Stijn Steels kwam dan weer net van de GP Wallonie, waar hij als ploegleider van Shari Bossuyt mee van haar oververdiende winst mocht genieten. Gerben Onghena worstelde zich met pittige analyses tussen de twee, in wat de langste aflevering in acht seizoenen zou worden.
Koersklap in golven dus, waarbij we zwommen van de Vuelta tot Canada en ons uiteindelijk onderdompelden in dat knotsgekke WK in Kigali. En verder? Palaveren over slechte statistieken, Pogi als materiaalman, hartspecialisten, de niet-finishers op het WK, het budget van Arkea, gehackte koersradio's en de MTB van MvdP.
