If you're trying to make something work or make it better. It doesn't matter the situation, shutting down is never the way to fix anything! You can't solve anything by not talking/communicating. Many people shutdown because it's what they've become comfortable with, but it only makes things worse. Some people shut down becasue they've lost their voice, which is wrong too! Don't let anyone take your power and control and don't be in your own way!
