It's not too much food... just the wrong ones. It's not a lack of exercise. It's a lifestyle of inappropriate nutrition, toxic chemical infusions from food, air, water, drugs, and so much more. The body store toxins in fat cells. So the more your pet is exposed to, the more fat cells the body produces. We have your tools to fix this.

Health Cafe where your Pet has a Voice.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
And here's your host, Bill the Pet Health Guru, and
welcome to Pet Health Cafe, that show where your Pet
has a Voice. This is Bill, Pet Health Guru with
another episode of the Pet Health Cafe where we are
going to enlighten you and hopefully inform you on what's

(00:58):
really going on with your pet. That's what's going on
with yourself, nutrition wise, health wise, behavioral wise. I mean,
we cover it all on this broadcast. As always, I
would like you to like it, share it with as
many people as you can so we can keep kicking
up our algorithms and our audience base, and of course

(01:20):
subscribe so you don't miss any episode of this. Of course,
I want to bring it to your attention also that
our past shows are available twenty four to seven. Pet
Heealthcafe dot Com is one place to look for them
all along with Spotify and YouTube and the whole host

(01:40):
of other places. If you're driving in your car, there's
always iHeartRadio where you can just listen to it, and
we appreciate when you do that as well. The chatroom
is open, so if you do have questions, concerns, comments,
I'll be here for you. And tonight I want to
take a look get something that unfortunately, our pets have

(02:03):
been laid by in the last twenty years, and so
have the human population actually probably in the last fifty years.
It's a major major health concern. It's been described as
epidemic in our selves and in our pets. And the
question I have for everybody out there is stop and

(02:25):
think about how many epidemics our pets are being faced
with every day? Now, how many days of healthy animals
do you normally have, you know, where they really really
feel tip top and that sort of thing, Because when
we're looking at these all these epidemics, you know, you
get the epidemic of cancer. You know, something like sixty

(02:47):
to eighty percent of all dogs today, by ten they're
eight years old, will have cancer. How about dental problems,
Oh my god, they're like all over the place. And
of course the veterinary community doesn't look at it as
how do I prevent it? You know obviously because of

(03:09):
some of the foods that they sell and the diets
that they recommend in the procedures. So they've just got
a procedure that they will help correct it, take care
of those you know that all that tarder build up
and everything else, and no actual prevention. If you will,
you have anidemic of allergies and our pets, you know,

(03:31):
scratching and itching and rashes and hot spots and chronic
ear infections, running eyes, ice staining, anal glam problems. You know,
all of these are classified in that allergy thing autoimmune disease.
Every other pet has got another autoimmune disease, another epidemic.

(03:52):
And of course the one that I'm going to focus
on tonight isn't another epidemic. It's called obesity. Why is
my pet overweight? Now? You know, I could do the
standard thing that everybody else does and just say, you know,
if you just cut back on the food, if you

(04:15):
ad just exercise more, then you won't have an obese puppy.
But you know, you don't feel like hitting off the
couch to walk fourteen miles to try to burn off,
you know, those excess calories. We just you know, we're
just feeding what we've been told to do on the food.
The bag says, feed this half a cup for X

(04:38):
number of pounds of animal, no matter what age, no
matter what activity level, and unfortunately we follow it blindly
and as a result, I'm trying to think that the percentages,
it's something like forty percent of dogs are basically overweight
by the time they're two years old, and by the

(04:59):
time they're you're eight years old, it's way up there
in the eighty to ninety percent range, with many of
them being obese. Now, what I want to do, which
is a little bit different than what the normal approach
would be, I want you to understand how the body
works and why this is creating this physical problem. They say,

(05:22):
it's not just eat less and exercise more. There's a
reason why our body is storing excess fat. And first
off and foremost, one of the other epidemics that I
classify as an epidemic anyway, is the ongoing, almost systematic

(05:43):
poisoning of our animals. You know, toxicity is one of
the big things that contributes greatly to obesity and that's
because the body basically has the store toxin's unknown synthetic products,
primarily everything from vitamins and medications to preventative drugs, that

(06:03):
sort of thing. It houses them, if you will, in
the body in fat cells because it does not know
what to do with it. They don't eliminate them, they
don't cleanse them like they would if you were treating
with herbs or botanicals or even homeopathy. It's just the
body says, I don't know what to do with this.

(06:24):
So it creates more fat cells to store more toxins.
And the more toxic the animal is obviously the greater
amount of fat that they're going to have on their body.
And you know, one of the secondary symptoms of this toxicity,
of course, that is very very manifest, is that cancer

(06:46):
cancer cells supposedly our cells basically that are there to
eat up toxin, so toxicity, so that toxicity has a
link between the obesity and the cancer. And let's face it,
that's not good for our pets. It's not good for us.
So if we're building up all these fat cells to

(07:06):
house all is toxin, okay, So where are they coming from?
And how do we start to avoid it. Well, obviously,
I'm going to get involved nutrition here to a great degree.
Ninety percent or more of the commercial diets on the
market today, and that includes kibble, air dried, canned, freeze, dride,

(07:32):
and commercially available rosen diets are not species appropriate. They
are not designed for what the physiology of that animal
is supposed to do. They all contain way too many carbohydrates,
including raw diets, that they cannot break down easily. When

(07:53):
we throw in the lack of digestibility, it means the
body is using energy in digestion and not in motion,
if you will, not in their activity level. They're lethargic,
they're tired all the time. They just don't want to
move around. So these diets number one are not species

(08:15):
appropriate for a carnivore. Too many vegetables, too many carbohydrates.
In the case of most dry foods, it is a
tremendous amount of carbs which are converted directly into sugar,
and that is directly converted into stored that it cannot
be used readily by the body. The body's got to
do this whole conversion thing, and it's not very efficient

(08:37):
at doing the wrong things. And then we tackle into
the middle of that. The fact that we are creating
things like diabetes with overworking the pancreas. Pancreatitis is another
good example of that. These are all episodes that can
be avoided and prevented. And of course, yes, they are
tied to obesity. Now it's veterinarian. I'll tell you, well,

(09:00):
you know your dog's diabetic because he's a little overweight.
And number two, they're not very honest with that because
have you ever looked at a wolf or a coyote
in the wild, even just pictures on TV, most of
them appear to be starving to death. You can count
their ribs, you can see their backbone. Well, they're not

(09:21):
starving to death. That's what they're supposed to look like.

Speaker 3 (09:25):
You know.

Speaker 2 (09:25):
We did a graphic for the promo, and of course
I think it had either a pug or a bulldog
on it. Those are not natural wolf like animals. Those
were bred to look to be actually overweight. Think about that,
we've designed our dogs to be overweight. Think of what

(09:45):
that does on their physiology, on their body, they're breathing
their energy, the joints, the joint pain has got to
be incredible on these animals, and then of course what
do we do. We load them up with drugs and
supplements that are cod with toxic chemicals which produce more
fat cells the storm more fat, and we've got this

(10:07):
ongoing epidemic. Now, not only do these chemicals create problems
with that motion, you know, that activity level on the joints,
but it's also plugging up the liver and throws the
whole endocrine system off. Because we cannot filter out the

(10:27):
toxins anymore. Our capacity, your pet's capacity to get rid
of toxins is greatly diminished, which is one reason why
we've seen longevity in our pets go from you know,
with dogs, twenty to thirty years down to six eight
ten years. You know, we think we're doing good if
we hit fourteen to eighteen years with a pet. You

(10:49):
know how many of those years, though, we're spent in pleasure,
if you will, in a healthy state where they felt good,
they moved good, they were happy, they were energetic, and
for yourself not having to worry about you know, I
walked the dog too far today. Oh my god, you's
gonna be okay. You know, I walked him an extra

(11:10):
of two blocks and he got home and he just
kind of collapsed, and that's not the life you want
your pet to lead. Obesity is a big part of
it now. When we look at the commercial pet foods,
especially the things like kibble that are high high carbohydrate,
but even on the others, there is a plethora of
toxic and synthetic compounds in those foods, preservatives, colors, stabilizers,

(11:38):
and on the average kibble, almost two hundred ingredients that
are not listed on the bag. And when you look
at that bag, you know you're seeing actually, probably if
you're lucky, three items four items that you could actually
buy in a supermarket that are actually food. The rest
are chemical compounds that you cannot read. The body doesn't

(12:01):
know what to do it, so it starts producing fat cells.
You know. It makes it very tough on us because
we have to do lifestyle changes through our pet, which
unfortunately or fortunately, depending on which way you want to
look at it, are for the better. We have to
make the lifestyle changes. It's not easy. You know, you're

(12:22):
used to getting up in the morning checking the bowl
of food. Oh yeah, there's still some kibbling. Let me
throw a few pieces afresh in it. And you know,
hopefully they're getting enough nutrition out of that. You know,
maybe let me add a little bit more water to
his water bowl. What are you putting in there? Are
you putting in good ionized water, clean filtered, extra filtered,

(12:43):
or are you using tap water or that minimally filtered
BPA lidden plasticizer ridden, bottled water, all of that again stored.
We know that the microplastics are going through our whole body.
They're filling those cells as well, fat cells build around them.

(13:05):
Not good, Not good at all when your animal starts
to have all kinds of problems. What are we looking at?
More drugs, chemicals, more treatments, mostly chemicals, sometimes surgeries, you know,
because of the damage that's being done. You know, we
have these chemicals causing mucus in the body. They stick

(13:25):
to various organs, gall bladder, liver, kidney, bladder, They then calcify.
Now we have stones blocks the canal between the liver
and the gall bladder. What's the solution in medicine? Remove
the gall bladder? Who cares? Now you've further thrown off
the hormonal system. You've further killed that endocrine system. What

(13:50):
chances are was already destroyed when you elected when you
decided that your animal needed to be fixed, meaning spae
or neuter. Spaying and neuter is not fixing your animal. Yes,
that does contribute to obesity as well. Because we've thrown

(14:10):
off the endocrine system, it can no longer function properly.
Some of the figures that I've seen indicate that up
to ninety percent of spade in neutered pets over the
age of six will have thybroary problems. We all noticed
thyroid is hired directly to we gain Hmm, why is

(14:32):
that happening? Because the thyroid has to direct the rest
of the endocrine system, It has to work over time
to make up for the hormones that those organs that
were removed have to make it. It's incredible in my
view that all of these things seem to be completely

(14:54):
ignored by the medical and the veterinary medical profession. In fact,
I sometimes question whether it's actually a profession anymore or not.
It used to be a humble place, a place of
honor to be, But with the things that we see today,
it leaves me pause, and especially when I see that

(15:17):
when we go through a basic detox by just adding
a few botanical products, if you will changing the diet,
the pounds melt off, the animals can move better, have
more agility, more energy, that many of the other issues
go away. Answer goes away, diabetes can go away, allergies

(15:42):
all go away, which just simple changes. And yet when
these things occur, that industry does not want to look
at the results. They basically say, it's a miracle. I'm
glad you're having success. Keep doing what you're doing. Don't
bother to come back and see me anymore, because obviously
I can't sell you any more drugs and it's a sad,

(16:03):
sad place to be. We're going to be right back
after a quick break. Here.

Speaker 2 (18:29):
And welcome back to the Pet Health fat Show where
your pet has a voice. This is Bill, the pet
Health Guru, along with you know my audience out there
that is now finally starting to get through one to chat.
I don't know. They said they've had some problems with it,
but I guess it was human error anyway. As I
was saying before the break, Okay, first off, I want

(18:50):
you to share, subscribe, and like the chat room is
open and working. You know, obcity is just such a
major problem people and our pats. If you want to
throw that comment back up, maybe I can go through that.
Does your what you're saying apply to humans as well?

(19:11):
I guess he missed the first part of the discussion
that yes, this is the same problem, and those are
the stuff you have can deal with both humans and animals.
It's all the same. Actually. The interesting thing about that
is it really our digestive tract is a lot like

(19:31):
that of a wolf. In fact, it's more like a
wolf than it is other primates. So that whole omnivore, vegan,
vegetarian thing is kind of not what the digestive system
is really set up to be. Now the question there
about supplements and vitamins. First off, most supplements are not natural.

(19:52):
They're not made from natural sources. And I don't care
what company you're looking at. If you're buying a vitamin supplement,
even if you're taking a multiple, Okay, read the label.
How is that vitamin A process? How is that vitamin
E process? How is that vitamin C process? How would
those be? Where were those B vitamins extracted from? All

(20:14):
those have chemical processes on the back side, which means
they're going to carry chemical contamination with them now in
order to get you to take them. Read through that
ingredient list, ge, sorbitol, sugar, multidextrine, sugar. Oh, by the way,
do you know that sugar has about forty different legal

(20:35):
terms that are not labeled sugar. Sugar converts into fat.
So if you're taking let's say you're taking ten supplements
twice a day, you're getting twenty doses, twenty doses of
those chemicals including twenty doses of those sugars, the sorbitol,
the multidextrin many cases high fruit coast corn syrup, and

(20:59):
the binders that make it into a tablet, the anti
stick agent, the anti cake agents, the lubricants in order
to make that pill. I know, when we started biocomplete
natural diets and herbs, I didn't want to have to
pack this stuff myself. I didn't want to have to

(21:20):
process a lot of this stuff myself. I went to
the formulators, I went to the factories that make it. Yes,
they're factories. They're not these neat, little old backyard clinics.
These are factories that do pharmaceuticals. It's the same companies
that make your drugs. And we're told that we cannot
make sing a simple tumorate tablet or capsule without one

(21:45):
dozen other components going into that, into the manufacturing. And
by the way, they will never be listed on the
label because they consider them to be part of the
process of making it, not an ingredient that's going to
add or subry. Look at the bottom of that label,
it gives you the list of the what the ingredients are.

(22:06):
You might find three or four what I would consider
whole food items, even on the herbals. Then you'll see
something like another vitamin, another mineral with a different chemical name,
and then at the bottom you'll say inert ingredients. Inert
means that they don't interact within anything. Well, do you
think if you put anything in your body that it's
not going to have any effect. That's another one of

(22:29):
those miscarriages of advertising and promotion and marketing. You know
that wheat, that soy, that corn, that cellulose, all of
that has an impact on the body because the body
has to do something with it. You know, it doesn't
sit there or just kind of float through your body
like h you know, I'm not going to hang out here,

(22:50):
so therefore it's not going to affect anything. No, your
body is working overtime. It's working overtime saying what should
I do with this? Oh, that's right. I don't know.
I don't know if this is good or bad for me,
because it's something that my body isn't designed to look at.
My dog goes through the same thing, my cat goes
through the same thing. So let's store it as fat,

(23:10):
And where do we store a lot of it? Is
fat on the outside of the body. The belly. Why,
because the body wants to try to get rid of it.
That's part of detox, that's part of the cleansing, is
pushing this stuff out. That's why we see tumors on
the outside of animals. We don't want to see it,
We don't want to deal with it, so we internalize it.
And when we do that, the body holds it on

(23:31):
the inside, so we can't see what's really going on.
Dog has cancer, cat has cancer. They don't care. They
just keep running, playing, playing on the fitness level. Tumor
doesn't mean very much to them until it gets either
so large that it impairs something. And even then they
don't sit there and think about it. They adapt, they
move around it. You know, the same thing with things

(23:52):
like diabetes, kidney failure. How do most veterinarians diagnose kidney failure, Oh,
you know a blood test. No, the kidney has to
be eighty percent shut down before that will all up
in the blood eighty percent damage. Same thing with liver damage.
First signs generally drinking a lot of water, and unfortunately

(24:13):
it's usually that dead water that we put down for them,
which isn't doing any cleansing. Why is that animal drinking
a ton of water to flush its body out. It's
a natural instinct. We have the same instinct. How many
of you out there if the only option you have
is tap water in whatever city or municipality you're in,

(24:33):
that's the only thing that you could drink, do you
think you would drink enough water to keep yourself hydrated?
I know I didn't for years. I didn't like the
taste of the water. It wasn't doing what was supposed
to do anyway, my body knew, you know. Of course, Fortunately,
over the last few years, I've found technologies that create
living water, much of what I grew up on as

(24:56):
a kid, with thirteen natural springs on our property, so
all of that enters into it. That's all a part
of it. The body has to work as a machine
to keep itself balanced. Every unnatural thing that goes into
that body, every lifestyle event that we do that challenges
that homeostasis. The body pays a price with it, and

(25:19):
it only takes a couple extra pounds to start setting
down a passway of very very ill health. And of
course a lot has to do with where the body
is putting the fat and what it's taking away to
fight it. You know, if we have inflammation, let's say
you have inflammation in your liver or kidney, the skin.

(25:42):
This is true with your dogs as well. In cats
skin problems, the body has to take omega threes and nines,
various minerals and vitamins and send it to those areas
to fight that inflammation. When it's doing that, when we're
working on a skin problem, taking away the nutrition that
needs for the heart is taking away the nutrition that

(26:03):
the endocrine system, that thyroid needs. You know, I'm taking
away that vitamin E, that vitamin D. And of course
when we start throwing in these vitamins on top of it,
these different mineral supplements. Okay, you take calcium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus,
all vitamins, minerals that you can buy any health rootstore,

(26:25):
and you start popping them individually. Well, those have got
to be in a certain ratio in the body to
be able to be utilized. And along with that, you
need vitamin D, you need vitamin K two, you need
a whole bunch of hormones that the body makes just
to be able to use that calcium. So we're actually
creating and more of an imbalance with using the synthetics,

(26:50):
which are also causing more fat and in the process,
because we can't utilize the calcium, the fast first, the magnesium,
the mangan we don't have the silica, who be the
synergist to make it all work. Our bones become brittle,
they become weaker, we're more susceptible to broken bones. You know,

(27:12):
simple preventive procedure that's done on a lot of dogs,
especially creates all these ligament tears because because the compounds,
the mercury and aluminum, especially the aluminum in those compounds,
blocks the proper use of calcium to form those ligaments,
those tendons, those bones. We are creating this situation in

(27:36):
the pets that we supposedly love, that we want to
have the best life, and especially if you're doing a rescue.
You know, if you've got a rescue animal, you think
you're doing something fantastic because you're buying that commercial food
that was recommended, You're giving them all these vitamins and
everything else, and yet there you are spending literally thousands
of dollars sometimes every month for medical care that you

(27:59):
shouldn't have to. We're going to be right back with
more information after this quick message.

Speaker 2 (29:46):
Welcome back to the Pet Health Cafe to show your
Penna's voice. This is Bill pet Health Guru, and we're
talking about obesity and all the different things that go
along with it. Again, I would advise and would cre
shade if you like, and share, share all over the
place and subscribe. Like I say, we're on multiple platforms.

(30:08):
Repeats of these are available, you know, twenty four to seven,
most of them by you know. The titles that are
on them are kind of descriptive of what the show
was about over the last month or so, actually all
the last two months. We've been talking a lot about
how the body works, primarily the nutrition, you know, with
nutrition and how the digestive system really has to work.

(30:30):
And if we follow a lot of that, we will
have a healthy animal and they will not be obs
they say. The chat room is open, so if you've
got any comments or questions, I'd be glad to answer them.
But I want to ask you a question. Of all
the things I've described there, how many of those mistakes
are you making with your pet and yourself? Be honest,

(30:53):
be honest with yourself. You don't have to put them
in the comments or that sort of thing. I'm not
going to judge you. But when you start looking at
all the different things that are described, all the different medications,
all the different preventatives, all the different food additives that
are there, any supplements that you might be doing and giving,
every single one of them has an effect on the body,

(31:15):
and most of the time you're not getting what you
paid for. Are you willing to make the lifestyle changes
you need to. Are you willing to throw out that
recommendation for this special scientifically formulated, complete and balanced food
to risk the change and want your animal drive. Yes,

(31:37):
they're going to go through some cleansing. Yes they're going
to go through some challenges, but that's a part of it.
Think you about yourself. Every change that you've ever made
in yourself has come with a price. It's tough, you know.
Are you going to feed that species appropriate raw meat
diet to your dogging cat? Are you going to go
through that transition period where you might have a vomit

(31:59):
or a couple diarrheas or loose stools, getting rid of
the mucus that is built up in that gut and
in that upper stomach, you know when they vomit and
you get all this slime that comes out with it.
The same thing with the butt, you get all the
slime that's mucus, that's walling off those poisons. And once
you start to make those changes, the body can start

(32:20):
to heal. Are you willing to not jump on all
those preventive medicines, not be listening to that email or
that postcard in the mail that you are due. Your
animal is due for a whole plustra of things that
they don't need that just keep them in a perpetual

(32:41):
state of dis ease. Something we talked about, and we
also have to remember that our animals are energy animals.
We're an energy animal. We produce electricity. If your energy,
if you are sad, if you are depressed, if you
are angry, your energy is very, very negative and you're

(33:02):
going to suffer consequences. The body will not heal properly.
But if you weren't happy, excited, you've made the lifestyle changes,
you suddenly feel better. You're not waking up with a hangover,
You're not waking up with an upset stomach because you
ate the wrong things. You're getting enough sleep, good sleep,
your body will start to respond. Your pets will pick

(33:26):
up on that energy as well. They will start to
heal almost automatically. I know. I've been doing this for
fifty five years. I've seen animals with cancer, with diabetes,
all kinds of allergy and skin problems completely reverse it
and become healthy again. Wasn't done through drugs. Wasn't even
done by my foods or my herbs. Those are the

(33:48):
tools that we can provide. We have to follow what
would be done in a real natural state. You know,
are you willing not to add in those fruits and
vegetables in there, or you know, in their home cooked meal?
Why the women, why are we cooking if it's supposed
to be a raw meal? Step number one that we've changed.

(34:09):
What about those seed oils that you use, that canola oil,
that corn oil, that soybean oil that's added to cooking.
It's also added to all the commercial bad foods that
contributes greatly to diabetes, cancer, and obesity. Many times you
won't even see it on the label, or it seems
like it's way way down in the list. But it

(34:30):
doesn't take very much to screw up the whole system.
Crews up the natural biome of the gut. Every time
antibiotics in the in the animal, you screwed up its
digestive ability. It kills the gut biome. You can't digest
your food properly. You know your body doesn't know what
to do. I don't feel good now. I'm just going

(34:50):
to store food if I'm not getting the right food,
if I try starving. This is why when in the
beginning I said, you know, just cut back on the
food and more exercise, Well those are contra indicated if
you really talk and think about it. If you cut
that too much enough food, your body goes into and
your pet's body goes into starvation mode, meaning it will

(35:12):
put on more fat, it will store more energy. Because
I don't know when we will have the proper diet
enough food to be able to maintain. Also, when I
don't have enough energy in that food, I certainly can't
push myself on exercise. It does not work. We need

(35:33):
to actually increase the caloric intake of metabolic energy metabolic
calories to burn off that fat and some of the detox. Again, interesting,
I see a question that just popped up. The extra
virgin olive oil do it as well to a lesser degree. However,

(35:56):
finding pure olive oil is next to impots. That whole
industry has been hijacked for literally hundreds of years by
organized crime. They make a fortune on getting the best
olives to coal press them and then cutting it. The Europeans,
both Italy and Greece have whole task force that are

(36:21):
chasing these people down because it's so much of it
is contaminated. So and when you look at it, why
would we want to use olive oil? That would not
be part of a carnivore diet. Callow would be lard
would be you know, be fat, work fat. They actually
would be into meat. And actually if you take you know,
good bacon and put it in that frying pan, you

(36:43):
don't have to add oils to it. That lard renders down.
If you've got good grown beef, that callow renders right
down and it doesn't stick anymore. And you know, with
that being said, I mean we can do these things,
but you have to make the lifestyle changes. Commit to it. Yes. Second,
say yeah, you don't drain the liquid because actually if

(37:04):
you let it, if you turn it off and let it, said,
most of them it is reabsorbed into the into the meat.
It's really amazing when you when you look at it
that way. We pour it all off. It's like when
you know, as an ominivore, you're doing vegetables and you
steam them, and you steam out all the vet all
the vitamins and minerals, and you dump the water down
the drain and you eat the dead food. Makes a
lot of sense. Anyway, it's been a fast hour on obesity.

(37:28):
We can make our animals slim again. I just want
to kind of give you a little bit of an image.
Just think of that poor miniature Dosin with that long
back and he's carrying twenty thirty percent more weight than
he can and that that just starts to give out.
It becomes weak because we're not building muscle or building fat.

(37:50):
And now we've had that that curvature of that back.
It throws out the back legs as well, throws them
out of alignment. So now we have hip joint problems
on top of it. This can be avoided and we
should do that. Thank you for watching, and we will
be with you again next week with a very special guest.

(38:11):
Good night, folks.
