Speaker 1 (00:00):
What you know, alibiers. Welcome to another episode of Pretty
Lies and Alibis. I'm gig. It's Wednesday, August twentieth. Thought
I was done for the day. I just wrapped up
the very final episode in the Crash course for Donna Agelson.
Then I checked my email and found that somebody had
sent me an article where Brian Koberger has been complaining
in prison. And I have three of those complaints. So

(00:22):
let's read those quickly. The first one as I continue
the SPI phase, I wish to discuss if I may
be transferred to another ad SEG setting not engaging in
any of the recent flooding or striking, as well as
being subject to minute by minute verbal threats, harassment, and

(00:42):
on that and other basis. Tier two of J Block
is an environment that I wish to transfer from if possible.
I request to transfer to B Block immediately. I wish
to speak with you soon. So he's not happy where
he is right now. Then less than a week later,
he complained again that he was threatened with being violated

(01:05):
by other inmates. It says on August third, twenty twenty five,
resident Coburger submitted a concern form stating he has been
subject to threats and harassment recently escalating to overt violent
threats and statements. A lieutenant received the concern form on
August fourth and conducted an interview with Coburger in JAY Block.

(01:26):
Coburger stated a resident that goes by Peru told him,
and it is grayed out. I know what it says,
and it's not pretty. Coburger also stated an unknown resident
from Tier one of J Block said and this something vulgar.
I'll spare you the details. Coburger stated that an officer
was present for the comment made by Peru. Due to

(01:49):
that officer being on B nights, an interview could not
be conducted. To attempt to cooberate the allegation. On August seventh,
the officer submitted an information report outlining his involvement of
the alleged incident. The officer recalls vulgar language being used
and directed towards Coburger, but could not identify who said what.

(02:12):
The allegation is substantiated, but due to no aggressor being
able to be positively identified and Coburger saying he feels
safe to remain on Tier two in J Block, no
further actions were taken and the last issue is his food.
It says I have on several occasions not received all

(02:33):
items of food on my tray. I addressed this during
service and have yet to receive any replacements. In fact,
the kitchen is not even called. The policy book confirms
items missing which are pointed out at the time of
service will be replaced. I wish to, without exception, receive
these replacements. The next thing, it says, I've tried to

(02:56):
solve this problem informally by addressing the issue with staff
at the time of meal service. And the last part
it says I suggest the following solution for the problem.
I wish for the items to be called for and
items replaced when this occurs. The nutritional standard is not
being upheld unless I receive my full tray, so not

(03:19):
good to be in less than a month and go
ahead and get the snitch target on your back. So
those are the complaints for now. If any more come out,
I'll let you know, but that's it. Hope you have
a good night. We'll see you soon.
