Yvette McDonald is a highly experienced senior people and culture professional. Her expertise spans organisational design, customer alignment, leadership development, employee engagement, training design, and facilitation. Throughout her career, Yvette has held executive Human Resources roles at Ferrero Australia and national positions at Coca-Cola Amatil and Thorn Australia (Radio Rentals). She has also been the principal consultant for Elixan Consulting. Yvette holds an MBA, a Master of Commerce in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor of Economics. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
