Just as when the Israeli Military bombed a hospital, then blamed Islamic Jihadist for a rocket misfire that killed hundreds of people, the al Shifa Hospital is turning into a fiasco.
So now the question remains, WHY IS BIDEN SO ADAMANT ON DEFENDING AND BACKING ISRAEL.
