Speaker 1 (00:30):
It is Friday, February twenty eight, twenty twenty five. Another
wonderful day and another day to be thankful.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
That's right.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
As I always say, if you focus on what is good,
then you can project something good to happen when you
focus on what is good, because if you focus on
negative things, there are no benefits in that. There are
no benefits focusing on negative thoughts. There are no benefit
that come from that. So focus on what is good.

(01:02):
If you are out and about traveling today, make sure
you keep yourself safe. Make sure you pray. It never
hurts to pray. Make sure you keep you and your
family safe.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
So pray. That's right. Say focused.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
Don't be on your cell phone too much in the public,
because if you are on your cell phone too much
in the public, that means you are distracted. Also, I
want to remind you today is national black out no
shopping day.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
That's right.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Across America, we are not shopping today at major retailers.
We have our reasons and I want to remind you
make sure you participate. This is a national boycott. We
are using our money shopping at retailers that support people

(01:57):
of all nationalities, not just certain people. So if you
are thinking about shopping somewhere today, save your money. Don't
shop today. We are boycotting across America. Don't shop at
major retailers. We need to send a message, So do
not shop today. All right, shop somewhere where they support

(02:18):
all people of all colors and nationalities, but don't shop
at these major retailers.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
Okay, all right.

Speaker 1 (02:25):

(03:11):
food for people across the nation. So support Feeding America
by giving to them and just learning about the organization
because it is a great organization. You can find more
about Feeding America at Fdamerica dot org. Once again, make
sure you support the America. Vide America is also helping

dot org and learn more about their organization and thank
you for your support and your donations.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
Well, I have an inspirational quote.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
For you today, but before I get into the inspirational quote,
I just want to remind you to stay encouraged, stay motivated,
don't focus on the news too much. I know we
all all must stay informed, and we all must keep
tabs on what is going on, but by all means,
make sure you stay encouraged and make sure you stay

(04:10):
prayer ful. And don't worry because worrying. When you worry,
it doesn't solve anything. It just attacks your health and
it makes things worse. So don't worry, but pray because
God is still on the throne. God is still with us.
God has not left us despite what's happening in America

(04:34):
and around the world. In Palestine and Gayza in different places.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
Make sure you just stay encouraging him, just be.

Speaker 1 (04:41):
Prayerful, keep the hope. By all means, you can still
live a quality filled life. You can still love on
your family members and your friends. You can still small
regardless of what's going on. You can still small, and
you can keep the faith. That's what God wants us
to do. He wants us to keep the faith. So stayingcouraged,

(05:03):
stay focused, and keep yourself lifted by simply understanding we
all have a lot.

Speaker 2 (05:11):
To be waful for it.

Speaker 1 (05:12):
We don't have to be discouraged. We don't have to
be down and sad. And you know, yes there is
a lot going on, but we can keep the faith.

Speaker 2 (05:20):
So remember that. Okay, all right, all right.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
So now I'm gonna move on to my inspirational quote,
and my inspirational.

Speaker 2 (05:27):
Quote is that power influence is always present. Follow what
is edifying.

Speaker 1 (05:37):
I'm gonna repeat that inspirational quote again.

Speaker 2 (05:40):
The power of influence is always present.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
Follow what is edifying. Why should we follow what is edifying?
When we follow what is edifying, we stay built up,
we stay inspired to grow, We stay focused when we
follow what is edifying.

Speaker 2 (06:06):
When we follow what is edifying.

Speaker 1 (06:09):
It also promotes a positive change because when we are
exposed to what is edifying, then we stay inspired to
think well, to speak better, to take better actions in
the midst of situations. Being influenced by what is edifying,

(06:30):
it helps us to promote what is good for our
mental well being because edifying influences promotes positive thinking, and
it reduces stress and anxiety. Yes, so it is important
to be influenced by what is edifying.

Speaker 2 (06:53):
Following what's edifying also helps us to develop a greater
character to that's right. It shapes our.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
Character and if fosters virtues like kindness and integrity and resilience.
And so when we follow what is edifying, we can
stay inspired. We can stay inspired and motivated when we
are edified. It helps us to pursue our goals and

(07:26):
overcome challenges when we follow what is edifying, because being
inspired and motivated daily and filling ourselves up with the
things that we need in order to grow, it's better.
It's better than filling ourselves up with things that are

(07:47):
not going to help us. If I'm sitting around watching
TV all day and I'm not exposing myself to something
that is edifying. That means that I am exposing myself
to something that is not needful. Because something that is
not needful is something that is vain, something that is waste,

(08:08):
something that is not good. So follow what is edifying.
Expose yourself to what is edifying. When you are influenced
by what is edifying, you will grow, expanding your understanding
about wisdom and knowledge.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
When it comes to different topics.

Speaker 1 (08:31):
When you are influenced by what is edifying, it is
important to understand the power that comes with being influenced
by what is edifying. Make sure you maintain positive relationships
that are edifying. Because when you have positive relationships that

(08:53):
are edifying, guess what, then you are constantly encouraged. You
are interacting with everything that builds you up. Because if
you are interacting constantly with everything that tears you down
and everything that discourages you, ask yourself the question, why.

Speaker 2 (09:14):
Are you.

Speaker 1 (09:16):
Interacting with what is negative and the things that are
not good for you? Do you like feeling bad? Do
you like feeling discouraged? Do you like feeling sad?

Speaker 2 (09:27):
No, you don't. You don't like feeling all of those things.

Speaker 1 (09:31):
So interact and maintain positive relationships. So that you can
follow what is edifying. There are benefits to positive relationships
when you follow us edifying, and all of those benefits

(09:51):
has everything to do with helping you to be a
better youth. When you follow what is edifying, you will
improve your decision making. That's right, because when you develop
sound judgment, you will make wiser choices.

Speaker 2 (10:12):
That's right.

Speaker 1 (10:12):
And all of that comes from being exposed to or
following what is edifying. When you follow what is edifying,
or if you are influenced by what is edifying, you
will also enhance your creativity because edification stimulates our mind

(10:35):
and sparks creativity. There are so many benefits that come
from being influenced by what is edifying.

Speaker 2 (10:47):
So just think.

Speaker 1 (10:48):
About staying encouraged and staying inspired and staying motivated and
keeping a good energy about everything around you. Dealy because
things don't have to be in the play of the
place of darkness. And when I say the place of darkness,

(11:08):
I'm talking about sadness and doom and gloom and depression.
Things don't have to be in that place. Stay in
the light or what is good. Stand the light or
what is inspirational. Stay in the light of what is
adifying for you. Stand the light according to what builds
you up. Stand the light according to what helps you

(11:30):
to think about life with a healthy and positive perspective.
I'm not saying you shouldn't acknowledge your problems and you
shouldn't pay attention to information to know what's going on.
But what I am saying is that in the process
of something happening, you still can keep a healthy perspective.

(11:51):
You still can care for yourself in a way that
will help you to be built up. There's a description
the Bible that says a mind that is focused on paraphrasing,
a mind that is focused prepares for the storm. For

(12:12):
an example, a person that leaves the house where they
think it's going to rain, they don't carry an umbrella,
they don't prepare for it. But a person that is
wise will prepare for the rain. So what I'm saying
to you is this, now is the time to be

(12:33):
built up. In the midst of all of the reports
and all the things that are going on right now
in America and across the world, Now is the time
to be built up. Now is the time to keep
the faith. Now is the time to stay encouraged. Now
is the time to stay focused. To stay focused not

(12:55):
to be drained. You must stay focused not to be discouraged.
You must stay focus to keep yourself aligned with the
things that will help you to be as stronger you.
That's right, because being influenced by what is edifying can

(13:16):
help you to grow spiritually. It can deepen your faith
and help you to have connections to higher values and
greater morals and the things that will work for you. Yes,
all of those things that I mentioned are extremely important.

(13:38):
Following what is edifying can also increase your productivity because
positive influences can boost your energy and help you to
stay focused, leading to greater productivity. And lastly, following what
is edifying can help you to have lasting fulfillment because

(14:05):
edifying influences contribute to a life of purpose, meaning and
lasting fulfillment. We all have to do the work in
this moment, in this hour, because if you are watching
the news, and if you are becoming disturbed and grieved

(14:28):
by what you hear, understand this. There's nothing wrong with
having a reaction to what is going on. But after
you hear the news, you still have to continue to
be the best you. There's nothing wrong with hearing the
report and saying to yourself, I don't like what's going on.

(14:48):
There's nothing wrong with that. But once you hear a report,
you still have to be a father. You still have
to be a mother, You still have to be a friend,
You still have to be a decent person.

Speaker 2 (15:00):
So make sure you understand.

Speaker 1 (15:05):
The power of following and being influenced by what is atifying.
You have to understand this because you want to take
on a mindset of strength. You want to take on
a mindset of being unwavering. You want to take on

(15:29):
a mindset of not being fearful, but you want to
be courageous. You want to take on a mindset of
being the best person you can be in this moment.
That's right, because you want to keep the faith. You
want to stay focused. You want to have continual wisdom

(15:55):
and knowledge. You want to maintain positive relationships. You want
to improve your decision you're making. You want to enhance creativity,
spiritual growth, and increase productivity. You want to do all
of those things that I mentioned why because you also
want to take care of your mental well being. You

(16:19):
have to do these things during this time that we
live in because you don't want to wait until it
rains and then all of a sudden say, oh well,
let me try to do all of these things to
catch up. No, you want to be prepared. You want
to be prepared for the storm. You want to be

(16:40):
prepared when it's going to rain. And in this time
that we're living in, we don't know what's gonna happen,
but we can still project what it's good and we
still can live quality filled lives depending on God. By far,

(17:00):
we still can do that. And you do that by
being influenced according to what is edifying.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
Yes, I pray.

Speaker 1 (17:18):
That every word that I have said, I pray in
the name of Jesus that you will listen carefully to
understand how important this is. I pray God that every
listener will just understand the power of being edified. I

(17:41):
pray God in the name of Jesus, that they will
just have the peace that passed all understanding in their homes. God,
and I pray that in the midst of their concern,
that they will just continually know that you have not
left us. In the name of Jesus, I pray listeners.

(18:02):
I had to pray that because I just felt like
this moment that we're living in so many people need
to be reminded that if you stay encouraged, if you
stay inspired, if you read the Bible, if you have faith,

(18:25):
if you believe in God, just remember remember that your
faith matters. Remember that you have to stay.

Speaker 2 (18:39):
Edified.

Speaker 1 (18:41):
You have to stay edified, you have to stay built up,
you have to stay inspired. It is a mandate, it
is not an option, because when you are focused and
when you are inspired.

Speaker 2 (18:56):
You can live. You don't have to be down. You
don't have to be sad.

Speaker 1 (19:02):
Yes, we are human and sometimes we have reactions to
things that can make us sad. But you don't have
to stay there. If you're going through something and you
just feel you feel like you can't get up, I'm
saying to you right now, get up, because you can
decide to get up, decide to take on a more

(19:25):
positive attitude about this day and to marvel. You don't
have to stay down. Make sure you don't forget the
power of prayer. Make sure you don't forget what the
Word of God says. And if you are a listener
and you don't know what the Bible says, just remember

(19:46):
pick the Bible up, or your karate or whatever it
is you read whatever you know about God in a
positive way.

Speaker 2 (19:54):
Keep believing. And I say Karan, because I'm talking about
the positive verse. Choose up. What is life? Anything that
is positive and virtuous, it is God. So please don't forget.

Speaker 1 (20:11):
I sound very passionate about passionate about what I'm saying
because we're living in a serious time and I'm very
passionate about what people are feeling.

Speaker 2 (20:22):
And have a concern.

Speaker 1 (20:24):
I have a legitimate concern about people, a genuine concern
about people. And this is why I sound the way
I sound. I'm real serious right now, and I just
want people to understand.

Speaker 2 (20:45):
You don't have to be down.

Speaker 1 (20:47):
You can stay encourage, take on a mindset of courage,
Take on a mindset of being focused, Take on a
mindset of being inspired. Yes you can look at the news,
and yes you can recognize what's happening, but you can
stay inspired, keep yourself lifted. You don't have to be
down home. You're living, so you don't have to be

(21:10):
down because you are living. Think about that. So I
