Sheri Todd is not a therapist or a psychiatrist. She doesn't even like yoga! She is a survivor of child sexual and physical abuse who has a story to tell. And like most survivors, Sheri grew up with a self-hate for herself. And throughout her life, she had to learn how to care and love herself as much as she did for others. Sheri calls it "Sherapy".
