third eye. Now, in thethird eye, it's also known as the

Now it's said to be the gatewayto higher levels of consciousness to be
able to see deeper and understanding ofthe universe. Today, we're going to

be diving in specifically on several waysthat you can open your third eye.
However, but before you start doingthat, before you begin opening your third
eye, I always give this warningthat that may not be what everybody wants
to do. You may see things, or encounter things, or experience things

in a spiritual awakening and opening ofyour third eye that you may not be
ready for. And so I wantyou to understand that before you go in.
Second thing I want you to understandbefore we go in is that this
is very often, not always,very often a gradual process that requires patience,

requires consistent practice. Not everybody hasto go through that. Some people
will have a boom, a Kundaliniawakening and burst open their third eye and
start to see stuff that they didn'texpect all of a sudden. So it
is different from person to person whatthis experience may look like. But for
many this may be a gradual processthat requires patience and consistent practice. All

right, so let's dive right intoit. Five tips. Here are five
ways that you can help open thatthird eye on your journey. Number one
easiest way to start to open yourthird eye is to learn the practice of

meditation. It's one of the mosteffective ways that you can open your third
eye is just through regular meditation.When you're meditating, you could take that
one step further and focus some ofthat energy on your sixth chakra, on
the third eye place you're tension.Place your attention in that space, send

loving and healing energy during your meditationto that space, and really practice on
sending that energy and sitting still withyour thoughts in your meditation, all right.
So this can help quiet your mindthrough meditation. It's something that can

help you create a deeper state ofawareness that really opens up your intuition.
So try to just focus on yourbreath, let go of any thoughts that
come to your mind, and reallyjust dive into that meditation. It's number
one. Number two really great waythat you can start to begin the process

of opening your third eye is yoga. Yoga is another great way to open
your third eye. Certain yoga poses, such as the child pose, downward
facing dog cobra pose, they canhelp stimulate the pineal gland and open that
third eye. For a lot ofpeople, a kundalini awakening and taking that

energy and bringing it up from thebase during either meditation or yoga practice is
really the way that they burst opentheir third eye. So that's something that
maybe you can kind of dive ina little bit deeper. As I start
to do more of these videos,I might explain a little bit more as
well. Let's talk now about stepthree, and that can be your diet.

All right. Your diet is veryimportant for your physical health, obviously,
but it can also be important foryour mental and spiritual health. So
eating a diet that is very richin fresh things, fresh fruits, fresh
vegetables, whole grain, they canreally help nourish the pineal gland and promote

the opening of third eye, avoidinghighly processed things, things that are extremely
sugary, but also avoiding things thatmight calcify the pineal gland, like specific
things like fluoride. There are mineralsthat you can also take to help decalcify

your pineal gland. I personally takethings such as shilajee, astroganda, tumeric,
and do take a few different supplementson my health journey that I think
are very beneficial as well and canhelp you open up and decalcify that pineal

gland. Because the physical and thespiritual go hand in hand, people don't
realize that that physical portal and doorwayto that spiritual can also be afflicted and
need and we need to take careof it. So that's three. Number
four that I'd like to talk aboutis crystals. There are certain crystals such

as amethyst, purple, fluorite,selenite that are said to have healing properties
that can help open up that thirdeye, and so these crystals, you
can carry them around with you,you can place them on your third eye
during meditation or during specific practices.These are ways that you can kind of

really focus that energy, attention,and intention on that space and dwell during
that time on doing exactly that.Just placing that love, attention and intention
on that space, all right.And last, but not least, visualization.

Visualization techniques are so powerful important whetheryou are manifesting something, whether you're
wining your third eye. We donot give enough credit to the power and
process of visualizing something. Visualization isa powerful tool in opening the third eye.
Try to visualize a bright light,a bright white light shining on your

third eye and imagining it opening upand becoming more active. Try doing this
practice during your meditation. I wantyou to take it some time during your
meditation to sit with your thoughts,bring your attention and your love and send
love and thanks and healing positive energy, and then a shining white light to

that space and see how you feelwhen you're done with that meditation. Now,
I do want you to remember openingyour third eye is a very personal
journey. Your spiritual journey is avery personal journey. And what may work
for one person may not work foranother, and so trust your intuition.

Be patient with yourself as you exploredifferent techniques and different things that might help
you, But understand that this isa process just like anything else. In
conclusion, opening your third eye canbe really powerful for gaining spiritual insight and
intuition and really starting to see behindthe veil. Right, opening up that

(08:30):
veil and taking a peek behind andgetting that spiritual intuition is something that we
all really want to do. Butthere's a process to it all. Right.
Meditation, yoga, diet, crystals, visualizations, these are all just
tips, tricks, techniques that canhelp us along the spiritual path. But
there's no one way said and donethat everything needs to be done this way.

No, it's not setting the waysthat we all have our different experiences.
So these are just ways that youcan and it up. Now,
remember be patient, trust your intuition. A lot of these gifts are exactly
that, they're gifts that we needto just kind of unravel a little bit.
