Andrew Colsky, JD, LPC, LMHC, (Juris Doctor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor) is a nationally recognized behavioral sleep expert with over 15 years of clinical experience.
He specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and nightmares (CBT-N), holds a mini-fellowship in sleep science from The University od Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medcine, and is the founder of the National Sleep Center.
As the creator and host of “Sleep Science Today,” Andrew merges education, advocacy, and media to bring the science of sleep to the public in an accessible, engaging way.
