Bill doesn't know that he has to rest the brain
so that he can be able to, you know, perform
even better with all the things that he's doing.

So Bil and I have this conversation. You know, you
need to learn to shut down.
Speaker 1 (00:14):
So first of all, learning to shut down and learning
to be more in tune, more in love with who
you are. Those are two key components to what I'm
going to talk about now. If I've had pets my
whole life, I have four animals right now. I have
two pats, two dogs, and anyone who walks.
Speaker 3 (00:35):
Into my home they will say to me.
Speaker 1 (00:37):
You know what, Michelle, those pets are so nice, they love.
Speaker 3 (00:41):
You, They're calm. Why are they always so calm. I've
gone into.
Speaker 1 (00:45):
Homes where the pets are not calmed, right, Why is
that they're picking up on my personal energy.
Speaker 3 (00:52):
I am very loving to my animal.
Speaker 1 (00:54):
Not only am I feeding them the right foods, but
I'm also taking mental walk
