arrest wards from for Israel's Benjamin and Yahoo and the
hamas leaders. I personally am finding out a lot about
this as we speak. So and but when I found out,

and share with y'all to see what y'all think about it,
because it's a lot of it's very a polarizing subject.
Right now, you know, but again, our hearts go out
to all of the innocent that have been victimized of
whether you were Israeli or whether you were Palestinian. You know,
if you was an innocent bystanding all of this, you

didn't deserve to get caught into this. It's like we
wish we could just get the leaders together and put
them in a room and let them box it out
and leave us out of it. You feel me, I
feel you now, trust me, I feel so. Our hearts
go out to all those that are affected negativity about
this that had nothing to do with this. I just
want to put that out there. But we are going
to discuss what the world leaders are trying to do

in order, I guess, to fit this scenario. So we
go to go ahead and go over what exactly is
going on with the International Criminal Court and what it
can mean for both sides of the isle, whether it's
Israeli or whether it's Palestinian. Now, the chief prosecutor of

the International Criminal Court, his name is Kareem K. Khan,
and he put together a panel to pretty much look
at the war that's going on in Israeli Palestine and
figure out if there was any crimes that had been
committed that they would need to pursue in order to
get some justice. Well, according to that panel, and according
(03:37):
to the release statement on Monday, he said that he
applied for arrest warrants for the top leaders of Israel
at Hamas, whom his team suspects of committing war crimes
and crimes against humanity during and since the Hamas attack
on southern Israel October seventh last year, in which about
eleven hundred and forty people were killed, on top of
(03:59):
the people who were kidnapped by Hamas militants. You know,
so that's to me what I would feel like. It's
a step forward because you know, we've seen what's going
on over there. We understand that over thirty five thousand people,
innocent people have been killed since October seventh, and most
(04:21):
of them being women and children. I don't know how
you feel about that situation, but you know, to me,
they kind of me have you on edge. It's happen
on edge ever since the beginning of the year where
they crossed over twenty thousand. I feel like we shouldn't
even went that far. But what would this do with
these are rest warrants actually doing anything because if I

remember correctly, there's a rest warrants out for Putin right now.
He's still what he doing is been out what almost
a year, if not a year now. So what I'm
I don't understand is what implications can this do? So
that's why I was it's like, let me look into
this a little bit more. But it says that the

ICC is seeking arrest warrants for five individuals? Is really
Prime Minister Benjamin and Yahoo, his Defense Minister Yore Gallans,
and Hamas leader Yahya Sinhwal, Mohammed diab Ibrahim al Masri
also known as Mohammad Thief, and Ismael Paniek probably butchered

all those names, excuse me. In his statement, con praised
the panel of experts that he had cond be to
review the evidence to provide legal analysis to support these
arrest warrants. He said his members have immense standing in
international humanitarian law and international criminal law. Well, when you
first you go to go step in any kind of waters,
you gonna want to know what those waters are going

to consist of. So I understand why he got to
go get the esperts. So I want to know who
these experts are because if we can see who these
experts were. You know, we can let me see they say,
I can wipe to see Khmed. Okay, no comment, shit cool.
But you know what was like, Oh yeah, So now
that we know that there was a panel of experts
that were actually Broughty, and to check this to make

sure that we can get this take it care of,
Let's find out who these experts are, because I want
to make sure that these are people that have some
good standing. So I just want to go over a
few names, and I'm just going to read the first citizen,
because they got a whole paragraph for eight one of these,
letting me know that they got some kind of knowledge
about what's going on. But first we got Sir Adrian Fulford.

He's a Retalian Lord Justice of Appeal in the United Kingdom.
He served as a judge in England and Wales for
nearly three decades until he retired from the Court of
Appeal in twenty twenty two, having been em barrister since
nineteen seventy eight. So he's sound like he got some
very good experience. Behind you have Judge Theodore Merron, who
is an American Israeli lawyer and judge who has served

on the United Nations tribunals relating to war crimes in
the former You Goro, Slavia and Rwanda and everybody know
what happened in them. And if you don't, too young,
you got to do your research to make sure that
you understand that we don't need any of these things
to ever happen again. This ain't no smite at you.
This is just saying we need to understand the past
so we can actually avoid these things in the future. Right, so, Judge,

I'm sorry. Amo Clooney is a British Lebanese barrister and
human rights lawyer who represents clients before the ICC, the
International Criminal Court of Justice and the European Court of
Human Rights. Forgive my clock over there. I don't know

founding members were Sharie Blair, wife of former UK Prime
Minister Tony Blair. Barones Helena Kennedy. She is a Scottish
barrister based at Doughty Street Chambers, London and director of
the International Bar Association's Institute of Human Rights. Elizabeth Wilmhurst

a Distinguished Fellow of International Law at Chatham House, London.
She has worked as a visiting professor at University of
College you excuse me, University College, London. She was Deputy
Legal Advisor to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Now that right,
there is a nice little panel, So obviously this ain't

no crackpots. These ain't no no people that we're gonna
look down and they be like, oh, we go, thank you,
butchering anything. So if they actually are saying that these
arrest warrants need to be issued, it sounds like they
got a good panel of people to say that, you know,
because if I can't say that, even though I feel
in my heart I'm not educated like these people on

this mine is marketing. I do marketing. I'll tell you
straight up. I do marketing. I do skincare, hair care,
that's what I do. But I do love keeping up
with justice all over the world because like this famous
Saint famous saying says, an injustice anywhere is an injustice everywhere.
So I definitely don't want to see what's happening over there. Uh,

what happened over here with the Natives and the other
indigenous groups around the world that was wiped out. We
don't want to see that happen again. And right now
that seems like what's happening again. So according to the UH,
the ICC panel that could, we were gonna find out
exactly what they concluded about Israel's WarGods not. A report

says that the panel was convened so the experts could
assess objectively the material provided to them by the prosecutor
and to advise the prosecutor whether it meets the relevant
legal tests. In the report, the panel agrees with cons
assessment that the ICC has jurisdiction over the case since
Palestine is a state party as per the ICC statue.

So now that's the first thing that I know from
having to deal with cases on my own, from my
own behalf. You have to find out where jurisdiction lie
because jurisdiction may not be over you. So that's the
first thing that was actually brought to the table, and
the panel agrees that the ICC does have jurisdiction over
(10:40):
the case, and it explains why Palestine is a state
party as an ICC statue, so it already qualifies. Jurisdiction
has been set. Now they can move forward. The panel
adds that it knows investigations for additional crimes are underway
and are expected to lead to additional applications in the future,
(11:02):
meaning that right now they're going after these crimes, but
they understand that more crimes can be added to this
at a future date. The experts right that Hamas is
a highly organized, non state armed group, so a militant
militia to me, and the fighting between Israel and Hamas
qualifies as non international armed conflict between governmental forces and
(11:26):
one or more armed group. All right, so this ain't
the country against a country, pretty much what they're saying. However,
the panel notes there is also international armed conflict between
Israel and Palestine because the latter is a state. In
(11:48):
accordance where criteria set out in international law. The panel
determines that both Israel and Palestine are high contracting parties
which have ratified the Geneva Convention, and there is a
belligerate occupation by Israel over at least some of Palestine

and happen to give RAFA right now. I mean, it
continues to be something that we obviously conceived as latent.
At this point, the report adds, I'm sorry. The Panel
assessment concludes that the three Hamas leaders had a common

plan that necessarily involved the commission of war crimes and
crimes that gets humanity, and that this plan was systemic
against the civilian population of Israel. This is based on
material provided by Khan and statements from survivors and I
witnesses at the scene of the six key attack locations

in Gaza have been depending on Israel for objects essentral

factors including Israel's restriction on mobility and Gaza following the
two thousand and five disengagement plan, under which Israel technically

Right now, you know, but again, our hearts go out
to all of the innocent that have been victimized of

didn't deserve to get caught into this. It's like we
wish we could just get the leaders together and put
them in a room and let them box it out
and leave us out of it. You feel me, I
feel you now, trust me, I feel so. Our hearts
go out to all those that are affected negativity about
this that had nothing to do with this. I just
want to put that out there. But we are going
to discuss what the world leaders are trying to do

in order, I guess, to fit this scenario. So we
go to go ahead and go over what exactly is
going on with the International Criminal Court and what it
can mean for both sides of the isle, whether it's
Israeli or whether it's Palestinian. Now, the chief prosecutor of

the International Criminal Court, his name is Kareem K. Khan,
and he put together a panel to pretty much look
at the war that's going on in Israeli Palestine and
figure out if there was any crimes that had been
committed that they would need to pursue in order to
get some justice. Well, according to that panel, and according
(03:37):
to the release statement on Monday, he said that he
applied for arrest warrants for the top leaders of Israel
at Hamas, whom his team suspects of committing war crimes
and crimes against humanity during and since the Hamas attack
on southern Israel October seventh last year, in which about
eleven hundred and forty people were killed, on top of
(03:59):
the people who were kidnapped by Hamas militants. You know,
so that's to me what I would feel like. It's
a step forward because you know, we've seen what's going
on over there. We understand that over thirty five thousand people,
innocent people have been killed since October seventh, and most
(04:21):
of them being women and children. I don't know how
you feel about that situation, but you know, to me,
they kind of me have you on edge. It's happen
on edge ever since the beginning of the year where
they crossed over twenty thousand. I feel like we shouldn't
even went that far. But what would this do with
these are rest warrants actually doing anything because if I
(04:43):
remember correctly, there's a rest warrants out for Putin right now.
He's still what he doing is been out what almost
a year, if not a year now. So what I'm
I don't understand is what implications can this do? So
that's why I was it's like, let me look into
this a little bit more. But it says that the

ICC is seeking arrest warrants for five individuals? Is really
Prime Minister Benjamin and Yahoo, his Defense Minister Yore Gallans,
and Hamas leader Yahya Sinhwal, Mohammed diab Ibrahim al Masri
also known as Mohammad Thief, and Ismael Paniek probably butchered

all those names, excuse me. In his statement, con praised
the panel of experts that he had cond be to
review the evidence to provide legal analysis to support these
arrest warrants. He said his members have immense standing in
international humanitarian law and international criminal law. Well, when you
first you go to go step in any kind of waters,
you gonna want to know what those waters are going

to consist of. So I understand why he got to
go get the esperts. So I want to know who
these experts are because if we can see who these
experts were. You know, we can let me see they say,
I can wipe to see Khmed. Okay, no comment, shit cool.
But you know what was like, Oh yeah, So now
that we know that there was a panel of experts
that were actually Broughty, and to check this to make
(06:10):
sure that we can get this take it care of,
Let's find out who these experts are, because I want
to make sure that these are people that have some
good standing. So I just want to go over a
few names, and I'm just going to read the first citizen,
because they got a whole paragraph for eight one of these,
letting me know that they got some kind of knowledge
about what's going on. But first we got Sir Adrian Fulford.

He's a Retalian Lord Justice of Appeal in the United Kingdom.
He served as a judge in England and Wales for
nearly three decades until he retired from the Court of
Appeal in twenty twenty two, having been em barrister since
nineteen seventy eight. So he's sound like he got some
very good experience. Behind you have Judge Theodore Merron, who
is an American Israeli lawyer and judge who has served

on the United Nations tribunals relating to war crimes in
the former You Goro, Slavia and Rwanda and everybody know
what happened in them. And if you don't, too young,
you got to do your research to make sure that
you understand that we don't need any of these things
to ever happen again. This ain't no smite at you.
This is just saying we need to understand the past
so we can actually avoid these things in the future. Right, so, Judge,

I'm sorry. Amo Clooney is a British Lebanese barrister and
human rights lawyer who represents clients before the ICC, the
International Criminal Court of Justice and the European Court of
Human Rights. Forgive my clock over there. I don't know

She has represented victims of the young the Yazdi genocide,
as well as victims of genocide and Sedan star for
so she has very good expirits in recognizing when the
genocide has happened. Danny Friedman, a King's Council barrister at

founding members were Sharie Blair, wife of former UK Prime
Minister Tony Blair. Barones Helena Kennedy. She is a Scottish
barrister based at Doughty Street Chambers, London and director of
the International Bar Association's Institute of Human Rights. Elizabeth Wilmhurst

a Distinguished Fellow of International Law at Chatham House, London.
She has worked as a visiting professor at University of
College you excuse me, University College, London. She was Deputy
Legal Advisor to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Now that right,
there is a nice little panel, So obviously this ain't

no crackpots. These ain't no no people that we're gonna
look down and they be like, oh, we go, thank you,
butchering anything. So if they actually are saying that these
arrest warrants need to be issued, it sounds like they
got a good panel of people to say that, you know,
because if I can't say that, even though I feel
in my heart I'm not educated like these people on

this mine is marketing. I do marketing. I'll tell you
straight up. I do marketing. I do skincare, hair care,
that's what I do. But I do love keeping up
with justice all over the world because like this famous
Saint famous saying says, an injustice anywhere is an injustice everywhere.
So I definitely don't want to see what's happening over there. Uh,

what happened over here with the Natives and the other
indigenous groups around the world that was wiped out. We
don't want to see that happen again. And right now
that seems like what's happening again. So according to the UH,
the ICC panel that could, we were gonna find out
exactly what they concluded about Israel's WarGods not. A report
(09:55):
says that the panel was convened so the experts could
assess objectively the material provided to them by the prosecutor
and to advise the prosecutor whether it meets the relevant
legal tests. In the report, the panel agrees with cons
assessment that the ICC has jurisdiction over the case since
Palestine is a state party as per the ICC statue.

So now that's the first thing that I know from
having to deal with cases on my own, from my
own behalf. You have to find out where jurisdiction lie
because jurisdiction may not be over you. So that's the
first thing that was actually brought to the table, and
the panel agrees that the ICC does have jurisdiction over
(10:40):
the case, and it explains why Palestine is a state
party as an ICC statue, so it already qualifies. Jurisdiction
has been set. Now they can move forward. The panel
adds that it knows investigations for additional crimes are underway
and are expected to lead to additional applications in the future,
(11:02):
meaning that right now they're going after these crimes, but
they understand that more crimes can be added to this
at a future date. The experts right that Hamas is
a highly organized, non state armed group, so a militant
militia to me, and the fighting between Israel and Hamas
qualifies as non international armed conflict between governmental forces and
(11:26):
one or more armed group. All right, so this ain't
the country against a country, pretty much what they're saying. However,
the panel notes there is also international armed conflict between
Israel and Palestine because the latter is a state. In
(11:48):
accordance where criteria set out in international law. The panel
determines that both Israel and Palestine are high contracting parties
which have ratified the Geneva Convention, and there is a
belligerate occupation by Israel over at least some of Palestine
(12:08):
and happen to give RAFA right now. I mean, it
continues to be something that we obviously conceived as latent.
At this point, the report adds, I'm sorry. The Panel
assessment concludes that the three Hamas leaders had a common
(12:31):
plan that necessarily involved the commission of war crimes and
crimes that gets humanity, and that this plan was systemic
against the civilian population of Israel. This is based on
material provided by Khan and statements from survivors and I
witnesses at the scene of the six key attack locations
Afar as a Holy the location of the Supernova music festival,

I'm sorry, video materialist statements by the perpetrators. Now, of course,
we all know that was a war crime. We knew

in Gaza have been depending on Israel for objects essentral

two thousand and five disengagement plan, under which Israel technically

of warfare. The report says parties to an art conflict
must not deliberately impede the delivery of human humanitarian relief

panel also adds that, based on the material it has assessed,
it has reason to believe that in Yahoo and Gallant
have intentionally targeted civilian populations in Gaza and have contributed
