Speaker 1 (00:01):
People ask me all the time why do I drink
Voss water? Voss's water water bottle, But it's not a
typical water bottle like the plastic ones from dust. What
is it? Dasani or aquafina. It's a glass water bottle,
and people ask me why do you drink it? Some
people think I'm Some young people have called me bougie,

(00:23):
which I guess is a reference to the bourgeois obviously,
you know, trying to be more than I am, I
guess in some capacity. But in reality, why I drink
Voss Waters For a couple of reasons. I've seen several
studies about plastic and how bad it can be for you.
So I decided, well, let's go a little safer and
we'll used the glass bottle. Number two, I use the

(00:45):
glass bottle because it's also you can wash it in
the dishwasher, so I wash it every week. It's always clean.
How many times how I drink out of a large
gallon water bottle it's plastic and didn't clean it after
three or four days or a week or whatever. Either way,
I always clean the water bottle every week. But for
this podcast, the real reason is because it's solid glass

(01:09):
if you've never held a water bottle, I would grab
one of the store and see what I mean. If
somebody ever comes at you and you're walking around with
your water bottle or have it in your car like
I do, you can cause some serious damage if you
need to to be able to escape. It's a great weapon.
It's innocuous. It's just a water bottle, so you won't
get busted for it, like if you carry a bat

(01:30):
in the car or things of that nature. Now you
could have a shovel for instance, like the Russian Special
Forces has that special shovel that you could use. That's
a pretty great weapon, but that's also very destructive. The
water bottle is a great tool to have. Somebody approaches
your car, you can hit them and you'll hurt them

(01:52):
pretty well, but hurt them badly with that water bottle.
I guarantee you, Like I said, if you haven't held one,
go touch it. You'll find out. It takes a lot
to break it, so you'll do some good damage and
it's a good self defense. So in actuality, I'll keep
the bottle for about four to six months and then
just toss it becomes it kind of becomes hard to

(02:13):
clean it after a while and I'll just get a
new one. But you know, it costs me what four
bucks for the water bottle, but if I buy it
three times a year, it's twelve bucks. But it's always
a great weapon to have in the car. So there's
my fruit for thought for the day.
