La RAI, nel 2024, festeggia rispettivamente, i 100 anni della nascita della Radio e i 70 anni della nascita della TV in Italia e con questo podcast raccontiamo la Storia di una delle tante aziende italiane di elettronica di consumo che producevano apparecchi radio e TV, ormai scomparse. Parliamo della Voxson di Roma fondata nel 1951 e chiusa definitivamente nel 1987.
La chiusura della Voxson, oltre ad aver danneggiato l’indotto, aperto il mercato dell’elettronica di consumo ad industrie estere, collocato in cassa integrazione oltre 1.500 tra operai e impiegati ha perso per sempre professionalità e capacità.
Nonostante siano passati molti anni, tanti ex dipendenti, ancora in vita, la ricordano con nostalgia e passione considerando la qualità della produzione e il senso di appartenenza che aveva generato nelle maestranze. Oggi, grazie anche ai molti collezionisti di prodotti Voxson, il nome dell’azienda è ancora ricordato.
