Good morning, everyone, and thank you for coming today for
the daily Oracle card reading. So I'm just gonna double

check the chat really fast to make sure that everyone
can hear me.

Okay, So I'm good. So today is the daily Oracle
Card reading where I draw three cards for you.
Speaker 3 (01:48):
Each day at nine am.
Speaker 2 (01:50):
We look at the energy of the day ahead so
that we can bring ourselves into our center and really
come into a space of intention for the rest of
the day.
Speaker 3 (02:04):
I feel like.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
When we anchor ourselves in a specific intention and we
have something to focus on that's positive at the very
beginning of the day, it sets our day up for success.
So that's one of the reasons why I wanted to
do this every single day.
Speaker 3 (02:20):
Usually I draw the.
Speaker 2 (02:21):
Cards beforehand, but today I'm actually drawing them as we go.
So I'm gonna go ahead and draw us three cards,
and then after that, as I'm doing the reading, be
sure and let me know in the chat if you'd
like me to draw you a card today. So when

working with Oracle cards, we just want to center ourselves,
ask for guidance, take a minute to clear your mind
before you draw the cards, and I'm asking for daily
guidance for today's energy theme.

So the first card.
Speaker 2 (03:04):
That we got is that ener Dialogue card. The second
card that we got is the Limited Belief card, which
is life Force energy. And the third card that we
have for today is to Stretch Yourself card.
Speaker 3 (03:20):
So let's go ahead and look at the inner dialogue.
Speaker 2 (03:23):
So I've been getting a lot, you know, everyone has
been actually talking about the mental energy, like being stuck
in your head, being kind of dealing with these racing
thoughts that's creating stress, restlessness, and also even insomnia. So
that's been happening a lot for everyone, just this feeling
(03:44):
of being overwhelmed and then having that racing thought energy
that you can't seem to calm down no matter what
you do. So I think today we should be talking
about tools and things that we can be doing so
that we can release kind of that mental energy that's
going on in our mind with all of the fear
in the worst case scenario and how our mind is

just taking us to dark places right now and just
all But we also have to understand that when we
use meditation, when we are consistent with it, the process
of meditation is about emptying out that mental energy. So
when you first go into meditation, your thoughts might get

worse at first, like you're trying really hard to focus
on your breath, and then all of a sudden, everything
starts racing in.
Speaker 3 (04:35):
That is literally that.
Speaker 2 (04:37):
Mental energy dumping out, So we have to learn to
be present with it so that it can move out.
Because when we start to get stuck energy in the
crown chakra, we start getting headaches, we start getting which
I've been feeling a lot of headaches the last couple
of days because we're dealing with some pretty intense astrology

astrological shift as well.
Speaker 3 (05:01):
But also when.
Speaker 2 (05:04):
This is happening, one of the things we can do
is work toward meditation. If you can't get yourself in
a meditative state on your own, then I recommend hypnotherapy.
Hypnotherapy is really a great way to help release some
of this mental energy. But also a very quick way
to help release some of this mental energy is through color.
Imagining color in your like in the top of your head.

We could flood our crown chakra with white light. We
can drink lemon water, we can use essential oils, or
we can flood our We can imagine beautiful blue light
coming in to calm some of that red stress energy
in our head area. Usually when you work with color
in visualization, the more clear you get with color, the

more powerful it is, so it can really help calm
you almost instantly. Certain essential oils when we breathe them
and can help calm that mental energy too, So there's
lots of different things we can do.
Speaker 3 (06:02):
Also, exercise is huge for.
Speaker 2 (06:04):
Calming mental energy because you'll find that when you're exercising,
it's actually going to get even more amped up while
you're exercising, like that mental energy. But then after you're done,
it's like you released it and you feel calm. So
let's read this first card. In order for things around
you to change, you must first change your inner dialogue.
(06:26):
How you talk to yourself is actually the driving force
behind all of your motives and ambitions. If you tell
yourself you can, then you will find a way. If
you tell yourself you can't, then you won't have enough
power to generate a positive outcome. What you tell yourself
creates a rippling effect within you that trickles all the
way down to your deepest, most hidden feelings. Your inner

dialogue has the potential to propel you forward or to
hold you back. It can bring forward solutions or create problems.
Your feelings are generated by the thoughts that you entertain
and the ideas that you accept to be true or false.
It's time for you to talk to yourself in the
same way you what a dear friend. If you wanted
a friend to take your advice, do you think they

would be happy if you were belittling them? The same
is true for your own self talk. When you begin
to change your inner dialogue, you will change your feelings
about yourself. How others see you is directly related to
how you see yourself. When you change your inner dialogue,
you create a positive relationship with yourself that has the
potential to create lasting changes in every area of your life.

Your inner dialogue is the solution to your current.
Speaker 3 (07:37):
Problem or challenge.
Speaker 2 (07:38):
As you show your self compassion and kindness, you establish
a positive relationship with the one person that can change everything, and.
Speaker 3 (07:47):
That person is you.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
You have the power to change your life by changing
your inner dialogue. So, as I was reading that card,
you know, some other tools were coming up, and one
of the most well known tools for shifting our inner
dialogue or our beliefs is affirmations. And so for me,
affirmations is extremely powerful, but your conscious mind is extremely
(08:14):
power powerful too. In hypnotherapy, we call the conscious mind
the soldier at the gate. So if you have not
if you are not allowing that those affirmations to come in,
and you kind of feel that energy of the soldier
at the gate blocking it, then you have to get
yourself in a relaxed state before you do your affirmations,
(08:35):
because otherwise it's just going to be like an internal
battle that creates more of that mental energy. So what
we do with affirmations is we get ourselves into a
relaxed state as much as we can through breath and taking.
Speaker 3 (08:55):
Deep, deep, deep, deep breaths.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
Usually, if I want someone to calm down and go
into a relaxed, semi altered state, I will ask them
to take between five and ten deep slow breaths. And
once you do that, you will find that you can
calm down and you can get into a place now
when you're more relaxed, you're more open to your subconscious
(09:20):
mind is more open to receive those affirmations. So affirmations
is also a very positive way, but make sure that
you're getting into a relaxed state when you are doing them.
So the next card is the life force Energy. That's
the limited belief card for today. It says it's time
to engage in activities that rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.

So it's kind of that same old message that we've
been getting from. We see it on social media, we
see it everywhere, which is pay attention to what you
are focusing on, pay attention to what you're engaging in.
As far as the news right now, as far as
any negative any negative posts. But also when this card

speaks of take time to do things that are in
alignment with your mind, body, and soul, that is that
we get so caught up in these activities just that
just increase the stress. Whether it's we're reading something that
gets us even more upset, we're talking to a friend
about something that gets us even more upset. So today,

because we are dealing with some pretty intense astrological shifts
right now, it is important for you to find something
to put your mind to that is positive and life
giving to you. Are you feeling like life circumstances are
taking a toll on your energy or physical and emotional wellbeing.
It's time to restore your mind, body, and soul through
(10:49):
experiences that add to your life force energy and cut
back on things that drain you. You may be overly
expending your energy on stressful or upsetting situations and even
people that demand a lot of your time and energy.
This card also comes to you because as a giver
type personality, you oftentimes overly give and forget to replenish yourself.

Life force energy is the chie that flows through you
and keeps you healthy, whole, and vibrant.

When you have been.

Engaging in stressful situations for long periods of time, we
spend this energy or give it away to others without
realizing that we're draining our own energy. So that sentence
is actually being highlighted right now. So it says, when
we have been engaging in stressful situations for long periods
of time, we spend this energy. So if we think

about our daily energy as kind of like the amount
of money we have in a bank account, then we
only have enough to a certain amount to give on
each thing every day. If we're pouring out all of
this energy or spending all of our energy on things
that are not healthy for us, that's when we start
to get depleted. That's when we start to get sick. So,

when we've been engaging in stressful situations for long periods
of time, we spend this energy or give it away
to others without realizing that we are joining our own energy.
In order to rejuvenate and regain your strength and energy,
you have to purposely and intentionally replenish your life force energy.
Now is the time of recharging your batteries, so to speak.
(12:26):
Take time out to engage in life giving activities such
as meditation, yoga, tai chi. You are also being guided
to eat healthy foods that give you life force energy
as well, such as organic fruits and vegetables. When you
follow this guidance, you will begin to feel much much better.
If you're running low on energy, it's because you're not
(12:46):
engaging in activities that rejuvenate your soul. Time to recharge
and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. So be thinking
about what ways you can do that today. How can
you recharge, How can you rejuvenate? How can you allow
I'll you know, let that energy build back up within
you instead of spending it and in in a way

kind of an un auto podt will, oh, excuse me,
I can't talk, kind of in an autopilot way where
we're not even conscious of what we're spending our energy on.
And the third card is the New Possibilities card, and
it says stretch, stretch yourself. It's time to move past
your comfort zone and into the unknown. So the energy

of this card is telling us that we are really
being pushed right now in unknown territory in every area
of our life, and we're seeing this being mirrored to
us not only in the world events, but in our
own personal life, in our own personal situations, with our
(13:48):
own you know, relationships, or our own career, or our
own financial problems or anything like that. We are being
pushed almost to our limit. But we are us to
stretch ourselves. What does that mean? To stretch yourself means
to allow yourself to move past what is normal to you.

So it's like, we get caught up in this routine,
and we stay in this routine, and we do this
routine every day, and it becomes the only thing we know,
and then the moment we step outside of that, we're like, oh,
that doesn't feel good.

In any time you make a.

Change and you step outside of your routine or your
comfort zone, it doesn't feel good.

So we have to.

Learn to just embrace the uncomfortableness of it at first.
Just learn to embrace the uncomfortableness of it not feeling
good at first, because that's the way it is in
the beginning, when we're moving into unknown territory, so it's
safe to take a risk. You're being guided to take
a leap of faith and learn and experience something new.

It's time to grow and move into a whole new
chapter of your life. Things may not seem familiar to
you at this time. Things are changing at a rapid pace,
and new opportunities and circumstances are coming forward into your experiences.
You are being asked to allow yourself to stretch past
what you are normally comfortable with. As you allow yourself

to stretch, you create an expansion from within your soul
that becomes the driving force of all your actions. Your
soul is yearning to expand. You cannot expand if you
continue doing the same everyday routine. It's time to ask yourself,
in what ways am I playing it safe? If you're
feeling guided to take a new class, open a business,

or start a new venture in any way, this is
your sign you are on the right path. Take a
leap of faith and turn the pages to a new

Shining Star card. It's time for you to take front
and center stage. I love the energy of this card.
This card is all about just allowing yourself to move
move into the next level of success. It really highlights
success but also kind of the energy of allowing yourself

to succeed. The spotlight is shining upon you now. You
are entering a stage in your life where you are
being called upon to shine your light and receive recognition
for the amazing person that you are. What is wonderful
about you is that you don't seek the spotlight due
to your humbleness and compassion. Being the spotlight has never
been your mission. Your mission has always been about making

a difference. But it is the fruit of your efforts
and it's time for you to embrace it. You may
receive new opportunities that require you to come out of hiding,
trust that you are worthy of this, and allow yourself
to shine brightly as new opportunities arise and present themselves.
It's up to you to embrace them. It's up to
you to say yes. These opportunities may feel a bit

intimidating to you at first, set your fears aside and
take a leap of faith. Do what you do best
and allow yourself to be seen. This is an amazing
time for you. Embrace it. You have surely earned this recognition.
By taking your rightful place in the spotlight, you will

you to allow yourself to be seen as the shiny

For those of you who practice the law of attraction
and manifesting and alchemy and all that amazing stuff, we
know that when we are not aligned with our intention,
when we are not using that magical energy with purposeful

happening is that, you know, it feels like everything is
chaotic around us. And but when we learn it's all
about learning to apply it on a daily basis. When
I don't use it, that's when everything is just chaotic.
And one thing that I've learned about learning these spiritual
principles is that once you learn them, you have to

use them. Like it's like I don't know, it's an
unspoken law. Because if you don't use them, and you
don't act like you already learned what you learned, that
is when things start to not be as fun. That's
that's when we feel like we're being tested or challenged more.

And that's to remind us who we really are.

So remembering how to use that magical energy of intention
and alignment and visualization and inner resolve. Okay, guys, Kelly says,
