Amen, Morning Motivation it's the seventh of October, it's twenty
twenty five, it's a Tuesday, and I'm sitting in Cape
Town waiting to get inspired by his word. It's God's word,
but it's John's morning motivation. I can hear. It's not alone.
(02:17):
Good morning, Good morning, em morning baby, are you I'm
well and we are ready to get inspired by you
and your daddy This morning over to you John.
Speaker 4 (02:34):
Thank you so much. Good morning listeners wherever you find yourself,
thank you for taking the time out and this morning,
we just want to encourage you with you know, a
little liven can spoil the whole lof And that's why
I've heard this word so many times, and I heard
this verse so many at times. This morning it just
(02:56):
brought understanding because why this means that even a small
amount of bad like corruptions and false teaching, can spread through,
can spread and corrupt the entire group or situation. Because
sometimes you know their lessons and you find yourself in
situations and you find yourself having to do what's right,
(03:18):
and you have need to find out doing the wrong
the wrong way. But you know, there's a saying that
goes the shortcut is always the longest road traveled. This
means that whatever appears to be quick, the quick way
to achieve a goal, often lends us with setbacks delays,
because why it bypasses necessary steps, lessons and found foundational
(03:45):
work that must be done and ultimately requires more effort
to correct or restart. And you know, it's so often
you think about that, because why if you think of
the garden of and here the serpent comes and it
sells is you will be like God. Yet they were
already like God. They were made in the image and
(04:07):
in the class and the likeness of what God was.
But he came and he sold them alive. So many
times we believe the lie more than the truth of
God's word and the truth and the purpose of what
God has called us to do. That we're thinking we
have to take a shortcut and sell ourselves short to
get out on the other side. Yet it's the longest
(04:29):
road travel dear lesteners. And you got to remind yourself
because in Matthew nine, from verses fourteen, it says, then
the disciples came to him using Jesus saying, why do
we and the Pharisees have to fast so often? But
your disciples do not fast, And Jesus said to them,
(04:49):
can friends of the bridegroom moan as the bridegroom is
with them? You see their listeners here they came and
they were asking Jesus do they have to fast and
do what the law instructs them or religion instruct them.
But yeah, they're trying to get ahead in life. And
Jesus is saying, just enjoy the moment. I am with them,
(05:11):
I am worth them. So the friends of the bridegroom
gets to enjoy the moment. They don't need to do
works because Jesus is worth them. But but you see,
you can't hold onto old patterns, even though when it
is often often producing the same results, not producing results,
(05:32):
but the same results. Thinking by holding onto something is
going something is going to happen, but nothing happens. You
got to renew your mind or even upgrade your mind.
Dear listeners, You must renew your mind like you renew
a car's license once a year. You have to renew
(05:52):
your car's license if you want your car to stay
on the road. And then I went to go search
in the Bible. What does it mean when it says
renew generally generally significance. It produces a profound spiritual transform, transformation,
producing and being made new or restored to a better
(06:18):
state by God's word that's produced through his spirit. It
involves change of heart, mind, becoming more christ Like and
consistently that's the word their listener is consistently processed, processing
through spiritual growth and hope in the ultimate renewal of
(06:41):
all creation. You see, their lessoners, it's our responsibility to
renew our minds. We cannot come into a new pattern
because when I go to verse fifteen, verse fifteen six,
I read verse fifteen, verse seventeen, you know, says nor
do they put new one into old wine skins, or
(07:02):
else the wine skins break and the wine spilled. You know,
dear lessons, we got to remember that. So many times
we're asking God to pour out his blessing, and we're
asking God, but if you are not renewed, and you
are not becoming a new wine skin, you must remember
God is not irresponsible. Because the work that goes into
(07:24):
harvesting and into making barrels for wine in those days
was a very It's a hard process and a long,
tedious process. But if you know, you look for shortcuts,
and you're putting new wine into an old wine skin,
the new wine for men's and that old wine skin
has already been stretched. It bursts and it spills. So
(07:47):
you're looking at wasting a harvest. You're looking at wasting time.
All the time that went into growing the grapes, harvesting
the grapes, and then making wine. All those things are wasted.
But that is not who God is. God is one
who looks after what he invests in. And when God
(08:07):
invests in you, you make sure that he stretches your
capacity as much as he stretches your ability to do
what He has called you to do. But it is
your responsibility to steward the things that God has put
in your hands. And I guess, dear listeners, this is
why the Bible says that when revelation comes, it brings restoration.
(08:30):
So when God gives you revelation, he's wanting to restore
your life because the Bible says all the years the
locust has eaten, God will come and make up for
all those years and bring you back into the place
and the spaces that He has for you. And this
is my Tuesday morning motivation. This morning earnesteners.
Speaker 1 (08:51):
Amen. Thank you johnah for that.
Speaker 4 (08:56):
Thank you so much for having me rown. I pray
and trust that you will have a day.

you will have a great one too. And give a

in how we have a great day, John, Thank you,
