Credo di partire da una buona base: nel 2022 ho corso circa 4250 km, raggiunto oltre 130 record personali, praticato sport all’aperto per 354 ore e, soprattutto, ottenuto una costanza mai avuta prima; il tutto mi fa pensare di poter puntare ad una maratona sotto le tre ore e, magari, ad un nuovo personale. Infine: provate le Altra Vanish Tempo perché volano!
Il titolo della puntata arriva da una frase sentita dire (anzi: letta) da Giorgio Calcaterra, interrogato sulla gestione della fatica durante la corsa. Re Giorgio ha risposto in questo modo: “Preferisco chiamarlo impegno”, e in tre parole ha racchiuso quasi tutto il mio modo di intendere la corsa.
