Speaker 1 (00:00):
Sometimes you need a like minded community around you to
raise your energy level and find your balance. Keep listening
to learn how Rick Noriega plans to.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
Make that happen.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
Welcome to the Peak Podcast. I'm your host, Nicole Morock,
and I'm grateful you're here. The two big ideas behind
the Peak podcast are to show that the paranormal is
more normal than most people think, and to connect the
science to the side, including esp psychokinesis, and intuition. In
the episode, our friend Rick Hawkeye Noriega returns to share

(01:04):
how he's gathering psychics and healers for the next Balance
Body Mind, Energy, Fair and Why. But first I want
to say welcome and thanks to joining us to Jim
Harold's campfire listeners. I was on his show again a
few weeks back, recorded just before I got sick, sharing

(01:25):
a story that I haven't even shared on my own show,
and he was gracious enough to let me plug the podcast.
Jim really is an amazing guy and one of the
inspirations for my starting the peap podcast in twenty twenty.
And since you're here, if you'd like to be on
my show, reach out through the contact form at peappodcast

(01:45):
dot com that's Peep podcast dot com. I also want
to apologize for not releasing an episode for the last month.
After five and a half years, COVID finally got me.
I wasn't feeling great when on a Monday night.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
After a fun weekend in Cherokee.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
North Carolina, where I saw The Black Crows in concert,
I started coughing and losing my voice. I lost my
voice on Tuesday, and on Wednesday, the day the episode
should have published, I slept all day. The lingering, nagging, COVID,
cough and not much of my voice meant no recording

(02:26):
again two weeks later, and so now I'm picking up
where I left off four weeks ago. Grateful to be
feeling much better now. A book update. Thank you to
everyone who backed my kickstarter for Daughter of the Mystic Moon.
It ended on July twenty third and surpassed my funding

(02:46):
goal and two stretch goals. I'm so excited to be
able to share this book with my backers, and the
physical copies are being delivered this week. I love getting
pictures from everyone showing they've received them.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
It's so exciting.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
If you didn't back the kickstarter but you're interested in
buying a copy. Eventually, the book will be released widely
on September ninth, and I'll be selling them in person
at the Balance Body Mind Energy Fair on September fourteenth,
which brings us.

Speaker 2 (03:17):
Back to this episode's topic.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
If you listen to episode's ninety four Balance Body Mind
Energy Fair and twelve Rick Noriega, Early Childhood Indes and
other paranormal Experiences, you'll recognize Rick's voice. He's back this
week because we are really excited to share that there

(03:41):
will be a second Balance Bodymind Energy Fair on Sunday,
September fourteenth in Morrisville, North Carolina.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
The first one was a lot of fun.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
We had a nice mix of vendors, healer, psychics, and me.
Like I said a minute ago, I'll be there again
talking about this podcast, selling my books, and taking it
a step further by doing one of the many workshops
that are included in the low price of admission just
ten dollars get you in. Back in June, I became

(04:14):
a Yusui Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher, which is an
upgrade from my Yusui Reiki Master Teacher certification. If you
listen to episode ninety three, Michael tokars Is fired up
with reiki, you'll be familiar with it. Michael was kind
enough to do my ignition, so I guess you can
say I'm fired up now too. At the Balance Fair,

(04:36):
I'll be leading a group holy fire reiki meditation, so
everyone who comes will have a chance to experience reiki.
Why do I think the Balance Fair is a worthwhile event? Community?
We're building a foundation for a community to gather, talk, learn,

(04:56):
and heal. It's not some hush hush woo woo a
cult thing. It's a vibrant atmosphere where people can be themselves,
listen to live music, and feel better when they leave
than they did when they arrived. If you're still listening
and you're not located near enough to join us, I
have a little challenge for you. Seek out a similar

(05:19):
community where you are, and if you can't find one,
create one.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
I did it. In twenty nineteen.

Speaker 1 (05:28):
I started Spirits and Spooks because I missed the paranormal
meetup group that my paranormal investigation group used to run.
I missed providing a safe place for people who had
paranormal experiences to gather and share their stories. So I
started a group, and darn it, people came. We're still

(05:48):
going strong even after nearly a year of not meeting
a person thanks to COVID.

Speaker 2 (05:53):
So look around you.

Speaker 1 (05:55):
If you don't see the community that you need in.

Speaker 2 (05:57):
Your life, create it. Rick believes so.

Speaker 1 (06:01):
Passionately that the Balanced Bodymine Energy Fair can help our
neighbors that he is all in and I am too.
Let's dive in with Rick.

Speaker 2 (06:12):
Hi, Rick, how are you doing this evening?

Speaker 3 (06:14):
I'm good, Nick, How are you today?

Speaker 2 (06:16):
I'm good.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
I'm super excited to have you back. I think this
is your third time on the show I've heard, and
it's your second time to come and talk about the
Balance Fair, because we are doing Balance Fair Part.

Speaker 3 (06:29):
Two, Yes, September fourteenth, same spot in Morrisville, the Paramount
event Venue. Beautiful spot. I'd loved it and got a
lot of good positive feedback from it.

Speaker 2 (06:41):
Yeah, it was. It was beautiful.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
It was exactly what you and Tracy explained last time,
Like it's just got a really good energy to it,
like you can tell that that people have wonderful life
events happening there, and yeah, it's just it was a
really nice spot, beautiful, like you said, lots of lots

(07:05):
of natural light which helps, like you're not walking into
one of those big event buildings at the fairground that
there's no natural light.

Speaker 2 (07:14):
It's all just.

Speaker 1 (07:16):
Kind of annoying yellow light. And yeah, so this is
a much more calming environment.

Speaker 3 (07:23):
Yes, and a lot of the trees were in bloom.
It was a beautiful day. Yeah, it was good energy
when I first saw it, you know, when I first
walked in just to check it out, like, oh, this
is nice. You know, they do have a lot of
weddings and corporate events and things like that. I'm like, yeah,

(07:44):
this is nice. It is beautiful. You know, everything's like
laid out night. You know, you had the main room,
you had the workshop room, and there's a little room
you could use as well. And then then then the
vendors came in and that just made it even more positive.
And then the people and the music. It was just

(08:06):
I couldn't hope for more well, I couldn't.

Speaker 1 (08:09):
Well, what we're hoping is that more people come out
this time like the people who came last time, enjoyed it,
told their friends, bring their friends.

Speaker 3 (08:17):
Yes exactly, yes, you know I asked a lot of
my friends, cashed in some favors, just come out, come
out and buy something and that's it.

Speaker 1 (08:30):
Yeah, And and somebody, even even my sister, came out
and she surprised me.

Speaker 2 (08:36):
I didn't know she was coming.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
And she said, oh, I'm here to help you.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
And I said, oh good, because.

Speaker 1 (08:41):
I need to run to the restroom and I need
somebody to watch the table.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
So it worked out perfectly. It was a nice surprise.

Speaker 1 (08:51):
And then she went and got a reading with one
of the other psychics there, and I was really excited
about the information that was shared with her. So it
turned out to be a really good experience for her,
not just watching my table for me.

Speaker 3 (09:09):
Yeah, oh good. I'm glad. I'm glad. A lot out
of the A lot of the vendors there were were
hand picked or they were referred by hand picked people,
so I felt I could trust them to deliver a
good product.

Speaker 2 (09:23):
Mm hmm.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
And I feel the same way this time. There's gonna
be some new vendors this time, because some of them
just couldn't make it for whatever reason, personal reasons, and
that's okay, But I feel it's gonna be another good
mix a little and uh free workshops once again. M hm. So,

(09:46):
and we're gonna have some good workshops again. We're gonna
have ah let's see a live gallery reading from a
very good medium, a group breaking section from yours truly,
not me you me, yes, truly, and a lady who's

(10:10):
going to talk and I've had a session with her.
She's really good on q h HD quantum healing hypnosis technique.

Speaker 2 (10:21):
I've heard of that before, but I have no idea
what it is.

Speaker 3 (10:24):
What it is. It's it's like a past life regression,
but you go in and you see some of the
events that traumatized you. So what's causing you, what's holding
you back? Now you know happened in previous lifetimes and

(10:46):
you can look at it and you can resolve it
and it can help you live, you know, your your
true life, you know, help you move on. And she's
going to do a group session on that. She's really good.
I've had a session or two with her and she
does amazing work. Another lady is going to do a

(11:06):
color ACU puncher, which is.

Speaker 2 (11:10):
Did you say color color uh huh okay, like.

Speaker 3 (11:15):
A group meeting, a healers meeting, And she did it
and it's it's like a pin, like a laser pin,
and she just puts it on certain spots on you.
And and it's not like regular ACU punch here where
they have needles. It's just like a color pin and
it really and it really does work and it's amazing.

Speaker 2 (11:37):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (11:38):
Yeah, And we're going to sound bad in the beginning,
raise that vibration, I'm not and and yeah, that's we're
going well, lot of good, a lot of good workshops,
I feel.

Speaker 2 (11:53):
Yeah, that's.

Speaker 1 (11:55):
I mean, I'm excited about them that I'm going to
be spending more time.

Speaker 2 (11:58):
At my table.

Speaker 1 (11:59):
Yeah, so I'm jealous of the people who'll be able
to attend those.

Speaker 3 (12:04):
I know I can't either. Well, bring a volunteer and
let's let them watch your table.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
Right, see if I can tag my sister in there.

Speaker 3 (12:12):
You go.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
Yeah, I'm really excited to do the UCUE Holy Fire
Reiki session for everybody. Ye, it's I just recently got ignited,
which is what you call it once you get to
the holy fire level. And I have been a reiki
master for a few years now, and I've been practicing

(12:37):
reiki since I did Reiki one in twenty no sorry,
nineteen ninety nine. Oh wow, Halle, I'm to make myself
sound old, so just to be able to get to
this level to be able to do a group reiky

(13:00):
experience because up until Holy Fire, it's it's always been
more of a hands on or hovering just above the
body one on one or a distance reiki. And what
the Holy Fire Reiki allows me to do is let
everybody in the room have an experience and it's a
it's going to be unique to each individual because reiki.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
Does what you need it to do.

Speaker 1 (13:28):
So if somebody has a physical ailment and that's working
on that physical ailment is for their highest and best good,
then that's where the reiki goes. If they have an
emotional issue that they want to work through, trauma maybe
something like that, that's where the reiki will go. So
just you know, bring your intention for healing and come

(13:55):
and we'll have a group breaky session and everybody will
get what they need at of it.

Speaker 3 (14:00):
Oh that sounds amazing. Yeah, see, I'm going to I'm
going to bring a volunteer so somebody. Yeah that sounds
that sounds great. Yeah, it sounds like there's gonna be
a lot of healing going on in that room.

Speaker 1 (14:14):
And yeah, and you'll feel it when you walk in,
like especially after I mean, for each session.

Speaker 2 (14:20):
Each one is going to have.

Speaker 1 (14:22):
Its own version of healing, so like I can only
imagine by the end of the day when you walk
into that room, you're just going to be like overwhelmed
with peace and calm and the kind of energy that
we are trying to bring everybody to.

Speaker 3 (14:40):
Oh. Oh absolutely, yes, yes, I know the last time
when I went in there too, you know, make sure
you know nobody made a mess. At the end about
five o'clock, I think it ended. And yeah, you could
tell the difference from the beginning and then at the
end the vibration was raised pretty high.

Speaker 2 (15:06):
I love it.

Speaker 3 (15:06):
And then that's what we're trying to do. And once
again we're going to have live music from Phil and Tim.
Yeah I did last time. Yes, they were great. I
got a lot of positive feedback from them as well.
I was. They played good music. It was it was
a good level. People enjoyed it. I feel it really

(15:28):
added to the vibration of the room and even raised
it higher. So it was it's like it's like a
and I heard this from a few people, just kind
of like a party atmosphere. It was like people friends
getting together and just talking and having a good time
and and that's exactly what I was going for.

Speaker 1 (15:50):
Yeah, and I met some of the coolest people there,
some of the other vendors that were there, because we
had time to like go look at each other's tables
and talk about what we were what we were offering,
and had a few on the podcast since then. Oh yes,
and also thank you for helping me make those connections

(16:10):
just by having me there.

Speaker 3 (16:12):
Absolutely, I'm trying to spread the work for everybody. Yeah,
you had Heath. I think you had Heather on your show.

Speaker 2 (16:19):
Had Heather? I had Diane.

Speaker 1 (16:22):
Yeah, I'd had Anna Anna Elizabeth on before.

Speaker 2 (16:28):
But it was good to see her there.

Speaker 3 (16:30):
Yeah. Yeah, she's she is great. Yeah. Yeah, Fortunately they
won't be there this time. But that's okay, Okay, you know,
I just have to you know, I kind of got

(16:51):
I had a late start getting this going, you know,
and sending invites out.

Speaker 1 (16:56):
That's okay, because I mean that's there. There is an
opportunity there to bring in new faces and give them
a chance to be introduced to the world this way
right exactly.

Speaker 3 (17:14):
And one of the new faces I like it much. Wow,
gentleman By is a gentleman. He does. I just found
out about this yesterday and I don't even know what
it was. I had to look it up. He does
rall fee r O L F.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
I n G like rolling on the floor laughing.

Speaker 1 (17:41):
No, okay, good, it's just like a I mean that
would raise a vibration.

Speaker 3 (17:48):
Good therapy, they laugh. Therapy. It's not quite massage, but
what it is is is he he is uh massage
the fasha in the body, which is like like the
not like a skin, like a membrane or the covering

(18:09):
of all the joints. Any massage is that he gets
deep in there and it's supposed to be really good.
I want to I want to see him in action
and see exactly what this is about. But you know,
this is what I'm trying to do. Get new things
that people haven't heard of before, you know, to experience

(18:32):
new things. And we're gonna have I believe, two massuses
as well.

Speaker 1 (18:36):
So nice, Yes, definitely need somebody to watch my table.

Speaker 3 (18:42):
Yeah, who doesn't you know? Want a massage?

Speaker 2 (18:47):
Right? Cool?

Speaker 1 (18:50):
And then there So it's from twelve to six this
time on Sunday, September for teenth of twenty twenty five.
I say this in case somebody is listening. Next year
don't want to confuse anybody.

Speaker 3 (19:06):
Oh yeah, on Monday or Tuesday.

Speaker 1 (19:09):
Yeah, and it's at the at the Paramount, Yes, in Morrisville.
I am going to share the flyer when I send
out my monthly newsletter, so if you're wonderful, if anybody
is subscribed to the newsletter, it'll have all that information.

(19:30):
And there is a Facebook event page that I will
share as soon as I get to link to it.

Speaker 3 (19:37):
Okay, yeah, and there's plenty of free parking. There's gonna
be a food truck this time. And oh cool, I
remember this one Stuffy Man's vegan stuff. Okay, I did,
and it's very good. I'm not a vegan. Yeah, I

(19:59):
have tried something and this is really good. It's like, wow,
I could really eat this, you know, I could really
eat this. I'll put in my daily routine of eating
say it, you know. Yeah, And he's going to be there.
I think he's going to get there about ten. So

(20:20):
if you want coffee or tea or something, he'll be available.
And he has desserts. And I posted it on my
website and some of the vendors as well on the website,
and he's on there. You can look at his menu,
and it's really going to be a great event.

Speaker 1 (20:41):
I feel it really is, so thank you for coming
on and sharing about it. This podcast is going This
episode is actually going to.

Speaker 2 (20:53):
Air this week.

Speaker 1 (20:57):
On Wednesday, so you know, let's as you are hearing this,
I will be editing it tomorrow night and posting it
on Wednesday.

Speaker 2 (21:06):
And it's because I believe.

Speaker 1 (21:09):
In this event so much like it. I want to
make sure that it gets out there with plenty of
time for people to make plans to attend, because.

Speaker 3 (21:19):
It's not too far away. It's like twenty days away.

Speaker 2 (21:22):
Yeah, it's coming quickly.

Speaker 1 (21:24):
And since I only publish episodes every other week, you
know it's either this week or right before it. And
like I said, I want people to have time to
plan because you don't have to come out for the
entire day from twelve to six. Just come out for
as long as you can. Talk to the vendors. You know,

(21:44):
we'll have healers, listen to some music, do some of
the workshops. If you want to stay from twelve to six,
you are absolutely welcome to. I might get to know
you better and tag you to like come on the podcast.

Speaker 3 (21:58):
Exactly exactly, and yeah, it's it's only ten dollars to
get in and and a lot there's gonna be a
lot of good stuff to buy and take a look
at you know, if you want to see who's going
to be there, you can go to Healing Bihawkeye dot
com and just hit the events button, and then there's

(22:22):
another button that is take a look at the vendors
and it'll show you the people their bios, their pictures.
And check back often because I'm still getting more information
in and the poor guy who does buy o website
is just I'm just overloading him. Here. Add this one
to you, add this one to it.

Speaker 2 (22:43):
But I love it.

Speaker 1 (22:44):
And also I'll put a link to that page on
your website so it's easy for people to get to it.

Speaker 3 (22:49):
From the show notes, Wow, wonderful. Thank you, thank you,
oh thank you to everybody who's who's helping out and
putting out the hi and positive vibrations for everybody.

Speaker 3 (23:06):
Oh thank you, thank you for having me again.

Speaker 1 (23:11):
You get one more time and then you'll be the
person who has been on the show the most.

Speaker 3 (23:15):
So again, I.

Speaker 2 (23:22):
Know, I know it's not that painful. It's okay.

Speaker 3 (23:27):
I'm learning more to make it easier, and I'm asking
for help. Thanks a lot.
