toast my bagels. Yeah, yes, I actually double toast them, like

I have my lemonade strawberry lemonade,of course, but I'm making it
less and less sweet as trying towean myself off of a lot of sugar
easy stuff. Difficult. That's good. That's like the hardest thing ever.

Oh, so you're not talking aboutexperiencing. No, I'm not, because
honey, I went. I meanit's I got too long. I'm craving

myself at least off of um,like the drinks with sugar in it.
So I'm just doing a little lessand less and going pretty good. It's
not fine. What will help withthat is to have water with infused with

I do really have to try itagain, and you'll have to just
put fresh it's frozen, yeah,or frozen like in your glass first and
then then you know, uh,filtered water, and it really does taste
good, but it does help you, but it's healthy. Yeah, you
get a little, but I needto try it again. I just don't
really like a lot of stuff.What kind of fruit did you use?

Did you use lemon or cucumber?You probably use a mango or something.
No, lemon, lemon, I'veused strawberry. Good to me. It
just makes me want to have sugarwith it, so I can have like
a lemonade or something like that.It's just it's when they bring you water

at the restaurant. I don't likethem to put lemons in it. Well,
most of them put it on theside or else, so they'll just
bring a little container with yeah.Yeah, and you could put your own
lemon in there. Yeah right,I'd rather put my own lemon as well.
The reason why I don't put thelemon in there, and I just
squeeze the lemon juice. And it'sbecause you don't know if they've washed off
the outside of No, didn't.They didn't, so you know, well,

and they're touching it obviously. Yeah, I mean I doubt they're wearing
gloves. Just put lemons in adish right, So just squeeze the juice
in in there and leave leave therhynd, you know the way. But
cucumber is really really good in water. It really is. And sometimes if
you have it, if you havefresh ginger, just to lead a meaning

And it's good for you, y'all. I'm telling you, I can.
I can almost be a vegetarian.Sit with side watch outs. Oh
my gosh, just to sid hey, I can't give up the big I'm
sorry. It's so hard. AndI fixed some collars yesterday with some park

neckbones in it. Did you putneck bones or hamhocks? Neck owns?
But it was so good, itwas so good, and I put them
in the crock pot all day.It was so good. Wait, you
put the greens on the crack pipe. Oh yeah, that's how you do
it. Shut hang out. Ohwait minute, Yeah, you put your
greens in there. You cut upa sweet a yellow onion, put put

that on top. Because you putyour greens in first, put that on
the top. Then you put someNow I use a seasoning salt, but
you put salt pepper a tablespoon tobrown sugar, brown sugar, brown sugar,
I'm telling your brown sugar, andthree tablespoons of apple, side of
vinegar, and then you use thirtytwo ounces and I don't care how many

greens you got in there, butbut like one of those whole thirty two
ounces things that chicken, chicken bronchicken stock. Put that in there,
and then you put your neck bonesor I've used smoked turkey wings too,
But you put the meat on topof the greens. You just set them
around on the top and close itup. That stuff cooks all down and
put the meat on there. Andthat's because once everything's all cooked, and

you could just lift the meat offexact, let it cool, take it
off the bone, take the fatoffice up, and then put the meat
back in there. So it wasso good. It was so good.
And and then I made me somecorn bread. M question was so good?
Um, Because I'm watching Master Chefright now. They got a vegetarian

chef on there, yeah they do, so of course they play it up
in every damn episode. He's talkingabout why I don't eat meat, and
I don't eat meat, but he'sgot to cook with it. So they're
asking how you tasting your ship.So what he's been doing is he'll shoot
he'll taste it, he'll shoot itup, but he won't swallow it.
Right, So he put it,he puts it in his mouth to see

if he can like taste it spepper, but out out is that still?

cook his all. It can eitherbe delivered or when we go out to
eat eats meat. But actually wehave no meat in the house. Oh

kind of eat. He eats somevegetarian meals every week and if we have
delivery, he'll get you know,his chicken or beef for fish. And
then if we eat out, he'llget whatever he is. I mean,

And it's not a problem for me. So I'm actually going to pick
up some of those for him becausehe can use that as like a quick

This coworker of mine we were eatinglunch together and she had these veggie burgers

but they were like, um,chipotle or some kind of spice, and
they look it smelled good first ofall, and then when I realized it
wasn't meat, I was like,well, shit, just like some meat.
Yeah. But you know what Imean, in all honesty flavor,
she said, in all honesty,probably in about within ten years, everybody

going to be eating meat that's notreally meat. Yeah, you know what
I mean. It's no really,it's something. They're working on it right
now. Sonny. The other day, I'm so right now, it's not
going to be any more animals orsomething. No, it's just that people
are concerned about all the all thechemicals and crap and genetics is up that

There's two types of these new plantbased burgers. One is called Impossible
Burger and one is called Beyond Burger. And this restaurant actually had Beyond Burger.
So I got it, and Iam still not sure if I actually

try it, and he was like, that's kind of scary. So they
didn't give me a I don't thinkthey did because I haven't had a burger
in thirty years. I think Iwould have been sick. But it was

tastes just like me. Yeah,and it looks just like it. Yeah.

Oh was the thing, and it'sfantastic. It really works just like

home now. Oh that is awesome. I was having a lot of cans
and all kinds of stuff. Itwas ridiculous. Yeah yeah, uh so
you can always add the flavor afterwards. You basically just put in I put
in like filtered water from the fridge, just put push the button and it

like blows the carbonation into it andthen you just stored in the fridge.
And I did get I have likethe lemon lime drops anyway in the fridge.
But I bought some stuff from Amazoncalled True Citrus and that's gonna come
today. So it's like orange flavorcherry, so I can make and there's
no sugar or anything, no sodium, So you can just add that flavor

to the water. Now, seethat would be that would be a way
to wean yourself off a pop andit would be Yeah. So it's great.
So I got the soda stream onetouch is picture was pure of it.
