Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hey, Hey, I'm back with something for you.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
To think about. Some people are gonna think and this
is funny. Some people are gonna be offended. But I
can't help how you feel. I have no control over it.
I'm just telling the truth. Many people in this world
have what seems to be an issue with getting old. Well,

(00:37):
think about it. If you don't get old, what does
that mean? Duh, you die.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
You've died. If you don't get old, that mean you die.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
You're gonna get old if you live to reach old
age or you know, you're getting on up there.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
In age. It's a part of life. Aging is a
part of life.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
Some people scrapping tooth and now trying to prevent from
getting old.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
You're gonna get old. Embrace it.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
So many people would rather nip and tuck, do all
these surgeries, deform themselves. I mean it looks abnormal. Some
of the things that people do to themselves and just
look totally abnormal, and it causes some people deformity.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
People just go to.

Speaker 2 (01:47):
The limit trying to stay youthful. It's not gonna happen.
You can take all the pills, you can drink.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
The blood, you can do whatever.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
You are going to age, and instead of being anxious
about it having anxiety about it, embrace it. Embrace getting old.
There is no book on life. There's no book on
getting old. I mean, hey, we're born.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
Into this world. We're not giving the.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
Opportunity to to who whom we have as our parents.
We don't have the opportunity of the skin we're in.
We don't have an opportunity for any of that. Those
things that you can control, control them. But those things
that you have no control over, hey, deal with it.

(02:48):
It's a part of life. It's better to grow old
gracefully than to inject nip, to cut off ad to.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
All trying to stay.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Youthful because you can do whatever it is you wanted
to do or want to do. You're gonna get old.
That body is going to age. You've heard me say
in many of my episodes, maturity does not necessarily come

(03:23):
with age. Ninety nine percent of the time it does
not come with age. But you always hear me say,
but that body matures, it gets old.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
But mentally many people don't.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
And that too, is why people gravitate towards things trying
to prevent age. And it's not gonna happen. But boo,
it's not going to happen. You can use all the
boat tops, you can cut things off. Whatever it is.
You're going to age internally, you're going to age out. Really,

(04:02):
you're going to age because we all go through the
aging process. Some people look love they go faster than others. Nevertheless,
we all go through aging. And instead of people letting
it cause you know so much turmoil and anxiousness and anxiety,

(04:26):
just embrace it and old. Be thankful that you're even
living to become older because a lot of people didn't
have that opportunity. Be grateful, be thankful, and embrace it
instead of fighting tooth and nail against it.

Speaker 1 (04:48):
Nobody tell us.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
Things like when you get older, your hair turns great,
your hair things, your.

Speaker 1 (04:56):
Hair falls out.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
Nobody tells you those things. Nobody tells tell you that
how you have orinary leakage or you know, sometimes you
can't hold number two. Things happen to your body when
you start to age. It's okay, It's a part of life, accepted.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
You can't prevent it.

Speaker 2 (05:26):
I don't care how good you look on the outside,
that inside is aging. Nobody remains the same, and no
one is exempt. Sometimes you go to the toilet. You
sit on the toilet to do number one and number
two comes out. You're like, oh, what is happening. It's
a part of aging. I mean it, it's real. It's

(05:51):
a part of aging. You look at yourself in the
mirror and you're like, wow, where did that.

Speaker 1 (05:59):
Winklea come from? Or look at my eyes? What are
those circles around your eyes? Cataracts? That's what they are.

Speaker 2 (06:09):
And like I said, some people age slower than others,
but you're still aging period. No one is exempt, no one.
You can't do all the things that you used to do.
You can try. Some people can do.

Speaker 1 (06:30):
Certain things, but all the things that we.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
Did when we was much younger. Let it go, boo boo,
it's all good. I recommend taking the best care of
your body that you can. Stay in motion, exercise, lift weights, lightweights,

(06:53):
but lift weights, continue to exercise, walk a lot of bicycle.
Just keep in motion, keep active because through all of
the aging process, if you stay active, it's.

Speaker 1 (07:15):
Gonna help you. You know a lot of people all
they do is complain all.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
This hurting that hurt over my back, on my knees,
my feet, because you don't do nothing all you do
is sit around all the time. So it's like anything else.
If you don't use it, you lose it. Meaning if
you don't have any activities going on for your body,

(07:41):
things stiffing up.

Speaker 1 (07:46):
It's a fact, things stiffing up.

Speaker 2 (07:48):
And when you try to move a certain way, oh,
it hurts because you have no type of activity in
your life. You go to the store, you go to work,
you walk to the kitchen, to the bathroom upstairs down.
That's all the activity that you have. That's not enough

(08:11):
because as you age you.

Speaker 1 (08:13):
Need to have strong joints. Keep that hard pumping nice
and strong. It's important as the vital is crucial.

Speaker 2 (08:24):
Don't worry about the little things if if you have leakage.

Speaker 1 (08:28):
Problems or whatever.

Speaker 2 (08:30):
You know. As for women, there are paths that you
can use for men too. Don't be ashamed of the
natural process. And everybody don't experience the same thing at
the same rate. Some people don't experience things that other

(08:52):
people experience, but they may experience something else. But all baby,
they all happen. It happens, all of it, all of it.
Somebody is experiencing it. If you're not, somebody else is
experiencing it. I mean, I have my own issues when
it comes to aging. Oh yes, I've had a few surprises.

(09:16):
I'm like, what, it's the truth. Things happen. Things happen.
You wake up one day and you're like, what's that
Your eyelash one turn gray or your eyebrows one turn gray.

Speaker 1 (09:36):
You're like, what in the world one little straight turn gray?

Speaker 2 (09:41):
Now? How do I get that out of there? And
then you mess around to pluck about three of them.

Speaker 1 (09:50):
Then you mess around and pluck by three or four
of them trying to get one. I mean, I'm being real.
You get these age spots on your skin, I mean
all kind of you know, little tricky things happen, but
embrace it.

Speaker 2 (10:08):
Be grateful, you know, protect your skin, exercise, stay active.

Speaker 1 (10:15):
You know, and you'll be okay.

Speaker 2 (10:19):
I mean, I look at myself and I'm thinking to myself,
you look pretty good. Nobody has ever ever ever guessed
my age. No one. And I'm not bragging, and I've
mentioned this before. I'm not bragging at all. But I
try to take care of myself. You know, I'm not

(10:40):
putting all of this stuff on my face. And no,
I don't do that. I don't do that. But yes,
I have little age spots here and there. You know,
I have my issues too, but I'm embracing aging gracefully.

(11:02):
You know, I stay active. I care about how I look.
But we all go through things, all of us as
we age. Things happen that we're like, hold up, wait
a minute, what is happening. It's the honest truth. But

(11:23):
it's nothing to be embarrassed over. It's nothing to be
afraid of or ashamed of. It's just a part of
the agent process. People have to stop allowing society to
dictate to them this and that. When it comes to aging.
People are going all onto the jungles, trying to find.

Speaker 1 (11:45):
Things and doing the farious.

Speaker 2 (11:48):
Things to try to stay youthful. You're going to age
unless you die first. Bottom line, bottom line. So the
best you can do for yourself is just take care
of yourself to the best of your ability. You just

(12:08):
can't not do anything and then expect for your aging process.

Speaker 1 (12:17):
To be so good, you know, so good, so grand.

Speaker 2 (12:21):
It won't if you're not taking care of yourself. I'm
seeing some of the smallest people have the biggest stomachs.
It has nothing to do with with a lot of
the things that people think.

Speaker 1 (12:38):
It has for women. You have hormonal issues.

Speaker 2 (12:43):
Imbalances and things like that. So if you have concerns,
go to the doctor. But don't let people talk you
into nipping and tucking and botoxing and injecting and ingesting
things that you stay youthful, because I'm telling you, when
you put foreign stuff in your body, sooner or later,

(13:07):
your body is going to reject it in some form
or another because it don't belong there. I don't know
if it's true, but I've heard people inject blood in
their skin and they in jest blood.

Speaker 1 (13:29):
I don't know if it's true or not, but that's
just foolish.

Speaker 2 (13:35):
But on the other hand, people grown, they do whatever
they want to do.

Speaker 1 (13:42):
Because it's your body. You can do whatever you want
to do.

Speaker 2 (13:49):
But I'm just saying, no matter what you do, how
much you paid to get it done, that body is
going to aden.

Speaker 1 (14:01):
It's going to age period. Some people, you know, standing
in front of.

Speaker 2 (14:09):
Idols and worshiping idols and you know, trying to worship
these things to stay youthful. Baby, it's a ripoff. Whoever
sold it to you, it's a ripoff because I don't
care how long you bow, how many times you bow,

(14:31):
that body is going to age. You may look great
on the outside, but inside that body is aging because
it's a part of the natural process of life.

Speaker 1 (14:47):
Facts.

Speaker 2 (14:50):
So if you have issues with incontinent or bowels, or
stomach issues, joint issues, go to the doctor. But I
believe the best remedy is embracing eating well and staying active.

(15:16):
That's what I believe, and I do for myself. I
can't speak for anyone else, but for myself, I do
those things. I'm not injecting or ingesting anything. Even if
I woke up tomorrow and all of my hair is great,

(15:37):
or if all of my hair have fallen out, hey
throw a wheel going or go bald. You know, because
you are more than your hair, You are more than
your skin. You're more than those things. But see, people

(15:57):
have been programmed so.

Speaker 1 (16:02):
Long, so deeply.

Speaker 2 (16:07):
To focus on outer appearance when your insides are messed up.
You are messed up internally mentally.

Speaker 1 (16:19):
But you're so focused on what you look.

Speaker 2 (16:22):
Like when you can't even function properly in life because
of the mindset that you have. And all of you
who have listened to me, you know, my focus is
God and Son Jesus and From there, it's eating well,

(16:48):
exercising and taking absolute the best care of yourself that
you can. You can't expect to do nothing and think
you're gonna have healthy joints and.

Speaker 1 (17:05):
You know, things of that nature. No, you gotta work
at it.

Speaker 2 (17:10):
You gotta stay healthy as you can be, eat healthy
as you can exercise. I mean, even if you're sitting
in your seat, you can do something. If you can't
raise your arms, hunt your shoulders, lean forward, put your
arms on your chest and lean forward and back. Anything

(17:33):
is better than nothing. Raise one foot up at a time.
Anything is better than nothing. Get you some cans out
your cupboard. Lift those cans. If you can't lift them,
shrug your shoulders with those cans in your hand, do something.

(17:53):
See a lot of people they get older and all
they do is sit down, watch TV, eat, you know,
just they think.

Speaker 1 (18:02):
Because they're.

Speaker 2 (18:05):
Of a certain age that they just got sit down
and let age just take over. No, you stay active
to the grave. Let me say it again, stay active
to the grave. If you put your focus on God,
you wouldn't be so worried about getting old. You'll be

(18:26):
thankful and grateful. Now again, I know many people don't believe.

Speaker 1 (18:32):
But I'm I'm just saying I tell you everything else,
so you know I have to tell you that too.

Speaker 2 (18:39):
I was talking to one of my sisters today and
we had a great conversation.

Speaker 1 (18:47):
We were cracking up laughing about.

Speaker 2 (18:50):
Getting old and some of the things that we experienced.
We're not sad about it. We thank God and we're
grateful and we're thankful.

Speaker 1 (19:00):
Oh for getting old, because like I said, some people
haven't made it.

Speaker 2 (19:06):
Some people won't make it, some people didn't make it,
So we're grateful. We laugh about things, I mean crack
up laughing because we know it's a part of life.
It's nothing to be afraid of or ashamed of her
or any of that.

Speaker 1 (19:25):
Just embrace it.

Speaker 2 (19:27):
People who cannot embrace getting older really have some inner
issues that are still unresolved that they haven't faced. And
no doubt it has caused lack of confidence, lack of
self esteem, insecurities. A lot of people try to act confident,
but they're really not. That don't benefit you at all.

(19:51):
Faking and pretending has never benefited anyone because it keeps
you in the same mindset that you've always been in.

Speaker 1 (20:02):
So I just want to talk about it.

Speaker 2 (20:04):
You know the aging process and it's okay. It is
absolutely okay. Love yourself, Embrace getting old.

Speaker 1 (20:17):
You might as well. You can't avoid it, you can't
stop it.

Speaker 2 (20:24):
Like I said earlier, the only word around it is
if you die first and God forbid if anything happened
like that. It's better to just embrace it and be thankful.
Massage your face every day, massages your feet, your hands,

(20:46):
keep all on your hands. You know, lotionen your hands
or your hands and your feet daily. Take care of yourself.
Take care of your skin. It's your biggest organ, so
you must take care of it.

Speaker 1 (21:04):
So there's a lot with the aging process that happens
to us.

Speaker 2 (21:10):
All your eyesight get dimmer, your ears, you can't do
it as well, all kinds of things. Embrace it, and
if you need assistance, go to the doctor. Those of
you believe in the power of prayer, pray for healings.
Because just because you're getting old does not mean you
have to be sick.

Speaker 1 (21:30):
The devil is a liar.

Speaker 2 (21:33):
Let me say it again, just because you're getting old
does not mean you have to be sick. In the
name of Jesus, it does not. So if anybody want
to talk about it. Please reach out to me. Go
to my podcast page you to tell you exactly how
to reach me, and I will respond. Thank you for listening.

(21:55):
I hope you're not too offended. It's funny to me.
It may not be funny to you. It may not.
Some of you are having a hard time, but that's
because of those inner issues inside of you that you
have not yet resolved. So I'm leaving it right there.

(22:16):
Thank you for listening. You know, the world don't like
to tell you about those things happen to you. When
you get old. You know, you make a certain move,
a move you made forever, but once you start to
get old, you make a certain move you like, ah lord,
my hip is out, oh Lord.

Speaker 1 (22:34):
My back, you know. I mean, it's just reality. You
step a certain way and you've hurt your ankle. I mean,
it is reality.

Speaker 2 (22:47):
It is, so embrace it, thank God, be grateful, embrace it.
That's all I'm saying. I'm leaving it right there. Thank
you for listening. Much much much love to each and
every one of you. I end every podcast the same,
and I hope.

Speaker 1 (23:05):
And I pray that you do it. Think on it.
