like budLight hats. It was like PC or
what's the other one, Blue RibbonBeer Okay, PCR beer, I can't
remember the name of that one.And then like Bush and some other big
name brands were like on these Cowboyhats, and I wanted like a fun

(04:12):
Fourth of July cowboy hat to wear. And I remember I bought a bud
Light one and a few of theother ones before I really knew like about
the stuff that was going on,because I guess it was already like pre
ordered and Walmart was selling them forthe fourth And then I even like went
to my friends and I was like, look at my cool hats. And
immediately all my guy friends were like, bud Light, bud Light cowboy hat.

(04:36):
Why would I ever wear that inpublic? And I was like,
Wow, that's crazy. How nowliterally nobody wants to associate with that,
even at college bars. Yeah, yeah, it is really so I don't
blame them for making this move becausepeople will still be buying it worked for
them, But yeah, fuck,I don't really like butt Light really.

(05:01):
Yeah, I don't know. Idon't know. It was the first American
beer I tried, and I justdidn't really, I don't know, I
didn't like it. Yeah, Imean it is known as like a cheap
beer. Correct, it's kind ofone of your I believe so young basics.
What's what's your go to beer? Then? Oh? Stella? Oh
I love Stella Wow, really good. I've never had Stella, have you

(05:25):
Typeroni? It's another How do youneed to I'm not a beer person,
well me neither, but this onesare like, I don't know, they're
really good. Okay, I'll goto try next pot Belly trip. Yeah,
please, we'll try it together.Yeah, I mean they still sold,
Like people are still buying bud Lightat pot Belly as they like the
bud Light buckets and stuff. It'sjust like people are petty about it.

(05:46):
I mean, it's not going anywherethough, it's not it'll come back,
Like I feel like this will diedown, and like people are gonna keep
buying it because I mean, it'sa cheap beer for a reason, like
college kids love cheap beer. Yeah, you can't can't go wrong. And
I mean if I would get afree pack of bud Light over paying twenty
dollars for a pack of Blue Ribbonor something like that, I'd picked the
bud Light just because you know, you're a college kid living off of college

(06:11):
funds. So makes sense. Okay, next on the list, trying to
get away from the bud Light. So I don't know if you guys saw
on our Instagram and Facebook we madea fun Fourth of July kind of TikTok
video. I sadly was not init, but I was recording. I
was the girl behind the camera, but Miss Annabella was in it. Yes,

(06:34):
ma'am. I was sharing some Americantrivia and it was a really fun
video that I think all of youguys should check out hype it up.
It was really cool to make. But for the July trivia has there's been
some facts that I genuinely did notknow. Like, I mean, the

(06:55):
amount of money that Americans spend onjust food and beverage alone on the Fourth
of July is crazy. Yeah, crazy. I mean here, I'm looking
at an art one article here,um, eleven point six billion on food
and beverages alone, Like that's crazy, that's yeah. I can't even a

(07:16):
lot of money. Yeah, Ican't even remember my own statistic for what
I said, how many fireworks gets, so I think it was two point
two billions. Yes, you're right, Yeah, you're so right. It's
is even more crazy because I meanfireworks scare me, like the amount of
people that, like, especially ina drinking environment, when like people are

(07:39):
drinking and lighting stuff on fire andthere's explosions. I just don't think those
mix. They are dangerous. Theyare dangerous, but they're fun. So
I guess that's why they are toput two billion on inexpensive too. They
are, they are, I think, I don't think it's unnecessary, but
like it only lasts what a coupleof minutes and then that's it. Like

(08:00):
I don't know, yeah, that'strue. I mean some people spend thousands
of dollars on a forty five noteven thirty minute firework show. That's crazy.
That is very crazy. I think. I know. Some of my
like Fourth of July traditions was likeyour stereotypical like neighborhood cook out. There
was like the coldest sack that youwent too, and this one house was

(08:20):
always cooking out, like the hotdogs and the hamburgers, and you would
put out lawn chairs and all thekids would run around and the parents would
be letting off the fireworks and therewould be drinks and partying and it's a
good time. But I just remember, like my family was never that family
that like hosted or did any ofthat like insane firework spending and buying setting

(08:41):
up, so we always went togo to the shows. And just got
like a free show. Also,I don't know about you, but I
used to hate fireworks. I meanI like them, but honestly, some
of them are just boring, Likesome of them are just not worth it
if they're like the huge um youknow that delay a little star shape or
something, and I guess those areexpensive. So honestly, I don't know,

(09:05):
like I don't love them, Idon't mind them, but yeah,
yeah not your go too. Imean a lot of them are underwhelming for
sure. Exactly. Yeah, Iused to hate them, not necessarily because
they weren't like entertaining. I justhad really sensitive ears as a kid,
Like I hated loud noises. Likenow it's crazy because like I love it,
like we go to concerts all thetime, clubs like fireworks outside or

(09:30):
nothing now, but back then itwas just so yeah, so hard get
that? Yeah I get that, but yeah, so that's crazy. So
and about I wanted to actually askyou because I know you are from Venezuela.
For everyone that does not know, and remember, tell us when did

(09:52):
you move? I moved here twentytwenty one, so okay, yeah,
wow, big move. That's fun. So what I know, we were
talking about this a little bit beforewe started recording. But what are some
things that like like American things thatjust you don't understand? Oh my god,
there's so many. Like whenever I'mon TikTok, like I see all

(10:13):
these videos or like American things Iwant to experience, or like weird things
about American I'm like, okay, yes, like they don't make sense.
Um honestly, Okay. So Ivisited a bunch of times before, but
I was only in Miami, right, so I didn't get the full experience.
And then when I moved, Iwas like, okay, well everything
is very weird. You know,it's like the way I imagined, like

(10:37):
pickup trucks and beer and then partiesand then I don't know, yeah,
some like weird random I don't know, but okay, So like American things
that I want to experience, Likethere's this video on TikTok. I relate
to it about a lot. Itsays like Target, that's an experience itself,
like Target, Target. Yeah,I know you're like obsessed with Target.

(10:58):
I love Target, but it's becauseit's weird, Like you have I
don't know, clothes and then foodand pharmacy and furniture all at once,
Like that's just because it's all inone yea all in one place like that's
yeah, that's just they don't haveno not really, it's like the supermarket

(11:18):
and then the pharmacy and then likethe furniture store or something, not all
together. So yeah, I loveTarget. I am a Target pant.
But it's just weird. Um that'sso funny. I do hear a lot
of people. I mean all ofmy friends, even TikTok like is obsessed
with Target because I mean I havefriends abroad, which is really funny.

(11:39):
You see that, and like I'llsee their posts, like some of them
are in like Italy or Spain rightnow, and they'll go on their Snapchat
and they're like I just miss Targetor I miss walking around getting a Starbucks.
That's what I look forward to,is the Starbucks. Yes, yes,
plus you have like Duncan well Ithink Duncan is for Walmart. I'm

(12:00):
not sure. But then you getlike coffee, Like it's just it's just
an experience. Yeah, my momloves Target, like that's her place.
She loves it. Um. Upnext is school buses. I've never been
on. I've never been in that'syour American dream, a school bus.
I wish I could experience it,but I don't know. Oh goodness,

(12:24):
well you are not missing much.Honestly, do I have any like fun
memory about a school bus. Irode the school bus every day from middle
school to high school. And it'sjust not I mean, it's a it's
an experience because like you feel likeyou're a student, Like you feel like,

(12:48):
yeah, you go to school, you ride the school bus. That's
how it is, because it's alwaysdepicted in movies, like it's so funny
high school kids in all the moviesand adotations, like they ride the school
bus and they're you know. Buthonestly, the school buses that are shown
in movies are almost pretty accurate toa school bus ink in real life.

(13:09):
I mean they don't do it justice. Where it's hot, the ac barely
works, like usually there's no ac. The kids are insane. There's like
kids running, screaming, playing loudmusic. It's not fun. I just
know. I went to a publicschool in a pretty decent area, but

(13:35):
kids would act up all the time, so like people get thrown off the
bus. The buses would break downall the time. We would be stuck
on the side of the road forhours, like it was just a mess.
It's it's not necessarily something that likeyou would want to experience, but
it's just super weird. And Iremember when I was in elementary school because

(13:58):
I our house was like right nextdoor to my elementary school, so I
didn't have to ride the bus becauseI would always walk or like I'd be
right there. But I remember anelementary school was I was like, oh,
I miss I want to ride thebus, like I want to experience
that, Like the bus seems socool, Like I wish I rode the
bus. And then getting into middleschool, I was like, no,
girl, it wasn't no because inmiddle school, our class time was like

(14:22):
I want to say, like wayto be there at seven am in the
morning, and so like the buswould have to pick me up at six
am in the morning because it wouldtake forty minutes to get there because of
all the stops you had to make, so you'd basically just be sitting on
like almost an hour ride some days. Yeah, yeah, we can put

(14:43):
you on a school bus if youwant sure, I mean, I'll take
the chance. Um well, talkingabout school buses, actually, like school
in the US itself. It soundsso weird to me because school back home
is like the place that I wentto kinder is a place I graduated high
school from. Like I was inthe same place with the same people,

(15:05):
in the same classroom, same teacherssince I was five up till eighteen,
Dan, And here is so weirdto me that I don't know, Like
I always see that you switch likepeople whenever you take a different class,
Like it's like, oh, I'mgonna take this class and then you switch
the whole group and it's like differentpeople. Like that's crazy to me that

(15:28):
it's so different. So that's funnybecause my friends have been my friends since
I was five, and that's theonly people that I like got to hang
out with. Yeah, that's crazy. Yeah, that's that's very crazy.
Yeah, I mean, yeah, that's true because ours, I mean,

(15:50):
there are some like that here.Um, not that many. I mean,
I think it's like not coming.Yeah, I think the most that
I've seen is like pre or kindergartento eighth grade, like middle school and
then you go to a high schoolbecause there's so many kids. I mean,
I went through the whole pre Kone school kindergarten, next school until

(16:14):
fifth grade, then eighth, sorry, sixth to eighth, and then going
ninth to twelve. And yeah, people change because like you see the same
people, but you know, yeahit's like different people, different teachers,
different environment. Like I don't know, I was so used to my high
school that I don't know. It'sjust weird. Um. Well, then

(16:41):
next up, easy cheese. Ohgoodness, what is that? Okay,
we roughly talked about this before westarted this too. Okay, easy cheese
is an experience I don't know.Okay, it's literally canned cheese and it
has a little spray at the top. Um. I used to eat that

(17:02):
all the bad self. Well, some people do, like some people love
that stuff. It is it's extremelyunhealthy for you. It looks like so
bad spray paint, like what mightas welly, honestly, it's really really
bad for you, but it's justso good, like it's cheese and I
can't try it. And I remembermy mom used to literally pack me the

(17:25):
can and crackers for lunch in likemiddle school, and you just whip out
the can spray literally pushed down likeyou know whip cream bottles. You just
spray down on it. Cheese comesout cheese cracker. How good? I
want to try it? That soundsweird. It's now as an adult,
like sounds like it's gonna taste likeplastic. It does. It's not good

(17:47):
now. I remember. I thinkI tried it, like I think my
boyfriend bought it one day and Iwas like, oh, like, but
do you like crave it? You'relike, oh my god, he's cheese.
Yes, O god? Anymore Ithink as a kid for sure,
because as a kid is like soheavily flavored and like yeah, so much
sodium and oh god, I don'tknow. Food here is very weird,

(18:07):
like there's just so many of everything, like so many brands of I don't
know chocolate, I don't know,milk different, I don't know flavors of
milk. I don't know. It'sweird. It's overwhelming to go to grocery
stores because I always go through thesame things, and then it's like a
bunch of everything that I still needto try. I know that I have

(18:29):
not tried like many snacks, sooh my god, I might as well
just do a little hole of snacksand try eat cheese next time. Yes,
please get me and some glyzzies. What's like an American snack? Like
a popular American snack M doritos.Doritos. Have you ever had them?
Yeah? Okay, good, yeah, yeah yeah doritos. I don't know.

(18:51):
When I think of American food,I think of the basic like snack
wise, like chips. I thinkof like Lays potato chips, and like
fritos and stuff like his finger foodlike for like football games and stuff like
I know, I'm trying to thinkof like when I went to cookouts and
like other Fourth of July, likethere would always be g lizzies, always
hot dogs, always hamburgers. Yeah, um, there'd be spinach dip.

(19:17):
Okay, spinach dip. Yeah,I love spinach dip. That's firstly one
of my favorites. Deviled eggs.Deviled eggs is literally the best thing.
And oh they're made right. Ohmy gosh. Last year I went to
like a Fourth of July party andthis lady brought them, Okay, and

(19:40):
you know, I was like afan of deviled eggs at the time,
but I wasn't like die hard forthem, um, but I tried them.
I ate probably the entire case.I probably did because they were so
good and I don't even know honestly, let me look it up. Yeah,
is in a deviled egg? Icannot imagine myself going crazy over eggs,
Like I don't recipe easy, recipeeasy. I think it's like a

(20:06):
five ingredient recipe. Oh gosh, okay, it's mayo and mustard, okay,
coupled with the yolk. I guessit was good together. So like
I think you like scoop the eggout like like it's a deviled egg.
Earth, sorry, it's a boiledegg. Eggs. Then you scoop out

(20:30):
the yolk. I think you mashit all together with like mayo and mustard.
I could be completely wrong, butthat's what it's saying here, um,
and then you flavor it with likea type of zom pepper. Now
that's like there's a specific Oh maybeis that like a pink paprika? Okay,
paprika? Yes? Yes, sogood. That sounds really good.

(20:52):
Yes, it's amazing. It's amazing. We have like a I don't know,
a traditional salad back home is likepotatoes, eggs and like carrots.
But anyway, they put mayo andmustard and paprika, So I can imagine
that it tastes similar. I Ido like that. I do like that.

(21:14):
Let's say, um, like aVenezuelan food that's really popular, Oh
my god, oh I love thebest or well, okay, controversial.
I would say, got chat basswhat is that? So? Katapas is
like corn um bread, like verysimilar to corn bread um, like a

(21:37):
very thin layer of conbread and thena huge piece of cheese um in butter
and you just fold it and it'slike a little sandwich. That's like the
worst explanation ever cattap bas, butit is really good. I don't know.
I would say that Hispanic food isreally flavorful. Oh I love Hispanic

(21:59):
food. It's really I think Icould eat has banded field every single day.
Yeah. No, like honestly everysingle meal. It cooks like from
back home my um my best friendsArgentinian. You met her, yeah,
I did so. Her family basicallyraised me and they introduced me to like

(22:19):
all their sorts of food, whichdon't even ask me how to pronounce it
or what I because I am sobad at it. Yeah, but there
were these few well, her mommakes this like amazing taco chili, which
like so good on its own,but good. I can't pronounce it.
Maybe you know what it is.There's these like this dessert called alj okay,

(22:41):
yes, yes, okay, andit's like the lemony like coconut yeah,
with like a custard filling. Ohmy god. She they make the
best of those. That sounds sogood. That sounds amazing. Oh my
god. I love food, Like, yeah, I love food. I

(23:02):
can talk about food for hours.I love food. No, well,
American food because it's fourth of July. Yeah. So one that you know
it's it's funny is turkey legs.Like, yeah, I tried turkey legs.
I think it was a Disney orsomething. It was honestly overrated.
Really yeah, I don't know.Like they're good, but they're mostly fat,

(23:26):
you know. Yeah, that's notthat much turkey there. So I'm
a very big like I can't dotexture, okay, really, I hate
like if there's really fatty meats orlike like a steak, right there's a
lot of fat on it. Oh, I can't The steak is different.
Steak with fat is the best thingever, I know. I'm just I

(23:48):
just can't do it. I can'tdo it. So no, but I
get that because for the turky legs. I was kind of grossed out too.
So have you ever been to afair like a carnival here? No?
Okay, that is where at leastI know where to find turkey legs
because fair food is like so interesting. Yeah, it's gross, Like you

(24:11):
you can't expect to go and getlike fine dining or like yeah, like
food. Um, they have stufflike I'm sure you've heard, like the
donuts, like the fried fried donuts. It's like fried donuts. I can't
I think there's a certain name forit really, but um, there's fried
oreos turkey. Yes, you've neverhad fried words? Oh my gosh.

(24:33):
Okay, I don't think I wantto add them next time. There's a
fair traumatizing it's it is for yourstomach. It definitely is for your stomach.
Um, oh my god. Yeah. So they got a lot of
interesting foods, but for the turkeyleg um, I've had it, I've

(24:55):
gone. They're usually huge. Yeahwhen you got from Disney was huge.
Are um, but I will agreewith you that they are really fatty and
they are they barely any meat. But carnivals in places like that make so
much money on just their food.I like Carnivals confuse me though, because
Disney, I understand, like Disney'sa huge franchise. They got tons of

(25:18):
money on their plate, they gotincome from every left way, Like,
yeah, they're they're good. Butcarnivals, especially like when you see like
a lot of the food restaurants andlike the little pop ups that are very
similar and they kind of like goeverywhere, like the Carnival, the travels
and stuff and like the fair thatgoes everywhere. Um, I just don't

(25:38):
know, Like they make almost allof their money from their food. From
the food, and considering that's notthat good, well it's not good,
but people will literally come and spendtons of money for it because I guess
it's just experience. Like it's amoment and you're like, let me get
this fried area whatever. Yeah, that's crazy, Like it's crazy. How

(26:03):
like the place that you are atdefines like the mood that you want to
go for, yeah, and howmuch you're willing to spend for yeah,
exactly. I remember when I wasin Bush Gardens, Um, I wanted
to get dippin dots. It wasmy first time crying it, and I
think I paid like ten dollars fordippin dots, Like I was like,
this is not like okay, especiallysomeone like them again a Bush Gardens,

(26:26):
because I mean, if you gotdippin dots in the store, I can't
imagine. I think it'd be like, yeah, five bucks maybe yeah,
a big part, but especially atlike those big chains, like those big
franchises like Bush Gardens in Disney.I can't imagine how much that turkey leg
was at Disney. Oh my god, probably like ten ten bucks. I
was like, they get more likefifteen fourteen. I mean I've been to

(26:48):
like Disney before and Universal and likeordering just like not shows there, it's
like twenty dollars. Yeah, likeit's it's insane. But they nickel and
dime you because they know you're gonnapay for it because you want the experience
and you want to take your littlekid to Disney and you're gonna do whatever
that kid wants because you wanted tobe in the magical. Oh my god,
this is so weird. I wentfor the first time when I was

(27:10):
four, and just don't take yourkids there for like I don't remember being
there. I know I went becauseI have pictures, but I just don't
remember, like what was I doingat four years old, Like, I
don't know, I don't even thinkI have. I remember crying for something.
I think it's because I wanted apicture with like mini whatever something and
there was like a big line andmy mom was like, no, so

(27:33):
that's the only thing I know thatwas traumatizing for you. It was,
it was. And then I rememberI got a mini diary and then I
don't know, I was carrying itand I just left it at a random
bathroom or something that was also traumatizedfor Like I went home without it and
I was like, oh my god, that was for like thirty dollars.

(27:56):
Oh my god. Yeah, Ifully agreed do not to your kids to
Disney because especially if they're not ableto walk, like if they're baby like
and you have to bring a stroller. Yeah, it's hot, Florida is
so hot. It's ridiculous. Yeah, but they make so much money off
of kid profit, just kid profitalone, because they know, like when

(28:17):
you're older, like you don't reallyneed to go or want to go as
Yeah, it's for kids, likeit is, but it's crazy. I
saw this TikTok. There is thislittle um girl that win I think for
her birthday or whatever. But sheyou can get like a prince's treatment or
like prince's experience, and that's liketwo hundred dollars or like the dress and
the makeup and the hair. Yeah, BLUs a ticket because it's at Disney,

(28:40):
So that's like what I don't know, three hundred four hundred dollars for
the Prince's thingy. That's crazy.But I mean if I were a kid,
I would have loved oh do that? So um, I guess it
makes sense if it's for like abirthday or something. Yep, I mean
yeah, I mean people you knowthe sender like asshole? Yeah, how
people can go and eat there, dine there? I did that? You

(29:03):
did? No, my parents musthave spent the big bucks on me then,
because also don't remember it because Iwas young. Yeah that sucks.
I don't remember it, but there'spictures of me in the Cinderella Castle eating
dinner like royalty with her. WellI got to meet her, oh my
god. But every kid gets tomeet the princess at some point. Yeah.

(29:23):
I think she like says high topeople, like I think was there's
like little lines throughout Disney or likeyou can wait and meet them based on
certain locations. So no, becauseI I went like two years ago and
I wanted to meet the princesses andI hand he started doing that. Yeah,
I think it makes sense to gowhen you're older. Plus it's fun,

(29:45):
like I don't know, it relievesyour child. Yeah. Do you
think Disney does stuff for Fourth ofJuly? Maybe they do because they do
fireworks. They do a bunch offireworks Disney for I honestly, that makes
it a good they do. Wow. They called it's called a Magic Kingdom,

(30:06):
a Fourth of July Concert in theSky on both July third and fourth.
They do it at nine twenty eachnight. Um, and it's like
the huge fireworks. I mean theyalways do fire always, but this must
have been big if it was,and probably really expensive. Imagine all the
food that they sold. Oh gosh, I can't imagine. Yeah, but

(30:30):
that sounds like a good experience.Well. Also, going to any theme
park in summer, yeah, especiallyJuly. I genuinely think July is the
highest price has to go to Disneyor any theme park in Orlando, just
because summer kids are out of school. Yeah, you can go wherever you

(30:52):
want, do whatever you want todo. So I'm assuming people spent a
lot lots of money to go toDisney. Yeah, me too, makes
sense. July also, oh,also people get vacations. Well I don't
know if you're in the US,but at least back home, vacations are
July August. So that makes sense. Like a lot of people come here

(31:14):
because they have vacations. Oh didnot know that. I know, like
we have to like take time offfor vacation. So is that what you
mean or no, it's just designatedvacation. Yea, what it's like at
least like a month and a half. Well, why don't we have two
months of designated vacation? Holy yeah, that's crazy, it is. That's

(31:38):
great. Well that makes perfect sensethen because people probably be here a lot
of tourists. Yeah, come here. Yeah, that makes so much sense.
Now it does prices they just inflict. Yeah, so next up on
the list. And this is sofunny. I have thought about this a
bunch of times. So commercial fulllawyers, like they are everywhere every corner

(32:05):
I turned, it says are youinjured? Are you going through something?
Please call me? And then youturn around and it's like, no,
call me, Like I am theone like best lawyer in the hotel Hassey,
best lawyer, and like, haveyou ever heard of the Morgan?
Morgan and Morgan? Now there's likethree Morgan's. No, okay, that

(32:28):
was for me growing up as akid too, like always watching TV when
TV was a thing. Okay, yeah, their commercials would always pop up
and be like Morgan and Morgan forthe people, or like Farrell and Farrell
because they were like a brother ora family thing. So they have heard
it, but not like the thirdMorgan. I think we actually have a
Morgan. Yeah, so everywhere everywhere, it's so funny. I don't know

(32:52):
why they're big here. I couldnot answer you that question. I just
now I have no clue. Butthat's just so weird. It's like every
single corner there's I don't know,someone trying to convince you. It's so
funny. It is really funny. And now, like I mean Kiara wants
to be a lawyer. Oh god, so I'm just assuming you know her
with her little sign like she needsto do one. Oh my god.

(33:15):
Um let's see it's here, umdrive through everything. Yeah, they got
a lot of drive throughs. Yes, there's a lot of drive throughs.
There's drive through liquor stores. Now, there's a really through medicine. Yes,
literally in California. I was actuallytalking to one of my co workers
about this. In California, theyhave a drive through, um bar.

(33:40):
Don't tell me how that makes sensebecause I don't know. Yeah, where
you can get a drink in likean alcoholic beverage in a drive through.
Don't know how because how is thatnot promoting drinking and driving? Don't know,
But somehow that's okay and people doit. That's crazy. I mean,
we have drive through liquor store here. I didn't even know that Mike's

(34:04):
Mike's Beer Barn ever been. Whatthe heck? Do you know the Starbucks?
Why? It's literally right next toit. It looks like a gas
station. It looks kind of sketch, but it's called Mike's Beer Barn.
And it's like this wooden like Barneylooking building, but you can go in.
It's a regular like liquor store inside, but they have a drive through.
Love it. I hate having toget out and do stuff and so

(34:27):
I love drive through. That makessense, It's great. Oh my god,
I need to go. Yes,also for like banking and stuff you
can deposit. I don't know moneyand stuff don't. That's well, that
makes a lot of sense, butthat's just crazy. Um. All right,
So red solo cups, why arethey so popular? Like why they

(34:50):
are red solo cups and they're justthe best. I don't know. I
remember when I was a kid, like the red Solo Cup country song.
I don't know if you heard ofthat one. Now, it's like red
Solo Cup, I lift you up, Let's have a party. But it's
like a cut. So I wasn'tgonna sing it because it was gonna be
bad, so I just spoke it. But that song is when I first

(35:12):
heard about red solo cups. Andthen it kind of came up. And
maybe I'm just young, too youngfor this. Maybe they were already a
thing, um, but I startednoticing them more in like college movies.
Like movies would always associate them withlike partying in college and like in America,
like a red solo cup, yeah, the American dream, Like that's

(35:34):
when you go to college, youget a red solo cup and you get
alcohol. No, for real, that's what it. That's what it looks
like. Yeah, I remember,Okay, this is so I remember one
time, I was like here visitingin vacation, and my mom bought them
and I was like, Okay, you need to save one, like we
were staying at a hotel or something. I was like, you need to
save one, and I need totake it back home. I was like,
I don't know, thirteen, Idon't know, and I took it.

(35:54):
I was like, look at myred cup from America's fun Oh my
gosh, you have it on alittle altar, you have it on line.
It's like you cannot throw it away. That's so funny. Wow,
I mean the amount of Solo cupsI get thrown away, Yeah, trash,
that's like whatever. But well, now people are trying to make blue

(36:16):
solo cups a thing really because wellnowadays, like I mean here, when
we're walking around and stuff, thething is like, oh, if you
have a red Solo cup, likeyou're gonna get pulled over. So you
know, a cop is going toimmediately associate a red Solo cups crazy alcohol
because it's usually what it is.So you can't walk around with a red
Solo cup ever. Um, Butnow people are trying blue solo cups because

(36:38):
they don't think it will attract asmuch attention bring the blue Cup, So
I'm all for it, see whatI mean, Like right cup, It's
like, oh my god, that'scrazy. Yes, yeah, but yeah,
America's got some pretty good trends.I mean, I mean you like
America. I like America, loveit. I think it's America. You

(37:00):
would say, yes, I wouldnot consider myself like a country gal,
but I love my red Solo cupsand my beer Fourth of July parties.
Can't go wrong with that. No, you certainly can't. Like, I
think it's great. It's like Idon't know, yeah to be well,

(37:20):
of course not me, but everyone'slike proud to be American, which is
I think it's very cool. Proudto be American. Yeah, but I
do think we are running out oftime here. You are almost at forty.
