Speaker 1 (00:00):
The last five years have been trying for everyone, and
the last twelve months have been a step beyond, especially
here in the US with the election. It's time to
reconnect with joy. Stay tuned to find out how. Welcome
(00:46):
to the Peak Podcast. I'm your host, Nicolemarock, and I'm
grateful you're here. The two big ideas behind the Peak
podcast are to show that the paranormal is more normal
than most people think, and to connect the science to
the SI, including esp psychokinesis, and intuition. In the process
(01:06):
of covering these topics, we also delve into holistic health
and healing, and that's what this episode is about. Instead
of discussing a specific healing modality, we're going to talk
about an event happening in March, and if you are
not local to the Triangle area of North Carolina, you
may want to keep listening anyway because you might be
(01:29):
inspired by what we have to say. Balance Body, Mind,
Energy Fare will happen on March twenty third, twenty twenty five,
from eleven am to five pm at Paramount Event Venue
in Morrisville. My friends Tracy and Rick Hawkeye Noriega are
organizing it. Side note, you may remember Rick from episode twelve,
(01:53):
Rick Noriega, early childhood indes, and other paranormal experiences. At
the event, I will have I have a table representing
the podcast, my healing work, and some signed copies of
my books. There will be an acoustic music duo who
I can vouch for being extremely talented, and a plethora
of vendors handpicked for their authenticity. On this episode, Tracy
(02:17):
and Rick join me to discuss what sparked the idea
for this event and what their hopes are for all
who is hinded. Let's dive in with Tracy and Rick.
Speaker 2 (02:27):
Hi.
Speaker 1 (02:27):
Rick and Tracy, how are you doing today? Hi?
Speaker 3 (02:31):
Hello, Hello, it's a beautiful day.
Speaker 1 (02:35):
It is a beautiful day. It's a beautiful Saturday. I'm
so appreciative that you all are here to talk about
an event that is coming up in March of twenty
twenty five. I have to specify the year in case
somebody is listening to this after March of twenty twenty five.
But Rick has been on the show before. He was
in episode twelve, way back in twenty twenty one. Oh
(03:00):
it was March. So hey, we're coming up on the
anniversary show, and Tracy has not been on the show yet,
So I'm going to give Tracy a chance to tell
a little bit about herself and how she got interested
into this, uh, this paranormal world, and yeah, I'm just
(03:20):
gonna let you take it.
Speaker 3 (03:22):
Sure. I grew up in a family where paranormal experiences
were commonplace enough that I didn't realize they weren't commonplace
for everyone else. And all my life have sort of
had a weird knowing. Sometimes that comes from dreams, sometimes
(03:48):
that comes from just feeling and energy. But I come
from a long line of people who kind of existed
in this space without giving it a no, So introducing
myself to the idea of it being paranormal it was
an interesting mindset shift for me because then I had
(04:09):
to have an awakening somewhere in middle school that this
isn't what everybody else experiences in life in the same
way that I do. Yeah, So, and then I've been
I've been around the space a while, so I have
helped out here in North Carolina, but I also did
some stuff in Ohio before moving here, and have met
(04:33):
with folks in various parts of the country. And I
love I love the idea of connecting with each other
on a different level, but also kind of with the
greater universe on a different level. So for me, it's
really interesting to hear these topics and to think about
(04:57):
the world in a different dimension, in a different way.
Every time I listen, I feel like I learned something new.
Speaker 1 (05:05):
I love that. And it sounds like kind of a
similar story to Rick.
Speaker 3 (05:12):
Rick.
Speaker 1 (05:12):
I think it was four years ago, but I think
I remember you saying at some point in your childhood
you realize that maybe everybody wasn't experiencing the world the
same way you were.
Speaker 2 (05:24):
Yeah, that's that's correct. You know what Tracy said. I
thought it was just kind of normal. I thought everybody
did this. But yeah, then you find out that that's
not true.
Speaker 1 (05:35):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (05:36):
And then and then people give you that look and
you don't talk about it.
Speaker 3 (05:42):
Yeah, yeah, yes, that experience.
Speaker 1 (05:46):
Yes, and then at some point you grow up and
you realize, well, this is who I am, and not
only can I talk about it, but I can use
it to help other people.
Speaker 3 (05:58):
Exactly.
Speaker 1 (05:59):
Yeah, So let's let's talk about this event that we're
going to use to help other people. What is the
name of it, When is it going to be, where
is it going to be? Like we'll cover the basics
and then we'll get into like who it's for and
who's going to be participating.
Speaker 3 (06:18):
Rick, you want to talk away about.
Speaker 2 (06:19):
It, okay, sure can. The name of the event, it's
called Balanced Body, Mind Energy Fair, And because that's basically
what it is, we're gonna you come in there. We
want people to come in who's feeling a little out
of sorts and their body and mind and their energy
(06:41):
and get it all back together and synchronized, you know,
because I feel that we feel I shouldn't just say me,
but Tracy and I feel that it's time. It's a
lot of people are out of sorts. I talk to
a lot of people and they say, there's just something
not right anymore. So that's what we want to do,
(07:04):
try to get the energy flowing through all facets of
your life. The event is on March twenty third, like
you said, from eleven am to five pm at the
Paramount Event Venue, and that's in Morrisville, North Carolina. And
it's a beautiful place. There's one room is going to
(07:25):
be where all the vendors are and the other room's
going to have the workshops and it's very nice and
I just as soon as I walked in and had
great energy, and I think, oh, this is perfect. You know,
a lot of weddings go on there, so there's a
lot of love in the air, so it's very positive
in there. I just knew it was a great fit,
(07:45):
a perfect fit.
Speaker 3 (07:47):
And the goal is, you know, to bring some harmony
back to things, and also to bring some joy back
to things, to bring some good energy back around. I
feel like since really the pandemic and just before things
have been so heavy energetically, we've got this kind of
high lip of planets happening in the sky, and I
(08:09):
think that is definitely having a little bit of an
effect here on Earth. But I also think just negative
breeds negative, right, so to negatives still make a negative.
So if we can throw a couple of positives in there,
I think we shift, we shift it so we get
more positives multiplying as opposed to negatives multiplying. And so
(08:33):
part of the goal is just to kind of help
people get through some of this energy and to bring
back a little happiness and a little bit of cyneredness
so that we can shift things out there and make
them more fun and lighter and maybe be a catalyst
(08:55):
for some positive change on a bigger scale too, starting locally,
because that's where you can really impact things the most
is the people around you. But you know, as we know,
every every domino falls and it helps another domino, right,
So I think we can we can tip this tide
(09:17):
by starting locally, close to home and making people feel better,
and then those people will help other people and then
it'll just expand I agree exactly.
Speaker 1 (09:29):
Just let your light shine, lend to other people you're
like as needed, and let them find their own spark,
help them find their own spark within them so that
their light can shine and it can just spread out
from there. Okay, So that being said, the people that
this is for are people who are feeling out of sorts,
(09:52):
maybe feeling that their life isn't quite in alignment, or
they have some energetic blocks, whether it's emotionally, psychically, physically
that they want to take care of. And anybody who
just needs a little bit of extra like happiness and
joy in their day can come and just reconnect to
(10:14):
that feeling.
Speaker 3 (10:15):
Yeah, exactly. And then and also for people who have
some of that to share. So some of us have
gotten really good I think over the course of the
last decade at being that light, right, So we've learned
to shelter and nurture that inside ourselves, and those folks
(10:36):
have something to teach right now. So we have a
whole lineup of folks who have have done that work.
And that is some hard work sometimes to learn to
be the light and be able to share it. And
you know, we've I'm excited to connect people who need
it to people who have it. I think that's that's
(10:58):
the way we that's the way we teach and spread
and help people find their their spark inside, right.
Speaker 2 (11:07):
And you know, I've many of the clients, a lot
of people I meet and I talk to, there's a
common thread they want to meet like minded people and
there's a lot of us out there, but they just,
you know, they just don't know where to go and connect.
And and I know I've met many like minded people
at events like this, So I think it's another way
(11:30):
to grow the community and get the community together. So
if yeah, you know, you're looking for some like minded people,
this is an excellent place to do. That's fun to
do it, you know. And you know people people who
do this or go to this, they're very open minded.
There you know, it's very light energy, very open and accepting.
(11:55):
So it's a nice safe spot.
Speaker 3 (11:59):
Yes, And I love that it's in a wedding venue
that is like drenched and kind of love and fun
and you know energy from the dance floor Like that's exciting.
I think that'll be really cool to have people kind
of be able to feel that in the air.
Speaker 1 (12:16):
Absolutely much better than a place and I'm not knocking
a civic center or convention center at all, but those places,
a lot of times the energy is much more focused
on like business and like struggles and how do I
(12:37):
fix this issue and that sort of thing, whereas we're
going to be more focused on love and light and
how do we how do we reconnect to that joy
and that spark. And it's it's.
Speaker 3 (12:49):
A little different to be at a place where people
said I love you and I will love you forever
and then dance on the floor as a place as
a post to a thought that maybe where people were
buying a boat, like it's just a.
Speaker 1 (13:00):
Little bit of which I mean, they're committing to the boat,
but they're committing to the boat, you know, but maybe
it wasn't the dream boat.
Speaker 3 (13:08):
I don't know. Oh yeah, we all.
Speaker 1 (13:11):
Do things, but in this place, you know you're marrying
your dream boat, so it's a good. Well how cheesy
can I be? So what kind of what kind of vendors,
what kind of heelers and people are are we going
(13:33):
to meet?
Speaker 3 (13:34):
There?
Speaker 2 (13:37):
Oh? Well we got you know. I try to make it,
or we try to make I keep saying, I am
so sorry. We try to make it as diverse as possible.
So we're just not concentrated solely on card readers or
mediums and astrologers or things like that. But there's going
to be m vendors who sell crystals and in central
(14:02):
oil and some holistic centers, healing centers. There's going to
be a couple of them. There are going to be
some card readers and mediums, and there's also going to
be uh an animal communicator. I'm trying to There's gonna
(14:23):
be a lady who does past life regression hypnosis and
she's she's she's amazing. I've been to her a few
times since. She's just incredible. Some other people who will
make their own products, they make their own soap and
face cream. Well, I'm trying to think. I think I
(14:45):
have a massouse lined up, so everybody loves to get
a massage, and that was a perfect time to get one,
especially old quick months, and of.
Speaker 3 (15:00):
Course we got there. There are readers, and there's photography
or a photography, and spirit photography and and very hair.
I think he gets your hair done.
Speaker 2 (15:12):
Very hair, that's right, and who does spirit portraits exactly.
It's going to be a good mix. I'm sure I'm
forgetting them right now.
Speaker 3 (15:21):
And yeah, yeah, but you know, the goal was to
have a big mix. So some folks who actually focused
on your body, your physical being in this so the massage,
the hair, the skin care, those types of self care
kind of things, because we are we are in a
physical body and a big part of how we feel
(15:43):
about ourselves and about the world has to do with
how we're feeling inside that physical body, so it deserves
some love and attention. But then also the energy kind
of folks who are are bringing looks into our past
lives or into our aura or into how the world
(16:03):
is playing out around us. And then you know the
mind aspect too, so it's holistic health. It's the bringing
all of that together, looking at past, present, in the
future and and really calibrating to where you are. But
also where you want to go. So it's it's really
a chance to bring a lot of people who hit
(16:24):
all of those aspects into one room and serve a
bunch of people and to lift them up.
Speaker 2 (16:32):
Yeah, and a lot of these people, if not all
of them, I know them personally and I highly recommend them.
It's not like I just put out a casting call
said hey, you know, participated affair and just everybody's showing up.
Speaker 1 (16:50):
No.
Speaker 2 (16:50):
I know these people and they're very good. They're very
good character and I highly recommend all of them. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (16:58):
Rick has really done a lot of work to kind
of hand select the best of the best folks and
really people that he fills jive energetically with the goal here.
So I think we've got a really amazing lineup of
people who will be available throughout the day. And then
(17:20):
we're also going to have some additional things going on too.
Speaker 2 (17:27):
I'm working on having some live music as well, which
is fantastic to raise the vibration even more.
Speaker 1 (17:34):
Yeah, music is so great for that it is. I
love that these people are hand picked because you go
to some of the bigger, similarly focused expos and you
can tell that some of the vendors there are more
there because they are looking for money rather than looking
(17:58):
to help. And of course, you know, you pay people
for their time and their talents and so you know,
people are providing services and energy and all of that.
So there's nothing wrong with making money. But when you
go to these places and some of the vendors, like,
(18:20):
you can tell their focus, especially if you're intuitive or
an EmPATH, like, you can tell which ones are genuinely
there because they want to help other people versus the
ones who are just trying to sell whatever they can
sell because hey, here's a market that we haven't tapped
into yet, that sort of thing. So so knowing you Rick,
(18:44):
and knowing the people that you have introduced me to,
and by the way, Tracy introduced me to Rick, so
I have heard a thank for this, but yeah, it's
just it does mean a lot that you would recommend
the people who are going to be participating on that day,
like just not because they're participating, but because you trust
(19:07):
them and you know that they're good hearted people.
Speaker 2 (19:10):
Oh yeah, I feel that you know, these the vendors
are representing Tracy and I you know, if they're not good,
if they're they're just there to make a bog then
that looks bad on us. They may not come back
another time. So you know, that's that's why I wanted
(19:31):
people with high integrity and who I know who are
there to help people, not just in it for the money, although,
like you said, there's nothing wrong with making a little
extra money.
Speaker 3 (19:44):
But yeah, I mean, yeah, we all need to live
on this planet, but you know, we all choose how
we live on this planet. And I think the integrity
piece was a big deal to us, and I think
the energy piece was a big deal to us, because
you can't lift the energy of an entire event if
you've got a corner and you know over here on
(20:06):
the left that's really here for the wrong reasons. So
that's why it was so carefully curated to a really
refined list of folks. Hopefully, hopefully, well you continue to
add a few more people even as we get closer.
We're still waiting to hear back, I think from a
couple of people. But yeah, it's going to be a
(20:27):
good crew. I'm actually really excited. And the venue itself
is beautiful and that it's got an outdoor space. It's
I mean, it's designed to create beautiful wedding pictures. So
you're going to feel good being in this space, like
it's just it's just a pretty spot on top of
everything else. It feels like a really good fit.
Speaker 1 (20:49):
Well, I'm excited about it. And after saying all of
all of what we just said, I'm also honored that
I was asked to be a part of it.
Speaker 2 (20:58):
Oh. Absolutely, Yeah, you're a perfect fit. You are. You
bring so much to the table.
Speaker 3 (21:05):
You kind of embody the energy we were looking for.
I mean, between this podcast and the energy work that
you do that you really do a lot to kind
of lift things up, and that's what we were looking for.
We were looking for people who were kind of committed
to bettering everybody.
Speaker 2 (21:24):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (21:25):
Yeah, I appreciate that. So both of you have some
talents too. But I know you're also organizing the event,
so to put you on the spot or not put
you on the spot. Are you going to be offering
your services?
Speaker 2 (21:42):
No, you'll be busy. Yeah no, I'll be the one
walking around making sure everything's okay, everybody's happy, and any
issues I'll take care of them. And I just want
to say, this is our first event, so there's always
room to grow and prove and add and take away.
Speaker 1 (22:02):
So yeah, and there will be hiccups every every first event, Yes,
and you know you you prepare, you prepare event has
a hiccups.
Speaker 3 (22:12):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (22:14):
So it's like you said, you learn from it and
you get better each year. And so it's exciting to
be you know, is the first one is always the
most exciting. And as I heard somebody else say recently,
the first one is the one everybody will will remember
and be able to say, Hey, I was at the
first one, you know, five ten years from now, when
(22:36):
it's even bigger, I was at the first one.
Speaker 3 (22:40):
I've been coming since the first one. Yeah, I died
to hear people say that. I'm actually really excited about that.
Speaker 1 (22:46):
So listeners, come.
Speaker 2 (22:47):
We got to make such a good impression the first
time that people have to come back.
Speaker 3 (22:54):
Yeah, that's true, that's true.
Speaker 1 (22:56):
No pressure.
Speaker 2 (23:00):
Well, you know we're getting all the.
Speaker 3 (23:03):
Yeah, I'm I'm hopeful. I'm you know, I'll be with
Rick wandering around making sure everything's going smoothly. If I
have some downtime, I'm not opposed to popping in as
needed and maybe doing some readings. I have I have
done some some reading in my day. I'm not opposed
(23:25):
to doing that, but I think it. You know, it's
gonna take. It's gonna take a village to get a
village going fingers crossed for good weather, good weather. I
need good weather.
Speaker 2 (23:43):
This is your part.
Speaker 3 (23:48):
I'll start.
Speaker 1 (23:48):
I'll start focusing on that right away.
Speaker 3 (23:51):
Beautiful, sunny, pleasant, perfect.
Speaker 2 (23:57):
One of the people who is going to do the workshop,
I know we haven't talked about that yet, but she
has this does a combination of yoga and kai tai
chi or cheegog, I can't remember which, but she said,
if it's you know, nice thought, we can do it outside, Like, oh,
that would be perfect because it's so beautiful out there,
(24:19):
some nice you know, starting your day with some nice,
gentle movement as it would be perfect.
Speaker 3 (24:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (24:26):
That sounds amazing.
Speaker 3 (24:28):
Yeah, and just kind of in a like minded space
where everybody's focused on reconnecting body and mind. I think
is so important.
Speaker 1 (24:41):
So what other workshops have you lined up so far?
Speaker 2 (24:47):
Oh, let's see, there's the one lady who does hypnosis.
She's going to talk about that and how hypnosis is
just not you know, turning people into chickens or anything
like that, a cheesy little act. That's how it could
really help you dig deep inside of you and and
bring up the issues or or things that you suppressed
(25:10):
and to help you work on that so you can
move forward. That is a great question.
Speaker 3 (25:20):
Yeah, we're we're still lining up some of these, but
we'll have talks throughout the day. We'll have people available
at at different locations to do sessions as well.
Speaker 2 (25:34):
We have another lady that she is an angel. She
communicates with angels, so she will talk about that. I've
heard her speak. We talk about a high energy woman.
Holdly you will, you will breed that level up and
she's amazing. And another one who does do deal with
(26:00):
use me energy, work, working body and yeah, that's all
the ones I can think of right now at the
top of my head.
Speaker 1 (26:11):
Yeah, well, I mean you will have a website absolutely,
and so people can go to the website too to
find out more and see the list of people are participants.
Do you have a U r L for the website yet?
Speaker 2 (26:30):
Right now, it's scheduled to be on my website. Okay,
Healing by Hawkeye dot com. That's healing that's singular, and
it's going to be under the events page. And uh,
but you know, check it often because there's gonna be
keep getting updated as I get more information on the
(26:52):
vendors because they're the ones who can really describe what
they're going to do and what they're going to bring
to this event.
Speaker 3 (26:59):
Yeah, I will have there will be a schedule available
there too, so you can go to healing Byhowkeye dot
com and get the schedule for the event and a
list of vendors and a map so you can get
directions to the location and all of that information.
Speaker 1 (27:15):
Awesome, and I'll put I'll put a link in the
show notes, and I'll also if people are signed up
from a newsletter, I'll also make sure that the information
is available in February and March's newsletters so they can
they can find you as easily as possible.
Speaker 3 (27:37):
Yeah, and then also check out Rick's social media and
his Facebook page and all of that stuff too, so
there'll be links to the event on those spots.
Speaker 2 (27:49):
As well, heavily advertised. There's a few other places I'm
going to advertise it, so like next Door, City of
carry website carries spotlight, City of Marrisville.
Speaker 3 (28:07):
An Event, Sprawley Events and those thoughts too.
Speaker 2 (28:11):
Okay, there's a list to.
Speaker 3 (28:17):
Find it, so which is a great thing. We want
people to come and enjoy, so we want it to
be easy to find, right.
Speaker 1 (28:23):
And and anybody who's listening to this podcast who lives
in the Triangle area of North Carolina or even just
a short, you know, little drive away. It could be
the Triad or Wilmington. If you are interested in this
day and you think you know other people who'd be interested,
to please share this information. I mean you can share
the podcast link, you could share the the website link.
(28:46):
Just share it so that people know that it's happening,
because it is the first one. And you know, we
want a good group of people who are interested in
making themselves better, helping each other get better to come
to this and really enjoy the day and get as
much out of it as possible. Not to jump in,
(29:11):
not to jump in and like steal your thunder ricks.
Sorry no, no, no.
Speaker 2 (29:15):
Please do please do. I am a man a few words,
so please yes, please. You know it's a great time
to get together with other like minded people. And the
energy is always very nice, very positive, very I know
when I leave events like this, I'm always so uplifted
(29:40):
and excuse me happy.
Speaker 3 (29:42):
Yeah, and we want to carry you through like we
want to. We want to give you that lift so
that it lasts when you leave for a while. And
then we're we're you know, we're thinking about making this
a little more routine too. So they're because we know
that people are like car, we need a little bit
of maintenance, and our energy sometimes use a little bit
(30:04):
of maintenance too, So we want to give people the
option to kind of reconnect and carry these relationships forward
in ways that will keep their energy high and kind
of keep that light shining through some of this heavy energy.
Speaker 2 (30:21):
Right especially now in March, it's the weather is going
to be nicer, so people are going to want to
get out and and feel the good weather and feel
the nice strong frequencies around them, and so it'd be
a nice it'll be a good day. It's gonna be
a very good day.
Speaker 1 (30:38):
Yeah, I'm excited about it.
Speaker 2 (30:41):
And and the entry it's only ten dollars to get in,
so that's pretty cheap, pretty reasonable, I feel.
Speaker 3 (30:50):
Yeah, yeah, I mean that's that's like super cheap. I
can't I can't buy a fast food meal for that, right.
Speaker 1 (30:59):
There are some places you can't buy a coffee for that.
Speaker 3 (31:01):
True story, true story.
Speaker 1 (31:05):
So yeah, it's definitely worth the investment in yourself and
your energy to do.
Speaker 2 (31:10):
Oh yeah, to do a day like this, great day.
And please, you know, I meet a lot of children
who are also into this, so please bring your children
as well.
Speaker 3 (31:23):
Oh yeah, yeah, very very family friendly.
Speaker 2 (31:27):
Absolutely, yeah, open to everybody. Everybody is welcome, come on in.
Speaker 1 (31:36):
So is there anything we haven't touched on that you
or anything you want to reiterate before we sign off?
Speaker 2 (31:47):
No, it's you know, like I said, and Tracy mentioned that,
the list is getting, you know, is growing as we go.
I'm getting people reaching out to me saying they're interested
and participating, and so I'm getting a hold of them
and and and it's going to be good. It's it's
not a you know, a huge event, but it's a nice,
(32:12):
good community event. It's like a Homeworld event.
Speaker 3 (32:16):
Yeah, I'd say it's I would say it's a manageable size.
Sometimes you go to these events and they're at the
civic centers and it's just rows and rows of people,
and for me, that energy as an EmPATH gets kind
of overwhelming. Honestly, it's because ever you can feel the
back and forth and the poll and the the ebbs
and flows of it, and and I leave those events
(32:41):
simultaneously engaged and interested, but also kind of a little
drained because so many people and there's so much going on,
and I can feel it all. I this is a
little more intimate and a little more nurturing by a
design like that. Was that was part of what we
were thinking about when we were when we were thinking
through it, because because the theme is sort of more
(33:05):
nurturing and a little bit more balancing. I'm I I
love the big events for kind of that energy part,
but I'm excited about this event for the sort of sparking,
the joy, the warmth of it. I think it's gonna
be really nice, and I'll bring my kiddos. My youngest
(33:33):
one definitely could use it right now. I think it's
he's in high school. I can't imagine being in high
school at this particular junction and in one of those
really big high schools like she goes to where it's
thousands of children. She's she's just worn out by the
time she gets home every day.
Speaker 2 (33:54):
Yeah, all good, Yes, bring her time for her to
get centered and you know, grounded.
Speaker 1 (34:00):
It'll be Yeah, it'd be really good for good. Yeah,
I'll have to talk to my niece about it. She's
fifteen and also in high school. I know it's a struggle,
especially in the really big high schools like that.
Speaker 3 (34:17):
Yeah, you know, there's just and you're literally bumping into
people in the hallway. How she does it, she does it.
Speaker 1 (34:28):
All right. So again this is called Balanced Mind, Body
and Energy Fair and it's going to be on March
twenty third, from eleven to five. I'm like, correct me
if I'm wrong, because I'm doing this by memory. You
work around at what's the name of the center again, the.
Speaker 3 (34:50):
Place, Paramount event venue.
Speaker 1 (34:52):
Paramount event Venue, and I will have all that information
in the show notes and how you can connect, so.
Speaker 2 (35:01):
Kind of like if you go outside to just take
a break, you will not be disturbed by traffic. But
yet it's close enough to main roads where you can
easily get in and.
Speaker 3 (35:14):
Get oh yeah, they're they're all And there are a
tone of little eateries. There's a couple of coffee shops nearby,
and it's right off kind of in that area, so
it's it's easy to get to as well. So you know,
it's nestled back there in a nice and a nice
area with eateries and coffee and easy on and off traffic.
Speaker 2 (35:41):
And plenty of free parking.
Speaker 3 (35:43):
And plenty of free parking, which sometimes is a roale.
Speaker 1 (35:46):
Commodity around here. That's a big deal now.
Speaker 2 (35:51):
Yeah, so well on my checklist, how many tables? And
is there a free parking on a major wounds?
Speaker 1 (36:01):
Well, I'm glad you found this place. I'm looking forward
to seeing it for myself. And I'm looking forward to
seeing everybody who comes out and all the all the participants,
all the vendors who are going to be there. I
only know a few of them, I think, so it'll
be nice to meet others. So yeah, so thank you
(36:22):
for putting this together. I know it's it's a labor
of love, and like, truly it's all about love. So
I appreciate the fact that you two are doing this.
Speaker 3 (36:34):
Oh absolutely, it's it's I think it's truly our pleasure.
Speaker 2 (36:40):
At first, I was very hesitant.
Speaker 3 (36:46):
Yeah, you know, and sometimes you're called to do things
and you're like, oh but really.
Speaker 2 (36:55):
Okay, behind my table and.
Speaker 3 (37:00):
It's winter, I'm cold, I need to plan something.
Speaker 1 (37:04):
Right, I just want to sit here with my coco
under three blankets pretty much.
Speaker 3 (37:09):
I literally what I'm doing right this second. That is
exactly what.
Speaker 1 (37:14):
I tapped into you.
Speaker 3 (37:16):
It would be even better if you do. I'm sitting
under my childhood bed, pink butterfly quilt on top of
it all, like, that's really where I am right now. Well,
like I think, I think so many folks are feeling
that though I felt I felt sort of lead and
(37:39):
Rick led felt lead at the same time, and it
was like, we just need Okay, fine, we just need
to do this. We need to make this happen. There's
something special about this event that needs to come into
the world.
Speaker 2 (37:50):
Yeah. I think I think both of us are more
drawn to bringing people together.
Speaker 3 (37:56):
Yeah, Niki definitely is.
Speaker 4 (38:00):
That.
Speaker 1 (38:01):
Turns out that's what this this podcast ended up being
all about, which is not what I expected.
Speaker 2 (38:09):
I love it bring people together. I just that just
gives me a great feeling like, hey, I know just
the person you need to talk to and.
Speaker 3 (38:18):
Yeah, yeah, I love that. I love that.
Speaker 2 (38:22):
This isn't the next step mm hmm.
Speaker 1 (38:26):
