E esta oportunidad compartiremos con ustedes el acto de instalación del 10mo Festival de Poesía de Maracaibo. El acto comenzó con un discurso audiovisual narrado por el poeta Luis Perozo Cervantes, quien subrayó la rica tradición poética de Maracaibo y el papel crucial de la Asociación Civil Movimiento Poético de Maracaibo en la organización del festival desde 2012. Perozo destacó cómo este evento ha transformado la relación de la ciudad con la poesía, convirtiéndola en un espacio donde el verso no solo se recita, sino que vive y se siente. El homenajeado de esta edición, el poeta Carlos Ildemar Pérez, leyó tres poemas que resonaron con la esencia del habla y la interioridad zuliana, demostrando una vez más su maestría en capturar la voz y el espíritu de su tierra natal.
