(00:23):
Hello, I'm Gary Quinn. Welcometo another episode of Ready Set Live.
My guest today is Christian Mugrauer,CEO of Mugrauer Group. Christian is an
international entrepreneur, best selling author, and a million business mentor and investor.
His mission is to empower self employedindividuals to build seven and eight figure businesses

(00:48):
that align them with their purpose, providing freedom and fulfillment. His approach is
transformative, focusing on coaching and innovativestrategies to guide entrepreneur towards success and financial
freedom. Don't go away, I'llbe right back with Christian. Welcome to

(01:08):
the show. Christian. Yeah, thank you very much. It's a pleasure
to be here. Yeah, it'sgreat to see you. You know.
I know we go sometime back twelveyears ago in Zurich, but we've stayed
in touch and I'm so proud ofall the work you're doing. You are
an international entrepreneur, but you startedin real estate. What was the catalyst

(01:36):
from real estate to you know, the coaching business? Executive coaching business,
because everybody needs a coach. Yeah, I mean my origin was I was
responsible for business development at Vrovsky whenthe company grew from half a billion to

(01:56):
two million dollars right, And thenI had a strong feeling inside of me
wanted to be free. So itwas not it was not clear during that
time what what is my what wouldbe my positioning? But I had this
strong yeah, in a force. It forced me to be free. And
so I started with management consulting justbecause I did not have a better idea.

(02:22):
And it took some steps and stepsand steps, and then tried.
I tried. I tried also withintuition to to make deals in the financial
area. And then I found outthat this is disturbing my purpose. So
so I was unhappy. So soI earned a lot of money, for
instance, with certain deals together withmy wife, he won. So we

(02:44):
invented a technique to make more moneyout of our money. We earned maybe
six hundred thousand within six weeks. But but I it it. It was
clear if if I would proceed inthat way, I would be very unhapp
maybe wealthy, but not happy. And then I learned that I have to

(03:05):
focus on my purpose to find itand then to believe that I can be
a world class coach. And yeah, and and and this was a very
important step to take excellent. Andyou know when people need coaches, it's
really from executives to CEOs. Uh. It's really all based on the same

(03:30):
principle of not being worthy enough, not having self confidence, but also not
knowing where they're going in certain areas. They're good at certain areas of business,
but maybe in the personal life it'snot so good. So how do
you how do you maneuver? What'sthe first thing you ask when someone says,

(03:52):
I want to come to you forexecutive coaching? What is the first
steps you do? I mean specializationis to help self employed people to find
also their purpose and then to makea business out of it, a business
which gives them freedom and wealth andfulfillment. And so our clients typically they

(04:17):
they are good coaches, right, they're good coaches, but they have not
a well sy mindset. Maybe theyhave they have fears, maybe they have
some work to do that they beginsparkling. It's part the same with me.
Yeah and uh. And so theyhave to learn how to believe,
how to manage their mindset, howto attract other people. They must learn

(04:44):
how how to make marketing that theyif a if a good coach has has
a mission maybe to to to havethousands of people. If this person have
negative beliefs and is not able tomarket itself, he cannot fulfill his mission.
And and this is exactly what wedo for them. We show them
away to fulfill their mission. Andthey have to transform themselves. And they

(05:09):
have They have to train marketing, they have to train how to market themselves.
They have to train positioning, theyhave to train selling. Right,
it's the combination. Why do youthink many people are not very happy even
if they have a job or theyhave a whether they view it as a

(05:30):
good job or a bad job. What is the reason why they are not
truly happy? What is what isthe formula? What is it that you
feel is the magic potion for that? I think when when they talk about
burnout, of course it can behectic, of course it can be too
much effort and things like that. But the major reason they talk about burnout

(05:53):
is they they are tired because theydon't have a purple and that do not
follow that purpose. They do nothave a mission, right, so so
they have no enthusiasm. They justgo for work. They earn money to
survive. Hey, but this isnot meant to be living like this?

(06:15):
So this is the major reason theydo not have their purpose. And even
if they know their purpose, theydo not have the trust and and and
and and the belief to go forward. You know, you have to overcome
so many obstacles to be able tolive your mission. And that is how
our life is meant, you know, to grow. And how can you

(06:38):
grow if you do not have thetrust to do the first step to risk
that you fail, and then toto to to see that you grow,
that you have more success. Andthis is so beautiful, but I would
say ninety percent of the people arenot willing to go this pass. And

(07:00):
I think part of the problem isthat people are looking outside themselves. Uh
not really, Uh, they're they'relike resisting change or they're resisting the inertia
to change the way they feel.So they're working against instead of surrendering to

(07:20):
uh just being authentic and and andbeing in the energy of love. I
mean, yeah, people say,how can you work with business and love?
I don't understand that. I believeyou can. It's a different way
of thinking. But would you saythat when you help people find a purpose?

(07:42):
Uh, what is the value? What do they usually do you see
a shift? I mean, Ilove to see my client's shift. What
is what is your shift for them? If it's it's I do it together
with you? Won you know she'sshe has her psychic capabilities to help the
people to feel their purpose inside sothey get pictures day and and if they

(08:05):
start to uh, to to tofeel that, yes, that's my mission,
that's that's my purpose, And thena door opens and I can I
can say that today's marketing cannot workif you if you want want to attract
other people, and if your ifyour heart chakra is closed or yeah,

(08:30):
if you if you do not talkopen to other people in this camera and
and and to uh be emotional,uh, you your success will be so
limited. And if you do nothave a purpose, how can you be
emotional? How can you be enthusiasticabout your thing? How can you be

(08:50):
on fire? This is only possibleif you have your purpose. And then
the door opens and then you haveto trust, trust, believe and go
your way. And I also think, you know, I've had this conversation
with many people about social media andhow it can work against you or it
can work with you. And mostpeople at certain you know, the millenniums,

(09:13):
the you know they they all embracesocial media, but then there's an
age group after fifty five they're like, Oh, I don't know how to
do that. I don't see it. I don't even have social media.
I think you have to really learnhow to be relevant in the market.
And if you're not on social media, you're not in the business. You're

(09:37):
not in any business. And I'mnot saying that you have to do you
know, everything from TikTok to youknow, threads, but you can do
various themes to help promote your workor to give people some kind of value
to what you're doing in life. What do you say when you're teaching people

(10:01):
about starting a six or seven milliondollar business? Do they align with social
media? Do you promote that?Do you tell them how important it is?
Sure? Sure? And it's like, you know, it's like skiing.
I say it in the beginning skiing, you get wet, you fall

(10:22):
down, it's hurt. Yeah, but if you train five, six,
seven, eight times, it beginsto be fun. And it's the same
with marketing. If you do nothave a purpose and then no strategic positioning
based on that purpose, and thennumber three, you do not have a
good mindset because of marketing. Yousay, I hate marketing. It's you

(10:43):
know, I don't like it.It's a technical thing. I don't like
it. How will you be successfulwith that mindset? But if you have
the purpose and then the strategic positioningand then a clear strategy, what fits
to you and what's your method toto sparkle? And where are your clients

(11:03):
exactly on which platform? And howdo you have to which words you have
to use? And so so wego step a step with them to that
point and also work with them ontheir in the barriers. They must think,
Okay, I have a mission.I want to convince thousands of people.

(11:24):
So uh, it's my job toto to to open my heart and
open my my my all, mymy content to them. And they want
to help them, and I wantto sparkle and and and this is how
it works. What has been themost important lesson you have learned so far

(11:48):
in what in life? In life? Well that I took a very good
decision to to marry my wife Evan. This made really difference in my life.
So it came from a thousand inhabitantvillage in Bavaria, very conservative.
They would say hypnosis, things likethat, are you crazy? You know

(12:11):
this is there was no entrepreneurial spiritin my family originally, and hydro chilometers
away. When when I went skiingas a student, I founded one.
So so when she when she appeared, Yeah, when she appeared, my
life changed. It's it's it's it'ssomething. It's thirty one years ago and
this is really it changed my life. And I think that that happens in

(12:37):
life at different stages that you'll meetsomeone and they'll be a soul partner or
there'll be an instant connection. Andsometimes people read it as oh, that's
a relationship, but I think weall have different soulmates throughout our life where
the connection is so strong that it'sa it's a repeat of how I have

(12:58):
to learn the lesson? What lessonsdo I learn from that relationship? Because
I believe a relationship is a mirrorof ourselves. You know, whatever we're
learning, we're learning with our partners. So in life, do you still
dream big? Of course? Imean we had our business now a digit

(13:22):
business, we live our purpose. We are completely free financially free as well,
we travel a lot. And thenwe also had to say, is
it that what we are now?Fifty two fifty three if something like that.
And then we said, no,I want to grow this company in
a way that besides of my purpose, and I stick to my purpose is

(13:45):
the most important point forever. ButI want to be an entrepreneur establishing now
a real estate business in the USAwith the same methods I do it remote.
This is fantastic, how this isworking. And then our our AI
business, this is I'm always bestin a like the gold Rush in such

(14:11):
a situation. So so in thegold in the gold Rush area that there
were people, uh they they theythey were rich with the genes and and
with the gold, not with thegold, with the with the digging,
digging, excuse me form English.Uh, the the shuffle, the the

(14:33):
call. Sorry for a bad English. But but anyhow, for for the
genes leave state, yea, theyhad to invent trisies. Uh, eighties
were big. Yeah, and andand this is this is a good area
now with artificial intelligence. And Ilike this too, to reinvent my my

(14:58):
myself every seven eighty. Well,I think AI sometimes scares people when they
hear AI. You know, Ithink it's fascinating. It's amazing what AAI
is able to do and how itcan I could see how it could be
used negatively, but it can alsobe used mostly positively. And so that's

(15:22):
great. What what is the soulto you? What does the soul mean
to you? Translation? Soul? The soul means to me something. This
is the soul is forever. Weare here with a body experience, with
a physical experience. Uh. Andthe soul wants to learn. And maybe

(15:46):
I know my wife already longer thanthis life. Maybe, and we sometimes
talk about it that maybe we madea contract before we said I force you
a little bit, I help youa little bit in you as well.
So uh and and and yeah, and the soul wants to make wants to

(16:06):
learn certain things. And I believe, I believe that that you have to
find God in you and and andthe soul is something. I mean,
we all have these these these theseparts of God and and and every person
has a certain part or a certainsparkle of a certain elements. And then

(16:30):
maybe this is the soul. MaybeI don't know, but definitely it's one
of the most important things in life. Because it's not only about money and
and and business and earn money forlife. It's it's it's too it's to
find the these these things, what, what's me? Why I'm here?

(16:51):
How can I make my progress? And and and and so on. It's
finding your authentic purpose and really findingyourself. And I think when we look
within ourselves, I think every dayis a learning experience. Every situation in
the now is really that excelling usto the next level of what we're learning

(17:18):
through individuals or through events or throughexperiences. I mean, I'm so lucky
to be able to travel the worldand learn working with different cultures because everybody
has a different point of view, and I think when you're exposed to that,
you really start to integrate it howyou want your life to be.

(17:40):
But I think that's a wonderful Christian. The other thing is what would be
the one thing you would really likehumanity if you could, if you could,
if you could have something done forhumanity, what would it be?
Would be more peace? Would itbe? What would what would be your

(18:03):
your mission or your vision for humanity? That we have funding for children?
I think children is the most importantthing. Uh, I mean there are
children who are a little bit morelucky than others. And yeah, so

(18:23):
one thing would be to to togive all the children the same, the
same opportunity. Unity is in thebeginning to grow, to to be stable
inside. Uh, to learn.Yeah, that's an important thing. Yeah,
absolutely. What what makes you laugh? What? What? What?

(18:48):
What do you find funny? Whatin life? What? What makes you
laugh? First of all, agood film. I love to to have
really a funny film. For instance, in the plane A French, A
French, A French with alib dotcom number two. We were watching it
in the business class. It wasreally funny. So so I like this

(19:10):
and and and I I always sayI like a happy end. I like
films with happy and and also whenwhen when you want is sparkling? If
I see her sparkling eyes, thismakes me laugh, right, excellent,
excellent? What would be your youryour your routine? Do you have a

(19:30):
routine every morning that you do whenyou get stressed out? Or do you
follow do you exercise? Do youeat a certain thing? What? What
is your what is your basic schedulethat you do? Yeah? So yes,
I have. We have several routines. And I had to learn to

(19:52):
eat better. You be what youeat something like this, And I made
the experien that they ate badly formany years. And you know, if
you are twenty thirty, this isno problem at all. But when you
get older and especially bad. Whatwere you eating? What was bad?

(20:12):
What was bad? A lot ofchocolate? Oh okay, frank, chocolate
with sugar. Sugar is bad.And when I stopped, I said,
the Swiss chocolate production has now areally big problem. That they have now
a major problem without me. Andyou have the lind factory really close.

(20:33):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, nochocolate. I know. I was amazed
when I went to Switzerland the firsttime many years ago and saw every corner
chocolate. And I don't really eatchocolate, but I would actually buy one,
and it was quite amazed. NowI don't touch it because I'm sugar
is poison. Unfortunately it is.But so what what? So? So

(20:59):
you change your diet? Did youbecome vegan? Did you become what?
What was? You just made someminor ship. I'm not vegan. I
like to eat fish, for instance, and sometimes also meat. Sometimes it's
it's not a little bit. Iadmit that it's not logic. I go

(21:19):
with the flow. You know exactlywhat you're feeling, yeah, exactly.
So this is important. And alsomeditation, we meditate together. Also we
have a cleaning a cleaning, cleaningand and strengthening method. We do this
on a regular basis. Also withour PICK team. Everybody has a team

(21:45):
to help us for different things. And yeah, this is what we are
doing. And also we use ourmeditation capabilities to UH to answer to very
important questions our lives. This canbe business strategic questions, can also be
other questions. So we use ourintuition systematically to find in us to write

(22:11):
answers. Then we discuss this andthis is what we do almost every day.
Yeah. No, I believe meditationis part of the tuning into your
awareness. And a lot of mybusiness people that I coach, I started
teaching them how to use that meditationstate and what it happens is it opens

(22:33):
them up in a new way andthey start having breakthroughs. I had a
client that she's been doing it forthree months and then she texted me and
said, I had a breakthrough.I can't believe I am now going to
be an entrepreneur, not just workingin one area. So that can be
a positive thing that moves forward. And what's your favorite country that you've gone

(23:00):
to energy wise that you've visited overthe years, different places. Actually,
I like all Los Angeles Okay verymuch because of the energy, but also
ten years ago I liked Ibitza. It's also it's not so this money energy,
it's it's but it's a very finespiritual energy as well. So what

(23:26):
else so different places? I've heardIceland is supposed to be quite incredible.
I've not been there, but II that's that's somewhere me too. I
haven't been there, so I cannotanswer this question if Iceland is special.
But but you know, it's ait's a strong place that there are wilcans,

(23:48):
volcanos, that there is so strongenergy is there nature wise, So
it's it's almost logical that that itmust be a strong place. Also,
I think everybody should try to visitJapan. It's a different energy completely,
but it's such an organized consciousness theresometimes a little too organized, but everything

(24:14):
is spot on. You never geta bad meal anywhere. Every restaurant is
perfect, the food, the peopleare very sweet, very honorable. So
I think people should just I thinktravel is a great learning experience and I
forgot con our favorite really in Europe. We love to be at connnn is

(24:37):
at the Contosieur, Yes, anda lot of US people festivals. Yeah,
and last year we were four weeksthere at the Crossett, so just
ten minutes from the festival building away. And we did it because we said
this is the kickoff for a newphase in our life. So we got

(25:00):
there four weeks and I love tohear the sea. It was so nice
and it worked out excellent. Soif people want to find out more about
the coaching that you're doing real estate, they can go to your websites.
And I know you're here visiting inLos Angeles. Great to see you,

(25:26):
and I know you're going to godo some sight seeing again. But thank
you so much for coming to theshow. Christian. It's a pleasure to
see you after all these years, and you're doing fantastic and keep up the
good work. Thank you very much. And I want to say that it
was an honor to have you asa mentor this ten or twelve years ago,

(25:51):
and even I was struggling during thattime, it was it was a
very important experience and I always admirea little bit how you deal with your
energy. Also, when we mettoday after twelve years, the first impression
was, Wow, this energy state, this energy state. It's great.

(26:12):
Yes, the energy I like itvery much. Well, thank you,
