then you can.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
Project something good to happen.

sure you pray, and make sure you do not be
distracted by being on your telephone too much, your cell
phone too much, telephone, cell phone. I hope that you
are not this distracted by being on your cell phone

(01:02):
too much today in the public. That is because when
you are in the public on your cell phone too much,
that means you are distracted. You need to pay attention
to what is happening in your environment.

Okay, I am not telling you what to do.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
I'm just encouraging you to pay attention. Why because I care. Okay,

I just told myself get on and speak, and I
just want to remind you to just be encouraged today.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
That's right.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
Why Because even though in the midst of situations and
circumstances that might feel uncomfortable, you still can be encouraged.
You still can be determined, You still can have a focus.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
I do understand that when we go.

Speaker 2 (03:52):
Through challenging circumstances and situations, it doesn't feel good. That's right,
let's be real, doesn't feel good.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
But you still can have a focus.

Speaker 2 (04:04):
You still can have a good spirit, you still can
have good energy. You still can be the powerful person
that you are, right in the midst of turbulence. That's right,
Right in the midst of turbulence, you still can be
powerfol Yes you can.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
Yes you can. Oh, yes you can. Yes you can.

Speaker 2 (04:31):
I'm saying what I'm saying the way I'm saying because
I am snatching the doubt out of your mind right
now when I'm talking, I can literally, I can literally
feel the thoughts of people sometimes, and I don't want
to explain all of that, but that's why I talk

(04:52):
the way I talk. When I say yes you can,
I am talking to that doubt that's trying to speak
to your mind. Yes you can, and you still can
be powerful in the midst of turbulence. And I know
sometimes it gets uncomfortable. In my own life, I have

(05:12):
gone through things and situations and circumstances, and I have
been disappointed.

Speaker 1 (05:18):
I have gone through ups and downs.

Speaker 2 (05:20):
But in the mist of whatever we go through, we
still can boost our confidence. We can reduce our fears,
we can increase our motivation. We can strengthen our resilience.
We can focus on what is good and all the
things that provide hope. We can build our inner strength,

(05:42):
we can improve our mental health, we can create connections,
we can promote personal growth, and we can inspire others.
If you just stay in courage, I want you to
stay encouraged today. That's all I want to tell you.

(06:06):
Stay encouraged. Boost your confidence.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
That's right.

Speaker 2 (06:12):

in yourself. So boost your confidence by thinking more encouraging
and more positive.

from setbacks as you stay focused. To simply stay encouraged,
that's right. Provide hope when you think positively. It reminds
you that difficult times are just for the moment. It's temporarily.

(07:22):
It's not gonna be like that all the time. Build
in a strength. Encouragement helps you focus on possibilities instead
of problems.

Speaker 1 (07:34):
That's right. Focus on the possibilities.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
Even when it feels like it's not going to change.
Focus on possibilities because you can. I want you to
make it. I don't know you, i've never seen you
some of you, but I want you to make it.

(07:58):
I want you to make it because I know what
it's like to be down. I know what it's like
to go through situations and circumstances. I know what it's
like to feel disappointed. Discouraged. I know what that feels like.
So I'm saying to you, please, just stay encouraged today.

(08:21):
Look at the people that love you. Look at their
pictures today. Think about the people that love you. Think
about the people that have supported you. Think about the
people that have told you you can make it. Think
about the people that have been in your corner that
have supported you that the people that have done great

(08:42):
things for you, think about them today. I'm speaking fast again.
You know, when I speak fast, I triple my words
a little bit. But it's okay because I'm human and
I embrace my flaws with confidence.

Speaker 1 (08:56):
I embrace my humanity. That's right.

Speaker 2 (09:01):
So just stay confident and stay encouraged today, improving mental health.

(09:23):
receive encouragement that will make you feel supported and less alone.

you have conquered another goal so that you can conquer

(09:43):
this goal. Yes, when you stay encouraged, it pushes.

Speaker 1 (09:54):
You to step outside.

Speaker 2 (09:56):
Of your comfort zone because you are pushing mentally to
grow and to take on an attitude that is necessary
to boost your confidence and to simply stay encouraged.

Speaker 1 (10:19):
You have to do it. You have to stay and encouraged.

Speaker 2 (10:23):
And lastly, when you stay encouraged without a shadow of
a doubt, when you stay encouraged, you will have the
ability and the power and the positive energy to support
and uplift and encourage others. So just stay encouraged today.

You have to do it. I am telling you about
all the benefits that you can be a part of.
If you just stay encouraged. Being down, being down mentally, spiritually,

(11:43):
or in your attitude, that's not gonna help.

Speaker 1 (11:46):
If you decide to stay down, that's not gonna help.

Speaker 2 (11:49):
But if you decide to get up, if you decide
to stay focused, if you decide to keep going, if
you decide to think more positive.

Speaker 1 (11:57):
If you decide to.

Speaker 2 (11:59):
Stay encouraged, then you will experience the power of who
you are on another level. So please stay and encouraged today.
By all means, stay encouraged today. Decide that you are

(12:21):
going to stay encouraged today. You have to do it.
