Speaker 1 (00:04):
No, hello there, don't be alarmed. We're just referring your
listening device for Scuba Radio, the world's first radio show
devoted to diving. We do this, of course, by fielding
your radio with water. We're proficient. Thanks to me. You
won't even get wet. You see, I've crammed every appetitive
my body into the cracks and crevices of your radio.
By the way, don't touch your on off knob. That's
a very sensitive area. Anyway, I should remind you we

(00:28):
believe in the buddy system, just like diving, So don't
listen alone. Called your buddy and tell them that Scuba
Radio is about to be given.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
We're going to start a new life under the sea.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
Am I gonna drown? Of course not. Just stay calm
and let the gentle currents relecture every muscle.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
Under the Just get warmer.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
No, no, heg you take done.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
Rustations under the sea.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
Where the hell are show? And no, here's your dive
guy for Scuba Radio, Greg the Dive Master.

Speaker 4 (01:07):
And Welcome Dowur, two of the world's first radio show
devoted to diving. I am Greg the Dive Master. CJ
Aka Cox Johnson had to leave for a previous engagement,
so we're gonna let him slide for now. Hopefully it
involves diving, but we'll find out next week along with
everyone else. In the meantime, we go the Scuba Radio,

(01:29):
Scuba Squad connected via the web, Bearry the Bugger of Anny,
two tanks, Cherry the diver guy, Casey the Tobacco Nut,
And before we get to our next guest, Megan Heny Greer,
I do want to tease the fact we're going to
talk about a new wreck that we're gonna look into
diving that we've already dived. I mean, like so it was.
It was a dive boat that was turned into an

(01:50):
artificial reef, and we'll tell you about that in just
a bit. However, Megan is with us right now and
we got to talk about the DIMA Show and Explorer ventures. Megan,
always a pleasure having you on Scuba Radio. How you been,
what's going on?

Speaker 5 (02:04):
I am good.

Speaker 6 (02:05):
It's always great to be here when I can actually
like set my alarm and remember to call in.

Speaker 4 (02:11):
Well, that's okay. She's a busy gal.

Speaker 6 (02:13):
You're eternally patient with me. I just have to say
so thank you for that.

Speaker 4 (02:16):
She's a globe trotter, you know, kind of a big deal.
Is always run around a little little scattered sometimes because
she has so many balls in the air. Right, that's yeah, yeah,
but we got you today. So that's what.

Speaker 5 (02:32):
I'm hailing from Colorado today. It's a beautiful day out here.

Speaker 4 (02:35):
You guys, excellent.

Speaker 5 (02:37):
All the leaves are turning.

Speaker 6 (02:38):
But man, I'll tell you what, the mountains are only
a close second for me.

Speaker 5 (02:44):
For the ocean.

Speaker 4 (02:44):
Well, you know, they say one of the largest contingency
contingencies of divers scuba divers is in Colorado, and the
largest amount of skiers are a huge amount of SKUs
are in and like Miami. It's crazy.

Speaker 6 (03:01):
I know, it's super random. It's like, yes, it's a
total switch. But yeah, funny enough. I'm actually going to
the Mermaid Masquerade ball tonight out here in sunny Colorado
with the Inland Ocean Coalition. Yes, we're going to go masquerading,
and it's a big fundraiser for them. It was actually, uh,
one of the first legit marine conservation jobs I got

(03:23):
was out here in Colorado after I graduated from university,
and it was with it was then called the Colorado
Ocean Coalitions.

Speaker 4 (03:29):
Well, I love it. So you even have Mermaids in
the mountains of Colorado.

Speaker 5 (03:33):
We do have mermaids pirates, you name it.

Speaker 4 (03:35):
Yeah, and everybody crashes up for the season. The whole
thing for this thing tonight is that the yeah, yeah, good, yes, Casey,
what where are you in Colorado?

Speaker 7 (03:45):
Megan?

Speaker 6 (03:46):
I am just east of Boulder, Colorado, and so the
Mermaid Masquerade ball is going to be in Boulder this evening.

Speaker 7 (03:53):
I managed to dive shop in Vail, Colorado per year.

Speaker 5 (03:56):
Really. Oh it's such a small world, right, absolutely.

Speaker 7 (04:01):
It was amazing how many people we had diving from there.

Speaker 6 (04:05):
There are so many And they say, where do you
dive in Colorado?

Speaker 5 (04:08):
It's like the airport. I do not dive here, that's right, the.

Speaker 8 (04:11):
Travel see anything.

Speaker 4 (04:13):
Yeah, yeah, it's a number one dive site in Colorado.

Speaker 8 (04:16):
Probably that's where from Ago.

Speaker 4 (04:19):
Okay, Well absolutely.

Speaker 5 (04:22):
That's a perfect segue. And to explore adventures.

Speaker 4 (04:24):
Yeah, that's what we you know, we just did a
you know, a big trip. Well, the big one of
twenty twenty five for me was a Maldives and I
had an amazing adventure. That was my fourth trip to
the Maldives a couple of months ago and and I
don't think it'll be my last. Every time, I always
think when I go on one of these, especially one

(04:44):
of these trips where after travel quite a ways to
get there, which this was definitely right up there, I
was like, ah, I may not be able to make
it again. But after I did it, I.

Speaker 2 (04:53):
Was like, I gotta go back again.

Speaker 5 (04:55):
I will be going again. Yeah, I haven't dove there yet,
so I would. I was really sad at it going
to go on that trip.

Speaker 4 (05:01):
But there's another reason.

Speaker 5 (05:03):
There'll be more.

Speaker 4 (05:04):
Yes, I mean it's it's just amazing in the Maldives
and Explore Adventures goes all over the world, and you know,
the DIMA Show is a massive event where you debut
maybe some new options. We'll see. Are we even allowed
to say anything in that regard at this point or
do we got to wait a few weeks for the
demo show.

Speaker 5 (05:23):
We need we need to wait, but we do have.

Speaker 6 (05:26):
We are going to have dema specials and we're going
to be I will be there in the morning with
all of you fabulous scuba radio folks. Yes, to do
the morning shows and the giveaways and all of that.
So we are we're working out right now, which trips
we're going to be giving away, which is exciting. We'll
have a uh spin the wheel at the booth and yeah,

(05:47):
all in all, it's going to be a great dema
and I'm really excited for it and uh just yeah,
really excited to see everybody as.

Speaker 5 (05:55):
As every year.

Speaker 6 (05:56):
So right now, though, if everybody is interested in, if
anyone out there likes to save one thousand dollars on
your trip or up to eleven hundred dollars on your trip,
we do have the Fall Special running right now.

Speaker 5 (06:09):
We call it. We're calling it the Grand.

Speaker 6 (06:11):
Fall Refresh because Caribbean Explorer too just got out a
dry dock and she is shining like a new penny.

Speaker 4 (06:17):
I saw the pictures. Man, it does look pretty impressive.

Speaker 6 (06:21):
You's looking great. She's got a new carpet. Throughout they
redid the all the stuff in the salon with the
cushions and the tabletops and.

Speaker 4 (06:29):
All of that.

Speaker 6 (06:30):
But a lot of the work also was the hull
and the dive deck and also like rebuilding the engine,
getting a new air conditioner, like all of the internal
stuff that is the creature comforts and safety and all
of that.

Speaker 5 (06:41):
That you might not see. But a lot of it
where it's kind of like the beauty from the inside out.

Speaker 6 (06:47):
Yes, absolutely, she's got it all going on right now.

Speaker 4 (06:50):
Well, last time I was on the Caribbean Explorer too.
You know, we're cruising around Saba and that's where I
think I saw an underwater UFO. I've told that, so
I don't know if you know about that, Megan, I
don't know.

Speaker 5 (07:02):
This story, clearly, I need to know immediately. Don't start, Megan,
my fin in my mouth.

Speaker 4 (07:10):
No, No, I just think the underwater bases might be
near Saba. That's just my thing. I saw something and
I explain it. But you heard it here first, or
maybe s you've.

Speaker 5 (07:20):
Heard it here first, that's right. Yeah, but we do.
We have a big sale going on.

Speaker 6 (07:25):
It ends coming up this week on October twenty second.
You need to book by that day and it includes
Caribbean Explorer too. Like you just said, is uh, what
are you showing me in?

Speaker 4 (07:36):
What is Barry doing?

Speaker 9 (07:37):
Now?

Speaker 5 (07:37):
On you doing the website?

Speaker 6 (07:39):
Go to Explorer Ventures dot com and you can click
right on the main picture that comes up that'll take
you to the sale going on. But it's Caribbean Explorer too,
which is Saba and Saint Kitts, and you might even
see an underwater UFO no motes.

Speaker 5 (07:52):
You never know.

Speaker 4 (07:53):
Oh you're going to see some alien life because some
of the critters down there below.

Speaker 3 (07:57):
Oh my god, I.

Speaker 5 (07:58):
Know, it's incredible down there.

Speaker 6 (07:59):
And then I so Turks and Kikos Explore to is
ae thousand off per person, and then Humble Explorering Galapagos
is eleven one hundred off per person and it's for
select departures. So all the dates for the trips are
listed there as well, but it's coming up over some
of the holidays.

Speaker 5 (08:18):
Into the New year, things like that.

Speaker 6 (08:19):
But who doesn't love to save like one thousand or
eleven hundred bucks?

Speaker 4 (08:23):
Yeah right, I mean, they always have something cool going
on in that regard. And again, if you've got to
explore adventures dot com, make sure you sign up for
their newsletter. You'll be first to get all the latest
deals and specials that they offer. With Megan and the
gang from Explore Adventures, they've been the official liverboard sponsor
scuper Radio for god knows twenty years now, and we're

(08:44):
going to do it again at the DIMA Show. Every
morning of the four day show, we give away a
live board trip each morning. It's quite a thing that
we've been able to do together with those folks, and
you know, it has a tendency to cause the attending
he used to walk into the show with a big
old grin on their face, especially if they end up
being one of the winners. So Megan's gonna help us

(09:06):
out with that as usual. And I look forward to
seeing you there and just sharing the love of diving
and getting together and just having a good old time
as we always do, right Megan, Absolutely.

Speaker 6 (09:18):
Yeah, I'm looking forward to seeing everybody there, So come
on down. Are you showing my face there? Yes, I
am the marketing manager if you're wondering my affiliation with
Explorer Adventures. I came on with them full time this
last year and I am the marketing manager, which is
really exciting. I love the.

Speaker 5 (09:37):
Team is amazing.

Speaker 6 (09:39):
It's a family owned business since nineteen eighty seven, and
we are like green divers. You know, we got sustainability

the One that started at All. Listen as Mike deals
with submarines, kidnapping, betrayal and more.

Speaker 10 (11:42):
He didn't even have fins or a mask to let
him see in the water. He was going to be
slow and blind. If they weren't for the float, he
knew there would be no way he would ever make
it to the surface.

With Scuba Radio Media, the world's first radio show devoted
to Diving, Dive.

Speaker 4 (12:28):
Dive Dive.

Speaker 1 (12:32):
I used to watch you with the improblem when I
was starting out. It says you made me laugh so
hard because I had just started to learning.

Speaker 8 (12:38):
To scuba dive. You did that bit about scuba diving.

Speaker 1 (12:41):
And how the whole point of the sport is not
to die. There's a fish, is a rock who cares,
don't die Scuba Dive.

Speaker 4 (12:51):
This is the world's first radio show devoted to diving.
I am Greg to Die Master Okay Scuba Radio Scuba
Squad connected via the web. Burry the Bugger, Jerry the
Dollar Guy, Casey the Tobacco Nut, and Vinnie two Tanks.
Who has the official Scuba Radio pumpkin mascot. He's been
doing this for the last few years. Last year he

(13:12):
kind of dropped the pumpkin literally, but this year he's
got his pumpkin back with a long stem. We asked
UH listeners to give us potential names for this, you know, unofficial, Well,
it's official official pumpkin of Scuba Radio that he will manage.
Here's some of the suggestions so far. Jack O, Lantern Fish,

(13:32):
the Buoyance Buoyancy Bandit, Scuba Steve Okay, UH pumpkin kicked.
I don't know. Uh, let's see buoyancy, Bob's interesting, fantastic
jack ah. So there you go. There's a couple the

(13:53):
crack o lantern, cracking lantern, squid face.

Speaker 3 (13:57):
You're all pretty creative, squid.

Speaker 4 (13:59):
Face, sharco lantern that could be real. Maybe creepy sephle
pod what yeah, the zephalopod. Yes, yeah, AnyWho, those are
some ideas any of those working for you there, Vinnie
or no? I mean the last one he named was Harry. Why,

(14:22):
we have no idea, but so.

Speaker 8 (14:26):
It had mold growing out he did Harry mode.

Speaker 4 (14:29):
It did not, It did not have anything remotely connected
to anything Harry whatsoever. It was just that's what you know. No,
it didn't. I'm telling you. He just looked at it
and he knew immediately it was a Harry, right. It
was just you know, you just saw it. It spoke
to you, Isn't that right? U? Vinnie? I mean, what

(14:53):
did the therapist say about you?

Speaker 5 (14:55):
What is No, It's just I always thought it was
a funny first name.

Speaker 4 (14:58):
So Harry, yeah, Harry, last name all over?

Speaker 7 (15:04):
Just so yeah, okay, I called them Harry and you
accepted it.

Speaker 3 (15:11):
Right, but that's why I picked it.

Speaker 2 (15:13):
Well, that's what happens when the official when the official
joke writer has to leave early.

Speaker 4 (15:18):
We go okay if you say so. Uh AnyWho, Uh,
well you have some news to talk about. So uh
they finally got this uh the next which one was it? Uh,
Jerry the next on real quall or the pilot that
got sunk or both of the pilot.

Speaker 8 (15:36):
What they sunk the other day?

Speaker 4 (15:38):
Okay, so in it off the coast to Deston or
somewhere around there. So they okay, so this is This
is the No Seasick liverboard boat that I went on
several times back in the day. It was one of
my first It was locked down here in lad I
was when down the intercas. Absolutely it was. It was
quite a quite a vessel. I mean, the the top

(16:01):
deck on that thing was amazing. I loved it. And
the fact that they they dubbed it or marketed as
the No Seasick liverboard Boat hooked me in early on.
And it was. It was very stable, but it ended
up having some other issues over the years. It was
very slow as far as traversing, but that wasn't a
huge deal, but.

Speaker 8 (16:24):
A catamaran.

Speaker 2 (16:25):
I mean, yeah, but it was a huge catamaran actually
in the technology box.

Speaker 4 (16:30):
Yeah, the technology was actually based on oil rig technology
and it was pretty unique thing and it worked pretty
well for a while, but then it got hooked up
into some some bad seas and had some issues. I
mean they lost their in the back of their transom
one time in a storm. I mean, they just had a.

Speaker 2 (16:50):
Quite a few transom go up and down and it
was an elevator.

Speaker 9 (16:54):
It was like an elevator, had the swim deck that
raised up and down on it to end.

Speaker 4 (17:00):
Well, I mean that's what the transom. Yeah, so you
get on it and then they would lower it down
almost like an elevator to the water level after you're
all geared up and ready to go. It's pretty unique.
But you know, as cool as it was, it ended
up having some problems kind of operating in the world
real world and some of the conditions, and they just

(17:21):
had some real challenges and finally just they couldn't operate anymore.
There was some I don't know, there was some problems
with it constantly being wet in the uh, in the
rooms because it was one it was like a metal can,
like a tuna fish can. Yeah, condensation would build up
and you get drips and you know, on your bed

(17:42):
and stuff, but hey, I didn't care. I'm a diver.

Speaker 2 (17:45):
It's a little water.

Speaker 4 (17:45):
Who cares.

Speaker 2 (17:48):
Yeah, well, yeah, Martini.

Speaker 4 (17:50):
He was a backup captain on the Pilot and possibly
the real Quhile. So they were sister ships. Neckton Pilot
was the first one and then they did the necked
On Requail. So they had a pair of these boats
and they could handle quite a few divers.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
Like.

Speaker 4 (18:07):
What I really loved about the boat overall was the
top deck was really open and pretty high off the water,
so you couldn't hear you wouldn't hear the engines going. Yeah,
and I mean it was a massive deck because it
was uh, you know, very wide. I don't I don't
know what it was, like eighty feet long maybe or
something like that, but really wide. So it was a huge,

(18:29):
huge deck on top and really fun place to hang.

Speaker 9 (18:32):
One of those boats got they broke loose and got
wedged under a bridge or something one time, didn't they.

Speaker 8 (18:38):
Well I don't think it was.

Speaker 4 (18:41):
No. Well, when they were towing it to sink it, Yeah,
one of them was flowing too high and they had
what recail. The pilot was the first one. Recoil was
the second one. Yeah, they had some issue when they
were towing it to the sites and they had to
get it under a bridge and it was sticking up
too high under some very I don't know what happened,

(19:03):
but but I know that, but they at least got
the pilot down. Maybe they're still working on that one.
I don't know, but it's kind of you know, it's interesting.
I'm not aware of any other you know, dive boat
like this, uh, you know, like a liver board vessel
that was operating for years being turned into an artificial reef.

(19:23):
I'm sure that's happened around the world with you know,
dive operators, you know, smaller, smaller day boats and things,
But a big liver board boat like that, I'm not
familiar with any other sites like this. This will be
a pretty unique, uh artificial reef, I think.

Speaker 2 (19:38):
And if they add that, if they add that to
the b R system that's being now, they're both okay,
if you remember what room you stayed in, they could
actually put your face on there is you know, click
your face. Greg Holt used to stay on this boat.

Speaker 4 (19:57):
That's right.

Speaker 2 (19:58):
I was.

Speaker 4 (19:59):
I was right there, yeah, right there. Yeah. I mean
I'm very familiar with the UH with the vessel. So
you know, if we ever can work it out to
get out there to do this, I mean, that would
be a pretty unique experience. I mean it'd be like
one of the you know, uh, you know, navy guys
going out on one of these uh ships like the

(20:21):
Risky or something, you know, on a much much smaller scale.
But that'd be pretty cool to go. I mean, you know,
I don't know how open. I would assume you can
get into it somewide er they've opened it up to
hopefully make it safe and that kind of thing.

Speaker 8 (20:35):
Well, I think they have to do that on all
of the things.

Speaker 4 (20:38):
Yeah, they of course they do all right, But still
it'd be pretty awesome to go check it out, and
I think we will Mark coming up, stay close, Come

(21:00):

Your surface interval is complete. You are now clear to dive.
With Scuba Radio, the world's first radio show devoted to diving, dive.

Speaker 4 (22:27):
Dive dive.

Speaker 12 (22:31):
You guys still make Danny DeVito do crazy, often humiliate,
often humiliating, and then and sometimes life threatening stunt.

Speaker 8 (22:42):
Yeah that's true.

Speaker 4 (22:42):
Let me, did you ever say knock at all?

Speaker 1 (22:45):
This time?

Speaker 5 (22:45):
We almost killed him this year, we almost drowned him.

Speaker 13 (22:49):
We we did an underwater sequence and Danny's incredibly buoyant.

Speaker 2 (22:55):
It was.

Speaker 1 (22:58):
Like a booby, So yeah, it's hard to get him down.

Speaker 13 (23:01):
So we really had to weigh him down. And when
the shot was over and we were all trying to
get back to the surface for air, we all quickly
got through the water, but because we'd weighed him down,
he sort of got halfway and was going nowhere.

Speaker 4 (23:14):
I had not look a panic in his eyes of
like this's the end.

Speaker 2 (23:17):
These guys killed me. But we had to safety divers.

Speaker 4 (23:19):
They got him.

Speaker 3 (23:20):
Come on down to the bottom of the scene.

Speaker 4 (23:25):
This is the world's first radio show devoted to diving.
I am Greg the di master. Okay, so look, we
got the scuba radio scuba squad connected via the web.
And I'm not sure if all of them know this,
but it was announced this week that our good buddy
Tom Ingram from The Demer Show, while announced his retirement,

(23:47):
and that was a shocker. I mean, we've already had
that crazy, crazy news, and yeah, I mean, it's just
it's just amazing. I got a call from the I've
got and Tom called him and they had a little chat,
and you know, he let me know right away, and

(24:09):
I was like, I haven't talked to Tom directly yet,
but I will. Figured i'd give him a week or
so to kind of, you know, get the word out
to everybody, and we'll get him on the show and
find out what he's been thinking. I didn't see this coming,
to be honest, and you know, it didn't like we
haven't had enough news in the dive industry of the
last few weeks with all this stuff we've been talking

(24:30):
about with passing to Jerry Baby and Nancy Easterbrook and
Michael Maduro. I mean, we've had three big players passed
away in the last few weeks, and we're having an
event for Jerry. We're doing a thing with crazy socks
from Michael. I mean, Nancy was involved with the Cayman
Islands quite a bit, so a lot of people are

(24:50):
gonna be reminiscing in that regard. And then you know,
Tom announces he's retiring, and I'm like, hey, this is
gonna be an interesting demon show in that regard. I mean,
it'll be good time to get everybody together. And that's
what we always do anyway, is bring everybody together, have
a few cocktails, catch up with our friends in the industry,

(25:11):
compare notes, try to be better businesses and things like that.
But on a first details, yeah, a few, ky, well
maybe many, and it'll be very interesting though. Uh and
you know, but Tomvotily, I mean got to give props
to him. He's done an amazing job over the last

(25:32):
god knows how many years he's been the head of
the Demo organization. And so now they're they're putting out
they're there for. They formed a committee to find a
new leader for, you know, to take his position. I
figured it'll take a while, but I don't know, Vinnie,
you want to nominate yourself or deron?

Speaker 5 (25:52):
No, I'm I'm retired.

Speaker 4 (25:54):
Good good, Okay, got mark that one off the list.
Jerry Casey Bear falling apart. All of you are definitely.

Speaker 8 (26:05):
That that would like to see get in it.

Speaker 9 (26:08):
Who I said, I would like to see somebody get
in it that that I know yeah.

Speaker 2 (26:13):
I'll do it.

Speaker 8 (26:15):
Well, she she would be doing good. She would do good.

Speaker 4 (26:18):
Yeah, who No, it depends. Oh yeah, yeah, I don't know, Nicole.

Speaker 7 (26:25):
I'm not right here.

Speaker 4 (26:27):
Yeah, I'll do it.

Speaker 2 (26:28):
What Casey say something about doing what?

Speaker 4 (26:32):
No, I didn't hear anything, Casey.

Speaker 8 (26:35):
The vote will be when you're in Japan. So yeah, okay, fine.

Speaker 4 (26:40):
Yeah, I don't know, Jerry, you bring up Nicole, who
was kind of like second in command there at the organization.
Who knows what they're going to do. I don't know
if that what they would usually do is that, well,
I don't know. I mean they're forming a committee to
kind of put out feelers. They may want to bring in,
you know, somebody new outside the industry from talking fresh blood,

(27:02):
be great ideas. I can't Japan.

Speaker 2 (27:06):
Yeah, I've kept.

Speaker 7 (27:07):
This show going for twenty eight years with my ideas.

Speaker 4 (27:10):
Wow, all those bad ideas we can blame on case.

Speaker 2 (27:15):
He is the reason why this show's in the toilet.

Speaker 4 (27:22):
Yeah. Yeah, but but yeah, it's pretty interesting to see
how things are evolving.

Speaker 8 (27:30):
I mean, I know several people that would do good. Yeah,
I mean, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (27:35):
It may be time to bring in somebody brand new
to the industry. I mean, you know, there's going to
be an argument for all different you know, sides of this,
and they'll take their time to figure it out.

Speaker 2 (27:46):
But that happen way too much.

Speaker 4 (27:52):
Yeah, what very good.

Speaker 2 (27:54):
Knowing the industry being in on it, learning it is important,
and just to bring someone cold just because they worked
in a different industry is not necessarily the best thing.

Speaker 4 (28:06):
Well, it depends on what the goal is. Are they
going to try to they want to take a different approach,
you know, to marketing scuba diving outside the industry, that
that would be that argument for that, But I don't
know what they're gonna gonna do in that regard. Well,
left find out with everyone else.

Speaker 7 (28:24):
The main thing we need to worry about is they
don't fire us.

Speaker 4 (28:28):
Well, I don't think that's a worry, that's a given.
Yeah all right, yeah, well now we know why Casey's
not involved in this process. But anyway it'll be we'll
monitor it accordingly and we'll keep doing our thing, and
I have no doubt it'll be uh, you know, it'll

(28:49):
work out well, and Tom will take him under the
under his fin whoever gets gets that role to take
it over. I mean, they're you know they're basically going
to be been pretty good company. I have a feeling
it's not going to be an abrupt change this. I mean,
he made the announcement and I think, you know it's

(29:09):
gonna be at the end of the year, so he'll
still be the man in charge at the Demon show
here in a few weeks, but it'll be a good
opportunity to catch up with him there and we'll get
him on the show. Like I said, I want to
give him a week or two and we may just
wait till the broadcast that we do from the Dema
show to to sit down with him for a few minutes.

Speaker 9 (29:29):
And I see that to you, I think Tuesday and
been out low. It was like, what the crap?

Speaker 4 (29:36):
Yeah, I actually heard. I kind of heard right before
it happened, you know, so I got wind of what
was coming down. But hey, you know the times change's Yeah.

Speaker 2 (29:47):
Well it's also you know, sometimes you just want to retire,
You just want to kick back and not have so
much responsibility.

Speaker 4 (29:54):
I mean, for twenty eight years I've been asked this question.
You know, how you know, when are you going to retire? Greg?
When a' you gonna.

Speaker 2 (29:59):
Stop up retire?

Speaker 4 (30:01):
What's sooner please.

Speaker 8 (30:04):
Your age or should be you have to work to retire?

Speaker 7 (30:08):
No, no, no, no, I already got when you're gonna
stop diving around the world and relax.

Speaker 4 (30:13):
I think I already I already shall shared this whole
thing with you guys when I I'm not going to retire.
AI Greg's taking over Scuba Radio and it'll probably be
a major improvement. So I'm just gonna say, Okay.

Speaker 8 (30:29):
Cay help the looks.

Speaker 4 (30:30):
I mean, that's well, what do you mean it can't
help the looks of course.

Speaker 9 (30:34):
Well, if it's making a generated version of you, I
mean that's not much.

Speaker 2 (30:41):
Well, wow, see the uh computating.

Speaker 4 (30:46):
I don't even know. So I don't even know what
to say to that other than you're fired. No, yeah,
we still love you. I'm just going to tell the
AI Greg go listen to twenty eight years, thirty years
the show, and uh do this show every week like me,
and it'll probably ten times better than what we put

(31:07):
out every week. Now. Never it could never be kick
back and just cash the checks and.

Speaker 2 (31:13):
You gotta kick back in your Toto toilet.

Speaker 4 (31:16):
Yeah, that's right, you gotta pay for that puppy, I Greg.

Speaker 7 (31:21):
AI Greg to interact with us though.

Speaker 4 (31:24):
Well, well they'll be Ai Casey, Ai Vinnie, AI Barry,
and then they'll be Jerry be done. Yeah.

Speaker 8 (31:34):
Well, if you remember Greg, I was a germ in
the Puppet Show.

Speaker 4 (31:40):
He was a germ. That's true, my germ. Yeah, ladies
are yeah exactly. So maybe we'll just go back to
that idea. Just have him a meet like Scuba Radio
Scuba Squad.

Speaker 1 (31:54):
He's the worldwide scuba radio network.

Speaker 3 (32:08):
Excuse a ring for guy.

Speaker 1 (32:15):
Your surface interval is complete. You are now clear to
dive with Scuba Radio, the world's first radio show devoted
to diving.

Speaker 2 (32:26):
Dive, dive, dive.

Speaker 3 (32:31):
What we eat today is young blocks.

Speaker 1 (32:36):
I can remove your brain.

Speaker 14 (32:40):
I was diving in the ocean late one night when
my eyes went blurry in the foggy sight. I had
forgotten one thing I hate to admit I would have
seen clearly now if I had only spit into it
was now a monster mask. So much for this dive task.

(33:03):
It's made of rubbering glass. I hate this foggy monster mask.

Speaker 3 (33:10):
It sucks balls.

Speaker 4 (33:13):
Okay, what is this time of year where you do this?
And well least we do on the world's first radio show,
to Yeah we do AI. Greg approved this, you know,
so you know when I retire, this will continue on
the same annoying songs you hear week in and week out.

(33:35):
For the dive related twist, we'll continue on for eternity.

Speaker 7 (33:42):
Thanks for the whole selection of Halloween songs.

Speaker 4 (33:47):
Well, we'll do that next week or the weekend, assuming
the aliens don't come and stop everything on our tracks.
Because you know, we were talking about this last week.
You guys were joking, you are mocking me, and then
you saw the news this week, right, Well, there's a
big documentary coming out in October around the stake. Just

(34:09):
right after the Demer show. They have like thirty five
people from government that say they are amongst us. You
didn't see this, did you Bury? No, you're too because
you get your lobotomy this.

Speaker 2 (34:22):
Week, right, And all those videos are always a little
bit out of focus, not quite.

Speaker 4 (34:27):
No, No, this is like Marco Rubio, other congressmen, a
lot of people in the government.

Speaker 2 (34:34):
Thirty five Marco grew up in Miami. This is the
problem there.

Speaker 4 (34:38):
Okay, but they have government knowledge of these things.

Speaker 8 (34:41):
Was this all on seeing in or google it?

Speaker 4 (34:45):
You'll see it all over. I told you about this
last week.

Speaker 2 (34:47):
There you go, that's where you get the true guys
are googlers.

Speaker 8 (34:50):
It's a scam.

Speaker 4 (34:51):
It's okay, alright, you say that now, Vinnie. And I'm
telling you as I said last week, you can are
in denial and you guys are gonna be the first
ones to be probed. And I I'll know what's coming,
so I'll know.

Speaker 2 (35:08):
That's why you want that.

Speaker 4 (35:12):
We have underwater bases all around the world, and they're
gonna come up from the water and from the sky
and the whole thing. Hey, Ai Atlas, right the media,
we were talking about our comment. We were talking about
last week. They still have not released the photos that
were taken on October third.

Speaker 2 (35:32):
Here we are supposed to hit.

Speaker 4 (35:34):
Two weeks later, they have still not released the photos.

Speaker 2 (35:39):
It hasn't hit Earth. It's supposed to hit. They oh,
it's going to hit. It passed a probe. Pay attention, Barry.

Speaker 4 (35:49):
It passed a probe that had a high resolution camera.
It was supposed to be the best pictures yet and
NASA has yet to real it's been over two weeks now.
Why they claim it's because of the government shutdown or
could it be the aliens are on their way and

(36:12):
they don't want to freak us out. I'm just saying,
don't use No, I hope that I actually I know
the scuttle, but I know the scuttle, but I watch
it all. But there is a new documentary coming out
that in November. Trust my trust, you heard it here. First.
We're way ahead of this curve. But it's because I

(36:35):
think divers are going to be on the front line
of our first encounter, because I think the they're coming
in to check in with their underwater bases. They'll either
come from the sky both and underwater same times. Like okay,
bend over Humans.

Speaker 2 (36:50):
Encounters of the fourth that's what you're welcome.

Speaker 8 (36:53):
Greggs. See you want to be probed.

Speaker 2 (36:55):
Again, No, and again and again.

Speaker 4 (36:58):
You guys make jokes, and I just try to inform
you as I've done for twenty eight years on this show,
to make sure our audience divers are in the know
when it comes to this kind of stuff, because, if any,
we have more experience with crazy looking critters from the
underwater world than any of the humans.

Speaker 9 (37:20):
On MASSA has confirmed that this is the third interstellar
object that has come close to us here lately.

Speaker 4 (37:30):
Okay, but they have not released the photos from October third.

Speaker 8 (37:34):
This looks like a big rock.

Speaker 4 (37:35):
Okay, have they released the photos from October third? Have
they Google that? And you'll see they have not the
insight on this.

Speaker 7 (37:43):
You do contact government.

Speaker 4 (37:46):
And yeah, he's a little green man he works.

Speaker 7 (37:49):
For who has revealed a cocktail lounge. And the marshers
are all holding up their martees.

Speaker 4 (37:55):
Oh you make jokes.

Speaker 2 (37:56):
You make jokes now, I'm serious.

Speaker 7 (37:58):
That's what they got pictures of and it shocked them
so badly they won't release them to the public.

Speaker 4 (38:03):
Yeah, they did.

Speaker 7 (38:04):
The Martians have their own version of a martini.

Speaker 4 (38:07):
Uh huh pack.

Speaker 1 (38:11):
At least they hit. They like a good drink.

Speaker 4 (38:13):
Maybe a Martian Martini is that what your Yeah.

Speaker 5 (38:18):
Martine is a very good drink.

Speaker 4 (38:19):
What are you doing?

Speaker 2 (38:20):
Barry having a strong attacks at cack Cack cack?

Speaker 4 (38:25):
What happened?

Speaker 7 (38:26):
Those scars on Barry's forehead are actually access packed.

Speaker 4 (38:30):
As the star phones.

Speaker 8 (38:32):
The man's in our driving him around.

Speaker 7 (38:37):
They open up and some little guy climb out and go, hey,
clean the windshiw wipers.

Speaker 2 (38:42):
Right, there's a new intendant from that site.

Speaker 4 (38:45):
You guys have your fun, but hey, once again, I
told you here. I mean, I've been talking about this
for the last couple of years.

Speaker 2 (38:51):
I know you packed me up here in the world.

Speaker 4 (38:53):
I told you to be prepared.

Speaker 8 (38:55):
If they come, they come. If they don't they don't.

Speaker 4 (38:58):
Well, yeah, but if you know, uh, you at least
you'll have a better idea as supposed to be supposed
to be totally taking off off guard. You'll be, you know,
psychologically prepared.

Speaker 8 (39:11):
I have enough guns to shoot, so.

Speaker 4 (39:13):
I'll be useless.

Speaker 7 (39:18):
Our martian messages. Take you and all the mermaids and
have a nice time.

Speaker 8 (39:24):
They haven't missed with a heel billy great.

Speaker 4 (39:27):
Okay, Draymond there, big boy, I'm telling you, uh, they're
they're gonna I mean, hopefully they come in peace, but
who knows.

Speaker 2 (39:38):
I mean, uh, I hope they're not lizard people. After
a what Pipe done to the iguanas around here.

Speaker 4 (39:43):
I still think they'll be closer to I think they'll
be a gelatinous mess.

Speaker 2 (39:49):
I think that's what latinous mess that's not going to
do well on land, is it. Well, I didn't say
it would they're gonna look like pancakes then.

Speaker 4 (39:56):
No, no, they'll be They'll be all to float in
space and some kind of you know, chrylic bubble and
float around wherever they need to go.

Speaker 2 (40:04):
Break the glass and they lose all that water they die.

Speaker 4 (40:06):
Well, yeah, it's kind of like the Simpsons. You know,
they kind of predicted this. You know, they'll be in
that glass enclosure. It'll be like a flying aquarium.

Speaker 1 (40:16):
Supposed to win.

Speaker 4 (40:19):
Well, I mean it's the Let's see, sometime in November,
the comet goes closest to our sun. It'll be on
the other side of the sun. And then once it
passes the sun, they say, if it changes course, then
we know we've seriously got aliens. But honestly, they should
know already. They already got the pictures. But for some reason,

(40:41):
and that's the only excuse they've come up with so far,
why the pictures have not been released is is that
we have a government shutdown going on. Now. How hard
does it to take to release pictures?

Speaker 2 (40:54):
No effort at all. I don't know. I'm still waiting
on some of your videos.

Speaker 4 (40:59):
Yeah that's me though. That has nothing to do. Okay,
that's called just being lazy.

Speaker 8 (41:04):
Well, I'm sitting here reading on.

Speaker 2 (41:06):
This and yeah it's not Yeah, yeah, he's not worried.

Speaker 4 (41:11):
Yeah, I'm not worried. There they think it could be
a thing. But there's a on top of that, there's
another documentary coming out, a big one. A life could
be a life changer moment for all of you and you?

Speaker 8 (41:23):
What are we going to watch this? Greg?

Speaker 4 (41:25):
On Amazon Prime and the theaters?

Speaker 2 (41:28):
Oh you got to pay for this nonsense?

Speaker 4 (41:30):
No, No, I got Amazon Prime. That's pretty much free
with Amazon Prime membership. Or go to the theater. Okay,
look you heard it here first. I told you you know.
Oh are you just listening to me and take what
I say?

Speaker 8 (41:47):
Well, they got more of the yesterday and two days.

Speaker 2 (41:50):
Good.

Speaker 4 (41:51):
Yeah, there's still no no pictures though. Let's see what
happens if we're back next week. Remember it's always better. Yeah,
that's right everyone.

Speaker 1 (42:04):
If you meet press, you want to be their own.

Speaker 6 (42:08):
Radio.

Speaker 1 (42:13):
Scuba Radio is a production of overboard entertainment incorporating radio.
This seems the logical place for fish to congregate. Remember,
you could listen live or to archives of past editions
of Scuba Radio worldwide over the internet at scuba radio

Speaker 8 (42:29):
Oh we're in international waters.

Speaker 1 (42:31):
Indeed, Hold tell a friend and buddy up with your radio.
Every week for Scuba Radio, the world's first radio show
voted to diving. Well, it's all very nice yet, but
we should be going I miss me, wipe in me oxygen. Yes,
we all miss our loved ones and gas. Let's go.

Speaker 4 (42:49):
The opinions you just heard on Scuba Radio are those
of the hosts, callers, and guests.

Speaker 5 (42:53):
Okay, you know what I just heard.

Speaker 13 (42:55):
Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.

Speaker 4 (42:58):
They're not necessarily those of any station or network. It's
management or advertisers. Come on, Scuba diving does involve risk.
It should never be conducted without proper instruction and training.

Speaker 5 (43:09):
What's the worst thing that could happen?

Speaker 3 (43:10):
I could die.
