seek elevation experience with yours truly.

Speaker 5 (02:15):
Attorney Alakisha, Yes, I am an attorney. But if at
any point in time I ever talk about legal information,
I am not giving you specifically legal advice because I
will have to know your case, your situation in order
to do so.

Speaker 3 (02:33):
But what I am doing is educating you.

Speaker 5 (02:35):
So all information that I give on this platform is
for educational purposes and you need to take that information
and dig deeper and find out more. But this right
here is where real issues and real people and real
conversations takes inner stage every Tuesday Live. We know that

(02:56):
change doesn't happen in silence. We must, we must converse.
But let it be intentional, Let it be intentional, and
let it be with respect. There's a lot going on
when it comes to speaking in silence, but from sports

(03:17):
and entertainment to business and community, right here, this is
where we elevate voices. This is where we elevate voices
that needs to be heard. And my aim is not
just to talk, but to definitely empower with the information,
to inspire individuals and to always challenge the status quo

(03:39):
by bringing on diverse individuals to share their stories, their journeys,
but also what they do right now in the community
to impact impact through their business service products, or just
impact through their influence through the community, impact as an athlete,

(04:04):
impact as a creative, whatever it is through their gifts.
We bring them on here to share. And so I'm
excited about the guests that we're going to have on
today to share about their journey as well. This is
someone I met some time ago, some time ago, I

(04:30):
believe it was. What is this already? Time is flying?
I have these conversations with so many people. Everything just
seems to be running all together.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
Time flies.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
But this is twenty twenty five. I believe that was
about five years ago.

Speaker 5 (04:47):
Five years ago I met this individual, and I'm excited
to have him on here to talk about his area
of expertise, an area which I can contest to is
not just an area of expertise like subject matter, but lived,

(05:08):
lived area. And I truly believe it is the secret weapon,
not just for entrepreneurs, like it's the secret weapon to
tap into whatever each and every one of us have
has as a gift inside of us.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
So we're gonna get into that. We're gonna get into
what I deem as.

Speaker 5 (05:33):
The power of moving with purpose, aligning the mind, body,
and spirit. We have all of those for a reason
to be aligned, not one going in one direction and
one going in other direction. Because when that happens, I
believe what we manifest outwardly will look like that too.

(05:56):
A lot of things go into different directions. So I
believe that and I also live it. But I am
going to go ahead with no further Ado and introduce
our amazing guests, Zedrick Carter aka Coach Carter. And I
will tell you this, anyone with the name Coach Carter,

(06:19):
you already no. If Samuel L. Jackson did show us
what them coach Carters be about, you already know.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
So.

Speaker 5 (06:28):
Zedja Carter aka Coach Carter, was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia.

Speaker 3 (06:35):
He is a former multi sport athlete.

Speaker 5 (06:39):
Also what I deem a current life athlete, transformational life coach,
and performance trainer. I'm sure that you know when you
meet Coach Carter tonight, you're gonna feel that exuberant energy
when you meet him in person.

Speaker 3 (06:58):
You also see that athleticism.

Speaker 5 (07:01):
And I'm not just talking about athleticism from the physical prowess.
You see that you could tell okay, poof something's there.
I'm talking about that aura. That aura you know sometime
when you walk past individuals and you're like, I wonder
if they do X, Y Z. It's just something about
the whole aura. Well, this the aura of Zgerick Coach

(07:25):
Carter is speaks athleticism, and athleticism is deep. What you
witness when you see him is the effect of a
journey that was forged through a battle for his body, mind,
and spirit. Again when you could you could feel there's

(07:47):
always this deeper level of something to certain people, and
that's what you witness when you see him, even more
so being with him in person. At just twenty five
years old, Zeedric faced a life altering diagnosis of transverse
myolaitis myolitis that left him paralyzed.

Speaker 2 (08:12):
What was meant.

Speaker 5 (08:15):
To be a permanent setback, what was meant to be
a permanent setback, became a divine setup. You feel the
gratitude through him, You feel the redefining through him, and
I'm sure that came through faith, through prayer, through his

(08:39):
relentless willpower, not only to walk again, right, I'm sure
it's thinking, Okay, I want to walk again.

Speaker 3 (08:48):
I have all of this willpower to do that, but
to now say when that happens, I want to walk
in my purpose.

Speaker 5 (08:58):
And that's what I feel he must have prayed for,
because he's walking in it fully. He is the founder
of Coach Carter Fitness. We didn't only just meet, we
didn't only just work together with some athletes that were
NFL hopefuls. I also worked out which Coach.

Speaker 3 (09:19):
Carter so when I speak, I'm speaking from experience here.

Speaker 5 (09:25):
I mean the intensity and then outside of working out
the competitiveness, I mean the things that we were out
there doing, trying to balance on medicine balls, all types
of things.

Speaker 3 (09:35):
So in my athletes, I will send them to Coach
Carter any day, any day and have done it.

Speaker 5 (09:42):
He empowers other individuals to unlock their divine power within.

Speaker 3 (09:47):
So that's huge to me. It's not just about the exterior.

Speaker 5 (09:49):
It's not just about putting your physical body together, but
it's the holistic approach that he takes to training individuals
for them to tap into what I mentioned earlier, their spiritual,
their mental, their emotional, and their physical strength. He knows that,
you know, true transformation, it doesn't just begin within. He

(10:14):
knows that, but you can tell he knows that it
is within and we must pull it out. Trust me,
he will pull it out. He believes an intentional living
and his mission is very clear, very clear. When you
see anybody that he touched, anybody that you can talk
to that have worked with are currently works with Coach Carter.

Speaker 3 (10:38):
He helps others rise. He helps him helps them to
rediscover who they were always meant to be and he
just uses his platform a fitness for this movement of purpose. So,
with no further ado, I'm going to bring the man

(10:59):
of the hour on.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
Hello, Hello, Hello, can you be good?

Speaker 3 (11:07):
I hear you very well?

Speaker 6 (11:09):
Good good, Thank you. Let me tell you thank you
so much for that introduction. I am truly grateful. I'm appreciative.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
I've always just been grateful for just our relationship and
just how it started, says. So I'm just truly, truly
thankful to be a part of your platform, to be
sitting here, and what has what it really does for me,
to be honest with you, says, is that it's a lot.
It confirms that I'm heading in the right direction, you

(11:41):
know what I mean, because evolution is so important, you know,
and to see you know me, allow me to be
able to sit here on your platform.

Speaker 5 (11:49):
I just want to just say thank you, thank you,
and I want to say thank you for even being here,
Grace in the platform. I definitely honor and respect our relationship,
like you said, from the time we met, the things
we've done together and I'm sure things will continue to
do with each other. But just that it's just some
stamps that people put on. That's why I'm always a

(12:11):
phone call a way if you ever need me, and
things like that that happen because I believe in those true, genuine,
authentic energies and you're definitely one. So everything that I
compiled there and said, I say with true truth, one earnesty,
and experience, it is what it is. And people can
see too. We already turn the camera out and just

(12:31):
look it is. You know, I appreciate you as.

Speaker 2 (12:34):
Well, yes, yes, yes, thank you for having me.

Speaker 3 (12:38):
Absolutely so.

Speaker 5 (12:38):
I always start off with my experience, my introduction, but
then I leave the floor open briefly for those who
grace the stage, just to kind of introduce to individuals
who they are from their perspective.

Speaker 3 (12:55):
So just kind of just open it up and just
let people know who.

Speaker 5 (13:00):
Carter akh aka coach Carter is what you want them
to know to start the conversation.

Speaker 2 (13:07):
Okay, okay, well, yes, Zedra Carter is a young man
that was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. I went
to Benjamin Lodge May's High School. You know, a young
man that has always wanted to truly find who he was,
you know what I mean, but didn't exactly know exactly

(13:29):
how to go about doing it. But just you know,
was very you know, inquisitive, okay, like how do I
really connect spiritually? Or what do I need to be
doing mentally? Or what should I be doing physically? You know.
So we're talking about a young man that always wanted
to strive for greatness, was always looking to be his best,

(13:54):
but also wanted to always try to attach himself to
something instead of understanding that what he needed to attach
yourself to was himself. You know. So that's something that
as I you know, got older and uh and life
experiences and things of that nature, it showed me, you know,

(14:17):
I going back to that that year of you know,
that age of twenty five was definitely an experience for me.
You know, that was a place and a space where
I realized that my higher self had enough right and
it was like, hey, listen, you've been looking all outside

(14:41):
of yourself, So here we are. We've been trying to,
you know, get you to truly see who you who
you are internally, but for whatever reason, you've been seeking externally,
So this is where you are.

Speaker 5 (14:55):
You know.

Speaker 2 (14:56):
So that experience in itself really open my eyes to
a lot of things, and it just allowed me to
respect the journey that I've been on since, you know,
twenty five on fifty now, so and I turned fifty
September fifth, which has been an amazing journey.

Speaker 7 (15:18):
It's you know, since it's so funny because now I
feel like I am.

Speaker 2 (15:23):
I'm at another phase in life where I it's almost
like I'm able to not start. I'm not looking to
start over, but I am allowing evolution and being an
evolution and being grateful in the space that I'm in
to learn new things and to actually continue to grow
and evolve in this space that.

Speaker 5 (15:43):
I'm in, you know, absolutely, yes, Well, first of all,
we do kind of start over, right, we renew each day. Well,
first of let me back up, I'm older than you.
I turned fifty in March, so I'm older than you.

Speaker 3 (15:58):
But yes, so, no, we're.

Speaker 5 (16:00):
Constantly learning and evolving. We should be, because if we're
not doing that, we're standing still. We're not which means
we're slowly dying. Right, So we have to always be evolving.
But let me ask you this, because you kept mentioning
you were looking for yourself. You were looking, you were searching, Yes,
what was it that you were searching for? And what

(16:21):
do you think put you on a path of searching
for something. Did you feel avoid at that time, like
what was it?

Speaker 2 (16:28):
You know?

Speaker 7 (16:28):
As a kid?

Speaker 2 (16:29):
Yes, for whatever reason, I have always felt like a
space of like I wasn't complete, right, I was always
as a kid growing up seeking for I don't know
if it was love because of my parents were definitely
loving parents, you know, they definitely you know, did the

(16:51):
best they could with what they knew how you know,
But at the same time, I always wanted more, you know,
I felt like I was missing something or I wasn't
showing up the best.

Speaker 3 (17:04):
You know.

Speaker 2 (17:06):
It was always a.

Speaker 7 (17:08):
I need to do better, I need to do better.

Speaker 2 (17:10):
But then I was trying to be like, well, how
do I do better? So you start overthinking, you start
trying to figure out where you need to grab and
who you need to touch it, who you need to
connect with. And all that time it was me really
needing to connect with me. So I believe when I
got for me, I think it had to be probably

(17:32):
around the time, like I said, what I experienced when
I was around twenty five, but when I was in
my early twenties. I think that's where you see so
much growing up and you see you know, of course,
we to have social media then.

Speaker 7 (17:46):
But I was the type of person that I love
to be in the streets, but not in a negative way.

Speaker 2 (17:50):
I just like to be around people. And I love
to dance. I never been I was never drinking of
a smoker, but I love the party. You give me
a dance floor, I'm good to go right dance.

Speaker 7 (18:03):
Dance And I'm still like that to this day.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
So but in doing all of that, in that space,
I would see people and I would connect with people,
and I would just see different energy and I was like, man,
like are we really living our best lives? Like, you know,
you see certain things and you know, but it's like, man,
it has to be more. You know that I should

(18:29):
be feeling internally. That's one thing I did know. It
was something that I knew that I was not feeling internally.

Speaker 7 (18:35):
You know.

Speaker 2 (18:35):
You you know, you're taught to you know, go to school,
get a good job, work, you know, and you and
you start programming yourself to to do it. But I
always knew.

Speaker 7 (18:47):
I was like, it's more to it than just working,
Like am I operating in my purpose?

Speaker 2 (18:53):
Like? Am I fulfilling something that is going that I
can pass on to not just my kids, but people
in general, because I've always loved to love on people.
You know, I never, you know, met a person the
first time, you know, it's always like, hey, I've been
knowing you all my life, you know. And that's the
type of energy that I just said. You know, I
want to always give that type of energy. And sometimes

(19:15):
people will say, man, you be doing too much, you know,
you give out too much of your energy. But the
funny thing about it is I knew how to give
out energy, but I also knew how to give myself
grace and balance where I don't take home other people's energy,
you know what I mean. I always had that gift,

(19:36):
you know, that I can be like, Okay, maybe I
know what you got going on, but I'm not gonna
take on that. But I am going to try to
give you as much as I can of myself that
will help, you know, and assist in whatever you have
going on.

Speaker 3 (19:48):
You know.

Speaker 2 (19:49):
So that was I think that's just been a part
of my journey that I had to realize that it
was okay, because I allowed a lot of people to
tell me that it wasn't okay. You know, you give
too much of yourself, and and I would question myself
a lot, you know, And so that experience that I
would transversionality has definitely open up my eyes to understand

(20:12):
that you have to be mindful of where you are
in different areas like spiritually, where are you and how
does that look for you?

Speaker 7 (20:24):
Mentally where are you?

Speaker 2 (20:26):
And understanding that the capacity that you're at will change
day to day and it's okay. Emotionally are you mature?
Are you intelligent on how you you know, handle different things?

Speaker 3 (20:37):
You know?

Speaker 2 (20:38):
So those three components of life, that's what I call them,
I really started to dissect them for myself and try
to truly understand what that looks like for me, right.
And I also had to understand that everybody's experiences are

(20:59):
different and it's okay to hold space because sometime you
can you can have an experience and you can just
force it on someone else because you went through something.
You're trying to tell them, Hey, listen, you don't need
to do it like this, because this is what I did.

Speaker 7 (21:14):
Well, let me tell you this first of all, let
me explain to you where I was spiritually.

Speaker 2 (21:19):
First, let's talk about that. So before I started going
into what happened and everything that you know transpired, whether
it was good or bad.

Speaker 3 (21:28):
I have to.

Speaker 2 (21:29):
I feel like we need to acknowledge where are we
in the spirit right when we because everything starts with
a spirit. You can't get up without your spirit. So
I feel like, you know, I had to learn that. Okay,
listen spiritually? What was I attracting? What was our manifesting?
Before I started to look into anything at anything else?

(21:52):
And so once I started to do those, do that
on a consistent basis, it really started to open up
my eyes on my journey and how I needed to proceed,
you know, step by step.

Speaker 5 (22:05):
But before before we go deep, I want to go
back word quick and ask your question. So we what
you defined of the search? Your search was because you
just felt the internal void everything that was going on,
what you were told to do, what you were doing,
it didn't fulfill whatever this internal gap.

Speaker 7 (22:25):
That you had was.

Speaker 3 (22:26):
But then you said it took for the transverse, my
aliti is to kind of wake you up. Can you
kind of back us up? What is that? For those
who don't understand that? Okay, one, what is it? And
why do you feel that woke you up?

Speaker 2 (22:40):
Okay? So transpersonal light is I'm gonna give you the
great example, you know that phone cord that you have
your charger for that phone, and you know it's coming apart,
but you keep using it, you keep plugging it. It works,
but you know you got to turn it different ways,
You got to do different things.

Speaker 3 (22:58):
At the end, it's all exactly.

Speaker 7 (23:02):
But and eventually it just stops.

Speaker 2 (23:05):
So what happens with transversional life is is where the
nerves in your spine they start to separate. You have signs,
but a lot of times people just overlook them. Like myself,
I probably had signs, but I probably was thinking, well,
you know, I'm working out every day. What I'm feeling
is just comes from working out.

Speaker 3 (23:21):
You know.

Speaker 2 (23:21):
But if I was a little if I kind of
set down a little bit more and really took time
to really balance myself out and think about, okay, well
hold on it, this doesn't really add up. I shouldn't
be feeling this after just.

Speaker 7 (23:36):
Doing this, you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (23:38):
So you know I didn't really you know, you're young,
which is no excuse. That's another thing you know, I
tell I teach my kids now we have to be mindful.
You got to start thinking now, you know, don't use
those excuses about being young. If the information is there
for you take yourdvantgage, so that that's something that I

(23:58):
was not doing at the time, right, So transverse for
lightness is it basically over time it hit me where
my body just started to slowly shut.

Speaker 7 (24:10):
Down and I reached a point where I had no
more feeling.

Speaker 3 (24:15):
Right.

Speaker 7 (24:15):
It was I and I.

Speaker 2 (24:16):
Remember very clearly. I was at the Georgia Ware Congress
Center and a friend of mine we was getting on
the escalator and I was excited because we just got
a contract that we had been working on and we
landed the contract and we get on the elevator, were talking,
and my body just went into like oh, I slowly

(24:38):
just started shutting down. Like I was like, huh, I'm
starting to feel like like almost like when you just
when that plug is not plugged all the way in.
It was like that it wasn't plugged all the way in,
and when you pull it out, everything powers down. That's
exactly the powers off. That's exactly what my body did exactly.

Speaker 5 (24:59):
And then you bounce back from that and then you
felt like this, whatever you was going through through that
whole process of it, you found within that process.

Speaker 3 (25:09):
How to kind of start feeling that void. So what
did you find in that process? Was it a process
of I'm not I have as attitude of gratitude the
things that I took for granted was this? Was it
a process of quietness? Like?

Speaker 5 (25:24):
What was it in the process that you actually found
and is that what led you to personal fitness?

Speaker 2 (25:31):
Gotcha? Okay? So within that process, my mother really gave
me a better understanding on how everything that I was doing,
that I was capable of doing physically, and that I
was doing physically was good, but it wasn't everything right.

(25:51):
And so you know, when you're young and you're moving
and you're willing and dealing and you're making things happen,
you don't realize that you begin to rely more on
your physical abilities than your spiritual abilities, right, and not
saying I was definitely connected, you know, you know you
think and this is what you start thinking, Well, I

(26:13):
go to church every Sunday, you know, I do Bible study.

Speaker 7 (26:15):
You know, that's what you start thinking. But you don't
realize that's just a.

Speaker 2 (26:20):
Surface and really that is more or less religious tradition,
you know, religious tradition, right, So you know I wasn't
going in depth on how I connected through religion in
finding who I truly was spiritually.

Speaker 7 (26:39):
I wasn't doing that, right, I was just okay.

Speaker 2 (26:42):
It was a tradition when you go to church on Sunday,
you go to barber to study on Wednesdays.

Speaker 7 (26:47):
Right, So transversial light is really And at the end
of the day, let me say this, it was.

Speaker 2 (26:54):
My choice because I could have just been like, I'm tired,
I don't know what's going on.

Speaker 7 (26:59):
I could have been a remad in the world.

Speaker 2 (27:01):
But I was. That's one thing I can't say. I
wasn't mad.

Speaker 7 (27:05):
I knew it was more to it.

Speaker 2 (27:07):
You know, I didn't really accept what was my diagnosis
even to this day. You know, that's what they that's
the diagnosis that they had given me. But I really
think that my higher self, my spirit, that spirit that
allows this body to get up, had just, you know,
just decided to say, hey, listen, you're trying to be

(27:27):
led by your flesh and I'm trying to lead you
because that's what you've been asking me to do.

Speaker 7 (27:34):
So I'm just gonna sit back here and let you
do what you think, you know, right, So, and it
led me to transpersonalitis.

Speaker 2 (27:42):
You know what I mean, so that's the space that
I know that I was in, but my mom really
gave me an understanding of how to Okay, this is
what they're saying, but this is what we're going to do.

Speaker 7 (27:58):
We know that we're not you. We're not in this.

Speaker 2 (28:01):
Space just because it's some things that led you up
to being here. And so we're just going to step
back and we're going to start off. Okay, spiritually, son,
where are you? What do you feel like you're missing?

Speaker 7 (28:17):
You know, mentally?

Speaker 2 (28:19):
How are you really connecting? Like, let's let's let's just
be truthful and honest with yourself right now. Let's start
there spiritual and mental. Right, Let's not look at you know,
let's not look at the fact that you're paralyzed. Let's
not look at you. We're gonna're gonna we're gonna get
to that later. Let's just back up and let's just
think about, Okay, what what exactly.

Speaker 7 (28:42):
Are you looking for? What are you looking for?

Speaker 2 (28:45):
So, and of course you know you paralyze, you thinking like, Okay,
I don't have time for this, Mama, what are you
whoa this is not this is not what I need
right now.

Speaker 7 (28:54):
Give me some answers. What are a doctor saying?

Speaker 2 (28:56):
But she never really would give me exactly what the
doctors were saying. She would she brought me back into
a space of Okay, listen, let's break this thing down.
Let's let's start putting you in a space where you
can really.

Speaker 7 (29:12):
Regenerate.

Speaker 2 (29:13):
The body is always trying to heal itself. Let's let's
move some things out the way, and let's let's let's
let's lay out a blueprint on what we're going to
do so you can get back on your feet. And
in this process, I I I really had to.

Speaker 7 (29:31):
I had no choice.

Speaker 2 (29:33):
Really, I told myself, you know, listen, you're not moving.
Let's let's let's listen to mom and let's take let's
not get caught up because I had a great doctor.

Speaker 7 (29:43):
But I had a doctor that was all about science, right.

Speaker 2 (29:46):
He wanted to send me to Johns Hopkins. He wanted
to test this test. Then my mom was like, help,
hold on, let's let us start here and with along
with her help and allowing myself to just be open, right,
to really be open and to receive what she was saying.
It really tapped into my spirit and I really started

(30:07):
to think, like, you know what yes, high your self.

Speaker 7 (30:11):
God within, Yes, this is what you've been looking for.
You didn't have now listen, you didn't have to go
through this, but you have.

Speaker 2 (30:20):
You have pushed yourself to a space of where, hey,
you were looking for some change, You wanted something to happen.
We have been giving you signs to open up your eyes,
but you just just you kept them closed.

Speaker 7 (30:35):
So here we are, right.

Speaker 2 (30:37):
So I took the time and this opportunity of this
journey through transversalitis to really take me to that next level.

Speaker 7 (30:47):
Right.

Speaker 2 (30:48):
So in that journey I learned a lot. I learned
so much about understanding that we have your conscious. One
great book that I read while I was in the
hospital was The Power of the Subconscious Mind by doctor
Joseph Murphy, which was was a very very powerful book

(31:09):
for me because it really gave me a better understanding
of some of the things that I was seeking. That
I that I like things that you seek in spirit
also has a lot of science to it, right, So
I got a better understanding on how my conscious, how

(31:30):
it works, and how my subconscious works. Right, and then
how I can you know understand that a lot of
things on the surface. The first thing that it connects
with is my conscious, and my subconscious is what breaks
it down and really puts it in spaces of it

(31:51):
is going to be good for me or bad for me,
but it all depends on the spiritual space that I'm in.

Speaker 3 (31:58):
Right.

Speaker 2 (31:58):
So, once I got a better understand that I'm reading
this book, I'm reading it, I'm reading, I'm like, Wow,
we are very very powerful. What the Holy Spirit has
put inside of us, we don't even use, We don't
even hardly tap into it. So that book really helped
me a whole lot, and it really gave me an

(32:20):
understanding on how to be patient not to I didn't
really set goals, right, I just had enough objective to
walk again, right, So what I did was because I didn't,
you know, I said, you know what, it's easy to
set goals and disappoint yourself, but with objectives, you know,
you can kind of be limitless, right, you know, because

(32:42):
my objective is to walk, so I don't have to,
you know, do it by this time, because I definitely
want to be and I want to have the physical
capacity to really be able to be strong when I walk.
I just don't want to walk. I didn't want to
just walk with a cane. I didn't just want to
walk with a walker. I wanted to be strong and
and be able to walk on my own two legs
and you know, and be able to run one day.

Speaker 3 (33:05):
You know.

Speaker 2 (33:05):
So I had to realize that, okay, hey, listen, in
this journey spiritually, I have to keep myself open and
understand that these I'm gonna have my object These are
my objectives.

Speaker 7 (33:17):
And before I start setting goals that.

Speaker 2 (33:21):
That may I may accomplished or I may not, I'm
just gonna focus on the objectives, right, So I'm just
gonna keep working, keep putting the work in.

Speaker 7 (33:31):
But in putting in the work, it was amazing.

Speaker 2 (33:34):
Sins, just how my spirit was transforming. I was just
because I started seeking more, getting deeper into what the
body is capable of.

Speaker 7 (33:44):
And once I started to really understand that, I was like, man,
I got to share this. I have to pass this on.

Speaker 2 (33:49):
Because I think so many people think it's over, you know,
when they have something tragic happen to them. You know,
they don't even give themselves space or they don't even
leave themselves enough to be open to even to receive
from their higher self.

Speaker 7 (34:04):
You know. So that's that's it in a nutshell, that's
what you found in there.

Speaker 5 (34:08):
So my thing is I mean, because you were seeking
out of time to be fulfilled internally, like you said,
I love, I caught that when you said earlier, well,
you were asking for this, and I'm gonna find You're
gonna find the answer to what you're asking for. Sometimes
what we ask for, we don't know how the answer
is gonna come. But when we seek earnestly, yes, when

(34:29):
we ask, when we knock, it will be open and.

Speaker 3 (34:32):
We don't know how it's gonna come. But we have
to be.

Speaker 5 (34:37):
In a mental spiritual position to receive whatever comes and
navigate through that, because we to go through somethings to
get to something. So for you, you didn't know what
it was, but you didn't give up. You could have
been angry, but you didn't do that. And you had
this little nudge in you that this is leading you
to something. And then of course you had a bigger,

(34:58):
bigger nudge called Mama, Yes that was right there to
make sure to be that guide that can do it
for the guide for you. But your physical was laid
completely down, so the only thing left, the only thing
left was for you to go spiritual and mental and
build that. Now you came out of it with your

(35:19):
answer fully as someone who has transitioned into helping other
people holistically.

Speaker 3 (35:26):
You didn't study this my book.

Speaker 7 (35:28):
You just see this.

Speaker 3 (35:29):
You lived it.

Speaker 5 (35:30):
You had to lay your physical had to be laid down,
and then you rose again. So my thing is when
did you realize though? Because I heard you mention that
I'm up and I know I'm called to help others
tap into exactly what I was able to experience.

Speaker 2 (35:47):
Right. So I started to realize along the journey when
I was getting myself back together and just building and building,
but I wanted to I wanted to be completely back
to running and jumping before I you know, I would
drop little nuggets here and there, right, But I said,
I wanted truly to have a true understanding of myself. Right,

(36:10):
I truly wanted to understand, like what I had experienced,
taking everything and really process it in a way where
I know that, Okay, I don't want to ever, I
don't ever want to share anything with anyone but just
based off my experience. So I wanted to really get
deeper into just understanding.

Speaker 7 (36:30):
Okay, So.

Speaker 2 (36:33):
Once I realized that everything starts with a spirit right when,
like I had to truly truly understand that, like everything,
we cannot get up out of the bed without our spirit.

Speaker 7 (36:45):
So I started to think.

Speaker 2 (36:46):
I'm like, you know what, I got to really really
really honor that and really be mindful every day that
I get up, Like when I'm doing certain things that okay.

Speaker 7 (36:56):
Spiritually, why did I do that?

Speaker 3 (36:58):
What was it?

Speaker 2 (37:00):
What space did I create?

Speaker 7 (37:01):
What did I attract?

Speaker 2 (37:02):
Like I really started to get more in depth on
what I was bringing into my space spiritually, good or bad,
you know. So I wanted to always kind of like
have that out of body experience where I can sit
back and say, Okay, you know what, I see where
this came from, and I wasn't in a good space,
and I see how I created this spirit around me

(37:24):
and where I am. So now it allows my mind
to process and be okay with first of all, holding
myself accountable and not blaming anyone else because a lot
of times we create certain things not even really realizing
that based off the things that we listen to that

(37:45):
I would say this, your five senses, Yeah, I always
say this, Never allow your five senses to dictate your
thought process, know your actions or you'll always be a
puppet to society. Right. So I realized that you have
to be very mindful of how you entertain your five senses,
you know, and of course what you're hearing and what

(38:08):
you're seeing is one of the biggest things, right, so
you don't realize that sometimes you create certain spiritual spaces
around you that are not always good based off your senses.
And when I started to really dive into that and
be more cognitive and really analyze and look at like

(38:30):
writing it down, like when I get up and I'm
moving around, I'm doing certain things and like, okay, okay,
this is okay, Okay, I understand, Like I really had
to really dissect some things because I'm like, listen, the
way that my body is transforming internally, which has allowed
me to show up differently externally. I'm not the only

(38:51):
one that can do this, so, but I need to
have a real good understanding because I never want to
share something with someone that they take what I'm saying
based off literally the surface of it and not apply
it within themselves to be able to produce it for themselves, right,

(39:13):
So I really wanted to have a good understanding that
everything starts with a spirit. So spirit first, mental second,
emotional is third, and physical is fourth. So everything is
depositive spiritually first, conceived in the mind. Second, it draws

(39:33):
an emotion which leads to a physical action. Right.

Speaker 7 (39:37):
So once I started to tell.

Speaker 2 (39:38):
Myself that over and over and over and over and
over again, and as my body continue to develop and
grow and regenerate, and.

Speaker 7 (39:46):
I was like, okay, okay, I can't. I can't keep
this in.

Speaker 2 (39:51):
I have to share this. And then once I started
realizing that in life, we are all out here playing
this game and we're all competing because of course, you know,
I loved sports, and I started to really realize I
started to see how competition is.

Speaker 7 (40:11):
All about perspectives.

Speaker 2 (40:13):
Right, it can either be you can either it can
be a perspective where you see someone as competition in
a good way or a bad way.

Speaker 7 (40:21):
So I said, well, I've always.

Speaker 2 (40:23):
Loved competition in a good way.

Speaker 7 (40:25):
So how can I share with other people on how
to get up every day.

Speaker 2 (40:29):
Be their best and be okay with being being in
competition with just in life because at the end of
the day, when you go to work, if you do
not produce, they're going to fire you and get somebody else.

Speaker 7 (40:43):
So you're competing, You're competing for a.

Speaker 2 (40:45):
Job, right, So, but how can I help people realize
that how they build themselves internally is going to be
beneficial to how they show up externally. So, like I say,
within this journey says, I was really really processing and
you know, doing a lot of different things to truly

(41:06):
get an understanding on how I wanted to deliver my
message right to the point where you know, of course
people start.

Speaker 7 (41:12):
Thinking, man, somehow you look crazy.

Speaker 2 (41:16):
No, I'm not crazy.

Speaker 7 (41:17):
I just want people to see that they have something
in them that they're not tapping into. Because I knew.

Speaker 2 (41:23):
I knew for myself that for so many years I
was seeking something, but I just didn't know how to
plug in.

Speaker 7 (41:30):
I didn't know how to really turn it on, you know.

Speaker 2 (41:33):
So now that I have an understanding and I realized
that you don't have to go you don't always have
to go through something tragic to tap in, of course
I'm going to share this, right. So that's kind of
like where I said, Okay, I know I love sports,
I love fitness, I love to work out. And one
of the things that I learned that in the space

(41:56):
of working out and fitness. You open yourself up to
so many different Those five senses are are time you
start lifting weights or running, jumping, whatever you're doing, you
are probably.

Speaker 7 (42:13):
At the highest level when it comes to your five.

Speaker 2 (42:15):
Senses because you start thinking your processes like, first.

Speaker 7 (42:20):
Of all, why am I doing this?

Speaker 2 (42:22):
Oh my god, this is doesn't feel good. Like you
go through all of your your all of your five
senses are being ignited.

Speaker 7 (42:28):
And I was like, wow, I said, you know what.

Speaker 2 (42:32):
This is. This is how you truly truly build a temple.
And I started thinking. I was like, this is no
different in church.

Speaker 7 (42:39):
This is really no different.

Speaker 2 (42:41):
This is this is this is where you can take
time to really pour into yourself and really see what
are some of your limitations When it comes to your spirit,
your mind, your emotions, and your physical ability. You know,
if you're deadlifting or if you're power cleaning, whatever you

(43:04):
think about it. You start thinking about certain things like
if the weight is too heavy, You're like, man.

Speaker 7 (43:11):
Your spirit starts, you know, your taps in.

Speaker 2 (43:14):
I know I can do this, I've done it before,
or your mind starts to tell you or maybe I
need to I know I can do it, but maybe
let me take the weight down.

Speaker 7 (43:23):
Then your emotions get involved you like you know, I know,
your passion.

Speaker 2 (43:27):
Kicks in, like in every area of your life you
tap into when you're training, but a lot of people's
perspective when you if you don't go into the training
or the working out with this perspective and understanding, you
can't really fulfilled or maximize your full potential. So my
role is to say, listen, I'm not telling you anything

(43:50):
that you already don't know, but I'm just gonna lay
out a blueprint for you, a foundation where you can
really tap into each one of those areas so you
can fully fully maximize who you truly are and the
things that you want to accomplish out there in the world.
This is where like you can take like when you
go to church on Sunday or you're reading your Bible

(44:11):
and however you serve, like I always tell people there's
only one source, but you however you serve this my
program is to help you maximize how you serve like
I want you to fully know how to maximize whether
you maximize through the Qur'an, the Tora, the Bible is
at the end of the day, it's connecting to one source,

(44:35):
and I'm going to give you the I'm gonna give
you the ability and the blayout and the blueprints so
you can make sure that your temple is fully invested in.

Speaker 7 (44:47):
The things that you're trying to share with yourself, you know,
and take in. You know, we do not use the
gifts that the.

Speaker 2 (44:56):
Holy Spirit has given us, the power, manifestation, the track
and discerned discernment.

Speaker 7 (45:01):
We talk about it, but we don't.

Speaker 2 (45:04):
We don't really take time to maximize our temple so
we can fully operate in those gifts.

Speaker 7 (45:11):
And once I truly understood how to do that, since it.

Speaker 2 (45:15):
Was game changing for me. Now in the process of
me learning and really understanding that, of course your point,
and I'm giving a lot of myself.

Speaker 7 (45:27):
But it's funny, I never really felt depleted.

Speaker 2 (45:29):
But of course you still got to make a living, right,
So at the end of the day, I wouldn't turn
nobody away. I'm like, listen, you can have it, you
can you can have it there like hold on, now,
you can keep giving this out for free. But when
I realized this in this journey, because it's not about

(45:50):
the money, my spirit had to show me how to listen.

Speaker 7 (45:56):
Once I understood them.

Speaker 2 (45:57):
Four components right, which I share spirit, mental, emotional, and physical.
There's three other components that comes after that. So there
are seven components.

Speaker 7 (46:11):
In all, right, and this is what I have gathered
over all of this time through my journey.

Speaker 2 (46:18):
The last three components are financial, social, and economical. And
so I'm gonna break this down again. Everything is depositive spiritually,
first conceived in the Mindsecond draws.

Speaker 7 (46:34):
An emotion which leads to a physical action when you
matt when you and not.

Speaker 2 (46:39):
And I'm gonna say master, but I don't really want
you to master these for I just want you to
make sure that you maximize these for because you want
to always be able to evolve. And sometime when you
master certain things, when evolution kicks in, you will take
your take on the ideology that once you have mastered

(47:00):
and how you have been doing things, you can keep
doing it. When evolution causes things to you need to change.
So I always tell people be I want you to
maximize it, don't try to master it because evolution kicks
in and you and if you are so caught up
with what you have mastered, you won't know how to
change with evolution.

Speaker 7 (47:20):
Right, So what I had to.

Speaker 2 (47:23):
Realize again when you when I say spiritual, mental, emotional,
and physical. Once I maximized that, it showed me how
to prosper more financially, because then I learned how to
understand discernment on the choices that I was making to
bring in income right, and then it showed me how

(47:44):
to attract the income right, and then.

Speaker 7 (47:48):
It showed me how to manifest the income.

Speaker 2 (47:51):
So what it did was those first four components allowed
me to put myself in a space to be able
to set myself up where Okay, this is this is
how you need to set your business up. This is
how you need to set your non profit up, this

(48:13):
is how you need to uh connect with other businesses,
and this is how you need to understand economical value
and resources.

Speaker 7 (48:23):
So I'm gonna go back a little bit that financial prosperity.

Speaker 2 (48:28):
Prosperity led me to understanding social prosperity on how to
connect with just like individuals like yourself and so many
other great individuals that I have come in contact.

Speaker 7 (48:39):
Once I understood how to maximize those first four.

Speaker 2 (48:44):
So now things look a little different because now I'm
setting up relationships because of the things that they're also
doing the the energy and the frequency that are that
are are transpiring and that we are all create is
allowing me.

Speaker 7 (49:01):
To attract more financial bliss and prosperity.

Speaker 2 (49:05):
And not only that, on top of that, it's allowing
my relationships to have more economical value.

Speaker 7 (49:14):
So now I have an understanding of these seven components
of life.

Speaker 2 (49:18):
So now I can see where Okay, if I get
up every day and I process each one of those
components intentionally, on purpose.

Speaker 7 (49:31):
Every day and see exactly how they work within my
life and how I can maximize each one of them.

Speaker 2 (49:39):
Wow, I'm using exactly what I when they said we
were created in the image of the most High.

Speaker 7 (49:47):
Now I see what what is talking what we've been
talking about, and the things that.

Speaker 2 (49:52):
We've been sharing, and we always read scriptures and say,
but now I am living in it, right, I'm operating
in it. So now of course I want to share it.
So that's why I'm so passionate about it. That's why
this journey is a never ending journey because as each
as each generation comes, I want I'm right. As a

(50:14):
matter of fact, I'm writing a book as we speak now,
and as each generation comes, as time EVAs evolution kicks
in my book, is gonna evolve, but those seven components
will always stay the same because that's the blueprint, that's
that's the foundation.

Speaker 3 (50:33):
Absolutely.

Speaker 5 (50:33):
Well, I'm gonna say one first of all, we all
know you passionate about it, we feel it. I'll let
you have it because I get the three questions out.

Speaker 3 (50:41):
I don't listen. I don't have to ask the questions.
You're pouring it, and I.

Speaker 5 (50:45):
Want it to come out because that's what's meant to
be poured out right now in this time, for sure,
there is a real war going on for humanity. For
like the word says, it's one thing to you know,
just kind of mess with the spirit, but to try

(51:06):
to shatter it right when you're when you're try to
shatter someone's spirit, and you lose the three things that's
fundamental for us, that love, hope, and faith, you start
to see a different human being.

Speaker 3 (51:19):
So that's why I let whatever's supposed to come out
come out.

Speaker 5 (51:21):
I appreciate the questions I have, Like listen, I'm go
go with it because you hit on a few things
I just had to write down because you're right, and
that's one of the things that I've been reading about,
like you said, the five senses, the things that how
you put it, you know, don't let it dictate our experiences,
but through our five senses, depending on that alignment you're

(51:44):
talking about, those senses could be used for great experiences,
are not.

Speaker 3 (51:48):
And the.

Speaker 5 (51:50):
The people that understand that are using our senses right
now to keep us in this hypnotic state to be
controlled and to be divided. And they're using the senses
that you're bringing up.

Speaker 3 (52:05):
That's the census that try to shatter our particular spirit.
But before I get into that, we're gonna circle back
to this.

Speaker 5 (52:12):
I want to make sure I get to the viewer's
question here, which is, how do how do you leverage
your objective objectives to attain tangible progress?

Speaker 3 (52:27):
What is an example of practice you put in place?

Speaker 5 (52:29):
Okay, so how do you lect you because remember you said,
backing up, you said, I didn't really set goals, right,
I had this this, this output.

Speaker 3 (52:38):
I knew I just had an output. I didn't set
a goal.

Speaker 5 (52:41):
But so how did you leverage to set this output
and to attain the progress of it to make it
something tangible?

Speaker 3 (52:49):
If there was no milestones or goals?

Speaker 2 (52:51):
Okay? So now so let me explain this. Okay, now,
understand with evolution, where I am now, So what I'm
about to share with you now, this is because I
have evolved, right because back then, mind you, I understood
that I needed to set objectives, but I also it

(53:14):
was a lot of things that I did not also understand.

Speaker 4 (53:17):
Right.

Speaker 2 (53:18):
So now, because I want to give all I want
to give the viewers the audience information that they can
use right now, right, I want to be intentional about that.

Speaker 7 (53:29):
So okay, first and foremost, we have to understand.

Speaker 2 (53:35):
When you say you believe in a higher source and
you come and but you also have to understand that
you come from.

Speaker 7 (53:42):
That higher source first and foremost, right, So I'm gonna
break it all down. You have to truly look at
yourself in.

Speaker 2 (53:49):
The mirror and understand that you come that higher source
that you believe in. You come from that higher source.
So you got to start really understanding that God with
the or or for a female, that God is within
has certain gifts and powers that you do not use.
So when you take that part of your human self right,

(54:15):
understand that that spirit should be controlling that human self. Right,
that spirit, that higher self should be controlling the human self.

Speaker 7 (54:26):
Let's get that out the way.

Speaker 2 (54:27):
We definite that's you want to be layed from inside,
the inside, not the outside. So now so going in
to making sure that you have those tangible objectives, your
perspective in life.

Speaker 7 (54:42):
Is going to it shouldn't look like this.

Speaker 2 (54:44):
First and foremost, when you get up, you should have
a blueprint where you're getting up at least in enough
time in the morning where you can look at yourself
and have a full detailed conversation.

Speaker 7 (54:59):
Right, because it's all about spiritual alignment. I truly believe
this is just my belief. We gotta stop asking for.

Speaker 2 (55:07):
Things that we already have, right because we come from
a higher source. We gotta stop asking for things that
we were already born with. What we should be doing
in that first hour that you get up, or that
first thirty if you hopefully, if you have an hour,
if you have thirty minutes, that time of gratitude and
just being thankful, but also acknowledging birth right you gotta have.

(55:30):
You if you have to believe that you have a
birth right of dominion and authority over your life. Let's
talk about that first before you start writing down objectives
and goals. You gotta start walking in authority. But you
have to know what your authority looks like, and you
have to truly believe it, and you gotta truly be

(55:50):
seeking understanding.

Speaker 7 (55:52):
Of what that looks like for you. Right.

Speaker 2 (55:54):
I'm not gonna tell you how it should look for you,
because you may not serve the same way. But however
you connect to that higher source, you need to be
seeking that and have a tangible understand a true understanding
and tangible things you should be doing every single day
when you first get up to continue to connect in
that way. Secondly, after you do that, mentally, start writing

(56:19):
down all of the things that you know that you
desire to do.

Speaker 7 (56:25):
Right, just write them down, you know?

Speaker 2 (56:27):
Uh? And And it doesn't whether you say, Okay, I'm
gonna write down things for the next three year, a week,
a month, however you want to write them down, whatever
you choose, how how whatever length or time that you
choose to use to.

Speaker 7 (56:42):
Write down what you desire to do. Be very clear.
Clarity is very important, So be very clear with yourself
with yourself.

Speaker 2 (56:54):
I'm would say this, It may hit some people the
wrong way, but I don't get up every day and say, Lord,
will you please bless me. No, no, no, First of all,
thank you Holy Spirit. You have for battered me with
everything that I need to be great. After I say that, now,

(57:14):
Zegri D'Angelo Carter, which is my full name, I need
you to tap into the greatness that's inside of you,
that was put inside of you by.

Speaker 7 (57:24):
The Holy Spirit.

Speaker 2 (57:26):
These are the things that I expect of you.

Speaker 7 (57:29):
This is your birth right. This is what you need
to be doing each and every day.

Speaker 2 (57:34):
To fulfill the objectives on goals or what have you
that you have that you desire to accomplish.

Speaker 7 (57:42):
Right.

Speaker 2 (57:43):
So, once I have a very clear understanding of those
two components of life, of course, what does it do?
It draws an emotion, You get excited, right, So then
at that point you have to sit sit still for
a minute and calm yourself down and acknowledge their the
space that you're in emotionally, right, That's that's that's having

(58:04):
intelligence and maturity within your emotions. You you you you
acknowledge it, and then your blueprint and your plan of
action physically, what you're gonna do next.

Speaker 7 (58:17):
You be very intentional. Okay, so this is what I'm
doing next. After you've written down everything, you get excited
because you got it.

Speaker 2 (58:24):
You got to tell me, you gotta get excited for
yourself sometime, you really do. You have to acknowledge yourself
and say I ain't good.

Speaker 7 (58:30):
And this is what I tell people.

Speaker 2 (58:33):
Acknowledging yourself is acknowledging the holy spirit you you come
from that. If you don't understand that, telling yourself that, hey,
you're great, and I'm talking about that higher self, I'm
not talking about the flesh like you know, a lot
of people say, you know, you know, I ask for
you know, humble. I tell my kids, I don't need
you to be humble. I need you to have integrity.

(58:56):
I don't need you to dump me down nothing.

Speaker 7 (58:58):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (58:59):
We're not gonna be hum humble, you know, and I'm
not gonna try to humble you.

Speaker 7 (59:03):
I'm not.

Speaker 2 (59:03):
And don't put yourself in a situation where you have
to be humbled, because you you you you worked outside
of your spirit.

Speaker 7 (59:11):
That's what I but just to ask the humble, No,
I don't need you to be humble. I need you
to have integrity. So it's a lot of things.

Speaker 3 (59:19):
We got it.

Speaker 2 (59:19):
First of all, you have to be okay, what I'm
learning some things that you have learned that does not truly.

Speaker 7 (59:25):
Suit the spirit that's inside of you.

Speaker 2 (59:31):
You gotta truly be honest with yourself and understanding everything
that we.

Speaker 7 (59:36):
Have learned growing up.

Speaker 2 (59:37):
That some things that our parents shared with us, and
it's okay, there's nothing against them, it does not it
does not suit us in today's time. We gotta truly
know who we are and what our powers are and
our gifts are. I don't walk around here and think

(59:58):
that I'm just better than every everybody else. Know that's
not what I do, but I but I do acknowledge
the God that's inside of me, and I also acknowledge
my spiritual We're all seeking spiritual alignment.

Speaker 7 (01:00:11):
That's what we're seeking. And and the and the and
and the thing about that is.

Speaker 2 (01:00:18):
The ones that are that need to be humbled, that
are out here controlling.

Speaker 7 (01:00:23):
This world, they they truly understand how that works. They
understand it. And the ones that deserve that that should
be operating in it are not. They are not like
the like I meet some great people every day. I
met a young man.

Speaker 2 (01:00:43):
I do a community service event every Friday with Good
Samaritan Health Center on Bankhead and just.

Speaker 7 (01:00:51):
Some of the people that I meet that are homeless
because it's it's for the unhoused. They don't have to be.

Speaker 2 (01:00:58):
And I realize it it's because they have been taught
some things, or they have allowed some things to attach them,
some spirits to attach themselves to their beliefs and their
philosophies that they don't need anymore. And we have to
be okay with letting some things go. So to like

(01:01:20):
I said, to answer your question, you gotta know who
you are before you set any type of tangible objectives
or goals you have.

Speaker 3 (01:01:28):
Can you give an example though of Okay, so say you.

Speaker 5 (01:01:32):
Have your client that has this particular objective that they
want to achieve. How would you go about bringing that
client to that objective without having goals written to get
to that objective?

Speaker 7 (01:01:50):
Okay? First I'm going to ask them, okay, what do
you believe about yourself?

Speaker 2 (01:01:57):
How do you see yourself?

Speaker 7 (01:01:58):
How do you connect?

Speaker 2 (01:02:00):
Once I get an understanding or want what they believe
and how they connect, I'm just gonna, you know, try
to give them some court throw some questions. Just a
prime example, I have a client that always says, you know,
I leave it in God's hands. I leave it in
God's hands, right, So I tell them, I say, Okay,

(01:02:21):
you're leaving in God's hands, So I want you to
give me some of the things that you have gone
through in the last year or a couple of years.

Speaker 7 (01:02:31):
And it's funny, he's not the only one. Now, several
clients when I.

Speaker 2 (01:02:34):
Ask him that question, everything that they said they left
in God's hands were kind.

Speaker 7 (01:02:40):
Of spiraled out of control. And I said, well, I
know you said you was.

Speaker 2 (01:02:45):
Leaving it in God's hands, but I believe because you
serve such a powerful God, I would say, and.

Speaker 7 (01:02:54):
A creator of all things, and you were created in
that same image, I.

Speaker 2 (01:03:00):
Feel like you have a little bit more control then
you're giving yourself.

Speaker 7 (01:03:05):
Right.

Speaker 2 (01:03:06):
So then once I tap into that space with them,
and a lot of times what happens is they be
like wow, I never really looked at it like that, like, yeah,
I need you to see, I need you to you
have more authority and you have more power than you're
giving yourself, because a lot of times you're just giving.

Speaker 7 (01:03:24):
Like what about that space? What about that spirit?

Speaker 2 (01:03:28):
Like we were created in this image, right, That's what
the book says, right, So we were created in this
image that means.

Speaker 7 (01:03:34):
We have a part of that right we have, we
have some powers, but are.

Speaker 2 (01:03:39):
We using those gifts and powers? So let's talk about
how are you If you're gonna set a goal in
an objective, but you are always just giving everything to
something outside of what the control that you have, I
don't really see how you're gonna be able to accomplish
much of anything.

Speaker 7 (01:04:01):
So let's start by saying, Okay, listen.

Speaker 2 (01:04:05):
Because I come from a higher source and I know
that I have that inside of me, I am going
to these tangible objectives and goals that I have written down.
I'm going to daily see how take certain things spiritually,
whether it's a book, meditation, however, that's going to drive

(01:04:29):
my spirit, ignite my spirit even more to give me
more insight.

Speaker 7 (01:04:35):
On what I need to be doing to accomplish this right.

Speaker 2 (01:04:39):
So I want you to every day write down, Okay,
this is the objective, what do you need to do today? Spiritually?
Sit there for a minute, think about it, let the
mind process and actually do exactly what that spirit the
spirit say, Hey, you need to go outside and meditate,
like start to program your your spirit and your body

(01:05:02):
to start doing some things intentionally. Every single day, like,
take these components and start doing things, and every single
day you're gonna do a B, C, D and you're
gonna tap into each one of those components and for
and I'm telling you without a doubt that objective and

(01:05:23):
those goals you're gonna start seeing how they become more
and more clear. If you think about it, goals, objectives
and goals are really about clarity. It's about clarity you
and sometimes you'll be amazed some of the things that
you want to accomplish. It's not that you really want
to accomplish. You just didn't have a clear understanding. Because

(01:05:47):
sometimes the things that we want to accomplish don't even
really serve our higher self. So that's why I'm so
adamant about you truly understanding spiritually, why are you wanting
to accomplish this spiritually, taking the time to process on
what are you going to do each and every day
to get to that objective.

Speaker 7 (01:06:07):
Or that goal. It's all about clarity spiritual and to
have spiritual.

Speaker 2 (01:06:12):
Alignment, you have to have clarity. You have to be clear,
and you have to also understand that some of the
goals and objectives that we desire you to accomplish don't
always fit us.

Speaker 7 (01:06:22):
And sometimes it's things that we want to do.

Speaker 2 (01:06:25):
I mean, it has no purpose or really could really
truly connects with our higher self.

Speaker 5 (01:06:32):
So it sounds like because how you describe it. So okay,
So maybe it's more of terminology than anything.

Speaker 3 (01:06:42):
Because like you said, you mentioned goals and objectives a
few times.

Speaker 5 (01:06:46):
So there is this output, but there is this there
are these things to achieve that output, according to what
I'm hearing you say, but there is a process that
doesn't need to be ignored while you're writing these things.
So just like for example, right, so I can have
an objective to accomplish X, I get aligned.

Speaker 3 (01:07:11):
I tap into my inner power.

Speaker 5 (01:07:15):
Yes, being intuned and having attention and intention, there's something
that pours up through me that comes out that I
write down with clarity.

Speaker 3 (01:07:26):
Yes, that leads me to that and what people can
term that as.

Speaker 5 (01:07:30):
Goals versus the opposite Rou'm here you're saying is don't
just say, oh, I have all these goals.

Speaker 3 (01:07:35):
It's more of this disconnected situation.

Speaker 5 (01:07:37):
I write these goals you're saying, be connected, and then
in that alignment, there's going to be these instructions. It's
going to be this thing, this purpose versus a plan.
That's why they go by man's plan versus God purpose.
But there's going to be this purpose that pours out
you still write down, there's still the milestones, there's still
with some them goals, but it's not And the traditional sense,

(01:08:01):
the backward sense that we hear is that that's what
I'm hearing you say right exactly exactly.

Speaker 2 (01:08:07):
There's a there's a spiritual awareness that is all that
whatever you do in life, your spirit is always trying
to make you aware of truly how the objective or
the idea or whatever you're doing, how it fits who

(01:08:29):
you are, and what if even if it meant and
even if it's good for you, Like it's a lot
of things that we, like I wanted to accomplish in
life that.

Speaker 7 (01:08:40):
Just had no It wasn't it.

Speaker 2 (01:08:45):
Wasn't fulfilling, It had no it had no true purpose
for who I am called to be and and and
and what my purpose is. It was just because we
have five senses, and it wasn't And it's that's that's
not that's just evolving, right, So you have to understand
it will be certain things that you want to accomplish

(01:09:07):
that and as you as you come into alignment, it
will fit right, it will fit, everything will marry.

Speaker 7 (01:09:14):
But it also you will have certain things that that
as your spirit.

Speaker 2 (01:09:19):
As your spirit becomes more aware, it's like, wow, I'm
wasting a lot of.

Speaker 7 (01:09:25):
Time doing this. This is not for me, this is
not And I want people to have spiritual clarity first.
That's the first thing.

Speaker 2 (01:09:34):
That that's why I keep pushing it. I need you
to Everything starts with a spirit, and you need to
really be intentional on how you're connecting. Whether you're getting
up meditating for thirty to forty minutes every day or
you're really like, you gotta one thing about the spirit.
If you are seeking and you are asking, it's going
to give it to you. I know that it's going

(01:09:56):
to give it to you. But you have to be
intentional and you have to be very consistent about seeking it.
So your blueprints so you can know what that looks
like for you. And once you get that, be intentional
about using about doing that every single day, and that

(01:10:16):
will allow that what that's gonna always give you clarity
so you can understand mentally, what's your capacity to be
able to understand the emotions that's gonna come behind what
you're doing, and you can always make the right decisions
not based off emotions, but because of spiritual awareness and
mental clarity, you.

Speaker 1 (01:10:37):
Know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (01:10:38):
Because we don't want to be emotionally led. That's what
has That's what has led this world to where it's
at now.

Speaker 5 (01:10:45):
No, I get a thousand pred what sent what you're
saying and the way we we framed it. I definitely
concur with that.

Speaker 2 (01:10:52):
Right.

Speaker 5 (01:10:52):
There's a lot of times that I wrote down a
lot of different things, and sometime you can set yourself
up for disappointment or you waste time.

Speaker 3 (01:11:01):
You're like, oh, why'd not write that?

Speaker 7 (01:11:02):
It's not this?

Speaker 5 (01:11:03):
But when you start to tap in, like truly tap in,
all of a sudden, you're waking about your sleep jotting
things down that's going to happen. It was different from
saying Okay, I'm gonna write this goal versus oh this
just came up, and things that all of a sudden
start nudging you start saying, go do this, walk in

(01:11:24):
this room, submit this.

Speaker 3 (01:11:26):
You start to write almost submit this, I'm gonna go here,
I'm gonna walk in this room.

Speaker 5 (01:11:29):
You're writing these things down that you're like, I got
I can't forget this, and now you're following that versus
you're just coming up mentally with these goals. This is
my goal because I think I'm gonna do this, So
I definitely concur with you on that with one wasting
time too. You spend so much time with this stuff
and you're like, oh, I really don't accomplishing that anymore.

Speaker 3 (01:11:51):
You've been a middle of it and you be like,
do what't that?

Speaker 5 (01:11:54):
But when it pours out of you, you see that
thing to the end and did a exact brings this stuff.

Speaker 2 (01:12:00):
I want people to be clear of where it's coming from.
When you know it's coming from your higher self and
coming from your spirit, it hits different, it's different you.
And I want to teach people how to understand what
You need to understand where it's coming from. You need
to know where it's coming from. And we have the
ability to do that to know exactly that that's my

(01:12:22):
spirit talking to me. We and when you are intentional
about seeking that understanding, that's a gift that we have
that we have not been using. I'm gonna say this.
I'm writing a book right now. It's called Trinity three
sixty five, the Divine seven Blueprint. This book is going
to talk about just that provide is going to give

(01:12:44):
people an understanding on However.

Speaker 7 (01:12:47):
In that matter, if you want to, you can take
the Torah and use it with this book. You can
take the Bible. However you start. This book is going
to help.

Speaker 2 (01:12:56):
You navigate and understand how your journey like. I don't
just want people just to just to be just going
through life. I want them to understand how they spirit,
how they connect with their higher self, what their spiritual
alignment looks like.

Speaker 7 (01:13:13):
We have the power to have to know what that
looks like. Now, we can't forecast.

Speaker 2 (01:13:17):
I'm not talking about none of that, none, no of them.
I'm just talking about understanding your spiritual alignment and connection.

Speaker 7 (01:13:26):
That's what we've always been seeking, is alignment alignment.

Speaker 2 (01:13:31):
But we have been taught so many different things, and
we're out here so confused running around, and you know,
you go one place they telling you to think like this,
you know, and I'm like, listen, everybody has a way
of connecting, right, And I'm not gonna tell someone that
grew up in a cultural many many millions of miles

(01:13:52):
away that how they connect is wrong and mine is right.
Is one source I am provided. I have just realized that.

Speaker 7 (01:14:01):
I am thankful, I'm honored.

Speaker 2 (01:14:04):
I thank the Holy Spirit every day for allow me
to really connect and the God within to really open
myself up to truly get this understanding so I can share.

Speaker 7 (01:14:17):
And when I tell you, I just want people to
understand that you have.

Speaker 2 (01:14:23):
The ability to know exactly how things look for you
spiritually for you. And that's the key thing, because we
have to understand that we all have these gifts and
but a lot of times you can go and I'm
not knocking church. I'm not knocking church, but what I'm

(01:14:43):
gonna say is we I was telling my son this
earlier today. Well, I was telling him this Sunday. I
like to go to churches to fellowship. I love people,
I just love the fellowship. Right, so I go.

Speaker 7 (01:14:58):
But I tell him one of the things that how
do child? Does church start off praise and worship?

Speaker 3 (01:15:05):
Right?

Speaker 2 (01:15:07):
Praise and worship is what emotionally led. And there's nothing
wrong with that. But you got all these people in
here that they already emotionally led, so you set them
up right off the jump with emotions, and you know
they're they're going you don't know what they're going through.

(01:15:30):
And then you try to come back and you pour
certain things, you pour the word however you deliver the word,
but it's out of order. I feel, just my perspective.
So I tell my son, I'm like, listen, I don't
mind praise and worship. I love it because I love music.

(01:15:51):
But I know before I go into that church, I.

Speaker 7 (01:15:54):
Have to have a sound and clear mind spiritually.

Speaker 2 (01:15:58):
Okay, hey, listen, what am I looking to get from here?
What is the spiritual space that I have created for
myself this day? And when I got up because I
watched so many people and I was one myself. We
go to church, we're motivated, we get so spiritually caught up,

(01:16:18):
and I mean not caught up, but emotionally caught up.
And then we leave and we don't really have a
blueprint or a game plan, and we are leading through
our emotions and not our spiritual awareness.

Speaker 7 (01:16:32):
And I am just tired of seeing people being led.

Speaker 2 (01:16:35):
By that emotions. I want them to really understand how
they have a responsibility to themselves, to truly understand how
they need to up spiritually. First, those seven components are real.

Speaker 7 (01:16:52):
I didn't make this up.

Speaker 2 (01:16:53):
That is universal and spiritual law. We all know you
can't get up without your spirit, right, we know this.
So every day that you get up, spiritually wakes you up.
Your mind start processing. We know this, You start thinking
about how you feel that morning, and then you start moving.

(01:17:14):
I didn't make that up, right, That's exactly how the
body works, right.

Speaker 7 (01:17:19):
The spirit get I'm gonna say that again. The spirit
gets you.

Speaker 2 (01:17:22):
Up, your mind starts to process, you start thinking about
how you feel, then you start moving.

Speaker 3 (01:17:32):
So now what I have.

Speaker 2 (01:17:33):
Done, I'm like, okay, let me sit back, because it's
something to this. How can I maximize each one of
those areas? How can I fully be intentional about how
I show up in each one of those areas? How
should each how should each one of those components look
for me? How do each one of those components truly

(01:17:55):
truly look for me? And once I started to be
intentional about how I access each one of those areas,
it was game changing. So I was like, Okay, yeah,
this is what society has been missing because we are

(01:18:15):
so we follow each we are followers.

Speaker 5 (01:18:18):
You know, I don't think society is missing it. I
think society is using it as a tool.

Speaker 3 (01:18:24):
I think.

Speaker 5 (01:18:26):
It's well understood exactly the order and the universal laws
you're talking about. The rearrangement of the orders is what's
causing whatever. And to your point, and this is not
to speak about all churches, and it's definitely not to
speak about just black churches. It is just systems, period,
whether we're talking about educational religion, anything. Use systems and

(01:18:52):
start with the out of order because there is an
objective for them. Also, so you have to need from
the emotion first. He who controls your emotion controls your life.
They understand this because they know if you start first
with what you wake up with your spirit, then I'm
dealing with a resistance of a power that I cannot overcome.

(01:19:16):
So there's not a mistake, there's nothing to be apologetic about.
And I said, listen, seek elevations about challenging the status quo.
It's about us elevating the truth is the truth. So
many systems, so many systems, start with emotion because it's
all about control. But before we get into that, dude,
when is the release date for your book?

Speaker 3 (01:19:34):
And what is the title? Again?

Speaker 2 (01:19:37):
It's a Trinity three sixty five The Divine seven Blueprint
and it will be released November the beginning of November.

Speaker 3 (01:19:46):
Twenty three sixty five Divine seven Blueprint and release when
again at the time the beginning of November, the beginning
of November.

Speaker 2 (01:19:58):
I give you they gonna get more details to that soon, Okay.

Speaker 5 (01:20:04):
But yeah, no, that's that's not a coincidence. There's things
that people want and need. So for you, you work
with a diverse variety of people, when you see them
come disconnected, you know, do you see people start becoming
a little more whole as they're adding.

Speaker 3 (01:20:26):
These different components?

Speaker 5 (01:20:27):
Because the one thing he's talking about, y'all, he definitely
talks about in different ways when you're actually working out
as well. But do you start to see them walk
away more of a whole person or what does that
look like?

Speaker 7 (01:20:39):
I do I do.

Speaker 2 (01:20:42):
For me in my space of training because I take
a totally different approach.

Speaker 7 (01:20:48):
I meet people where they are.

Speaker 2 (01:20:51):
So I really try to get them to understand that
first or foremost, when you come to me, if you
call me or you reach out to me, is definitely
bigger than.

Speaker 7 (01:21:03):
Just working out. And a lot of times they're like, no,
I just want to lose some weight. Nah, no, no, no,
no no no no no no no no. Your spirit was.

Speaker 2 (01:21:11):
Attracted and I attracted you for a reason. It's much
deeper than working out. So when I hit them with that,
of course you know they start thinking like, okay, where is.

Speaker 3 (01:21:19):
He going with this?

Speaker 7 (01:21:21):
So first thing I asked him, I say, what is
your purpose? Why were you created?

Speaker 2 (01:21:28):
And a lot of times I get silids, and I
just tell them when we do our consultation, just make
sure you have that out so when we get back,
so just say, I always send them. I send them
a message through text or email, and it's basically a
nutrition player, right, actually the same nutrition plan that I

(01:21:50):
was on when I was in the hospital, but I
send that to them, right, So I kind of give
people an understanding that Listen, this arning with Coach Carter,
it's not gonna be what you think I am going
to you from the initial meeting. You're gonna understand that

(01:22:11):
there's gonna be some accountability right off the jump of
who and I'm talking about accountability of understanding who you
are and your purpose. That's before we even start working out.
Because my thing is we gotta get we gotta make
sure that everyone has the right perspective going in right.

Speaker 7 (01:22:33):
Your perspective going in has to be right, and I
don't want to leave.

Speaker 2 (01:22:37):
I want to make sure that we have a clear
understanding of before we dive into some of your objectives
and goals that you're looking to do. You want to
do this, You're gonna have to tell me what's your purpose.
I need to understand what that looks like. And then
I also need to understand what's your platform. Platform and purpose.

(01:23:00):
It's two different things. Platform is kind of like a
lot allows you to be able to eat and feed
your family, you know, and and actually are you is
your platform? Your platform should allow you to evolve and
operate fully in your purpose.

Speaker 7 (01:23:16):
But if it doesn't, you may need to you may need.

Speaker 2 (01:23:18):
To question that, you may need to check up look
into more of what your platform is. And a lot
of times people are you know, people are not really
operating in that platform. They you know, their platform maybe
something that they like, they're they'll say, oh, I got
a little small business on the side, but ultimately that's
what they really would want to be doing every single day.

(01:23:40):
So my goal is, Okay, let's talk about purpose. Let's
talk about what your platform looks like. Because in this
journey of you training with me. That's what we want
to maximize you as a person, as a whole person.
We want to maximize that in every area, and we
want to make sure that you're maximizing your platform so
you can fully be operating your purpose, because that's the

(01:24:01):
only way that you're going to be able to the
things that I'm shared with you. I need you to
pass it on, but I need you to take the
information process it for how it looks for you, so
the people that are called to you you can share
it with them. It should look you know, I'm not
looking for what I share to look the same for everybody.

(01:24:21):
The foundation is going to be the same, don't get
me wrong. The foundation of it, yes, but how it's delivered,
how we share it should look different. Because I'm looking
when I'm working with someone, I'm looking for them to
not only become whole and what they're doing, but I
also want to truly be walking in their truth and

(01:24:42):
so what their whatever their truth looks like, that's.

Speaker 7 (01:24:45):
What they should be attracting to them.

Speaker 2 (01:24:48):
You know, those individuals that are are that are attracted
to their truth, you should be able to share, you know,
So that's that's normally when someone comes to me, Like
I said, I meet them where they are and I
just allow the journey to evolve. I'm not concerned. I'm
not gonna tell somebody away after six months ago, like

(01:25:09):
I have. I have people that have been with me
over twenty years. They won't They just will not go anywhere.
They're not trying to go nowhere. They're like, coach, ah,
if I if I take a break, they say, well,
come when you're when you when you're back, when you're
back up and running, you know, And I realize that

(01:25:31):
that's my community, that's my try, you know. They don't
want to go anywhere else, you know, because they realize that, Hey,
you know, people tell me all the time, coach, we
get with the working out part, we got that, but
but to watch and see how you evolve and how
you continue to pour, Hey, we need this every day.

(01:25:51):
So I'm thankful and I'm grateful you know that that
people even give me the space because that's a choice.
People don't have to give me that space to do that,
you know. But also I realize that I'm teaching people
how to pour back into something that I am building,
so I can be able to have the resource to
pour back into others, and just to be able to

(01:26:12):
pour back into society because I realize.

Speaker 7 (01:26:15):
That a lot of things can change if we could
truly honor the.

Speaker 2 (01:26:19):
Gods and the goddesses within, If I am out here
acknowledging the God and everybody, and if everybody could do
the same thing, this world will look totally different.

Speaker 7 (01:26:30):
It will look totally different.

Speaker 2 (01:26:32):
So my goal is to take one person at a time,
on community at a time, you know, and just allow
things to evolve, keep pouring in, keep making sure that
everything that I'm doing that I understand how to change
with the times, you know, but keep the foundation the
same and being able to understand that when I see

(01:26:56):
someone that has the ability to share what I'm sharing,
to be able to pass it on to them and
give them the tools so they can continue to evolve
within their platform and maximize their full potential.

Speaker 7 (01:27:09):
That's it now.

Speaker 5 (01:27:11):
I love that, And I love the fact that you
brought up that you meet people where they're at too.
With a lot of people have to understand because sometimes
we just push or you always just hear about fitness
where we're doing it to look a certain way or
to do things.

Speaker 3 (01:27:24):
That's why there's a lot of.

Speaker 5 (01:27:26):
Stuff out there to help you achieve a look quicker
than other people. And certain celebrities are used now to
push certain things about a look.

Speaker 3 (01:27:36):
But it's bigger than a look. It's like you said,
it's about position, it's about purpose.

Speaker 5 (01:27:42):
And even as a person that been used to working
out her whole life form an athlete, all that now
in this lot of part of my life, who is
just an athlete in life? I realize just getting up
to your point, starting off with the spiritual workout, the conversations,
and then just doing even if it's one thing, yes,

(01:28:03):
like you said, people, even if it's one thing that day,
like you're starting to connect.

Speaker 3 (01:28:09):
Everything together. If it's a walk, if it's.

Speaker 5 (01:28:13):
If it's a biking, if it's whatever it is just
that one thing, yes, it starts to connect all things
because our temple is how we express everything, like it
comes out.

Speaker 3 (01:28:28):
Through this particular temple. In the census, if there's one
thing that you could tell individuals about just their body
for purpose, their body as a vessel, their spiritual altogether,
what is that one thing that you would tell individuals

(01:28:51):
listening or watching.

Speaker 2 (01:28:53):
Okay, so first and foremost, the body is we are
we This is a temple. The body resides inside of
the temple. I'm gonna say that, purse and understanding that
because the body resides in the temple, you the only

(01:29:18):
way to maximize that is you have.

Speaker 7 (01:29:21):
To start with your spiritual awareness first, right, and.

Speaker 2 (01:29:28):
Then you have to understand mentally what capacity you have
and where you are, and you have to acknowledge this
each and every day.

Speaker 7 (01:29:37):
And then you have to understand your.

Speaker 2 (01:29:39):
Emotional intelligence because a lot of times you don't realize
your spiritual awareness, your mental capacity. It affects how your
organs and everything functions on the inside. And a lot
of stress comes from what your emotions. So let's let's
follow up. Like I said, we gotta do things in order.
So having a true understanding that you had this is

(01:30:03):
a temple, not a body. The body resides within the temple.
So if we could acknowledge that every single day, And
sometimes I tell my kids now, I used to get
mad about saying things over and over, but you know
what I learned. That's watering.

Speaker 7 (01:30:21):
It's like it's like a warding, like watering a plant.
I'm wordying a sea.

Speaker 2 (01:30:26):
So I have to understand it even if I'm saying
something over and over, because each time I said, I'm
getting better understanding of truly what I am saying and
what it is. What's happening is my conscience and my
subconscious and my higher self are getting more understanding of
what I keep saying over and over. So again, this

(01:30:49):
is a temple. The body resides within the temple. We're
gonna take our spiritual understanding and awareness and knowledge that
every single day, so we can have the mental capacity
to be able to understand how we need to show
up and how we need to connect. And then we

(01:31:11):
can take our emotions and we can be able to
use them in a way where we can make better
choices and not allow the emotions to cause us to
make choices based off a feeling, because we want to
make choices based off emotional intelligence and truly understanding why

(01:31:33):
you feel a certain way right and where it is
and where this feeling is coming from. So when you
have that, when you understand that from that perspective, because
everything is about perspective, life in itself looks totally different.

Speaker 7 (01:31:52):
So I want people to truly understand.

Speaker 2 (01:31:54):
Take time to truly see where you are spiritually take
time to truly understand what your mental capacity looks like,
and don't try to compare it to social media and
any and anyone else and don't And another.

Speaker 7 (01:32:08):
Thing, get away from social media.

Speaker 2 (01:32:11):
You got to cut it off sometimes, you know, and
unless you're us, unless you're using it for your business,
and you have to have posts every single day, set.

Speaker 7 (01:32:20):
That time up and let it post.

Speaker 2 (01:32:21):
But don't stop the scroll and stop looking at because
what we're doing is we have a lot of distractions.
And when you have a lot of distractions, you can't
you can't find clarity when you have a lot of distractions.
So you have to be very mindful of if you
want to have spiritual awareness, you have to put yourself
in a space where things can be clear. When you
want to have when you truly want to understand your

(01:32:43):
mental capacity, you have to put your space. Put yourself
in a space where things are clear. When you have
a when you truly want to have emotional understanding and
intelligence about you who you are, you have to put
yourself in a space where it's clear, so all of
your choices can be clear when you make them.

Speaker 7 (01:33:00):
They can be clear conscious.

Speaker 2 (01:33:03):
Choices that are coming from inside right spiritually, instead of
being instead of coming from the outside led by your emotions.

Speaker 3 (01:33:16):
I totally agree. I thank you so much, Coach Carter.
This was needed, It was needed, really needed for you.

Speaker 5 (01:33:24):
To just share on this platform, to pour out and
then into individuals at this time, like how you mentioned it,
even with the social media, sometime we have to unplug.
Speaking of plugs, but this is a war that is
going on right now, and until we take.

Speaker 3 (01:33:47):
There's many many wars we went through. Let's let let
us not downplay that.

Speaker 5 (01:33:52):
But we're in a heightened war again, and so to
finally prevail in it and not let it be so cyclical.
We have more information now, we have more tools, uh,
to educate ourselves. Like Deborah had said too, she had said,
you know, things that I habitually think about creates my destiny.

(01:34:16):
So when her situation, it's great things you're thinking about,
But remember that social media got us thinking about things
habitually to create our destiny that was not destined for us.
We have two things going down simultaneously, and we have
will to go to manifest either one, and we can

(01:34:38):
habitually think about those things and we can call.

Speaker 3 (01:34:41):
The power to it from our our spirit.

Speaker 5 (01:34:45):
So tonight, everyone, what we witnessed from Coach Carter was
more than a conversation about fitness, like I said it
would be. I told you, it's more than just about
the physical fitness. It's the holistic well being that leads
us to what we're designed to do.

Speaker 3 (01:35:04):
Something.

Speaker 5 (01:35:05):
I really started retapping back into this entire year and
seeing a shift. To Deborah's point, I started intentionally thinking
about what I need to think about, because even as
I go on social media, you know, I run back
to that, you know, my sacred space or whatever and
play like what's going And it's always a reminder of

(01:35:26):
you have choice, what's going on right now? And you
just gave us a divine reminder that honoring our spirit,
honoring our bodies, honoring our emotions, all of this helps
leads us to the purpose and we can prevail and

(01:35:48):
the overall war, no matter what the little battles look like.
And you telling us how you recovered from a life
altering diagnosis, showing us that you didn't just rise up
to just walk again, you rose with intention to build
this platform. It's the same thing for us too. We

(01:36:08):
all have a diagnosis. We are at disease.

Speaker 3 (01:36:12):
If we're not aligned with our purpose we have, we're
paralyzed too.

Speaker 5 (01:36:17):
So we need to say we're going to rise up
and not just walk, walk fully in our purpose and
none of those things that we're blessed with needs to
be disconnected. If you have whatever health, utilize it to
the best of your ability, and let all things beligned.
Let this be your sign to move differently, with awareness,

(01:36:42):
with alignment, and with.

Speaker 3 (01:36:44):
Authority that we inherit it as airs. Yes, over your life.
Thank you so much again, Coach Carter. Thank you to
those who have absolutely engaged and the conversation.

Speaker 5 (01:37:02):
Like I always say, please share. And the more you know,
the more you grow, the more you learn, the more.

Speaker 3 (01:37:10):
We're all gonna earn, not just financially, what is already ours.
We keep asking and we're like why, why, why why?
And a lot of times.

Speaker 5 (01:37:22):
More times than not, the answer to that why is us. Yes,
it has nothing else to do what was already set
in motion. So the more you share, you also show care.
Don't keep this knowledge to yourself, spread the wisdom and
let us keep elevating until next time.

Speaker 3 (01:37:41):
Peace and progress.

Speaker 5 (01:37:43):
Yes, thank you, absolutely absolutely stay right there.
