he is, what he do.
Speaker 2 (02:40):
And share with the audience.
Speaker 3 (02:42):
Hey, listen, I am so glad to be on. Me
and doctor Francis. We connected years ago and it's been
a roller coaster of trying to stay connected, trying to
do something together, and lo and behold, we finally got
on a podcast and this talk show tonight to share
what the people that got listen purpose is great. I
could talk about that for hours. And so for those
who don't know me, my name is Cyrus Dixon. We're
(03:04):
gonna touch Listen. If you haven't shared the room, if
you haven't shared the chat, please go ahead and do that.
I'm telling you now. We're gonna talk about everything from
mental health to acquiring real estate, and we're gonna talk
about God all through the middle, literally from beginning to end.
I'm gonna comb through whatever we come through tonight. But
we're gonna talk about my journey of suicide and surviving
(03:27):
it on the college campus to being processed for thirteen
years on the backside of a wilderness to finding the
confidence to speak out and speak bold and then transition
into real estate, but not just do it for myself,
but to emphatically believe that every believer should be in
real estate. Every believer has a space that they have
to occupy in real estate. And we'll talk about why,
(03:50):
and even we'll comb through some scriptures tonight and talk
about why. So if you have not shared the room,
please share the room. I do want to get a
shout out to a few people real quick. My mom
and dad married for fifty one years and lectioning to
Kentucky Walkington Peggy Dixon, when they didn't have anything to
share with me, they shared with me with the gospel
of yes you were how much Jesus Christ right? And
(04:12):
that has cataputed changed my life forever. And then big
shout out to my wife who's not on yet but
she's here attending from upstairs. But Babe, I love you,
and yeah, I'm looking forward to diving in and having
a real good conversation. Befe.
Speaker 2 (04:30):
I love it.
Speaker 1 (04:30):
I love it super exciting, you know, And that is
one thing that's right, Missus Dixon. I saw you know
what too too now you to be honest, y'all were
tag teaming and y'all definitely inspired me and my husband,
and I think I mentioned that I would comment on
the top all the time underneath like power couple.
Speaker 2 (04:46):
So inspiring to see both.
Speaker 1 (04:48):
Of y'all in the kingdom doing different things. So shout
out yes to your wife and congratulations with your appearents
on marriage. That's a beautiful thing, such a beautiful thing.
Definitely start with because that was some key things you
said about mental health when you were back in college.
And another thing that stood out was being processed. Oh
(05:12):
that was deep right there, being processed for over thirteen
years in the wilderness. Could you touch a little bit
on whichever way you feel you need to start at.
Speaker 3 (05:22):
Yeah, so I'll start like this. I like using analogies, right,
So I want to start out with Michael Jordan is
considered to be the greatest basketball player right that's ever
played the game. But it wasn't his purpose that he
was responsible for. It was his process. And oftentimes as believers,
we want to skip the process. But the process teaches
(05:44):
you the discipline, It teaches you how to hear God,
how not to hear God. When you're hearing God, we
are not hearing God. It teaches you when your flesh
rises up, you haven't spent enough time in his word.
We haven't dissected his word line upon live Presple precept.
And so for thirteen years I had to delete the
background noise and the opinions of people because the truth
(06:06):
to be told. So I slipped my left wrist twice
in the bathroom of the college campus September fourth, twenty
and two, and I have twenty one stitches in my
left rist. Okay, how do you go from that to
diving in and inspiring people in the word in real
estate and helping people find their purpose, find their voice,
and to scale their voice so that God gets the
(06:29):
glory out of his purpose that He's put in us
as long as we manage the process effectively.
Speaker 1 (06:38):
So that's good. Listen, they say you're talking good already.
I think I think that means that.
Speaker 2 (06:43):
Just keeping Wow.
Speaker 1 (06:46):
You know, one thing that stood out to me is
that you know the scars that you literally have, that
God will remind.
Speaker 2 (06:52):
You where He had brought you from.
Speaker 1 (06:55):
And you know, all things aren't just you know, meant
to just take you back to your past, but to
remin you how good he's been to you, for you
to say, you know you still have those scars in
your arm even from.
Speaker 2 (07:05):
From doing that, and how how you took.
Speaker 1 (07:07):
What the enemy meant for evil and now you're using
it for the good of others to help them with
their voice and find them their voice.
Speaker 2 (07:14):
Can you tell me, like, after you know, dealing with that.
Speaker 1 (07:18):
I know there was a big, a big thing, but
there was a process in the middle of that. But
what was going on for someone who's listening right now
because we said we want to talk about mental health,
that could be listening that maybe dealing with some mental
health issues or just feeling like maybe I don't know
if you felt like you didn't have a purpose at
that time or when did it hit Wait a minute,
I can take what was meant and now use it
(07:39):
for my good. But what was going through your mind
then to what kind of the light bulb that went
off to make.
Speaker 2 (07:46):
You realize I can turn this thing around.
Speaker 3 (07:49):
Yeah. So it's interesting because I'll say this, I abandoned
my training. If I was just train up a child
in the way that he should go. The win is old.
He wanted to part I departed, and it was in
my departing that I had to encounter real life, real
world outside of the parameters of a true and living
(08:10):
God that was given to me and baked into me
from my childhood to this day. My father wakes up
early in the morning, but when I was a child,
he would wake up at four or five o'clock in
the morning, and he would go and pray, and would
go and read his word. Every day of my life,
my father asked me two simple questions, did you read
your song today? And did you reach your proverbs? That
(08:30):
was a foundational discipline that he instilled that when I
looked at life caving all around me, I abandoned the
basic principles. I abandoned the morals and the values that
were given to me. And so, in essence, now watch this,
I even touch on it from a real estate perspective,
(08:52):
I decided to build a different foundation. And so I
decided to build a foundation on saying that led to
my demid versus building my foundation on the rock. And
so even when you look at mentally right, when you
look at how people are challenged, you have to ask
yourself and you have to desern what type of foundation
(09:14):
are they building from, Because it doesn't matter what you
put on top of the sand. When the waves come
against it, the sand is going to affect the building.
So how are you building your life in a way?
They don't matter what shakes you, you still know that
He is the chief cornerstone. And so like listen, although
out the Bible it's laden with references of real estate
(09:35):
and construction, like Jesus is a chief cornerstone. Here is
a stone that was laid to build the church from
and establish a foundation. And so the more we look
at God from a God help me stay aligning in
your word, rooting and grounded, we're maintaining the foundation that
(09:56):
was laid for us. So then we can go on
to build the framing or the capacity of life and
transform my mind through the work.
Speaker 1 (10:03):
Wow, that was so many jewels, and listen, if y'all
haven't shared yet, please share the video. You're definitely gonna
have to go back and catch the replay because he
dropped a lot of jewels right there, and I could
you know, I could point out a whole lot of them,
but the two that really was abandoned the training because
I think I said, you know what, would you what
would you say to someone who's listening to uh that
(10:26):
maybe going through some things and that kind of cause,
you know, did you abandon how you were raised?
Speaker 2 (10:31):
And that is so true because even sitting here, you know.
Speaker 1 (10:35):
I would say I went off track or I did
this wrong or you know, and basically that's just what
it is.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
I abandoned how. Because my father used to do the
same thing.
Speaker 1 (10:42):
We had to read a Proverbs Book of wisdom, like
thirties like reader Proverbs every day, you know, every day.
Speaker 2 (10:50):
Yes, you know, yes, I get it.
Speaker 1 (10:54):
You know, uh, you know with those foundations, you know,
bringing you back to to you know, drifting off from that,
you know can definitely that's what the enemy waste waiting
for a foothold, you know, basically in a sense. So
you know, for anyone who's listening, that was a great nugget,
you know, to to evaluate have you stepped away from
(11:15):
your relationship with God?
Speaker 2 (11:16):
Have you have you stepped away?
Speaker 3 (11:18):
And look and let me say this, and then you know,
when you step away from a foundation, you have to
consider the alters that get built That may not be
a physical alter, but the altars of pride, of kind
of cockiness of arrogance, uh, and those alters for the believer.
When they're built, if you're not accurate on how to
(11:40):
uproot them and tear them down, they start to build
and they start to become overwhelming. And then comes the pressure,
and you start challenge yourself mentally, and then you start
imagining life without the pressure and without the weight. But again,
the pressure is a part of the process that's needed
to get you through your purpose, which in essence his
purpose and will for your life. It's not ours, right,
(12:04):
that's right. It said for this reason that the son
of man will come manifest that he might destroy the
works of the devil. His mission, his purpose was to
destroy the works, so we have to keep that in mind.
Speaker 2 (12:16):
That's good, and I thank you for sharing that. And
you know a.
Speaker 1 (12:20):
Question I want to ask because I know you said, like,
which was so good? You can put saining on whatever.
So basically you can make this thing look good. But
when the storm ris up, when the trials come, when
you know, the opposition come, and all the other kind
of stuff. Even speaking from a business perspective, you know,
you know, when it comes to the legalities of their
paperwork and all of the other kind of stuff, look pretty,
look good, but when it start digging, like is this stuff?
(12:42):
What is your true foundation of everything? And so what
has been a tremendous way of building your found I
know because I know ministry wise we know is Christ
and God too. But even jumping into how was you
able to balance that with marketplace ministry of building a
foundation and you know, then taking that and being able
(13:03):
to have a voice for real estate because one of
the things you said, I don't want jump too far here,
but one of the things you said was like there's
a place for every believer in real estate and that
is what that that really stunk stuck out to me.
Speaker 2 (13:16):
So could you could you go more into that?
Speaker 3 (13:19):
All right? So, so which piece because I'm looking up
a scripture, which piece did you want me to touch.
Speaker 2 (13:23):
On again about the foundation?
Speaker 1 (13:25):
Like how did you technically building your foundation from what
you went through and then molding that into marketplace ministry?
Speaker 3 (13:35):
I actually, so building my foundation from my suicide attempt
was instead of me trying to figure out who I
was in me trying to accomplish any feed in life
and to build a footing for myself, I had to
stop and I just had to simply do something, I say, God,
show me who you are, And I would always intentionally
(13:56):
ask God to reveal to me who he was, because
when God showed with you who he is in essence,
he's going to show you who you're not. And most
people do the opposite. They try to figure out who
they are while they're building their foundation. And who we
are doesn't matter. Like think about it, eighty years is
but a blint on the mapp of time. And so
(14:17):
if you find out in whatever time frame there are,
whatever life that we have, whatever time that God has
us on earth, if we find out exactly what He
wants us to do with the time, and we become
intentional with our endeavors, we can start to grow into
who He's called us to be. And so I remember
the scripture that I looked up because and I should
(14:40):
have remembered the verse, but I wanted to make sure
I had it. It's Proverbs thirty one and eight. It
says speak out on behalf of the voiceless, for the
rights of all who are vulnerable. And so this is
what I see in a body in Christ. I see
a lot of believers that all we want to do
is spend time in prayer, and spend time in fasting.
But if iible said faith without works is dead, and
(15:02):
so in my time alone with God, I didn't want
to be the one that just spent time to grow
my faith and know work and nothing applied. Because if
you don't apply what God has given you, what good
can you do? And how can you reach and impact
other lives? And so if we're believers and we're on
a mission field to be the voice for the voiceless
and to speak out for those that don't have a voice,
(15:23):
I am not, as a believer, required to stay silent
when I need to speak aloud. That's what the Bible say,
is what cry loud and spare or not. But you
have a lot of believers that are praying soft and
not crying out at all. And so it ignited something
in me that says, well, hold on God, I really
shouldn't be alive. When I tell y'all, the doctor was like, hey,
(15:44):
I don't have a medical reason to explain where you're alive.
Those conversations play over on my mind all the time,
so I don't have time to park my opinion and
digress and dilute my voice that He's given me. When
I should have been dead. And so when he's like Cyrus, Hey,
some people cannot fulfill my will. Some people cannot do
what I caused him to do, he said, But you're
(16:05):
a dead man walking. He reminds me that I owe
him my life, I owe him through what I eat.
I owe him in my health, I owe him in
my fitness. I owe him in understanding and dissecting the word.
And then I owe him as a believer, understanding how
real estate functions and how it operates to share with
other believers. Hey, don't wait to get in real estate.
(16:27):
Get in real estate and wait is because it yields
you a greater return the sooner you get in and
you just sit on it.
Speaker 2 (16:37):
That's good. Don't wait to get into real estate, get
into real estate and wait. That's a good one right there. Wait, Wow,
that good, you know? And something else that sit out.
Speaker 1 (16:45):
We have South Africa in the house watching, so we
done landed over there, which we are international, but it's
excited to see them actually live tuning in from over there,
wanting to learn about real estate and the them of God.
But one of the things, too, you say, be intentional
with our endeavors, and that definitely stood out and you
(17:08):
definitely backed that up with you know that it's not
all just about oh my goodness, you know, just the fastening,
the praying, But what are you out here doing as well?
Speaker 2 (17:17):
What are you applying?
Speaker 1 (17:18):
Are you using your talents, your gifts, the things that
God has given you to bring about kingdom advancements? Right
because you know we are here as a kingdom advancers,
you know, for God. And so that that was really, really,
really so good for what you shared about that. One
of the questions, one of the things that stuck out
to me and that I want to ask, is what would.
Speaker 2 (17:42):
You say too?
Speaker 1 (17:45):
So we kind of touched on the fact of what
can you say to a person who may be dealing
mentally maybe feel like there isn't a purpose and all that,
and kind of you gave out some great nuggets when
it comes to that, what would you say to someone
who now has made it past that part like you
were saying, maybe in their processing and saying, you know,
maybe I need to finish my process before I start
real estate, you get what I'm saying, Or should I
(18:07):
be processed and still do my real estate? But what
would you tell them for someone who's expired to be
a real estate investor, but feel like they haven't automatically
made it out of their process. I know you said,
don't wait to get into real estate, but get in
real estate and wait, does that apply for them?
Speaker 3 (18:23):
Yeah? No, so it absolutely applies. And let me tell
you why you don't have a full understanding of life
just because you're grown. You're still ever learning and things
are ever changing. And so there's still people that are
tenured in real estate, twenty and thirty year people, twenty
and thirty year investors that are still learning new ways
(18:44):
to invest. And so if you're waiting to be perfect
and waiting to have a discipline and be self governed
and be disciplined and focused, if you're waiting for perfection,
then you'll forever be waiting to get in real estate.
There's things that even in real estate now as a believer,
that I still get wrong, that I still mess up on.
But I don't quit. Now. I watch this, I experience
(19:07):
every emotion of it, crying, frustration, happy, said, you experienced
and process the emotions. But processing the emotions effectively makes
me a better investor, because guess what, I'm still in
the race. So listen, this is This is an announcement
that I made that I haven't made anywhere else because
it just happened. Literally, it happened yesterday. I was on
(19:29):
the phone with a lady who called me and said, hey,
we're looking to sell our house. She said, we want
to ex for a house. I said, hey, I can't
do that. I said, because I have to do X, Y,
and Z. I said, this is what I can do.
I said, give me the house on four year terms.
I'm going to pay you forty thousand dollars at the
end of the four years, but I want to pay
you one hundred dollars a month. She said, oh, that's fine,
(19:51):
we can do that. So watch this. She now becomes
the bank. I now take possession on the house, and
I pay her one hundred dollars a month for four years.
At the end of the four years, I have to
do what's called a balloon payment, and that balloon payment
means I have to pay the entire forty thousand dollars
up front, but it's only going to take me nine
(20:12):
to ten months to renovate the house. So then I'm
bringing in partners. Because in real estate you have what's
called PM other people's money. In the kingdom, you have partnerships,
you have elders, you have apostles, profits, pastors, teachers, evangelists, right,
and so you have to figure out how do I
leverage what I have in the kingdom, but also how
(20:34):
do I leverage who I have natural resources on earth?
Because the wealth of the wicked is laid up for
the just. The only problem is the just don't understand
how the wicked turned wicked, and they stay away from them. No,
you have to understand. You have to watch how the
wicked operate and watch what they do. Make sure your
heart stays pure and clean so that you don't turn
(20:55):
wicked and do what they do. But what happens when
they're wealth and they say, hey, I need to let
everything and go. I've saw you walk as a man
of integrity, a woman integrity character. I want to give
to you or I want to bless you because guess
what you use your voice and cried out for the voiceless.
You cried aloud and spread or not. And even though
I didn't have that as a wicked person, I see
in you what I could have become if I stayed
(21:17):
in God. So here you go, and it's a wealth transfer.
Speaker 1 (21:21):
Wow, that rate there she made somebody head spind because
mine still ain't came back around yet.
Speaker 2 (21:31):
That rate, that would have dropped the mic right there.
Speaker 1 (21:35):
And you just dropped a major, major jewel on real estate,
did y'all?
Speaker 2 (21:41):
If you did?
Speaker 1 (21:41):
If you missed it, you're gonna definitely have to catch
the replay and press because he just dropped a notebook
on investment. He just dropped a nugget that he would
have in his real estate training courses.
Speaker 3 (21:54):
Now here's the thing, and that is a strategy that
anyone who wants to get into real estate to day
can you use. You just have to understand what is
the terminology of onner finance and how does it work,
and then you have to be confident in your offer,
why you're offering it, and then this this process is
going to work out to my benefit. So in two
(22:16):
and nine months to twelve nine to twelve months, I'll
go from paying a house on one hundred dollars a
month it'll probably be worth one seventy one eighty mm. Yeah,
it's it's strategy. It's partnership.
Speaker 1 (22:30):
Now, strategies and partnerships. And I loved how you had
that and you use that scripture to even.
Speaker 2 (22:39):
Back that up.
Speaker 1 (22:41):
You know, one of the things, how would you say that.
I'm trying to figure out how to put this because
I can actually see how the enemy wanted to come
for your voice because being a suicide, you know, survivor,
you know, part of people want to hurt theirselves and
mental health. They feel like they can't reach out, no
(23:02):
one understands. Basically, their voice get muzzled, and that's what
the enemy wants to put them in a place of isolation.
And as you were saying about being a real estate investor,
one of the key things I caught on was that
the enemy wanted to take your voice because in real
estate you have to be confident about what you're about
to offer, you know, And it really showed, you know,
the attack that was really coming against you know, for
(23:23):
the call that was on your life out for being
a real estate investor. How what is one thing you
can share with someone who is probably you know, going
into real estate wanting to be able to state about
being confident in your in your offer, you know, because
that sounds like that is a major I guess you know,
one of those things where it can say that can
close the book or open the book that can make
(23:45):
the sale or you know, kill the sale. You know,
basically how you present and presentation is a lie. As
you were saying, the wealth of the wicked, they look
at the presentation of the kingdom builder, the kingdom enhancer
and see their life, their character, integrity, and you know
that could bring about a wealth transfer. So how can
you know for someone who is dealing with or you know,
(24:07):
trying of build the confidence to be that kingdom real
estate investor and maybe even still struggling mentally.
Speaker 3 (24:15):
So you're ready for this and write, y'all write this
down if you're taking notes. A bishop once said when
I was young, I had to be about fourteen or fifteen,
and I heard this. He said something that really changed
my life. He said, God expects a measurable increase in
a reasonable amount of time. God expects a measurable increase
(24:36):
and a reasonable amount of time. What does that mean
to me? That means we can continue to give God
our excuses, but he still expects an increase. So even
like the man with the one talent, he didn't measure
and didn't manage what he was given effectively, so we
lost what he had and he became wicked. And so
(24:57):
think about how many people are operating in their wickedness
because they don't want to give back to God, which
means they don't want to own the process and the
discipline in order to grow and obtain to get what
God is called them. And so for me, there's three
things that I do not spiritually. These three things are
not deep at all. But hear me on this, the
(25:20):
these three.
Speaker 2 (25:37):
Am I there, you there, He got excited, y'all was
coming back ahead.
Speaker 3 (25:47):
Honestly, I read, I research, and I apply. There are
millions of people who don't spend time reading. The process
of reading, for a lot of believers have become so
they become so distained, they become so frustrated aggravated that
they stop reading and stop researching what they've read, and
(26:11):
they don't apply it. So think about it. Even when
it comes down to the Bible. Most people, most believers,
don't read the Bible. They don't research and study the scriptures.
While the Bibles has study to show thy self approved
of workmen and the God, they needed not to be ashamed.
And so if you're not studying to become a workman,
you can't apply what you've been studying. And so now
(26:31):
now you're not working. Now you have faith with no works.
And the Bible says faith without works is dead. He
was eleven six for he believed that he for faith
without faith, it is impossible to please God. But he
becomes God must believe that he is and that he's
a reward of him them that diligently seek them. And
(26:52):
so you have to apply your faith after you've read,
after you research, and after it there's an application because
the application is the manifestation of the revelation. You get
the revelation, you pray, you apply, and you see the results.
And a lot of believers get stuck in their business
marketplace transition. It's because all they do is consume and
(27:15):
they never apply. Wow, and so now you can't produce
for God. Like think about it. Watch the scripture is
a Psalms one nineteen. That word is a lamp unto
my feet and a light onto my pathway. But think
about it, when did God ever create a lamp in
a Bible? When did he ever create a lamp? He didn't,
because he created a light. And so you have to
(27:38):
be in a position where you know how to create
something because what you create can be used to influence
somebody else to get them back to the light. No
matter whether or not it's cosmetology, no matter whether or
not it's real estate, well, no matter whether it's a
salon or ice cream shop. You have to apply and
do the work.
Speaker 2 (28:00):
That's good.
Speaker 1 (28:00):
Basically you know it's not fruitful and multiply right, it's
not getting it and you know obtaining obtainment that is
so good. I heard somebody say knowledge is power, and
someone said the same thing.
Speaker 2 (28:13):
No, applied knowledge is power.
Speaker 1 (28:17):
You can have all the knowledge and just take take, take, study, study, study,
but now it's time to take it, come and implement.
And you know that it's so true. I'm so glad
that you said that. That is such great nuggets for
building your confidence because a lot of times you don't
get confident until you try. When you're always like what if,
what if you're just going to keep what you know what?
Speaker 2 (28:39):
There's not going to be any confidence.
Speaker 1 (28:41):
You know, you learn, you test, trial, you fail, You
either win or or it didn't work out the way
you thought it was. You know it would be that
builds your confidence when you can now say I've learned
what I didn't do I've learned what I should do,
and now you can go in and apply you know,
and learn from your mistakes.
Speaker 3 (28:58):
You you know, and you know what's interesting is that
we don't celebrate out the small winds of confidence. Don't
catch this. We would talk to how to tie shoes
when we were children, but we stopped getting We got
tired of tying our shoes and started wearing flip flops
and slides and all this other stuff. Right, But then
what happens is when you help me hold the spirit,
(29:23):
when you excel at tying your shoe, you now have
to search out and build your confidence in another area.
And so you see a lot of people that just
want to they want to have the confidence in one
area instead of expanding out to multiple areas to apply
their faith to this so they can grow. My problem
(29:44):
is I apply my faith to anything, and I'll find
confidence in anything that I do, because why greater is
He that is in me. It's not your opinion of me,
it's not your thought, it's not your perception. It's greater
is He. Let him process me. But we got some
work to do. We got some real estate to take back,
We got some young people to reach. We got some
work to get in and not just to be standing
(30:06):
on the sideline as believers that go to prayer meeting,
but to go to prayer meeting, but then stand before
city council and the.
Speaker 1 (30:15):
City that's that's that's that's right there. Now, that's that
right there.
Speaker 2 (30:20):
It's into a whole other round.
Speaker 1 (30:24):
And you know what you said something that I want
to touch one because I know that you don't care
for about thirty minutes, but I want to touch on this.
You're not only speaking to those who are in your
age group people you're aspiring. I know you may have
your target audience and things like that, but you would
expire me and my husband. And then you know, you
know other people that are in the faith that are
(30:44):
older people, even some young people who may dealing with
mental issues. And so now I saw about you having
your academy where you actually are training the youth.
Speaker 2 (30:54):
You're getting.
Speaker 1 (30:55):
Oh my goodness, it's such a generational curse breaking academy to.
Speaker 2 (31:00):
Get what that. My grandma used always say when the
tree trunk was hard, that's.
Speaker 1 (31:04):
It, you know what I mean, So get it before
it actually turns to a tree trunk. You know, like
you're in dwelling the foundationals of real estate so they
can grow up and change.
Speaker 2 (31:15):
Their bloodlines, you know.
Speaker 1 (31:16):
And I think that is so I mean, that is
so unique and different because you see a lot of academies.
Speaker 2 (31:22):
I even have an academy, you know, I equip the
youth for entrepreneurship.
Speaker 1 (31:25):
But for you to even be dwelling in on I'm
going to teach y'all how to invest at a young age,
it's just super mind blowing. Can you touch a little
bit on that academy for parents, because I know the
people say, you know what, I'm just I'm just you
can get it right. But you got some family members
that just say, you know what, I'm just to the age.
I ain't even going back. Just teach my kids, teach
(31:47):
my grandkids. You know, it's just too much for me
at this moment. You know, they could be listening, and
you know, can you tell a little bit about your
program and what you do for training the youth in
real estate and how they can connect with you on
that level for that type of training for their youth.
Speaker 3 (32:05):
Yeah, so let me say this. You got to realize
real estate is an accelerator. It accelerates the financial components,
and I'm trying to figure out what's going to you know,
entervy be working on this camera. Real estate is an accelerator.
It literally transitions and it shifts people's livelihoods overnight, and
(32:27):
it honors gods and it gives honor the God in
the process. And so how do you how do you
get to the point. I'm sorry, y'all, I don't know
what's going on my camera? How do you get to
the place? I can't I can't hear you.
Speaker 1 (32:46):
I said, you're good because on the radio they can't
see your camera anyway, So you're good, all right, gotcha?
Speaker 3 (32:50):
All right? I'm fustuate. So what is the question again,
because I'm I'm perturbed that this camera's not working? About
the youth?
Speaker 2 (32:56):
What would you share?
Speaker 1 (32:57):
Can you share about your training academy for real estate
investing and what you do in that real estate? What
the you know for those who are listening that want
their kids in it, or you know, may even have
you come speak to the younger generation about investing.
Speaker 3 (33:13):
So so I came into the year and I was like, hey,
I had some real, big real estate goals that I
wanted to accomplish, and the Lord was like, hey, well,
you didn't ask me what you wanted me to do
for the year. And I said, oh, okay, let me
let me seek God. Let me ask him what it
is that he's asking me to do for the year.
Let me be diligent and what he's telling me to do.
(33:34):
And simply put, he was like, Cyrus, I need you
working with these young people. I said, okay, Lord, well,
how do you want me to do it? What do
you want me to do? What does that look like?
And he said, I want you to create a nonprofit
And I said, and he said, I want you to
be able to teach and cultivate the young people and
show them what they need to do when it comes
down to understanding real estate from a personal perspective. And
(33:58):
by personal perspective, he deal to me and said, personally
means I want them to be able to navigate the
space of conflict resolution. I want to be able to
understand leadership, life skills, and personal development. And so literally,
my entire time when we're building a program and working
with young people, we're simultaneously showing them how to renovate houses,
(34:21):
how to build houses, how to design, how to analyze,
how to mark up costs, how to get ARV, which
is like the actual after repair value. We're showing them
how to break down numbers for a renovation. We're showing
them the financial aspect of getting to the baggage. They
would say, right, I'll use their term young Dolf get paid,
(34:44):
love buddy, get paid. And so we literally bring all
of that together and say, hey, after we show you
how to do this, or while we're showing you how
to renovate a house, let's also take a look at
your life. Because the foundation of a house and a
renovation process is just as cumbersome as the foundation of
(35:04):
some of our children's lives, some of their lives. That
the foundations have been demolished. And so the Bible says
in Psalms eleven and three catch this, if the foundations
are destroyed, what can the righteous do? And so we're
dealing with foundations and the natural. We're showing young people
how to redesign their morals, principles, and values so that
they can get the maximum costs and value out of
(35:26):
their personal real estate, which is their life. So we
come through that in detail that we go up a
bunch of numbers we showed on finances, We show them reports,
we do comparison, comparative analysis, but most importantly, we ask them, hey,
how are you going to transition and change your life
from this point onto this program and go out and
(35:46):
teach your family about real estate so that you can
obtain real estate as a believer.
Speaker 2 (35:52):
That's good.
Speaker 1 (35:53):
And starting at the starting with the youth, that's amazing,
so they can teach even their parents or teach the
other youth. I think that is the amazing program. I'm
so happy you have that. Listen, my kids might be
even sliding in there. Let's do it, so you know,
I'm excited. I'm excited about it. Now you shared, I
know that there are definitely people who may want to
(36:14):
connect even just from the ministries perspect the real estate side,
the youth side, because there you're a bundle of gifts
and talents. And if you could share with the individuals
here who are listening even on you know, live here,
but even on the radios in the different regions, you know,
can you just share with them how they can connect
with you, how they can follow you, get in contact
(36:38):
with you, whether that's through email, website, facebook.
Speaker 2 (36:43):
Page, drop it all. Because different regions have different ways
to connect.
Speaker 3 (36:47):
Okay, yeah, no, definitely. So I'm on social media. I'm
on Instagram and Facebook primarily, uh, Instagram and Facebook. I'm
under Cyrus B. Dixon. That see why are us B
d I x in and you can inbox me or
you can visit any of the One of the websites.
The nonprofit is thedair Academy dot org th h E
(37:10):
d a r E Academy dot org. There stands for
dominion and Authority in real estate and we're literally teaching
young people how to how to take dominion walking dominion
and authority in real estate. And then uh, yeah, you
can feel free to give me a call. Aight O
four three eight six two four three nine. Let's sit
(37:32):
down and talk about how we can help some young people,
but most importantly, how we can help families start having
a conversation. Because this is what I realized. To the
program teaching young people how to legally acquire and build wealth.
They get excited and they take that home idea, that
ideal home to their parents and they share with the
parents because this way, if they're able to share with
the parents, they can have a deeper dialogue and conversation
(37:54):
about building wealth as a unit, not getting money as
an individual, in order to pivote your life.
Speaker 2 (38:01):
That's good and teaching them the unit. That's good. That's
river real good. I love that. And we'll drop the links.
Speaker 1 (38:09):
For those who are live, we'll drop the links so
you can literally, you know, click on the links. For
those who on the radio and tuning in, unfortunately, of course,
you know you're gonna have to write that down. He
did give his number Facebook. Please reach out and definitely
connect again. If you have not shared this video, please
share it. Thank you for all who has shared, and
(38:30):
for those who are listening on the radio. I know
we are top four regions were a Russia, of France,
United Kingdom and United States. That was just like last month,
so I'm super excited. But we are again. We had
Africa live in the house on today, so I'm excited.
Thank you for being here and tuning in, Sorrus. Is
(38:52):
there anything else that you would want to share with
the individuals before you just want to share with them
or leave with them before we end tonight's segment.
Speaker 3 (39:04):
I'll say this and I apologize again my camera. I
don't know what's going on my camera. The warfare with
the camera has been mighty on tonight. But God is alive,
and the devil alive, and the devil is alive. Listen,
so check this out. In the Bible, the word foundation
is mentioned two hundred and three times, the word house
is mentioned seventeen over seventeen hundred times. The word land
(39:24):
is mentioned over seventeen hundred times. Field has mentioned over
two hundred and ninety times through two hundred, doors mentioned
one hundred and seventy three, cattle's mentioned eighty seven, roof
has mentioned sixty four, windows are mentioned twenty eight, and
the words by and or purchase are mentioned over one
hundred times. In about Bible. When God gave me the
revelation of real estate, this is honestly how he showed me.
(39:47):
He said, Cyrus. When the Israelites lived in Egypt, they
lived on a rental system. He said. Rental systems are
demonic because it's slavery to the mind of the landlord,
and that the landlord doesn't know me. Then you become
a victim of whatever the agenda the landlord is, and
it doesn't give you space to build and establish a foundation.
(40:11):
Imagine pulling up a tree and moving a tree every
other year, the roots for that tree would never gain
and the tree would never grow and reach its maximum capability.
And so when they left Egypt, they took with them
the wealth of the land. The wealth of the wicked
was laid up for the just, and so they had
the wealth. And he said, hey, I have a land
that I want you to go to. Watch this a
(40:33):
land that produces, and it has milk because of the cattle,
and has honey because of the bees. Two things I
tell you to look into. Gets you some cattle and
get you some bees. And so when I look at
the priest, and I'm closing on this right, when I
look at the priest, and I see that the priest
took every year minute sacrifice before the Lord. What the
(40:54):
priest made, the priest made a rental payment because what
they gave wasn't good enough to be a down payment.
So Jesus comes and makes a down payment for our
soul to go into the lands book of Life, which
is Heaven's deed it document. And because it's Heaven's need
it document, if your name goes into it, then when
Jesus says, my father has a house with many mansions,
(41:18):
and so Jesus's death on the Cross was a business
transaction for your soul because God saw a down payment
because he didn't want to live without you. And so
no matter where you are, no matter how mney your
life is, no matter how much struggle you may face
and what you may deal with, you have to get
into real estate. And you also have to realize that
living to the contractual agreement of death at the Cross,
(41:40):
through the payment being eternal blood and God and Jesus
having the keys to what death, hell and the grave,
he now has keys so that you and your family
can live with keys because nobody can take my keys
away because they belonged to my family.
Speaker 2 (41:56):
That's good.
Speaker 1 (41:57):
What a powerful revelation, little powerful revelation that was such
definitely a mic drop, now, that was a mic drop
at the end. Thank you so much for coming on
and for sharing. We're not worried about the camera issues.
We know the enemy gets no glory here because God
got all the glory. Because some people just got unlocked.
(42:18):
Some people mindset just shift, you know, some mental illness
just broke, you know. Yeah, some people just realize they're
about to change this in somebody's grandmother just heard it
and their kid is about to change their bloodline and
you didn't get a camera for that, and God is
going to get the glory. I'm super excited for you
coming on and sharing a wealth of knowledge about everything.
(42:44):
You guys, make sure that you're ticking and to follow him,
uh you know if you have to again, make sure
that you email him, find him on Facebook or should
you know his number as he is imparting willing to
help all ages all around those imparting into the real estate. Again,
CRUs thank you for coming on and sharing and for
(43:06):
those again, if you're catching the replay, put replay in
the comments. We would love to know that you decided
to join and catch a replay with us.
Speaker 2 (43:14):
Also share the.
Speaker 1 (43:14):
Video and until next time, we have to always remember
my name is doctor Francis and Belly and as I
always say, we believe that the first step and having
a purpose deal is to first realize that what you
are facing is not greater than God's purpose.
Speaker 2 (43:28):
Until next time, we love you and talk to you soon.
