In this special edition of Schiffbauer Over Rocks, host Paul Schiffbauer Jr. joins the eclectic crew from Gift Horse Brewing Company on location: Jason Snyder, the Head Brewer and General Manager; Mickey Knaper, one of its friendly Owners; Erin Levine, the trusty Bar Manager; and Davy O'Leary, known as the Greatest Barman around town in York.

The Gift Horse crew dives into the heart of brewing and bar management in this episode, shedding light on their different roles in creating exceptional beers and fostering a vibrant community atmosphere at Gift Horse Brewing Company.
