From an Outlier town in the deep south of New Zealand Daniel Mee always had a passion for sport – unfortunately at the age of ripe old age of 19, after missing out on a few representative teams, Daniel was forced to do some real soul searching in order to find his place in the world – with an unwavering love for the snow Daniel went all in in a bid to become a ski instructor – after countless failures and only enough money to pay for his next lift pass, Daniel now owns one of Japan’s (if not the world’s) premier Ski Schools – the Hakuba Snow Sport School.
This is a story of courage, of grit and of sheer bloody-minded believing in yourself.
