You change someway. What's going on? You have tuned in
to another episode of on the Movie Unscripted with Patricia
m goings in the Beauty So before we even bring
on these two amazing guests that I know y'all see,
and then if somebody in there, what's going on with that?
(03:42):
It's been a lot going on this week.
Speaker 6 (03:44):
Yeah, it has been.
Speaker 3 (03:45):
It's a I've been going on all over the world.
But yeah, we forgot that. We are now in the fall.
We didn't have so much drama going on. It ain't
Nobody said nothing about fall. It's fall y'all. Yes, And
then we had what freedom of speech was being attacked
this week?
Speaker 6 (04:04):
Yeah?
Speaker 8 (04:08):
Yeah, they actually worked in his favor, to be honest
about it, that more people listen or watch the show,
the highest he ever had, and he started.
Speaker 3 (04:20):
I felt like somebody over there saw what happened to
Target was like, we're gonna go ahead and bring it back.
They were lost, like what some not millions, but they
said billions. Billions is a lot of money. Yeah, like, listen,
freedom of speech its not worth what.
Speaker 6 (04:36):
I think it was like four.
Speaker 3 (04:37):
Billion, yeah, and twenty four hours, right, yeah, tough. So
we were at the end of September, and so we
know that October is domestic violence month. That's one thing,
and then also cancer awareness, right, and so we have
two awesome, awesome, awesome people that we have brought on.
(04:58):
We have mister call Anthony from Full Force.
Speaker 6 (05:02):
And what's going once going on? How y'all doing?
Speaker 3 (05:06):
Oh? And then we also have Miss Queen of Hearts. Uh,
miss Ethel, how you doing? Miss Queen at Hearts?
Speaker 9 (05:15):
I'm great, thank you.
Speaker 3 (05:18):
I call it the Queen that's the short way, this queen.
And so basically what we like to do with all
the guests when they come on is we like to
give them a little bit of time to take them
down the yellow big road, just a little bit to
tell them who you are, what you do, and what
got you into even wanting to support organizations, you know,
(05:42):
you know, like cancer research and stuff like that. So, uh,
miss Ethel, let's start with you. Please, We're gonna take
and we start wherever you want. You can start from
the crib with the bottle, or you can move on
up to high school or college or.
Speaker 10 (05:55):
It started way back uh in willahouchie Georgia.
Speaker 9 (06:03):
Yea, say, but let's see. Can we put the camera
on me?
Speaker 3 (06:10):
Is a camera on you? Okay? So tell Jamonica what
got you into even doing events, because you said you've
been doing events for a long time, so you know,
tell us about that.
Speaker 10 (06:25):
Yeah, Well, I started actually in the church. I've been
doing events since the nineteen eighties. I used to sing
in the choir, and I've always loved music. I did
samling and I just I've always loved music, and so
(06:48):
I would always invite these gospel groups to our church
and then I just I started, you know, started promoting
events like that, and I joined an organization because my
organization is the Queens of a Woman.
Speaker 3 (07:09):
Let me find out you know how to blow? You
hear me, let me find out you can blow? Haven't
you seen about your organization? I just didn't want to
see yeah.
Speaker 9 (07:21):
Yeah, so yeah. So I moved to Georgia from Ohio.
Speaker 10 (07:27):
I'm from Tolled, Ohio, and so I moved down here
in the eighties and got into Marlin and then basically
kind of got into music again and that joined an
organization called New Order, and that was a national human
(07:51):
rights organization because I was involved. I've always been involved
in human rights.
Speaker 9 (07:55):
Also.
Speaker 10 (07:56):
I used to march as a child with men evers
in those people.
Speaker 9 (08:02):
And so I.
Speaker 10 (08:04):
Joined New Order and formed the Ladies of New Order.
And from that I had the Ladies of New Orders
probably about a year or so, and just kind of
got a revelation of Queens of Hearts. It just came
to me, you know, named the organization Queens of Hearts.
(08:26):
So I branched off from New Order and started the
Queens of Hearts. And that was back in and fourteen.
So this year is eleven years that I've been doing this,
and I've had our annual gala every year since twenty and.
Speaker 9 (08:43):
Fourteen to support cancer research.
Speaker 10 (08:50):
We are a five O one C three nonprofit organization
and our mission is that we're dedicated to improving the
line of individuals and families by empowering, educating, and enlightening
them to become change agents in their communities. And our
(09:11):
main initiative, like I said, is we support cancer research
and families and individuals who have been affected by cancer. Okay,
And so that's why we're having this fashion show. Unfortunately,
I think we're going We're not going to have a
gala this year. This will be the first year that
we don't have it, But we're having this fashion show.
(09:34):
So it kind of you know, feels in for that
because it's fashions against cancer and it's serving the same
purpose as the gala.
Speaker 3 (09:44):
Okay, And we.
Speaker 9 (09:45):
Have the wonderful mister Paul Anthony as the host this year.
Speaker 1 (09:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (09:49):
So I want to ask you, so if they want
to look you up on the internet, you know, you're
telling them your website. Okay, they want to donate, if
they can't come, they can.
Speaker 10 (10:00):
Still donate, right, Yeah, of course, The website for the Queens.
Speaker 9 (10:06):
Of Heart is Q O H g W E.
Speaker 3 (10:09):
Dot org okay, okay, and then that's in the cash Yeah,
cash up is.
Speaker 10 (10:18):
Let me think it's Queen's with the capital Q and
then all capital letters O, H, G W E.
Speaker 3 (10:28):
Okay, okay, All right, did you did? I said, we
put on them heels and go out there and listens.
Speaker 10 (10:40):
Coming out just strut for a cure.
Speaker 3 (10:44):
Okay. So we're gonna now we're gonna slide over to
the man of the hour, the host of the event
that miss ethel got to come on in and help
her with this awesome, awesome event that she got going on. Hello,
mister Anthony, what's going on?
Speaker 6 (10:59):
What's going on to you?
Speaker 11 (11:01):
And all your wonderful listeners and all your wonderful observers
want to say peace and blessings?
Speaker 6 (11:07):
How they're going, Oh.
Speaker 3 (11:08):
Fine, bye, fine, I'm sorry, I'm trying to I'm doing
the this the ghetto wag. I got my little phone
over here doing Facebook live.
Speaker 6 (11:16):
I noticed I noticed current keep it real, I see.
Speaker 3 (11:21):
So tell us about yourself for those who you got,
that younger generation who may not know everything about Full Force,
So tell them about you Full Force and what brought
you up to the meeting of miss Ethel and being
the co host for her bent on October Field.
Speaker 6 (11:39):
Okay, well, just try to condense it.
Speaker 11 (11:42):
You know, you know full force where legendary producers been
in the music business at legendary status for over forty
two years, working with such groups as The Godfather Soul,
James Brown, the Great Bob Dylan and BB King and
Kyler Bell, Earth and Fire, Rihanna and Nicki Minaj, Britney Spears,
(12:03):
Little Kim Method Man, Batstreet Boys and the Sync. There's
sommer I can't even care about, you know. And then
we went on Grammy with the Black Eyed Ps and
most of the youths they know us for starring.
Speaker 6 (12:22):
In a history making movie called House Party.
Speaker 11 (12:24):
I played stab We wrote the themes soy and my
type of hype.
Speaker 6 (12:29):
First movie was Crush Groove.
Speaker 11 (12:31):
And then we've had success for ourselves creating freestyle dance
music and creating a group called Easels and Cold Cham
and Sharp Purps, Riley Thanks for My Child, and on.
Speaker 6 (12:40):
And on and on and so that's what we're doing.
We're still we're still doing our things.
Speaker 11 (12:44):
We just reached it, did a big show in LA
for eighteen thousand people at the Hollywood Bowl, and we're
doing the Soul Train Cruise and lots of things on
the music side, on the purpose driven side.
Speaker 6 (12:55):
You know, any I traveled.
Speaker 11 (12:58):
The globe doing one wonderful things and aligning with people
like Ethol in the pursuit of finding a cure for cancer.
Speaker 6 (13:07):
One of my phrases alignment for the assignment.
Speaker 11 (13:11):
Being a three time cancer champion, myself and my beloved
life sister Kathy Hughes. Putting it on Unsung TV one.
It broke records all over and I've been able to
champion that and tub Matter transplants. So now the music
is the gift and love, but the purpose is how
can we touch change and save lives.
Speaker 6 (13:32):
I've done.
Speaker 11 (13:32):
I've worked extensively with the Little kimun Foma Society. I've
worked extensively with the American Cancer Society over twelve years.
I'm on the national advisory board for the ninth leading
hospital in the world, the Mafia Cancer Center, with a
lot of my great great allies, Lisa France Kennedy who
(13:53):
owns NASCAR, and Brian Glazer who owns the Buccaneers. We
all come together and do wonderful things. I bought a
snight to a magno your ball a few years ago.
So I do some things, just some wonderful things that
gona a few years ago. Uh, in the pursuit of
finding a cure and and uh, you know, through my
research and traveling, I found that one of the worst
(14:15):
cancers is not the three that I had, leukemia being
one of them, nor is it pancreatic or or along.
One of the worst cancers, you'll be surprised as the
cancer of the spirit.
Speaker 6 (14:25):
And the way we cure that as a steady.
Speaker 11 (14:26):
Transfusion and infusion of love and connectivity. And that's what
this is all about. My organization has given fashion, fashion
fights cancer. I've done many fashion shows. Ethel was gracious
enough to honor me a couple of years ago at
her wonderful, wonderful Clean of Hearts event, and because of that,
we aligned. Because she moves with a driven purpose. She
(14:48):
doesn't look left nor right, she just stays forward and
do that. So I said, that's the kind of energy
I want to align with. So when she says she
wanted to do a can uh this this event, I
was like, sure, Yeah, I try to prioritize what she
wants to do because she's always purpose driven. So this
is the goal of this is to show that beauty
(15:10):
has come from within. I one time did a fashion
show and my beloved sister, Vivica Fox.
Speaker 6 (15:16):
We did some things because she.
Speaker 11 (15:17):
Had a wigline and at the end I had all
the models pull off their wigs and it was all
bald and beautiful. To show that beauty is from within.
You know, cancer doesn't get in the way. Sometimes cancer
can be nothing more than a wake up call for
us to do things to take care of our body,
take care of our mind, take care of our spirit.
(15:38):
So when we say fashion against cancer, yes you can
be fashionable even in the midst of challenge.
Speaker 6 (15:46):
This photos of.
Speaker 11 (15:46):
Me ironing my clothes with the cafine in my chest,
in my room, getting dressed and getting properly fly when
people come visit me while I was going through my
bone mat transplant. Because no matter what, you want to
stay beautiful. So it's a it's a beautiful thing. It's
a beautiful event, and it's galvanizing all the because there's
(16:07):
a lot of cancer champions out here. Our goal, our
collective goal, is to bring them out and share that spirit,
share that synergy, and that's what we're going to do.
So this is first of many to come, you know,
I'm glad to be a part of it.
Speaker 3 (16:22):
Look, you said you've been in this for forty five years.
Why do you only look like you about fifteen or twenty? Like,
I don't know, figure it out.
Speaker 6 (16:32):
I appreciate that, you know. I try to stay in
the gym.
Speaker 11 (16:35):
I've always I've been credited would be the first to
bring bodybuilding, fitness and training into hip hop in nineteen
eighty nineteen eighty. So I've inspired from fifty to ll
to Michael Jordan and Mike Tyson, I've all inspired them.
Speaker 6 (16:50):
So I try to stay healthy.
Speaker 11 (16:51):
I try to stay stress free, stress to kill it,
you know, and I try to navigate, alleviate and illuminate.
Speaker 6 (16:59):
Away and toxic energy. You know, you got you and Miss.
Speaker 3 (17:03):
Ethel's into sports too. You do a little bit of
working out too. I've seen the right you're just working
out a little seen it in your bio. Okay. So
I want to take some time to acknowledge those who
step into the building, and I want to see if
people to have a question for mss Ethel or mister
(17:25):
Paul Anthony. So let's start with is it d N.
Speaker 9 (17:29):
Matley?
Speaker 3 (17:30):
Did I say, did I say.
Speaker 6 (17:31):
Your name right?
Speaker 3 (17:32):
Yes?
Speaker 6 (17:33):
By Demonica.
Speaker 4 (17:34):
But I'm with the Queens of Hearts, so I'm the
regional Regional director of the Queen of Hearts Northern Division.
So I just wanted to be a part of it
and support uh Ethel's mission and Paul's mission. So I'm
on here to support the cause and just talk about
the event that we're having on Sunday, October fifth.
Speaker 9 (17:56):
I'm excited about.
Speaker 3 (17:57):
Yeah, let's talk about it. Come on. We got to
look forward.
Speaker 4 (18:02):
To, Well, we got a lot of things to look
forward to.
Speaker 9 (18:06):
First of all, we got uh we got the models.
Speaker 4 (18:09):
Of course, as you know, they're going to be, like
Ethel said, strutting, strutting their stuff. Uh, we got the
one and only. Like I said, Paul Anthony, I mean,
it's a blessing to have him and be a part
of this. I mean this really means a lot to
us as myself. Both of my parents have cancer. So
my mother she had colon cancer, and my father he
(18:30):
had prostate cancer. And my niece had passed about five
months ago, had a very rare form of breast cancer.
So this is this is dear to my heart and
I'm just glad to be a part of this. We
have performers, so we're gonna have different performers. I'm making
a cameo appearance, but it's so it's the one and only,
(18:50):
uh Polo Houston from Minneapolis, Minnesota by way of Houston.
Speaker 9 (18:56):
It'll be myself. We have Nella Joy performing.
Speaker 4 (19:01):
Uh. We're just having some special guests coming up doing
a few things.
Speaker 9 (19:06):
It's a night of great food, fellowship, a great time. Yes,
we're just saying food.
Speaker 4 (19:15):
Great food, fellowship, a lot of fashion and we're just
gonna have a great time. And I'm honored. I'm coming
from Minneapolis, Minnesota. I can't wait to come there next
weekend and just have a great time.
Speaker 6 (19:29):
Ye oh yeah, oh yeah yeah. And let me let
me add to that.
Speaker 11 (19:33):
Demonica is an amazing songstress. You know, she's Etho's right arm.
You know, she's a support unit that she's consistent, and
that's the key thing for me, and we need to
make sure we put that out there, especially with our blacks.
We have to be consistent, you know, consistent with your love,
(19:55):
your mission, whatever it is.
Speaker 6 (19:56):
Demonica is always there.
Speaker 11 (19:58):
And this is this in many ways going to be
sort of a send off because after this we're going
to be doing a number of wonderful tribute shows together.
So although in addition to tributing whoever's saying some wonderful
songs before our time, you better believe we're going to
mention the purpose. Also we're gonna use that as a
way when two of more gathered to feed that as well.
Speaker 6 (20:20):
So I just want to give her her props too.
Speaker 3 (20:23):
I was you. I think it's awesome and amazing, mister
Paul Anthony that you have not just you know, decided
to be a part of this, but you are lawyer,
yourself loyal, you know, thankful to the cause. You know,
you're not looking at this like, oh, well I've done this,
this is so why should I do that? You're like, boom, listen,
(20:43):
it's about you know. I love that.
Speaker 6 (20:46):
Yeah, well, thank you so much. You know.
Speaker 11 (20:48):
I like to feel that I kind of don't have
a say in the matter. I have no choice because
when he wheeled me out after I beat my third
cancer and I was at the wheel Ouders Morlstone Krying
Cancer Center, which I'm still an outpatient, him and I.
Speaker 6 (21:05):
We made a pack.
Speaker 11 (21:05):
We made a promise that when he got me out there,
I'm going to feed purpose where there's a release in
new music. I have my book one way or another,
I'm going to navigate purpose because that's how he's going
to keep me.
Speaker 6 (21:17):
So yeah, I have.
Speaker 3 (21:21):
The book and music. But let me jump down here
to another supporter who has popped in the billing. Is
this okay? It says Lizette, but I'm thinking that's not
really your name. It's not really Lazette, but that's my name.
Speaker 7 (21:35):
Is I'm actually Jay Writes, the musical poet. Okay, okay,
And so.
Speaker 12 (21:44):
We gave me an opportunity and took me in. So
I'm actually one of her artists. I actually met Paul Anthony.
I was actually crying because that was a moment in time.
If he remembers we was at the Uma and he's
alleged so to be in this event, I'm hyped up.
And after the Monica already knows I'm already hyped up,
(22:06):
but this I'm super hyped up.
Speaker 7 (22:08):
I'm going to perform a song called Cancer. I wrote
this song.
Speaker 12 (22:12):
About about three years ago, and I shopped around, tried
to give it to people. They was just like, no,
I can't. I don't want this song. I don't want
this song. I said, no problems. I'll perform it and
I'll record it and the night we're gonna do it,
it's gonna be an amazing night.
Speaker 6 (22:27):
That's what's up, baby, that's what's up.
Speaker 3 (22:30):
I got the whole look too, like you look like
if you look like you.
Speaker 7 (22:35):
Thank you so much, Thank you so much. We're gonna
kill it. We're gonna kill it. We're gonna do what
we do.
Speaker 6 (22:41):
Love it. I'm looking forward to it. I'm looking forward
to it.
Speaker 7 (22:44):
Thank you, Thank you.
Speaker 3 (22:45):
MS. After we gotta get our tickets listen them.
Speaker 6 (22:48):
You know we're gonna have it this week.
Speaker 9 (22:52):
Yeah, Jarry is another one of my ride and dies.
I really.
Speaker 3 (22:59):
That's an amazing and so I have another beautiful face
down there. They's smiling and I think it's Comisha MS. Comisha,
you're on, Hi, miss Commissia.
Speaker 13 (23:10):
Good evening everyone, And I'm so glad that you guys
decided to do this because I really did need to
connect with the movement and the passion behind it, because
you know, some people do events and they'll slap and
slap a logo on a flyer and the kids really
behind the cause, and you know, me seeing the passion,
(23:30):
I kind of have a better idea of who I
needed to contact to invite to the events, So I
really appreciate. I'm also a singer songwriter working on a
project now, but I work with Vivian from v Ding's Passion.
I've done you know, some stuff recently for her. Yeah,
(23:50):
you know, I love a positive movement, so I'm excited.
Speaker 9 (23:55):
I have a very special.
Speaker 13 (23:56):
Group of ladies that they've already gotten on board to
come and support them. I'll be telling them that I
spoke with you all today.
Speaker 9 (24:06):
You know.
Speaker 3 (24:09):
You, thank you. I appreciate you. You were talking about
miss dan It right.
Speaker 4 (24:15):
Yes, yes, Delonica, Yes.
Speaker 3 (24:19):
You were talking about Cross prostate cancer. One of your
family members passed away. I've been at Durts for thirty
two years, right and over the last i don't know,
a few years, prostate cancer has become a big theme, right,
but a lot of people don't talk about it. A
lot of men don't really talk about it. It's not
you don't realize, like how many men are passing away
(24:39):
from prostate cancer and they're not getting diagnosed. So it's
good that you know, you have these events and stuff
where you can talk about these things, you know, because
men don't like to talk about that. They laugh about it,
like let men know as they can do the exam,
you know, they they laugh about it. But it's really
a very serious thing and it's really you know, has
claimed a lot alive. So it's good that you are,
(25:00):
you know, joining with miss Ethel. It's good that she
got strong people. Let me tell you something, miss Ethel
ain't nothing like a strong team. I'm telling you absolutely, absolutely, Yeah.
The fact that you have all of them that got
your back. So we really want everyone to come out.
You know, we want you to go and get the tickets.
Right if you're in Atlanta or you're within a drive
of Atlanta, then you need to come out. Have some fun.
(25:21):
They're gonna have some you know, some live entertainment. She said.
The food is the bomb. Diggity, you know, mister ms Park,
are you singing? We're gonna get some singing. Yeah, I'm
a singer, love something.
Speaker 6 (25:34):
I'm a hommer tune or two, you know.
Speaker 3 (25:36):
Okay, so we got live entertainment, you know, yeah, and
then they're gonna be stretching, and I already know the
models is gonna be doing that.
Speaker 8 (25:45):
Designers like who designed some of these the wares for
the mouse right as well, Danks like some of the designers.
Speaker 7 (25:55):
I think it's gonna be.
Speaker 9 (25:58):
It's the main designer.
Speaker 3 (25:59):
And I thank you if I was not, If I'm
not mistaken, mss Ethel, you were opening an opportunity right
for some other fashion designers who might be interested and
still joining in right, which is awesome and amazing because
it's all about that. Listen, your next level is all
connected to who you meet. You're one person away from
(26:20):
wherever it is that God is about to take you next.
So it would behoove you to come right because you
don't know who you're gonna meet. And if you're you're
in the fashions. If you got online, you've been waiting
for an opportunity to show your stuff. You need to
get in touch with miss Ethel. Miss Ethel, how can
they get in touch with you if they want to
join as one of the fashion designers.
Speaker 10 (26:42):
If they want to join it's one of the fashion designers,
they can message me. They can im me on Facebook
through Messenger. F the q H Book Halter They can
call me for seven zero four nine six eight four
one eight, or they can email me I n f
(27:02):

gmail dot.
Speaker 3 (27:07):
Com and come to your best game. Don't come with
some stuff you just seld up in the back seat
just because you want to be a part of the event.
Don't come with your line. Come ready to because this
might be an opportunity. You know that you didn't know
that you can have this. A lot of stuff come
at last minute, right a black you don't even be
expecting it. That's how God works. This is a season
(27:28):
of suddenly, a seating of season of acceleration. So I
encourage you to reach out to ms Ethel If you're
someone who you got ALIGNE and you're just looking for
an opportunity, there's an opportunity. I think you said you
also have some slots open for vendors too, right, you
still have some areas for vendors.
Speaker 9 (27:45):
Yeah, we only have a couple of slots left for vendors.
Speaker 10 (27:50):
We also will have the House of Glam will be
stretten some fashions.
Speaker 8 (27:58):
Okay, so yeah, the campus and stuff, and that's an
elegant thing. When you got I've been to a lot
of fashion shows and stuff. We work with people in
the fashion world, and if you get a chance to
see it in person, because you always normally watch it
on TV or something, but to see it in person
another thing. That's like, Man, it's like it's like to
be a part of the whole, you know, the experience
(28:19):
of it. That's what I like about that too.
Speaker 3 (28:23):
I no, this would be my first, This be my
first Bashi show, and I try to give the tickets.
Speaker 10 (28:34):
Well, yeah, we're going to have some great door prizes. Also,
the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra has donated some tickets and.
Speaker 9 (28:44):
A couple of other prizes.
Speaker 6 (28:46):
So that's a big deal right there.
Speaker 9 (28:49):
It's going to be good.
Speaker 3 (28:50):
So let's slide back to mister Paul and I had
a question for him, Yeah, and then ask him about
the book.
Speaker 8 (28:54):
Because well, I want to ask Hi about the book.
But then I also had a question that we heard
from somebody, you know, Ray Daniel. But you guys, Force
and D's and Full Force grew up on the same block.
So y'all saying who was gonna be who was the
better artists? At the time, you guys had beef, like
you know, friend back of the day.
Speaker 11 (29:16):
You know. You know, I tell you what, We've never
had a beef with anybody. Everybody respects the legend, respects
what we've done.
Speaker 6 (29:26):
We come and go and grace. You know.
Speaker 11 (29:29):
We grew up in the streets of Brooklyn, so you know,
we still got that Brooklyn attitude.
Speaker 6 (29:33):
But we have a business mindset and we're always gracious.
You know. No, the Force and D's are actually my
life brothers.
Speaker 11 (29:40):
They are the first original uh do wop group hip
hop singing group.
Speaker 6 (29:46):
We're the first original.
Speaker 11 (29:48):
Hip hop band ever first, so people mistake us all
the time. We don't live too far from one another,
and no, because of that, we we bond.
Speaker 6 (29:58):
We bond together.
Speaker 11 (29:59):
Our first this movie was Crush Groove and their first
hit was Tend to Love in the movie My dear
brothers Jimmy, jam and Terry Lewis.
Speaker 6 (30:08):
So no, we never had at.
Speaker 3 (30:12):
Hearing.
Speaker 11 (30:13):
It was nice, nice, nice leader. But they're wonderful brother
and I love them. I got some incredible music that
we did together that I'm gonna release also. But yeah,
we do a show called Forces, Joint Forces.
Speaker 6 (30:26):
We come together. We do a whole Temptations for Tops
tribute is crazy.
Speaker 11 (30:31):
You know.
Speaker 6 (30:31):
So those are my brothers. I love them.
Speaker 9 (30:33):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (30:34):
I actually was listening to some of the music today,
that's what came with the question with that, but yeah,
you know that. Yeah, so it's that music takes me back,
you know, in Jersey. So I would hear this all
the time, you know what I mean, the music.
Speaker 6 (30:50):
It had it.
Speaker 7 (30:51):
This was like really before like New Jack swing too right.
Speaker 6 (30:54):
Right right right right, And it was a golden time,
wasn't it.
Speaker 11 (30:57):
Yes, it was gold in time. I'm glad I was
a part of that, I swear.
Speaker 6 (31:02):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (31:04):
So I am an author too, right, So you know,
any anytime I run across someone who is also an author,
it always opens up my heart. So you're about to
or have you already started working on your Is it
your first book or is this a Yeah.
Speaker 11 (31:22):
This is my first book. I have a funny suspicion
that won't be my last.
Speaker 6 (31:27):
But I'm excited about it.
Speaker 11 (31:30):
And I've wondered why the universe had me moving slow
and steady to it, because sometimes.
Speaker 6 (31:34):
You have to move with with with the energy.
Speaker 11 (31:37):
But uh, you know, it's going to be called private
Priceless Moments in time. I name that because at the
end of the day. All we have is moments in time.
So this certain moments that I'm going to share, you know,
such as you know, navigating and gravitating through three life
snatching cancers and what I did to bring the mind
(31:58):
biding spirit together, things that I've used. I'm going to
share that journey. It was a heck of a journey
when I think back of it. I mean there was
a time where it was life or death without question,
and the way I perceived it, the way I navigated.
Speaker 6 (32:12):
Around that and turned the energy.
Speaker 11 (32:14):
Then I'm going to migrate into some of the private
and priceless moments the great doctor Sebbi had shared with
me in confidence.
Speaker 6 (32:21):
You know, he we spent some time together, a few
hours together.
Speaker 11 (32:24):
He told me some he me gave me some wonderful
jewels of reciprocity and giving and healing. Queen of Fool,
who was married to my uncle Samadri, just passed away
last week.
Speaker 6 (32:38):
She's also the influencer in that same sect. Then I said,
I said, I said to myself.
Speaker 11 (32:43):
You know what, let me migrate into what people want
to know as well, because there are some priceless moments
me and Prince shared, Me and Michael Jordan when we
did his video me and really when we first worked
with Rihanna, Me and the rock group Kiss. People want
know of what what what took place on the set
(33:03):
of House Party. People wanted to know how was it
walking in the studio with Pat LaBelle or with I Mean,
there's some amazing times. So I'm going to share some
things that we never shared before, some things on the
road that was crazy, because it was a wonderful time
back then too, So it's going to be a very.
Speaker 6 (33:21):
Very interesting moment in time that I want to share.
Speaker 3 (33:25):
I love the nineties and I loved uh that was
I loved classic film. Yes, just such a film, all
of them. Yeah, we just Adina Howard if you heard
a couple of weeks ago, you know, we're meet a
lot of the different nineties artists that are coming back
out and y'all killing the game. Let me tell ya something.
(33:47):
Nineties it's still about digging on ice.
Speaker 6 (33:49):
Yeah, yeah, man. It was a golden yeah yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah.
Speaker 11 (33:58):
It was really golden music and you could everybody kind
of gel together, and it was really about melodies.
Speaker 6 (34:05):
And I would like to think that that is coming back.
Speaker 11 (34:08):
It's getting back to the melody hooks songs. Even in
the hip hop if you listen to some of the
songs Kanye, they he's going back and pulling some of
the old elements that you know, because the kids they.
Speaker 6 (34:22):
Want the information. It's out there, so they're doing the
sampling and everything like that.
Speaker 11 (34:26):
So I'd like to think that the music is getting
back to that good golden time that you speak of.
Speaker 3 (34:31):
So before we slide back to Miss Stathold to get
the information on how to come to you know, fashions
against cancer. You know, I can't let you slide up
off of here, mister Anthony without talking about CDs and
and and and vinyl records and stuff like that, because
you know, I'm an artist, right, so you know, party
(34:51):
just over at DBS Sounds out here. She killed the
game too. I'm like, dimm like, wow, come ont gardy right. Well,
the well, some people say it never went away, but
what are your thoughts about CdSe vinyl records and USB
albums and stuff like that.
Speaker 6 (35:08):
It's coming back.
Speaker 11 (35:09):
Yeah, it's making a slow and steady re emergence back
into the mainstream.
Speaker 6 (35:15):
And it's a good thing because the sound quality was bang.
Speaker 11 (35:18):
So it's coming back you'll see like from Women's are
on the Soul Train cruise. They acts as, please, can
we bring some of our greatest hit CDs that Full
Force did and everything like that.
Speaker 6 (35:29):
So I'm going to do that.
Speaker 11 (35:31):
And Vinyl is coming back also, you know, I still from.
Speaker 6 (35:35):
Back in the day.
Speaker 11 (35:36):
So the fact that this is happening is signaling a
re emergence of quality music, quality sound, you know, and
we need that, man, because it's been diluted with a
lot of stuff, just just too much stuff, you know.
So it's getting back to the real essence of quality music.
And that's necessary because music is healing. Also, I've used
(35:58):
that to help me with my cancer as well, you know.
So the better the sound, the better it hits your
cerebral and heals, you know.
Speaker 6 (36:06):
So it's it's a wonderful thing.
Speaker 3 (36:08):
So I want to ask you, and because I keep
looking at Lazette, what's your artist's name again?
Speaker 7 (36:18):
J Rights?
Speaker 6 (36:20):
Say it again, Jay Wrights?
Speaker 3 (36:22):
Okay, So mister Wrights and mister Paul Anthony, are y'all
thinking about putting any of your music on CDs, Vinyl
records or USBs.
Speaker 12 (36:31):
I actually I actually started. I always have myself on
flash rive the flask drives USB and because of the
streaming is ridiculous because you're making zero zero, zero point one,
not even the scent on your music. And what's so
sad is you know you you pay all this money
(36:53):
for the engineer, you pay for the studio time, you
pay for all of this stuff like that, and you're
getting jerked, you know, And it's the way.
Speaker 7 (37:04):
But now here's what's sad. Here's what's sad. And you
know we all family your stuff like that.
Speaker 12 (37:09):
The sad part is we always talk about supporting each other,
but we don't support each other. You'll tell someone, hey,
we'll say something because you you know, when I when
I call on the race car. But it is what
it is. I'm Native American in black. So when I
go to my people and I'll say, hey, listen, I
have a flash drive, I have a zip file, ca'tsh
(37:30):
at me twelve dollars, I'll send over the album. Wait
a minute, how can I get it on on Spotify?
Can I get it on Apple Music? Where can I
get it from? Forget the third party, forget the person
I'm cutting my is right you and I?
Speaker 7 (37:45):
So I can get that money back. They won't do it.
Speaker 3 (37:49):
So I have been on this whole thirty day campaign, right,
and I have been going out on the streets. And
I actually had a whole argument with Uber Drive today,
who was also on an artist, because he was like,
ain't I bought it?
Speaker 1 (37:59):
Buy?
Speaker 3 (38:00):
I'm like, Lake, you're talking about I sold fifty of
my CDs on the streets, you know, just going up
to people and ask him to support And he was like, well,
nobody wants to get turned down. Go to twenty people
and they say no. Okay, twenty people might say no,
but another twenty people might say yes, and the other
striking from the extra money just because they love the
fact that they get your autographs, you know what I mean,
(38:21):
and so and they want to support you and now
cover the ones that said no. No see him right,
CDs and on albums. The place was he had them
out there at ninety degree. Why the way.
Speaker 8 (38:36):
We're going to buy the record, not just you know,
the stream. So it's proven that it works. It's just
that we don't have as many record shops as we
used to. We always go to record shops to buy
a record, you know, so that you know, sort of
it needs to really also change. But I did see that,
you know, not to give him a plug. But SoundCloud
is offering vinyl again, you know, so those things, but
(38:58):
a lot of companies are trying to get it too.
Speaker 3 (38:59):
That you watch did hers over there? Yeah, and that's
I remember, and that's.
Speaker 6 (39:05):
You know, a friend of mine. That's a good friend of.
Speaker 3 (39:08):
Mine too, you know. So yeah, so so mister Paul Anthony,
back to you with that question, are you thinking about
putting any of your music on USB, vinyl records or
CDs or have you already you or of.
Speaker 6 (39:23):
Course because now now they're taking it back to my time,
you know that. You know, I.
Speaker 11 (39:28):
Still got twelve bings, I still got the forty five
of I wonder if I take you home?
Speaker 6 (39:33):
And all cried out and my child Yeah yeah, yeah,
so that's it, you know, everywhere we'll do it.
Speaker 11 (39:40):
And Cardi she's real, she's real, always has been love.
So she said, you know, let me take it back
to it and she did that very strategically that it
will send a sound to everybody. Say, you know, we
need to get back to the rest. You know, you
get you, I.
Speaker 3 (39:56):
Get you in the DBS salves Paul Anthony, come on,
I got the look up.
Speaker 6 (40:02):
We won't talk all.
Speaker 3 (40:04):
Right back to you. Well, first, mister Paul Anthony, So
the book is coming out next year.
Speaker 6 (40:12):
Yeah, I'm gonna drop it.
Speaker 11 (40:13):
I'm going to start doing some pre promotion and per orders, uh,
end of October into November and December and the next year.
Speaker 6 (40:21):
I'm going hard. You know.
Speaker 11 (40:22):
I already spoke to Whoopee, I already spoke to you know,
Jennifer and Sherry and all friends.
Speaker 6 (40:28):
So they say, pee when you're ready.
Speaker 11 (40:30):
Because I got my doctorate in philosophy and humanitarianism, it's
going to be by the doc doctor legend poor Anthony,
you know. So yeah, yeah, just like.
Speaker 3 (40:42):

great time.

So yes, they can look me up on instag Graham
under Demonica Fly with the e f lye on Facebook
on Twitter.
Speaker 6 (44:07):
But once again, we're just excited.
Speaker 4 (44:09):
Don't forget we got food, y'all, we got food partnership.
Have a great time.
Speaker 9 (44:13):
And it ain't chicken.
Speaker 10 (44:16):
No, it ain't fried chicken.
Speaker 3 (44:19):
I thought it was.
Speaker 4 (44:21):
I thought we was getting some Popeyes with the.
Speaker 10 (44:23):
Just no no, no, no, no, not this time.
Speaker 13 (44:27):
I got a question. Now, I didn't think about other
age groups. What age groups are appropriate for this event?
Speaker 9 (44:33):
That's a good one.
Speaker 10 (44:37):
I always and I'm sorry, but I always say uh.
From eighteen up, I was asked about you know, younger
maybe sixteen, fifteen, sixteen, as long as they're old enough
(44:58):
to know how to conduct themselves. Else we just we don't,
we don't want yeah, So we always yeah, we always,
you know, cater towards towards the more mature group, will have,
(45:19):
we will have, we will have our beverage, so we
have a signature beverage that we will be serving. Okay,
and some places will not allow you to serve those
types of beverage with underage kids.
Speaker 4 (45:40):
Oh, I forgot one more thing too. So he wasn't
able to attend this evening. But mister Polo Houston, you
can look him up on Facebook as well as Instagram.
He's one of the performers doing his original I Care.
So it's Polo Houston just as it sounds out of
Minnesota as well as Houston.
Speaker 9 (46:00):
So I had to make that. He wasn't able to
make it this evening.
Speaker 3 (46:02):
So that's so I always you know, I know that
everybody's busy, so I don't want to make this real long.
I just want to say, first and foremost thank you
ms Ethel for even bringing this down my lane, you know,
and for allowing me to be me and Missus Scott
to be a part of such a meaningful you know
(46:24):
costs you know, an event. Yes, accuse, you can have
chose anybody to help you promote and market this, but
you came down, you know, want to move unscripted land
music industry. You came down skin beasts ready to music.
You could have chose anybody, So I appreciate you for that.
Paul Anthony. I appreciate you for coming because some of them,
some people, you know, all celebrities ain't ain't real nice, right,
(46:48):
And then you could have made any excuse not to
be here, but you showed up and I appreciate that,
and you promoted it. Thank you to all of you
who stopped took it, took time to stop by and
be a part of this, you know, this podcast. And
also who is who has got miss Ethos back? Like
that's the bomb, Like it's all about love, it's all
about helping each other, and it's all about unity. I
(47:09):
speak that too my head all the time. They all
see me, see me, see me. But they don't want
to help nobody. That's right, you know, they don't want
to do nothing for somebody else. But they got to
understand giving the yap of given unto you good measure,
press down, shaking together, and rolling over. Right. So when
you give out of your heart to somebody else that's
coming back, you know how to speak that. So I
(47:31):
just want to stop by each one of you if
you would like to give words of encouragement, any last
things that you want to say in any words of
encouragement to someone who is either trying to get into modeling, right,
because a lot of people are following you because they're
interested in that, or they want to get into fashions,
or they just you know, if you want to say
something about you know over you know, inspirational words for
(47:54):
somebody who's dealing with cancer or trying to figure out
how to get through the emotions. Because if there's emotional
thing that goes through when you're, you go through when
you're when you know you've been diagnosed with something. So
whatever inspirational words or what are you gonna say the artist.
Whatever you want to say, this is your opportunity. So
let's start with.
Speaker 6 (48:13):
N go on around.
Speaker 3 (48:14):
Okay, m Eth, what would you like to what last
words would you like to leave the viewers with?
Speaker 10 (48:22):
Well, I can say, you know, I've had a number
of people in my family that's had cancer. My mom,
My mom's youngest sister died from cancer in her thirties.
Her niece was died from cancer in her thirties, and
you know, it's just it's one of those those things
where it's just yetn't get to the point where you
(48:45):
hate to even hear the word anymore, but you know,
it's one of those things that we have to deal with.
It is a part of life. We have to have
to face the fact that it's part of life and
we have to deal with it. So well, to any
family individual that's had to deal with it or that
is dealing with it, I would say, don't give up hope,
(49:10):
trust God, be true to thyself, and trust God in
all things, and just you know, try to take care
of yourself the best that you can. And that's all
really all you can do. Right And we're here if
you know you want to reach out and talk to us.
Speaker 9 (49:31):
We are. I am a counselor.
Speaker 10 (49:34):
I have two psychologists on the Queens of Hearts team,
so we do do counseling. So you know, anyone, anytime
you want to talk, need some resources.
Speaker 9 (49:50):
So what have you?
Speaker 10 (49:51):
Please reach out to us for seven zero four nine
six A four one eight.
Speaker 3 (49:57):
Appreciate and thank you.
Speaker 10 (49:58):
Thanks thanks to everyone for all your support and we
look forward to seeing you all at the fashion show.
Speaker 3 (50:07):
Who would like to go next?
Speaker 6 (50:09):
Good Monica?
Speaker 4 (50:12):
Okay, well I definitely go next. My first thing is
thank you for having us on the show. I would
also like to say that you know, put God first,
don't give up. You know, know that there's resources that
can help you, like different way of eating, different way
of living. We're gonna be talking about those things. So
(50:35):
what can help us get rid of those parasites? What
can you do to you know, get through this? So,
as miss Elpel says and as Paul had stated, I mean,
don't give.
Speaker 9 (50:45):
Up, you know you stay strong.
Speaker 4 (50:48):
If you need that help in hand, if you need
someone to talk to, give us a call. We're there
And I just really appreciate the support. We want the community.
It's about community. Everybody has had someone if it's not
a mother or father, grandmother, whoever has been affected by this.
So it's good to learn about it, educate yourself and
(51:10):
come out and support the cause and once again have
a good time. So let's fellowship and enjoy ourselves on
October fifth.
Speaker 3 (51:18):
Okay, awesome, you want to give them your your you
know email contact whatever I want to say?
Speaker 4 (51:25):
Okay, okay, well the Ethols number because I don't have
the number off pan right yet, so say that that
would be the same.
Speaker 3 (51:32):
Yes, okay, okay, all righty who want to go next? Yes,
I'll go.
Speaker 13 (51:40):
You know my motto, I have a song I wrote
when I was about twenty two years old. It is
called keep Moving. So no matter what you do in life,
you got to keep moving. There's a space for everyone.
I'm actually believe it or not, regardless of how I
look on the zoom right now, I'm at a time
in my life where I'm at the the most insecure
(52:03):
because I've had a lot of weight gain and what
I can't see it and everything, but you know, it's
there and I'm the biggest that I've been in my life.
But you know, I attended one of the fashion events
recently just to support vading fashions, and it was just
amazing that women of all shapes and sizes are able
(52:23):
to come to these events and be a part. If
you want to walk, you can start, you know, getting
involved in the fashion industry.
Speaker 9 (52:30):
That's something that you're interested in.
Speaker 13 (52:32):
You don't have to be a perfect size, have a
cookie cutter shape and everything.

So I represent another model called Angie A Love who
talked about the same thing, and she was telling them model,
understand your why. So like with anything that you're doing,
you gotta know your why. Why are you doing it?
You know, and about what you look like. Listen, you
see that I don't care I'm going to be mean
because I understand who I am. You just got to
(53:14):
know who you are. You got self love, you know
you you know, don't even look for nobody else to
to if you don't know how to love you. You

Uh, each one of them says something that's key, and uh,
don't hesitate. I want to speak directly to the men.
You know, we we have a tendency just to ignore
the signs. And if it were not paying attention to
the signs.
Speaker 6 (53:56):
I wouldn't be here.
Speaker 11 (53:57):
If it were not training and staying in shape and
physically being strong, I wouldn't be here. If it were
not for me watching the foods that I eat, how
I eat, and what times I eat, I wouldn't be here.
Everything counts because everything feeds. Everything's all connected. One of
my favorite phrases is proactivation times of integration equals eradication.
(54:18):
If you're proactive with your life, with your love, you
can eradicate disease, eradicate all kinds of things before it
gets to the stage.

Lufomer he was there to save my life. You know,
so you never know how you connect and saving life
and touch life. But it starts with being proactive with
our health and our healing and how we honor our queens,
(54:52):
how we honor our Queen of hearts.

You don't know who's coming. That's the thing. Well, the
one thing I've learned over these last thirty days, right
is that in person networking is the bomb diggity it
and connections are lasting. So you don't know where your
destiny helpers are located at. So you need to come
out and you need to network, you know, and then
(56:43):
support a cause you coming for. It's coming for a
good purpose. So come out, bring your mama, your cousin,
your aunt Sudie, you know. And if you cannot come
because you live in a city where traveling is not good,
ms ethel, how can you go? How they can go
ahead and donate because like, aint no excuses. If you
can't come, sit in the mind, how can I donate
