Tara (00:01):

Tara intro (00:05):
Hi. I'm Tara from Plus Fitness with Tara. I'm a
curvy, fun body positive coachand personal trainer. I love
business and fitness. Do youhave the tools you need to be a
rock star in fitness?
A healthy love of yourself andhelp for me in sifting through
health news will do that. I'vegot fitness topics and guests.
Rock stars aren't born. They'rebred and experienced as fire.
Let's do this together.

Tara (00:27):
Hello, and welcome to Plus Fitness with Tara, the podcast.
Today, I have Jenny Harkleroadwith me, a guest on the podcast
today, and she's gonna tell usabout her company and its
background. And she'll also plugout where you can find her and
reach her in the future. Sodefinitely let me know, Jenny,
what is your company and what isits background?

Jenny Harkleroad (00:47):
Awesome. Thanks, Tara. Happy to be here.
I am the founder and CEO ofBalanced View, and this company
was started because I had somebig problems, and I was looking
for solutions. And when Ifinally figured out those
solutions, I wanted to sharethem from the rooftop.
And so if you wanna find me, youcan go to balancedyou.org, and

(01:13):
you can check out my advancedmindset coaching and and what I
do and how I do it.

Tara (01:18):
Great. Awesome. So everyone, that's balance
you.com. Correct?

Jenny Harkleroad (01:23):
Dotorg, actually. Yes.

Tara (01:24):
Org. Oh, there we go. So balanceyou.org for everybody
listening. So, that's where youcan find Jenny. So, Jenny, just
you know, I ask every guest thisquestion.
You know? You know, what do youdo for fitness and, like, what
what do you like to do forwellness, you know, essentially?
So just let me intro with thatbefore we get into more details
on what you're up to.

Jenny Harkleroad (01:43):
Yeah. I love that question, and you might
want a little background becauseI I used to be in real estate. I
had a big real estate business, and, you know, I was always into
exercise and eating healthy anddoing my best to stay in shape.
And it almost became a littlebit of an obsession. I shouldn't

(02:05):
say almost.
It became an obsession with me.Like, I really wanted to be fit.
And I have one of those, motherswho can eat a lot and not gain
weight, and I wasn't like her.And it was really I was always
trying to look like her, but noteat as much as she did. You
know?
And it was it was a struggle. And so I was always working on

(02:26):
how I looked more than I wasn'treally concerned about my
health. That's what I shouldhave been concerned about.
Right? I just wanted to lookgood.
So I was always countingcalories and going to the gym
and I was obsessed. And then in20 13, I broke my back in a
hiking accident. And I wasbedridden and couldn't function

(02:49):
for about 3 years. And so what Idid while I was laying there in
bed was I started researching, how do you not move and still
not gain weight? Because, youknow, I wanted to look good even
there laying there in bed.
And I started learning aboutplant based eating and that you

(03:09):
could eat more food and it hadless calories. And so, I'm like,
okay, I'm going to try this. Andthat was a long time ago and I'm
still on that same plan. Istarted eating a plant based
diet and I just started feelingreally great. I I got rid of all
my cravings.
My skin cleared up. I actuallylost weight and didn't have to

(03:32):
be obsessed about it anymore. And so it it it kinda turned
into a blessing, and I wrote abook about it. It's called, A
101 Things I Wish I Knew BeforeI Fed My Children. And the
reason I titled it that wasbecause as I was learning about
nutrition, I started realizing, wow, I probably could have done

(03:52):
a much better job feeding mykids healthier things.
And I knew that when I was doingit, but I didn't really realize
that unhealthy food could makeyou sick. You know? I just
thought, oh, well, you know, there's probably more vitamins
and broccoli than Lunchables. But, you know, they like
Lunchables better, that type ofthing. So, hopefully, I can't

(04:13):
get sued for saying Lunchables.

Tara (04:15):
No. No. You're fine. You're fine. Public knowledge,
we all know lunchables exist.

Jenny Harkleroad (04:21):
Yeah. Yeah. Perfect.

Tara (04:23):
Okay. So okay. So so that's that's really
interesting. So a few nuggetsfor everybody who talked about
that. The book is available onAmazon.
Correct?

Jenny Harkleroad (04:31):
It is. Yeah.

Tara (04:32):
Okay. Fantastic. And it's a 1,001 ways?

Jenny Harkleroad (04:35):
Actually, a 101.

Tara (04:37):
101. Came with a 1,000 because, like, what? That was a
lot. I had

Jenny Harkleroad (04:40):
a hard time coming up with a 101, a 1,000.
So many. Yeah. Yeah. A 101things I wish I knew before I
fed my children is the title.

Tara (04:49):
Awesome. Yeah. Author Jenny Harkler wrote, that's
cool. I'd love to. I'm gonnahave to check that out.
Okay. So you had this personalexperience. You know, you have
your business now. Yeah. I metyou through, Ewomen Network, and
I'm just wondering, you know, what motivates you to get up
every morning and be inbusiness?

Jenny Harkleroad (05:08):
Yeah. I love that. Well, first off, I'm an
entrepreneur by like, I feellike I was born an entrepreneur.
When I was 12 years old, I had abusiness teaching flute lessons,
and I've been in business formyself ever since. You know, I
really like my boss.
She's so awesome. She every ideaI come up with, she thinks it's

(05:29):
perfect. I mean, yeah, it'sreally great. I can do what I
want when I want. I have 4 kidsand I was able to juggle them
and while they were growing upall the activities.
So Yeah. I just like the alsothe potential. Like, there's no
limit. It's not like I'magreeing to a certain salary.
It's it's limitless.

(05:51):
And then it's like, you gotta becreative and you gotta do the
work and and make it happen. Soit's it's fun. It's an
adventure, and I love it.

Tara (06:01):
Yeah. Well, I find I find too someone with such a personal
experience of yours havingovercome a broken back for
everybody who might have justjoined in a little late minute,
broken back, healed yourselfthrough that, recovered from it,
and kept business going, keptfamily going. You know, still,
you know, knock things out ofthe park today. Like, maybe

(06:21):
might wanna mention you mighthave an app coming up that you
might wanna plug a little bit,you know, at some point. Because
the great thing about podcastsis people can come back to this
and listen again if they forgetsomething.
Do you know what I mean? So ifthey forget the name of the
book, they'd be like, oh, andthey just search Jenny
Harkleroad and find you orbalance you dot org. You know?
And what I think is great aboutthis is that you've really come

(06:44):
very far. You've you've gonethrough personal challenges, and
here you are today sharing yourstory, talking about it like
it's no big deal.
Like, that's a pretty big dealto come back from a broken back.
I mean, it's you know, and for alot of us, you know, who
struggle with any kind ofchallenges in our lives or
setbacks that are going on, it'salways great to hear an

(07:04):
entrepreneur's story because Ifind in your story, you like to
dig in and get the work done. Alot of entrepreneurs, people may
think have the belief that theydon't do any work at all because
they're working from home orthey, you know, can go on a trip
whenever they want. What theydon't realize is the Oshkosh
River mind is almost working, you know, 247, you know, trying
to think of different ways ofhow to how to get this nugget

(07:25):
out, how to how to talk aboutthis, what product to use, what
service to use, how to promotethis, what's going on. And it's
and it's it's work.
But at the same time, there's somuch freedom. Like you said, you
like your own boss. You knowwhat I mean? She's great too.
You know?
You can make travel arrangementswhenever you want. You know? But
at the same time, there's thebalance. And I think what's
great about the name of yourbusiness, Balance You, is that

(07:46):
you've honed in right on whyentrepreneurs need that focus
and that balance. You know?
So yeah.

Jenny Harkleroad (07:53):
Absolutely. I love that. And and part of my
story that I didn't mention yetwas after 3 years later after
breaking my back, they told memy case was hopeless and that I
wasn't gonna get better. And Isaid, you know, you guys don't
know me. I I will get better.
I will find a way. And I met amedical doctor who told me, you

(08:17):
know, Jenny, you can healyourself with your mind. And I
was like, wait. What? This is myback.
Like, I don't how could I healmy back with my mind? I'd never
heard of such a thing. And Ididn't believe it, but I was
desperate, so I tried it. And 6sessions later, I was completely

(08:37):
healed. Right?

Tara (08:40):
Yeah.

Jenny Harkleroad (08:40):
Totally healed. Yeah. And I I couldn't
believe it. And I went back tohim and I said, wow. Like, what
did you do to me, and can youhelp me fix all my other
problems?
Because I wasn't getting alongthat well with my husband. I was
addicted to pain pills. I I hada really bad temper. I had low

(09:01):
self esteem. I didn't like mycareer even though I was making
a fortune in it.
I had so many things I wanted towork on. And in the past, when I
wanted to change something, Iwould maybe read a book about
it, like how to communicatebetter with my husband. And then
I would think, oh, good. Now Iget it. And then we'd have a
conversation, and then I'd getmad.
And then I'd say, like, wait. Iforgot what was in that book.

(09:23):
What was I supposed to say? Howam I supposed to undo? I'm mad
right now.
Like, I just I didn't know howto change myself. And I
struggled with chronic pain evenbefore breaking my back. It was
a thing with me. It was, since Iwas 12, I was on prescription
pain pills. And I wanted to feelbetter and I didn't know how.

(09:45):
And so, I just kinda put on ahappy face. They say fake it
till you make it. I was the bestfaker until I got home. I
wouldn't fake it at home, butI'd fake it for everybody else.
And I just wasn't happy.
I was mad. I was bad. I was sad.I was in pain, and I wanted
relief. And this doctor helpedme learn how to do that, and I

(10:05):
just became like a new person.
Like, everyone thought I was thesame because I was putting on
that happy face, but now it waslike a true real happy face, not
I'm faking it trying to be this.I actually am this. And that's
why I'm obsessed about what I dobecause how we think determines
how we feel and that determinesthe printout of our life. And,

(10:28):
I'll give you a little story. This has to do with, weight
loss.
So I love cruises, and, I cangain £10 on a cruise easy. Okay.
I mean, oh my gosh. The food isso fun. Well, the first time
that happened, I thought, okay,next time I go on a cruise, I
should back off a little.
And I told myself, I'm not gonnaeat ice cream on this cruise.

(10:50):
Just that's the one thing, Justno ice cream. If you've been on
a cruise, you know, there's icecream machines everywhere. And I
I mean, it was almost thehardest thing I'd ever done in
my life not eating ice creamthat week. My kids are just like
licking their cones in front ofmy face and I'm like, oh, this
is killing me.
So then I learned this mindwork, and I program my mind, my

(11:13):
subconscious mind, so that Ionly wanna eat healthy food.
Just that's what I want. We goon another cruise. I don't even
think about any, like, no icecream rolls. I we just go on a
cruise.
And when we get off the cruise,I ask my husband, did they have
ice cream on this cruise? Andhe's like, are you kidding me?
We were eating it right in frontof you. And I'm like, I

(11:35):
seriously, I didn't even notice. That's the power of the
subconscious mind.
When you make a decision and youtry really hard and you don't
have a subconscious program thatsupports you, it feels
impossible and you backslide toyour subconscious program. And
so when I changed mysubconscious program, food and

(11:57):
weight and all that stuff was nolonger an issue for me because I
wasn't having to try, try, overpower, try, try, try. I just
naturally wanted to eat healthyfood. I naturally wanted to eat
less. I naturally wanted toexercise because I program my
subconscious.
And that's the mind that blinksmy eyes and grows my hair and

(12:18):
beats my heart and digest myfood. How hard am I trying to do
that right now? I'm not. This ishappening. And so when you can
get your mind, your subconsciousmind supporting you, everything
in your life turns around.
And that's what I experienced,and that's why I started this
business because I wanted tohelp people make life easier.
Like, it doesn't have to be sohard, and that's why I created

(12:42):
this new app because what Idiscovered is that people can do
this work on their own. So Icreated this advanced mindset
coaching app. It's neurosciencebased. It's AI based.
It's on demand. You log in andask you, do you wanna solve a
problem or achieve a goal orwork on personal growth or feel
different? And it takes youthrough a brain exercise that

(13:03):
literally re patterns your brainfor that goal. And what our
clients are reporting is a 41%improvement after just one week
after using it just one time. That's huge.
Right? So, sure, they can hireme. I can be their private
coach, but why not spend acouple dollars instead of a few

(13:23):
1,000 and do it on the app? Youcan do it anytime, day or night.
You're struggling withsomething, if you're frustrated
about something, and if youdon't like how you're feeling,
you can change it.
It's that powerful. So it'scalled leap like a frog, LEAP
transformation. I'm I'm thrilledabout it. So excited about it.

Tara (13:45):
Listen. I can hear the excitement. Like and what I'm
excited about this, so everyonewho's listening again,
balanceview.orgorg,balanceview.org, but the app is
sleep transformation. And,Jenny, I just what I love about
this is I hear access to youeven though you're gonna do your
daily routine and get sleep. Doyou know what I mean?
The app will provide with peoplethe ability, like you said, any

(14:07):
day or time or night, to log inand, like, get the help they
need for their subconscious.Absolutely. That's
accessibility. You're providinglike you said, you could work
with me as a coach, but, youknow, different schedules, set
schedule, hard to makeappointments, all kinds of
things, whereas someone who'slike, oh, I need a dose of this
right now, can pull out theirphone, log in, and get the help
they need within minutes. Do youknow what I mean?

(14:30):
Yeah. That's amazing.

Jenny Harkleroad (14:31):
Thank you. It is amazing. That's why I'm so
excited about it. You know? Theresults are phenomenal.
You know? Yeah. What else canyou do that takes you 15 minutes
that you're, like, by next week,41% better on average? Like,
what else could you do?

Tara (14:47):
Yeah. Well, and then also, I just you know, so we have a
huge thing in Canada with ourhealth care system. It's it's
struggling a bit. You know, wewe do get, you know, quote,
unquote, free health care, but,I mean, it comes with a price.
You know, our tax dollarsusually wants to pay it.
Don't know what's happening withour health care right now,
especially in Nova Scotia. We'rejust fighting for anything. I
think there's 3,000 peoplewaiting for a family doctor on a
list, and they have to use anapp and stuff like that to to

(15:10):
log in and get prescriptions. But if they had access, instead
of waiting in line for all thecoaches that are busy, all the,
you know, like like the theneuroscience Scientologists who
and, you know, neurologists whoare who are busy. You know, they
can just help themselves withthis app.
And I think what's great is it'sbased in science. It has
specific, you know, quantitiesyou can measure it with. Like,

(15:32):
it's not just gonna be some freefloating, I I wanna feel better
coaching app. It's gonna be,hey. We did this program, and
this is the result that you'llsee.
You know? And, you know, it youknow, it may be different for
each person, but they'll atleast feel like they're
contributing to their own healthand taking back the power of
being helpless in our healthsystem and candidates. Do you
know what I mean? Like, it'sjust one of the things where not

(15:52):
everybody has access. I mean, even some of the coaches I know
who are coaching years ago areno longer coaching because they
went on to different things, andwe've lost some really great,
you know, you know, intelligent, you know, creativity and and
genius in coaching.
And one of the things that Ilove about this is people can
log in to you. You've livedthrough it yourself. You've
experienced it yourself. You'vedone the work. You've seen the

(16:14):
results.
You healed yourself from back. You healed yourself from chronic
pain from age 12. And now here,we are sharing an app called
Leap Transformation, and I lovethe name. And I think it's gonna
be a huge hit because, like, this is one thing that, you
know, people can feel good aboutdoing knowing that they're
helping themselves.

Jenny Harkleroad (16:31):
Absolutely. And I think it's the perfect way
to start a day when you wake upand it's like, you know, how am
I feeling right this minute?Yeah. And how would I rather
feel? Okay.
Switch it.

Tara (16:43):
Yeah.

Jenny Harkleroad (16:44):
You have that power, and most people just
don't know how to tap into it.Right? We say positive
affirmations, but that doesn'treally change who we are and how
we are. And so how do you dothat at a cellular level? Just
log in to the app.
Yeah. Get a head start on thatday and make it the day you want
it to be.

Tara (17:03):
Yeah. And I definitely hear that because I love doing,
you know, affirmations. I lovejars of gratitude. But after a
while, it almost, like, becomesan empty kind of process because
you do it and you don't feel, like, any kind of change. You
know?
Like, you know what I mean?Like, you hear the words, but
unless you're there, you're youneed a little extra help. And
this app is gonna help peoplelog in, click in, and feel it,

(17:28):
do you know what I mean, as theydo it. Right? So

Jenny Harkleroad (17:31):
Absolutely. Perfect.

Tara (17:32):
How long did it take you to decide to create an app? Just
out of curiosity. Because you'reyou're an author. You know, you
used to be an e women networkmanaging director. You know, you
have your own business.
You've been working since age12. You know, you know, this
app, you know, did it did ittake a while to make, or is it
just something that you justwere just like, this is a
natural progression of mybusiness?

Jenny Harkleroad (17:53):
Yeah. I love that question and I actually
have 3 books. When you go onAmazon, you can check out some
of the other ones too. My secondbook is Breaking to be Me.
That's the story of how toovercome chronic pain using the
power of your mind.
And then my latest one is myitty bitty magic mind book. I'll
show you real quick. Youramazing itty bitty magic mind

(18:14):
book. And this is the the SusieProulx line of books, and I love
sharing mind secrets. So remindme the question.
I forgot it now. I got off mybook.

Tara (18:25):
Question is just like how long did it take you to

Tara intro (18:27):
decide to

Tara (18:27):
do an app? You know? Like, what brought you to it? You
know, you're an author, youknow, great entrepreneur, and
you're like, I should share thiswith people instead of just
trying to, you know, grab themwhen I can. You know?
Like, 247 access is huge. Like, people are gonna log in
everywhere around the world.

Jenny Harkleroad (18:43):
It's gonna be cool. I know. Love this. And
people already do, which is, youknow, I'll have, like, a
businessman in Germany, like, texting me, like, oh my gosh.
This is so amazing.
And I'm like, who who would havethought? You know? Yeah. So how
how long did it take? That's agreat question.
So because we're an eWomenNetwork together, we have some

(19:04):
of the same connections. SoSandra Yancey, the founder of
eWomen Network, I went to amastermind at her house with
Oprah's man, Stedman Graham. Andthis was, two and a half years
ago maybe. And he told me,Jenny, you have to get your work
out to the world in a bigger waybecause it's so good. How do you

(19:27):
make it bigger?
And I really didn't know how tomake it bigger. I mean, I hire
coaches. I certify people in mywork. I was doing everything I
knew I could, and I wanted it tobe bigger. I just I wasn't sure
how.
And so just from thatconversation, I started
thinking, you know, what if Icould somehow make a, like, a

(19:50):
website? I wasn't even thinkingof an app yet. A website that
could be interactive, and Iwasn't really sure how to do it
because they're, like, dependingon what someone says changes the
conversation. Right? So I waslike, how do you make this work?
And so I went to my tech teamand I told them my vision, and

(20:10):
they said, yeah. No. We can'tmake something like that. And so
like normal, I said, well, Iwill find somebody who can, and
I did. And so first, we made itinto a website.
And, so leap transformation.comis the website. So people have
been using that for a coupleyears. So we've been using it,

(20:33):
testing it, upgrading it, addingmore AI, all the things. And
then once it was just like areally well oiled machine, I was
like, okay, now let's put thisin an app just to make it even
easier. Because sometimes it'slike, wait, what was that
website again?
You know? But if it's an app onyour phone, it's so easy. And so
I just wanna make it easier forpeople. And that's that's why we

(20:56):
put it in an app.

Tara (20:57):
Yeah. I love that. That's awesome. So, what's really great
is you can also hear you know,I'm sure for anybody listening,
even if you work in acorporation or you work in the
health sciences field already, you know, you're still an
individual trying to cope withcertain challenges and struggles
and also celebrate successes. And, you know, this app sounds
like it's gonna be foreverybody.
Like, it's not just a focusedtarget market right now. It is,

(21:20):
like, something that people canenjoy if they're ready, I'm
sure, to have change in theirlife. Do you know what I mean?
Because, like, you know Forsure. You get you get I'm sure
for any kind of business, thishappens, but I know for coaching
and my own clients, a lot ofthem come to me and they're not
even really at pre contemplativestage.
They literally just wanna talkabout it. So I I talk to them

(21:40):
about it, but I don't chase themdown. Like, you know what I
mean? Like, I just I'm like, keep talking. And then maybe 6
months from now or a year fromnow, they buy.
But if you know, what I loveabout this, so for your
business, though, is that youmight get those people who are,
like, are curious. They look onthe app, and they go, oh, this
is easy to use. It's right on myphone. I can take it with me
wherever I go. And all thoseobjections in that
precontemplation stage kind ofevaporate into doing it and

(22:04):
helping themselves.
But this is the greatest gift Ithink you're giving people is
the ability to reclaim theirhealth.

Jenny Harkleroad (22:10):
Absolutely. And it even has a 1 week free
trial. So, like even

Tara (22:14):
better. Oh my gosh.

Jenny Harkleroad (22:15):
Months. Like, get it for free for a week, and
then it's only $14.90 9¢ amonth.

Tara (22:20):
That's amazing. Oh, what a great price. My gosh. Yeah. Oh,
no.
Amazing. So cool. Jenny, when doyou hope to launch this app?
When can we start to look forit?

Jenny Harkleroad (22:29):
Yeah. Absolutely. So I wanna check my
email right now Sure. Becausewe're waiting for approval.
Sure.

Tara intro (22:36):
We it's easier. 2 2 weeks or

Tara (22:38):
3 weeks or, you know, just, like, stay on the line.
You know? Just follow, you know, balance to you.org or By the
time this website.

Jenny Harkleroad (22:44):
Yeah. By the time this recording comes out,
it'll it'll be live.

Tara (22:48):
So so

Jenny Harkleroad (22:48):
excited for everybody to access it.

Tara (22:52):
Leap transformation.com website now upcoming. So, okay,
what what would you like peopleto know? Is there anything we
haven't covered? We've got a fewminutes left. Is there anything
we haven't covered that you wantpeople to know that you have to
say right now to the public, youknow, everybody listening?
I do have, you know, viewerslisteners, I should say, you
know, in different parts of theworld. And is there anything you

(23:14):
want them to know right away?Like, you know, like, you know,
the app is coming, the website'sthere, you know, an author, they
can check you out on balance toyou.org as well as leap
transformation.com. Is thereanything you want them to know?

Jenny Harkleroad (23:25):
Yeah. Let me just clarify on the website. So
leap transformationmethod.comtells you about the program.
Awesome. Leap transformation.comtakes you into it.
So you'll have to have purchasedit to get into leap
transformation.com. So you wannago leap transformationmethod.com
if you're looking to learn aboutit. Yeah. So here's what I want

(23:46):
people to know. I want people toknow that they can change
anything about their life, liketoday, right now.
And I don't know any way to dothat except to repattern the
subconscious mind. And mostpeople don't know how to do
that. I didn't know how to dothat. I didn't even really
understand what my subconsciouswas. I literally thought it just

(24:08):
controlled the automatedprocesses of my body, which it
does, but it also controls how Ithink and how I feel and how I
act and how I react and who I'mbeing at every minute of the
day.
And so many times when thingsaren't going well, at least for
me, I wanted to point the blame.Like, well, if you would just do
this or if you wouldn't do thator if you would say that or

(24:31):
wouldn't say that, you know, then I would feel or be. And and
that doesn't work because peoplearen't gonna change so you can
be happy or feel better. Youhave to create that from the
inside out. And so if you don'tlike the printout of your life,
you can change it.

(24:51):
And that's what I think is mostexciting. You don't have to be
stuck or frustrated or mad orbad or sad or unfulfilled or
unhappy or in pain or burnout orstressed out or anxious. You can
change it by repatterning yoursubconscious mind.

Tara (25:07):
Yeah.

Jenny Harkleroad (25:07):
And it's the secret. It's the the greatest
discovery of the 21st century, the science of our mind that we
now know how to tap into it andchange it if we want to, like
you said. Right? If we're ifwe're ready to, like, I I love
the Michael Jackson song, youknow, the man in the mirror.
Okay.
Are we gonna make the change? Are we gonna wait for everybody

(25:29):
else? And, you know, that won'thappen. So you might as well
just make the change.

Tara (25:33):
Yeah. Yeah. I mean, this is fantastic. I mean and for
14.99 after the week free trial,I mean, that's that's that's
affordable for so many budgets.I mean, you you hear everyone
complain about inflation in theeconomy right now.
One thing I do know is that selfhelp as an industry, self care,
wellness, people want to helpthemselves and figure things

(25:55):
out. Know what I mean? And theand the health care system, like
I said, in Canada is struggling. So for way to people to create
change that actively helps theirhealth at the same time is very
powerful. So thank you very muchfor putting this app out there
because it's somethingfantastic.
I mean, I'm looking forward tochecking it out on my own too
because it's definitelysomething I can definitely use
for myself, you know, personally, just on a personal

(26:17):
level. It sounds great. Yeah.Okay. So balanceu.org, leave
transformation method.com.
New app coming out in a fewweeks. 1 week free trial, 1499.
This is, I mean, this isexciting. How do you feel? Like,
I know you said you're excited, but you can actually help create
so much impact in someone's lifewith this app that I don't think

(26:41):
you because you're probablystill in the stage of developing
and make sure it launches.
Don't think you should like,it'll it's gonna be, like, a
Taylor Swift wave of change.Like, it's just like, it's gonna
be, like, you know, like like, II bet a year from now, you're
just gonna be a little overrun.Do you know what I mean? In that
we're just gonna be like, Jennyhas the answer. You know?
It's gonna be great. So

Jenny Harkleroad (27:01):
They're gonna say translated into 25 more new
languages.

Tara (27:06):
Yeah. Do it up. And what's great about that is, like, it's
it's really almost, got theappeal to me as someone like an
event in your life, not justsomething like as an app. You
know? It's basically giving youaccess to a platform of change
that you can create to help yourhealth.
I mean, there's nothing morepowerful than that. Right?

Jenny Harkleroad (27:26):
Yeah. Yeah. And, you know, what's something
fun is the app is gamified. Andso every time you use it, you
earn coins, and you can usethose coins for 2 really cool
things. 1 is to upgrade the appso that you have more options,
more paths to go down.
So when it starts off, it'srepatterning the brain and
changing beliefs and helping youachieve goals and solve problems

(27:48):
and all these things. Well, thenas you start to unlock the app,
it'll find and clear your hiddenblocks and transform those,
which is just fascinating thatit can it can do that. The
second thing is we have Zoomgroup sessions every Tuesday, 12
o'clock Pacific time that I run,and you can trade in your coins

(28:08):
and come to our sessions everyweek. So you can have me on a
group call. I'll be taking youthrough the brain work.
I'll be doing brain exerciseswith you that aren't in the app,
and we're gonna have so muchfun. That group's been going for
several years already, and, I'mexcited to add a lot more people
that are using the app andearning their way into the

(28:29):
group. You can, of course, buyyour way in, but why not earn
your way in and and join usevery week for, you can ask
questions and it's moreinteractive, of course. And a
rising tide raises all ships.Right?
So get your ship on the water.Let's transform. Yeah.

Tara (28:45):
Yeah. Awesome. Alright. Jenny, we're wrapping up, the
last few minutes. I just wannathank you for coming on board
and and and sharing and sharingthings about this app and the
website and your journey, yourpersonal story, you know, what
you got into this and how you'rehelping people.

(29:06):
And it's just great to seeanother female entrepreneur have
success and also enjoy it at thesame time. Like, I I know people
are listening to this for audioonly, but if you could just see,
like, her face is lit up withexcitement over this app coming
in and reaching more people andhelping everybody else out. And
that is one of the most, Ithink, fantastic purposes of the

(29:28):
whole, like, situation. It'sjust that, like, you actually
generally enjoy helping people,and you're you're concerned
about helping people get theirhealth back and helping people
get change in their lives. Andand and even the coin thing is
fun because if you create enoughcoins and you go to the Zoom
groups, then you have a socialaspect as well.
We see other people joining inand doing it too. So you're

(29:49):
creating community, which isfantastic.

Jenny Harkleroad (29:51):
Yeah. We need each other. You know? We Yeah. I
think we especially learned thatduring COVID.
It's no fun to be alone, and wewe need each other. So let's
let's make the world a betterplace together starting with
ourselves.

Tara (30:04):
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Alright.
Plus Fitness with Tara wrappingup. Balance you dot org, balance
you dot org. Amazon, 101 ThingsI Wish I Knew Before I Fed My
Children. We talked about theapp, lead transformation
method.com. 1 week free trial,1499.
Zoom groups with coins. I mean, this is this is this is a full

(30:25):
meal deal. Like, this issomething that I'm looking
forward to checking out. So

Jenny Harkleroad (30:29):
Awesome. Thanks, Karen.

Tara (30:30):
Thanks very much. And, yeah, anything else you wanna
add before we wrap up?

Jenny Harkleroad (30:35):
Just know that either your brain is controlling
you or you are controlling yourbrain. So psychologists say we
have 50,000 to 80,000 thoughtsper day. Sadly, 80% of those
thoughts negative and 90% arerepeat of yesterday, which is
why today, it feels like lastweek and the week before and the

(30:56):
month before and the yearbefore. So if you wanna get into
a new way of being, you have tocreate a new way of thinking.
And so when you tap into thesubconscious mind, all of a
sudden, you automatically thinkdifferent.
You're not trying. You're justautomatically different. So take
hold of the power of your mindtoday and be the champion of

(31:17):
your own life. Now you have atool, a solution. So so take
advantage of it.
Use

Tara (31:23):
it. Yeah. Awesome. Alright. Thank you, Jenny.

Jenny Harkleroad (31:28):
Thank you.

Tara (31:29):
Alright. We'll see you next episode for post sentence
with Tara. And, this was JennyHarkleroad, balance sheet.org,
leap transformation method.com.Look for her soon.
