(00:55):
conference and co founder of Decore,Inc. She is a pastor, radio
personality, TV producer, author, and mentor to thousands of women around the
world. How are you today,Jj, I am truly on that top
shelf and rise and how I loveit. I love it, I love

(01:15):
it. Just attended your conference afew weeks back, and I was impressed
by the and and forgive me fornot exactly knowing how to express, but
the ease of everything, Like youdidn't have a program, you know,

(01:36):
follow ABCD. It was like, whatever's gonna happen, You're gonna have to
be ready for it. You know. It was a conference, but I
think too people were not expecting everythingthat happened because it was a lot going
on. But it was good ifyou for me, and I'm still talking

(01:57):
about it, I'm gonna tell you, I'm still talking about it because I
needed. I needed what God broughtto that Oh go ahead, go ahead.
I needed what God had for usthat day early on at first,
you know, and I came inand so it was comeback because it was

(02:20):
like, uh, deployment for thatday. And so I came to my
combat gear and I and the HolySpirit said take a dress. I was
like, okay, I took thedress. I got there, I saw
people in combat gear, and thenon the other side I saw people in
gowns, and I was like,oh Lord. I was like, thank
you, hold of ghost because Iwas like, I don't know what I'm

(02:42):
gonna do. So when I gotto my table and all the ladies there
were dress fancy, I said, okay. I told my friend, I
said I'm going to change. Sotook pictures in my combat gear, come
on, yes, and then Icame back in my little dress. But
it was just it was what Ithink for me that I needed, and

(03:05):
I know for all of those otherwomen who were ready to receive it,
because someone was sitting back, likewhat's happening, But most everybody was engaged.
So they were engaged. So talkabout this first of all, give
us your background, and then tellwhy you created When Sisters your Knight.

(03:30):
Well, it's just like I've beenin the entertainment industry like a consultant and
life consultant, and I helped buildrecord labels and so on and so forth
for many of years. But whenGod told me to come to Atlanta,
I didn't know exactly what it wasgoing to be all about, but to
kind of just fast forwarded here. When I got married with my husband,
I never did like women. Inever got along with women. I had

(03:51):
ninety nine point nine meal all through, you know what I mean. So
women was just not on my radar. My radar, right, I get
with my husband and it's just somuch has happened before I got with my
husband, and he was like, you know, it's time for you to
start talking to women. You're reallygood when you're talking to women. I
said, I don't really like themlike that, you know what I mean.

(04:12):
So he's like, okay, well, you know, God gonna work
on you. God's gonna work onyou made And so he said, why
don't you start. We're on aradio station too, and he said,
why don't you start doing like Wednesdayswith just women. I was like,
oh, you're really pushing it,and so I kind of like just ignored
it. But to even fast forwardit, he said, I think it's
time for you to put on awoman's conference. I said, I don't

(04:33):
think so he's and we have thistheme that when we don't agree, he
may have an a opinion, Imay have a b We go to God
so he can see us out ofit. And so he said, why
don't you just pray about it,because I think it's time. So when
that happened, you want the truth? I have the truth. I want
the truth. Okay. So whenthat happened, I ignored my husband putting

(04:55):
on a conference, and so Iteamed up with this young lady who called
me and said, hey, JJ, I'm putting on a conference, a
woman's conference. I want you tohelp. And so when I get involved
with anything, I just like tobring everybody because I don't want to,
you know, come to your tableand you know, we don't add to
each other, you know, Andso I agreed, I ignored my husband.
I'm putting on my own conference, and so I agreed to help this

(05:18):
young lady. And I brought somany other people to the team. And
so, to make a long storyshort, three weeks out prior to the
event, we had worked so diligenton that conference, you know what I
mean, and they just cut me. And the reason why they cut me
is because some of the black womenwere saying that I was trying to take

(05:43):
their sisterhood away from them by invitingmulticulture women into the building. What yes,
yes, but it was all asetup for God from God right,
And so I said, I goto my husband. I said, see,
I told you I'm done with them, you know what I mean,
I'm done with women, And sohe says no. So it was she

(06:03):
was portraying to us that she wasn'table to finish the conference, and then
I said, okay, well whydon't we just go and finish it for
her. It's finished strong for her, because that's what we would do.
And then she had people get intoher mind about JJ trying to bring all
the white women over Asian Asian womenin Just to make a long story short,

(06:24):
we had three weeks. My husbandsaid, we're gonna put this conference
on. We changed the brand ofthe conference, the name of the conference
in three weeks. And because womenhad was already had paid for their tickets,
they couldn't get no refund off theirtickets. And so we just went
forth with the conference. And thenI just went before the Lord and just
simply surrendered. And I just surrendered. I was kicking. I was kicking

(06:48):
hard. I was, I reallywas. And so I was like,
Okay, this is something. SoI went on and we did that and
it was a success, and andthe Lord showed me what he wanted to
be done, because it's really hisconference, and so he just told me
how it was gonna be. Everyyear he tells me how how it's gonna
be. And so and that's howit happened. And so we start honoring

(07:11):
some amazing women women had such asyourself, that have done a fantastic job
but been inspired by other women. And you inspired my whole family. You
just didn't know it. I didn'tknow. You didn't know. My father
was own you, My father waspraying for you. You was a daughter
in her head. I love it. I love it. Yes. So

(07:32):
that's how it started. I said, oh, you know, you told
a little bit of it, andlet me say that I love your husband.
I love the man that he is. When he talked about when he
got out there and said, it'sbeen about men. After you said what
you said about him, right,he said, men, if you want

(07:55):
your wife to talk about you, like my wife is talking about me,
I feel and sent to my husband, I was like, you is alright
with me? Yeah? So awesome. And you guys make such a good
team. Thank you, thank you. I appreciate that. It was so

(08:18):
awesome. I loved you know thathe was all in. He was like
one hundred percent. What you need, what's going on? You know,
he was one hundred percent and Iwas just and you know, this was
my first time meeting you guys, and I was just so impressed by your
your authenticity, your transparency, thelove that you guys share. I mean,

(08:41):
you know, it was just somany things going on. One of
the highlights of the whole conference wasnot the award, but it was the
altar call. Come on, girl, that altar call was the bomb.
Okay, it was all of thatand and what God needed to say to
me at that moment that I hadnot heard in three years, three or

(09:05):
four years, confirming some things forme. But also I'm watching other women
be delivered and set prick. Yes, at that call, it was amazing.
It was amazing. Do you dothat every time? Yes, because
it's God's conference, and so wewe don't limit the Holy Spirit. We

(09:28):
let the Holy Spirit do to do. The Lord told me that there was
going to be miracles in the room, and so just to know that one
of the greatest miracles was he toldus that. He told me the following
day that one of the miracles wasthat we were able to see a blind
woman who has been blind to see. But then he told me, he

(09:48):
said that it wasn't only the miracleof her being able to see, but
the miracle of so many other womenbeing able to see me in their spirit.
And she said, He told usthat he was in the room and
it was just like miracles and peoplewere women were being delivered, men,
men and women women asking yeah, men being delivered as well. It was

(10:09):
phenomenal, phenomenal event. I hopehe's already telling you what you need to
do for next year. Yeah,I already told me you ready, you
ready? You ready? Are youready? Oh? But and you know
what, I loved the speakers thatcame up. They were fire. They

(10:31):
just came up. It was nopretense. They was like it was on.
It was. It was just soodd. I was like, these
ladies are so powerful. Where doesshe find and where does she get them
from? I went and met eachone that I could find at the end,
but they were amazing, amazing.I loved the fashion show. At
the beginning. I was like,oh my god, you ladies better walk

(10:54):
in your camouflage. It was goodgirl, It was good. You know
it was this is a stuffy right. It was fun. It just had
so many different elements to it.It was a beautiful, beautiful program.
And and I remember this lady wassitting near me and saying, what time

(11:15):
is it gonna be over? Andthen the girl told her five o'clock.
Hundred five o'clock came. I waslike, it's time to go already,
I mean, so fast of itwas so much going on. Yeah,
it was amazing. It was thankyou, thank you all glory go to
God, Yes to God. Letme talk about that food. Okay,

(11:39):
The food was so good. Itwas so good. I had just came
from another event a few weeks before, and I don't know nobody gonna see
this or not, but I feltlike the lady pork just a whole box
of salt and everything. It wasso soft and we couldn't eat it.
And I was like, Lord,Jesus helped me, you know. We

(12:00):
came up to the food. Honey, that lady lady what was her name,
that's Sharon, Sharon Sims, pastup, Sharon Sims, laid it
out, the dessert word, phenomenal, anything you wanted. People had whole
plates of dessert. I heard.I heard somebody said, why do they

(12:24):
have all this food? And ohmy god, why you never seen this
much food at the place. Iwas like, well, no, we're
gonna feed you girl. And thefood was excellent. It was excellent.
I think people were so surprised, you know, because you know, we
get minimal at some events, andyou pay a lot of money to go
to those events and you get minimal. But this one, from start to

(12:48):
finish, I think I was justsitting on the edge of my seat on
ready, just okay, what's gonnahappen next? What's gonna happen next?
What program? I like that youdon't have a program, so you don't
know what's gonna happen next. Ilove it. I absolutely love it.
Tell about your group. You're apastor, and I felt like a lot

(13:09):
of the ladies in the back ofthe room on the when you walk in,
they're in the back room. Youknow what I'm talking about. Those
were your ladies. They were talkingabout the walk, talk about some of
that. You know. I'm gonnatry to just kind of get real short
with it. The Lord has startedme walking about three years ago, and

(13:31):
so I walked from Tuesday through Friday, and I'm live on Facebook and TikTok,
so women from around the world geton the line. We get fresh
manner. I don't know what God'sgonna talk about until the morning I go
into his presence. So he tellsme what he wants his children to know,
and we just get our confirmation. And we've been growing in the Word

(13:52):
of God all together. So thatthose are a part of the Walking Club.
Women who have come from Illinois,South dak Go to Nebraska, Texas,
they come from all over because weactually it's called the Walking Club because
we've been learning and walking in thespirit and growing together. And so that's
why it's called the Walking Club, and that's why it's called the Walking Club

(14:15):
Ministry. It's all based on howwe walk in the Lord and how we
grow in spirit. I always saythat when we can come together, we're
all growing together. Then that givesus an opportunity to not only grow,
but to go and obey God's wordabout going into the nations. Amen.
So yeah, Amen, Amen,it's awesome. Those ladies were awesome.
They were there for you. Youyou saw it. They were there for

(14:37):
you. Do you do anything elsethroughout the year besides the Sisters Unite Faith
Conference and well the Sisters Unite FaithConference, you know, since it's our
third year, it keeps me alittle bit focused. Otherwise I'm going into
different cities and I walk in differentcities and minister. And then of course
we'll have w CM the church whichI still in the pastor over that church,

(15:01):
and so that's an online service too. So I'm kind of getting a
little bit more, you know, just just doing a lot more what God
has called me to do. I'mnot trying to hold I'm not trying to
hold on no long. I'm nottrying to tie myself up. I'm just
surrendering what really is. Lord,You're gonna have your way anyway anyway,

(15:22):
whether you or not. So talkabout your online church. How can people
get more information about that? It'sall you have to do is go to
win, sister. I'll give it. I'm so. I'm so wins sisters.
Hold on. Is w seem thechurch dot org? Listen? W
SEEM is the church that God youknow? Once again, my husband,

(15:43):
baby, you're gonna have to theLord is calling you, I said,
listen. I talked to him too, he said, someone in the parts
where he's telling you to do this. So I'm w SEEM the church is
the online church, and we havepeople from all over. It's an activation
center. It's basically, I liketo call it the gas station where you
can come and get filled up sothat you can go and do what God

(16:07):
has called you to do. That'sprobably one of the greatest things about that
is that I really want to seepeople grow and go into their purpose and
touch somebody else's soul. I sayit all the time. And so w
c M the church is that itis a regular church that just online.
I am their pastor. I coverthem. But it's a different type of
covering. It's not the covering thatI just want you to sit down.

(16:30):
It's the covering that I want youto obey God and go and moving your
purpose. And I call it thepit crew, and I say the church
is the pit crew. It's thattime like even when Moses, when Aaronam
was holding Moses' hands up as longas he was winning the war as his
hands were up, but when itcame down, you know what I mean,
he was losing. Okay. Sothe pit crew, it's based in

(16:52):
the walking club, the church. It's just a combination of things where we
can literally when you feel like youtired, when you feel like you don't
your your air on your tires flat, are you don't have that that that
motivation are your faith is a littlebit low, then we want you to
come to the pit crew w CM, the church. We want to fill
you up and get you out thereso you can continue to be in the
race. It's not the type ofone that I'm just gonna patch you on

(17:15):
your back and just burk you.No, we're gonna pump that gas up.
We're gonna get you going so youcan go and reach somebody else's soul
because somebody's attached to your purpose.W CM the church is a dot org
or dot org, dot org.Okay, w CM the church dot org.
I'm going there. That is soexciting everything that you're doing. More

(17:37):
information? Uh what would all ofyour information be on that site? Or
do you have another? Say there? You can just go to jj fox
haatch dot com and then I allbe on there too, r w CM
the church both of them either one? All right, all right, we're
so excited, can't wait for nextyear and uh we're logging on to your

(18:00):
church. Girl. Come on,I'll be in Paris this weekend. Awesome.
What are you gonna be in aboutan hour? What are you doing?
Well, I've just me and myfamily just going to Paris. But
since I'm going to Paris, I'mgonna have church in Paris. Absolutely,
absolutely, absolutely, that is sophenomenal. God bless you and your ministry.

(18:22):
Tell your husband and your daughter.I said hello, how much I
enjoyed them. They were such ablessing to everybody. The whole event,
the whole experience was a blessing.Well, I want to tell you something
thank you so very much from thebottom of my heart, the top of
my heart and all my heart forallowing us to honor you. It just

(18:44):
meant way more than what you though. And so I'm just so thankful,
so thankful that you allowed us todo that. It was a blessing.
It was such a blessing, sucha blessing. And thank you so much.
