We are still coming in hot off that big victory over Notre Dame, and we are thrilled to see the way the defense played against a really tough offense... and Toast is getting cautiously more optimistic. Plus Scoop is finally starting to come around on the wide receivers room, especially after he was bullied by Andrew Novak for not having faith in those guys. And everyone has praise for the overall play of the defense and how that could be the wild card for us this season.
Mario also said this week that if the team improves a little each week that it could be a special season, and how everyone thinks that Notre Dame could have been a blowout if they were just a little better in a few areas.
