Se trata del Gamonéu del Puerto, una maravilla hecha a base de leche cruda , de vacas, ovejas y cabras alimentadas con pastos naturales. Al final del acceso con el ganado en la secular costumbre de subirlo al puerto a pocas fechas del verano, llegamos a la conocida majada Gumartini, que da nombre a su pequeña quesería situada a 1.100 metros de altitud, al pie de los mayestáticos Picos de Europa.
