Al concetto di talento è meglio associare quindi la parola "giusto" e non "migliore" perché semplicemente i "migliori talenti" non esistono, esistono solo le persone giuste al posto giusto.
Recentemente ho letto diversi articoli sul tema e devo dire che molti descrivono l'employer branding come un insieme di tecniche per migliorare la propria immagine nei confronti di talenti e dipendenti, ma non la trovo una definizione corretta.
L'employer branding non serve a migliorare l'immagine, serve a migliorare la comunicazione della propria immagine.
