(03:33):

Tonight we're going to get into some spooky stories, real encounters,
stories we've heard over the years, and we are joined
also by our special guest, the cryptid Guy. We call
him Christian McLeod around here, Merle, how you doing, my
friend doing great?
Speaker 3 (03:51):
Dave?
Speaker 4 (03:51):
How you doing? How are you doing? Christian? Thanks for
coming on and let's let's tell us some scary tales.
Speaker 5 (03:56):
Thanks for having me, Guys is always at an honor.
Speaker 1 (04:00):
It's always good to have some scary, scary stories coming
on in, you know, because it's this time of the year,
we're actually popular. We're not put in the back closet
with all the other ragtag you know, people who are
doing something weird and strange. But this is our month
to shine and Merle, you love a good paranormal story.
Speaker 4 (04:20):
We love a good story. Got lots of stories we
could talk about. Dave, You've got some stories. I want
to hear. Christian stories. We're all gonna We're all gonna
tell some stories tonight.
Speaker 1 (04:29):
Merle, you've been investigating the paranormal for what twenty years now,
almost fifteen eight. Okay, so you're old absolute money. Yeah, absolutely,
I mean not as old as Christian, but nonetheless, nonetheless
a year old, yeah, is paranormal investigation. He's young, I know,
(04:51):
I know he dyes his hair, you know, But Merle,
it is paranormal investigation as scary as they make it
out to be.
Speaker 4 (05:00):
At first, I think I was known amongst my peers
for tucktail and running pretty quick. I find with a
ghost hunting there's a difference between ghost hunting and paranormal investigating.
Ghost Hunting can be scary because you're looking for that jump.
You're looking for that. You're not so much looking for evidence,
(05:21):
you're looking for a ghostly reaction from a spirit paranormal investigating.
I guess well that's terrifying too, because you're not supposed
to run when you're trying to investigate the paranormal one.
You need to ride out the storm, so to speak.
But when it gets real, it gets real fast, and
it's one of those things. I'm a guy that likes
(05:42):
to control my surroundings a lot, like my immediate surroundings,
and you can't do that with a spirit or a
ghost because they will be like, nah, you wanted to talk.
I'm here for you now. I can touch you on
the arm, I can pull your hair, I can I've
seen people get bit or scratched by a spirit and yeah, dude,
(06:04):
it gets extremely scary.
Speaker 1 (06:08):
Christian for you. How about you? Do you find that
the paranormal when you've investigated can get scary or is
it just a matter of mind over matter?
Speaker 5 (06:18):
Oh, it's done a mind over matter because when it's
it's just like Merle said, when you know the paranormal
is there or an entity shows up, you no longer
matter because they're in the mind, they're there, and.
Speaker 6 (06:32):
It can be terrifying. I can't tell you how many times.
Speaker 5 (06:34):
Broll I gotta say this way, Brow, I kind of
I don't know you that well, but I kind of
feel like you're a brother from another mother, because you know,
it's the same thing. Sometimes you just got to pick
up and relocate. It's not running, it's it's requalifying your
circumstances to make a better outcome for one's person. But
(06:54):
it can be terrifying because you know, I was thinking
back when Dave called, and I'm trying to think of
I've had. I've had like a lot of paranormal stuff
happened on Halloween, you know, doing the tours and things
like that. But I've also had a lot of cryptodactivity
on Halloween, uh, where things just went south quick. And
it's to the point where I, I mean, I can
(07:15):
remember running to my car, so as I can just
leaving equipment and coming back for the next day that
that does happen. And I don't want to act like,
you know, I'm sis he or anything, but the truth
of the matter is that when when you see some
of the stuff coming at you or you you know,
you feel that cold rush. And for those of you
in the PAAR normally you know exactly what I'm talking about, Dave.
I know you know what I'm talking about. When you
(07:35):
feel that cold win, that that like area twenty three,
I mean that ole you just feel that it just the.
Speaker 6 (07:40):
Whole environment changes that could be terrifying.
Speaker 5 (07:42):
And if you've never done it before, and uh even
if you're still a rookie, that's still terrifying. So yeah,
I mean that that that can.
Speaker 6 (07:49):
Be uh definitely good at a dodgy moment.
Speaker 5 (07:52):
I on that.
Speaker 4 (07:54):
I think one of my first experiences of of really
feeling the terror, I say that it's because I wasn't
used to it yet. It's kind of like my first
real hit of it was I was investigating a place
called O'Keefe's Ranch, and it's in the town called Vernon
in British Columbia. It's an old eighteen hundreds nineteen hundreds
(08:17):
cattle ranch who's the biggest cattle ranch in all of
British Columbia. They brought cows up from the States, from Montana.
They just cattle rowed them all the way up there
and distributed them throughout the like BC essentially, and I
was with an older team, and one of the guys
that was there, he's like, Mike, since this is your
(08:40):
I was known as Mike back then. So oh, y'all, Merle,
can you go first to go in and check the
building out? So I'm like, sure, why not? And I
go in this build It picture like an old Victorian
farmhouse essentially, that's what we're looking at here. And I
(09:00):
had the keys in my hand because the curator gave
them to me. I unlocked the door. I go in
and I had the keys in my hand, and then
the door doesn't slam, but closes pretty quickly behind me,
and I can feel my heart right to go up
a little bit from there and that tingle down your
(09:20):
spine a little bit of a pucker, and the door locked.
I had the keys in my hand. The door locked.
I just heard a click, and then I'm like, oh no,
I quit.
Speaker 1 (09:34):
And then.
Speaker 4 (09:36):
I heard heavier footsteps coming from the upstairs. So there's
an upstairs and there was kind of like a wrapping
staircase wooden staircase down to the entrance. And I heard
the footsteps coming down the hallway from upstairs, and then
I heard them coming down the steps not slow, like
more like what the heck are you doing here? Who
(09:58):
are you type thing, And as soon as it got
close to me, the door just unlocked and it opened
really slowly, just like in a horror movie. And I'm like,
I'm out. I left the house, and the three guys
(10:18):
I was with they were kind of grinding my gears
a bit because of me being a bit of a baby.
But it goes at that moment where it's like, oh
my god, this stuff actually happens like they say it does,
or like in the write ups or in the posts
you read about haunted locations. And we had a little
(10:40):
more activity in that place, like we heard some footsteps,
we got some pretty neat EVPs, but that was intense
and extremely personal, like that guy, whomever the spirit was,
And then I think it was mister O'Keefe himself, because
he's said to be haunting the house. Same with a
little boy, but the clearly it was a little boy
stomping around him and had a how you do and
(11:02):
chat with me? And and it's one of the stories
I think about quite often when people ask me about
ghost stories, because it was that whole situation of you
can't control your surroundings. Once it's go time, you're at
You're you're at a spirit's mercy.
Speaker 5 (11:18):
You really are. People don't. They think that that's not
an issue. But you you can't control the surroundings when
that happens. It's like you can leave if you can.
Sometimes you can't leave. People think you're just you know,
you've got all these options. Sometimes you just have to
stay there and deal with it. And they don't understand
that because they've never been in that situation.
Speaker 4 (11:36):
But I remember trying to unlock the door, like because
it was just like I could do with my hand
on the inside, but it was one of the old
style ones where you have to push it up instead
of turn it and then you would open the door,
but it was jammed. It wouldn't open. But then yeah,
by itself just click and then the door opened.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
That would scare me if all of a sudden, something
paranormal locked the door behind you, you know, because I
would be thinking something the faiyous is about to happen
at that moment, Like it's a spirit literally gonna go
Mike tice it on me or bite by year, or
is it going to do something a little bit more
(12:17):
drastic invade my body so I become, you know, inhabited
with this spirit. I mean that that's a creepy thought,
right there, mm hmm.
Speaker 4 (12:27):
And And that was when I was a little more
young and a little more dumb, where I would push
the envelope a little more, where it was a reality
check too of it's not your house, Like the people
may be deceased, but at the end of the day,
if they're there, it ain't your house. And it was.
(12:49):
It was a valuable lesson learned too, because one thing
that I really like to do in historical locations or
any locations what I know there's been a lot of
people is introduce myself health and always have the curator
or whoever owns the property or who's in charge of
the property introduced me too, and do a tour so
the spirits in the building will know who I am,
(13:12):
and that when we come back at like ten thirty
eleven o'clock, they're not all like, who is this guy
and either act negatively or nothing at all. Because I
find ever since I have gotten to the habit of
respectfully introducing myself, you get a lot more evidence, you
get a lot more communications.
Speaker 5 (13:30):
Do you do that Christian exactly. We I was, you know, explainings.
I was just thinking of a bar that we used
to investigate, and the entity in the bar was just
getting so nasty. I was pushing people. There was accidents,
There was having electrical problems. There was one incident where
the owner and this has happened with me and the owner.
(13:51):
We got on a Tuesday night. We actually we're just
we're having them sit down and talk. He's going over
his issues that he had, and he's he's actually shown
me all his proof gotten on his camera systems. And
then the all the lights go out in the house,
or all the lights go on the bar. You can
see the lights in every other building, but this was
our building was the only lights only only been on.
The lost lights. All of a sudden, the sinks behind
(14:13):
the bar start turning off and on all the toilets
in the bathroom.
Speaker 6 (14:16):
Start flushing independently.
Speaker 5 (14:18):
And then it sounded like someone was dropping cinder blocks
on the second floor. And this went on for like
two or three minutes, and we could not open the door.
The door had completely it locked. We couldn't open the door.
I remember yanking on that thing so hard. I thought
I was gonna break the glass in the door. Yeah,
it was just like some kind of force would not
let it open. It opened up as smange, and then
(14:39):
it was like pulled back. I don't know how to
explain it, but it was terrifying because that that was
definitely what I like to call a paranormal world is
just as a Sharman moment, That's what I call, uh
Rose and you, I've had quite a few of those
in this general area. But when they take over, man,
it's over and there's nothing you can do.
Speaker 6 (14:58):
We we didn't even get to record anything.
Speaker 5 (15:01):
It was one of those situations where on the computers
everything had just like blanked out everyone's cell phone. This
was the weirdest thing, Dave. I'm telling you, I've never
had this happen. We finally when the doors finally opened
and we're just beating feet. I left equipment there. I said,
I'll get it later. I'll get it during the day.
We were all going back to our cars and everyone's
cell phone powered up at the same time. So you're
(15:23):
hearing everyone's cell phone and no one had turned them off.
DEALI mine on twenty four to seven, but everyone's cell
phone was climbing up and uh turning on and it
was just one of those things where it was terrifying,
but because you just you had no locus of control
at all. It was just you were there as a
spectator and you were lucky you got out of there.
(15:45):
And that happens quite often, that really does. That happens
more often than most people think.
Speaker 1 (15:52):
As you guys, because you guys both have way more
experience in investigating the paranormal than I do. But as
you guys have found, you know, places that are haunted.
I mean it's easy to look at, you know, museums
or graveyards or something along those lines. What's truly scary
outside of you know, the manufactured thoughts of a museum
(16:15):
or a graveyard being haunted. What is truly scary out there?
Speaker 5 (16:22):
You want to go merle or you want me to
go on this one?
Speaker 4 (16:24):
You go for it. I gotta think on that one.
I don't know still idea.
Speaker 6 (16:27):
I will say old barns.
Speaker 5 (16:31):
I'm originally from York, Maine, and some of the barns
that when I was a kid we used to play
and everyone, you know, all the kids get together and
we used to play in the hayloffs and barns and
stuff like that. And some of those barns were built
like in the late sixteen hundreds, you know, or or
you know, sixteen forty, sixteen fifty, and they're still in
one piece up there. It's just it's the same thing
with Canada. You know, people don't realize how old some
(16:53):
houses are in New England, and I know it's the
same thing in Canada. So yeah, you can have a
house at three hundred years old and still consider brand
new because they built it right. But I remember some
of the barnes would go into or the hay lofts,
you would just get the HEBGB, so they would creep
you out. And then after you're talking to like the parents,
you know, of the friends you're with, and they're like, oh, yeah,
(17:15):
so and So's dad died there. And then we got another.
Speaker 6 (17:17):
Issue in you know, twenties eighteen twenty, someone died that.
Speaker 5 (17:21):
You know, there's all these people ended up dying there,
and they're all the same family bloodline. But it gets
terrifying because you get that heb GB and and you
know something's going on.
Speaker 4 (17:31):
For sure, I think for me it would be uh,
hospitals or asylums.
Speaker 7 (17:37):
That's good.
Speaker 4 (17:38):
I'm I don't like hospitals for one, the modern ones.
But there's one in spokel Spokanic. It's a Colfax Washington.
It's called Saint Ignatius. It's it's been on all like
that your typical ghost hunter shows. They've all investigated the
heck out of it. I've done it twice. I'd love
(17:59):
to go back next year again as well. That place
you take the Catholic church. You mix mental illness, you
mix orphans, and you mix disease, and it just makes
for a scary place. It had like a nun's quarters
(18:21):
in it. But it also which was really creepy because
it still looks the same. It looks like it just
looks out of like a horror movie, like a possession.
And I'm not saying possessions were there. I just I'm
just trying to build you a picture like there's still
all the old crosses on the walls, all the old
like Jesus or like God themed wallpaper everywhere, and like
(18:44):
areas where there you could see a cross was, but
it's just kind of burnt into the wall. And you
go downstairs. There's this one room called Roses room, and
they say that she hated men. She hated all the
male workers. And they say that when a man goes
in there, he feels unwell, he feels gonna uneasy, sometimes
(19:06):
gets hurt. I didn't experience that. I think I was
more heightened and I was with a pack of people,
but just I tried to walk. The previous year, I
walked around the whole place alone. I was helping somebody
film something there, and I was I just had access,
like for twenty five minutes alone while they were doing
(19:26):
whatever they're doing, and I was allowed to go check
it out. And I didn't have the fortitude to go
to the third floor alone. I stopped on the second floor,
and I just maybe it's because it still has all
the old operating stuff, all the old medical instruments and
all the old just it just looks like you're playing
(19:47):
a scary video game and you feel followed, like in
this place specifically, that's one of the stories, is you
feel followed, but not just followed, but basically somebody on
your he And I felt that then, and I swear
the Gods that I heard a female say something in there,
(20:08):
and I heard footsteps echoing down the hall from me,
So hospitals are scary.
Speaker 1 (20:15):
I think the scariest thing for me is the forest.
You know, and Flight twenty one has scared the hell
out of me a number of times. But just being
in the forest where you don't know what your next
step is because you're you're battling so many elements. You're
battling nature, you're battling weather, you're battling animals, you're battling
(20:38):
the paranormal or supernatural. Like to me, it's like every
trail you go to you have to take those corners
a little bit slower because you don't know if there's
a mountain lion there, or a moose laying down, or
a grizzly bear or a sasquatch, or or you're going
to see, you know, a ghost walking down the path.
(21:00):
You just don't know, And that just absolutely lovingly terrifies me.
Speaker 4 (21:08):
Mm hmm.
Speaker 1 (21:08):
And And it's a rush, It really is a rush
to be out in the forest where you have a
paranormal activity happening.
Speaker 5 (21:18):
Yeah, I agree, I agree, and it is. But once you
get addicted to that rush, nothing's gonna hear. You're done.
Speaker 6 (21:25):
At that point, you're done.
Speaker 5 (21:27):
It's like you almost get addicted to being scared, and
then if nothing happens, you kind of get disappointed. So
you get the highs and lows. It highs and lowst
So now I agree with that, David, and I tell
you something else, Dave. The forest.
Speaker 6 (21:37):
I agree the forest at night, especially around this time
of the year.
Speaker 5 (21:42):
When you know things are hibernating or just getting the seasons,
and you know all the leaves are falling out, and
you can get that real ominous feeling. That's to me,
that's when that that's when the best stuff happens in
the forest because you don't get much you know, more
terrifying than that. I think it's that you know that
that just you know, pre Cambrian type of nature's fear
(22:05):
in it. It just comes alive, and I think that's
that's like that awesome rush, but orse a terrifying. I
agree with you.
Speaker 1 (22:14):
No, it is a good time, as we got about
two minutes to go before we have to go to
break at the bottom of the hour, Paranormal road Trippers,
Merle is here for it goes to the Great White North.
Our special guest, Christian McCloud americancryptids dot Com or cryptid
guy dot com if you want to check out that
if you're if you're in Quebec, it's cryptidgi dot com,
(22:35):
cryptidg dot com. Yes, yes, but the paranormal and in
the next half hour we're gonna get into some of
your spookier story gentlemen. You know, the paranormal is is
something that anybody can try. Why do we have this
(22:56):
passion Christian to scare ourselves?
Speaker 5 (23:00):
I'm stupid second man, I don't know. It's just like,
you know, I've always been kind of an adrenaline junkie,
you know, as a commercial diver, you know, accelerated free
fall skydiver. I just do dumb you know.
Speaker 6 (23:15):
I used to take pilot licenses on Sessa one.
Speaker 5 (23:19):
Thing, just anything for rush, any kind of James Bond
kind of I think that's what it is. I think
we grew up looking at like James Bond movies and thinking, Okay,
that's how man's supposed to act, so we have to
do that.
Speaker 6 (23:30):
Definitely, the Batman stuff, you know, any kind of dangerous
thing you can think of.
Speaker 5 (23:34):
Uh, you know, I kind of like doing like, you know,
even motorcycles stuff. But I love motorcycle love this day.
I love motorcycles, but I think it's just a certain
type of adrenaline junkie. But I also think it was
you know, I think we're all generation acts and I
think it had something to do with it. Well, you
are you a millennial. That's all right, I'm gonna let
it go. I'm gonna let it go because you're a
(23:54):
cool guy, all right. But I think a lot of
that has to do like everyone I know it still
does this. I think it has something to do with generation.
The next thing, I just don't know how explain it,
because it is, you get addicted to that rush, and
that's all you want to do. It's like even when
you're working, when you're school, you're driving, and you're like,
you know, anything that just makes you feel alive. And
I don't know if it's a mental illness or what,
(24:15):
but I totally get that, man, because I know Dave's
the same way. You know, Dave may not look like much,
but that guy's he's crazy as hell.
Speaker 1 (24:23):
Oh no, not me, not me. I'm a gentle soul.
I'm a gentle soul, all right. We have our main man, Merle,
we have Christian McLeod, Cryptid Ghee, and the paranormal road
tripper telling spooky stories. Next on spaced Out Radio, all right, boys,
(25:01):
we're clear cool.
Speaker 4 (25:04):
That was a quick half hour.
Speaker 1 (25:05):
Are we.
Speaker 4 (25:07):
Are we are? We are we the Backwards Hat Club now, Dave,
is that what we're doing?
Speaker 1 (25:10):
I'm just doing it? Yeah wow. T Bone gifting five
spaced Out Radio memberships. Thank you, buddy. That's why T
Bone is the man, the myth, and the t Bone legend,
all wrapped into one. Thank you, t Bone.
Speaker 5 (25:28):
Christina says, Hi, she's right here.
Speaker 1 (25:30):
Where is that beautiful lass? Hi, gorgeous?
Speaker 5 (25:33):
How are you good?
Speaker 1 (25:37):
Good? Nice to see you, beautiful, Nice.
Speaker 8 (25:40):
To see you too.
Speaker 1 (25:41):
Care story night, good morning, Skip to my lou. How
do you like Jack Merlantern.
Speaker 4 (25:48):
That's strong. That's a good name.
Speaker 1 (25:50):
That's strong.
Speaker 5 (25:51):
Yeah, that's that's pretty good. Bro.
Speaker 1 (25:54):
I changed his name every half an hour. It's tradition.
Speaker 4 (25:59):
It is it is uh.
Speaker 5 (26:02):
Huh, it beats jack ass.
Speaker 4 (26:05):
You know, call me anything, food at me once in
a while. I'm good. The DoD had some good names,
if you're paying attention to the ones. He is right,
and he had some strong halloween thing names.
Speaker 1 (26:21):
Yeah, yeah, Well.
Speaker 5 (26:23):
There's some good stuff coming up on the a little
phrases up here.
Speaker 1 (26:28):
Well chatlog Yeah, well you know what, the the dot
only shows up once a month.
Speaker 4 (26:36):
That's a good one. The Merle Witch project. He just
threw that one out there, and that.
Speaker 6 (26:39):
Is good Merle Witch project.
Speaker 5 (26:41):
That could be.
Speaker 4 (26:41):
We're not doing movies tonight, all right, Dave, you picked

Speaker 5 (27:11):
You should uh, you should pursue that Merle that to
the hollest extent. Merl trademarks, Merle trademark TM copy written.
Speaker 4 (27:26):
Probaty spaced out radio.
Speaker 1 (27:29):
Mm hmmm.
Speaker 5 (27:30):
We on the night m tomorrow and Fin'm afraid of

Speaker 1 (27:39):

that's the things I get.
Speaker 1 (27:51):
No, he wants the video. He wants video.
Speaker 5 (27:55):
To make sure my background looks good. All right, got
a picture of me, Robin and Christina right there?
Speaker 1 (28:03):
All right?
Speaker 5 (28:03):
I got the Area fifteen, Christopher the only Superman, all right,
and then of course the doctor who's stuff all over here.
Speaker 1 (28:10):
Have you seen Christian? I know you have the same
sixth sense of humor as me, But have you seen
any of these AI videos of Stephen Hawking that are
going around, like where he's riding the bowl or whatever?
Speaker 5 (28:24):
But did you know he was a wrestler where he.
Speaker 1 (28:27):
Was a wrestler wrestling Christopher Reeve, Oh my gosh, I
just died.
Speaker 5 (28:34):
Some of them. Did you see the one where Jesus
comes down to the w WE.
Speaker 1 (28:39):
I haven't seen that one yet.
Speaker 5 (28:41):
Oh my god. That one's hilarious. He comes down and
uh Satan in a ring waiting for him, and you
see it like they the AI was incredible because it
looks just like something man of a you know, a
w w E event, but they have Jesus come down
and you see him floating down.
Speaker 6 (28:57):
He starts dropping the elbow. It's hilarious.
Speaker 1 (28:59):
The Stephen Hawking one where he's riding a bull, Oh yeah,
that one is. It's magnificent. Yeah, yeah, I can't believe
he's not around anymore. That's you know, that's sad.
Speaker 4 (29:15):
You're drinking a Guinness.
Speaker 5 (29:17):
I am nice.
Speaker 1 (29:22):
Merle likes a good Guinness.
Speaker 4 (29:23):
I love a good Guinness.
Speaker 5 (29:25):
Yeah taste.
Speaker 1 (29:26):
I mean you guys might as well pour tar down
your throat to drink that shit?
Speaker 5 (29:31):
Can you You don't even know? Oh I knows in
that for for months?
Speaker 1 (29:37):
Yeah, liquid tar down your throat. Why don't just grab
a nice five W thirty for your car and dump
it down your throat? You get the same feeling?
Speaker 6 (29:47):
Doesn't get cold enough?
Speaker 1 (29:48):
No? All right, boys, we got like twenty five seconds

It is our main man, Merle hanging out with us
along with We call him the cryptid gee around here,
Christian McCloud. It's always lovely to see Christian's happy face
when you are on the screen on YouTube. But your
voice and your golden dulcet tones are just as perfect. Gentlemen,
welcome back, Thank you, Dave. All right, all right, let's
(31:56):
get right to it. Scariest stories that you have heard.
There are many around North America and Canada, the United States,
from coast to coast to coast to coast. If that
made sense, you will understand what I actually said, because
there are three coasts and two in the US.
Speaker 4 (32:19):
That's true to hear.
Speaker 1 (32:20):
I will say this, Christian, I gotta tell you this
I want to start off with you here. So I
go to bed and I listen to a lot of
podcasts and creepy pasta stories, and the better half will
tune in. She's a light sleeper, so she's sleep. While
she's sleeping, she'll hear this. She says to me the
(32:42):
other day. I will never go to the Apple Asian
Mountains because of the feral people and the monsters that
are hanging around there. You're right there, man, How scary
are the Apple Asian Mountains?
Speaker 5 (32:58):
About twelve hundred people year disappeared. They never to get
talked about, damn. And that's that's off of the Federal
dot com. That's I've heard that. I've researched that number.
That's that's an average number. It's never discussed. The faro
people are very real things. Specifically, they're about twenty miles
away from me or that what happens. That's a Great
(33:21):
Smoking Mountains National Park that I am completely convinced on
some of the disappearances from the Great Smoking Mountain.
Speaker 6 (33:30):
Due to feral people. It is a real thing.
Speaker 5 (33:33):
I've actually spoken to rangers over the years that there.
They know they're there. They have a general idea where
they are, they just don't want to go go get
them because it's too much of a hassle. I've also
heard stories about, you know, Bigfoot being mistaken for feral
people and things of that nature. But Appalachia is no joke.
(33:56):
It really it's guys. I'm gonna tell you this. It's
a weird place. It really. I love it. You know,
I was born in it. You know, I'm from Maine.
I mean, I was born right in Appalachia Mountains, in
northern Appalachia. But it is a freaky place. There's all
kinds of weird stuff that happens out here that's even
never even talked about.
Speaker 6 (34:14):
You know, in our general area. We're near Asheville.
Speaker 5 (34:18):
You've got black masses, Satanic worship, witchcraft, dark wick. I mean,
all this stuff happening, and it's all in the it's
all happening in the mountains.
Speaker 4 (34:28):
Uh.
Speaker 6 (34:28):
And I'm not judging anyone. Hey, do what you want.
It's America.
Speaker 5 (34:31):
But it to me, it's just it's really freaky because
I've actually over the years, I've run into different things.
And uh, I'll tell you what all that does. I'm
not I'll tell you straight up, that scares the hell
out of me a lot of that stuff because I
have run into it in the woods, and there's been
a few times I think I was coming back out.
Speaker 4 (34:49):
See, I've talked to a lot of people. Do you
say Appalachia or Appalachia.
Speaker 5 (34:53):
I call Appalachia, but I'm yeah, I'm not like I said,
I got rid of my Southern accent or like I said,
I'm original for so it's Appalachia.
Speaker 4 (35:05):
I've done a lot of research on the Appalachia Mountains.
I've done a lot of research on have you.
Speaker 5 (35:11):
No, I know exactly what you're talking about.
Speaker 4 (35:12):
Yeah, so, like I know, there's a lot of people
that are kind of like that up there where Yeah,
you would you consider like that borderline faral people? Are
you talking like a movie like The Wrong Turn or
the melon Heads?
Speaker 5 (35:30):
These well, you know the melon Heads, that's a totally
different that, that's a totally different folksore. But these people,
I honestly believe just from what I've observed in Red
and I've got I'm actually over here on my on
my desk, I've got several foy accounts that they think
some disappearances were pretty much just due to Appalachia Faro
(35:51):
people but I think what happens is that you get
they just get so inbred over the decades and they
just stay out there. I think they just kind of go,
you know, nuts. Whether or not it's Bigfoot or not,
I don't, I don't know. But you have the wild Man,
the Tennessee wild Man. You know, we've got Sukaloo in
(36:11):
this area, and that's all you know, the Bigfoot and
all that other stuff, and that's all combined. So I mean, realistically,
if I was being one hundred percent you know, logistics
of what I think happens, I'd say it's thirty three,
thirty three and thirty three. I think it's thirty three
percent you know, feral people, thirty percent big foot, maybe
thirty three percent something else. But I honestly believe that
(36:32):
a lot of people that disappear running too feral people.
And it makes sense because if you think about it,
when they grab someone, they they either want you know,
new blood. They either want the supply as they're carrying,
you know, maybe you know, or the medicine or weapons anything.
I mean, you know, it just depends. But think about
if you if you grew up in the middle of
(36:52):
nowhere in the sticks, you know, and you're in the mountains,
you're gonna want to you know, have a different bloodline
or bring in some fresh blood. And I think that's
what happens to a lot of these people, especially the
women that disappear, because there's a lot more men that
disappear hunters and things like that, but when the women disappear,
they're gone. There. There's no you never find anything, you know.
(37:12):
Sometimes when a hunter disappears in a couple of years,
you find a skull or boots or things of that nature.
But when women disappear, you really never see anything.
Speaker 4 (37:20):
Now, Now for for our listeners who are not very familiar,
because I have a lot of ghosts like panormal lists,
how do you how do you describe peral people.
Speaker 5 (37:32):
I think they're just I honestly think they're just regular
human beings that have been inbred to the point where
you know, they're they're probably high functioning, uh special uh
type mentally.
Speaker 6 (37:46):
I don't mean sound mean, but I mean that's that's
what would happen.
Speaker 5 (37:48):
But they also have a very aggressive, uh you know
behavior and uh cannibalism is probably not out of the
picture either.
Speaker 6 (37:55):
I think they're just doing anything they can.
Speaker 5 (37:57):
To survive and you know, living living in the Apple,
actually you can. You know, people can disappear in these
mountains and live if they know what they're doing. So
I think when you get resources and.
Speaker 6 (38:09):
Food and things of that nature, you know, you can
just kind of figure you're going to.
Speaker 5 (38:13):
Stay out there and never come back. But it becomes
very interesting because the dichotomy is like, are the is
there an intellectual limit to these people where they're god
going to do something or or you already know they're
just going to go to base or instincts, And it's
it's just to me, I find it fascinating because it's like,
how can a human be evolve like that? But in
(38:33):
another sense, they have to de evolved to reconcile their actions.
So it's it's fascinating. It's just fascinating when you look
at a psychology view of it.
Speaker 4 (38:44):
I know here on the West Coast Washington, they at
the Olympia National File for US, they say that there's
a we call them a colony, a group of feral
people that live in there. See for me, I'd wanna
I'd want to go investigate it, like as a as
(39:06):
a documentarian or like investigative journalism.
Speaker 6 (39:10):
Well, Merle, I'll tell you what, brother, you can look.
Speaker 5 (39:13):
You've got a place to stay, get your mar own bathroom,
stay here as long as you want. I'll take you
wherever you want to go. Go and investigate that. But
we are going out armed.
Speaker 4 (39:22):
That's fine.
Speaker 6 (39:22):
That's the one thing where I don't I don't go
out there without something.
Speaker 4 (39:26):
That makes sense.
Speaker 1 (39:27):
There's feral people between Sorry, there's feral people allegedly between
Anahem Lake and Bella Coola and British Columbia too. Oh wow, yeah,
I got told that by a First Nation's a member
of the uh Anaheim Lake Band recently. I do have
a question quickly, Christian, because I do want to get
(39:49):
to your spooky story that the spookiest thing that's ever
happened to you. But in regards to the feral people,
do they set up traps, you know, like you see
in movies with with you know, you know, holes in
the ground or or some kind of booby traps in
order to try and catch people.
Speaker 5 (40:11):
I believe they do. I don't know if it's it's
to the elaborate extent. Maybe they put some snares in,
or maybe they just see people coming down the path
and they just ambush them. But I don't put that
past anything. It would not surprise me. I think there's
you know, it's funny is you make that point with
the pits. There's a lot of pits. People dig holes
(40:32):
and then abandon them, and you got to wonder what
they're doing there. I mean, I've seen them on the
Appalachian Trail, I've seen them in the Great Smoking Mountain Parks.
I've seen them on the mountains up here, you know,
and and it's like, what why would you have like
an eight foot hole off the main path? What's what's
the purpose of that? You know? The tree, you don't
see any tree, there's no roots, there's nothing. It's like
someone physically dug that. But I believe that's that's exactly
(40:55):
probably what that was for. So now, Dave, I believe you.
And I'm sure that came from a First Nations person too,
because that's where I learned what those things were from
some of them up there, that the Cherokee.
Speaker 6 (41:09):
And they don't play with that stuff. Yeah, straight up,
stay away from that.
Speaker 4 (41:13):
See for me, like I know what we're this is.
This stuff creeps me on da If you want to
talk about creepy stuff the federal people. Really I put
that in the hospital thing. That's kind of scares me too,
like we were talking about last hour, but like that's
something that I would want to push the envelope with
because nobody really has that goes an idea out into
the to the world.
Speaker 6 (41:33):
But like.
Speaker 4 (41:36):
I just I would love to capture it. And I know,
I know interesting. I know that this stuff terrifies people.
People get terrified by by the feral people, but no
one's really had the documented interact. Like ah, it's just
something I've always wanted to explore that mountains, like totally.
Speaker 5 (41:59):
I mean, that's that's an honest you know, we'll get
we'll swap contact NFL when we're off air. But I'm
telling you, man, if you want to do it, I
will take you to ground zero and there I'm forty
five miles from the Great Smoky Mountains. Yeah, National Park.
I would have absolutely no problem spend a couple of
weeks out there, you know, and like I said, you've
got a place to stay whatever you need, and I
(42:22):
will tell you something else. I was just noted on
the chat up.
Speaker 6 (42:26):
There, you can't drone like I have a drone.
Speaker 5 (42:29):
I use drones myself, and you can't drone in a
national park in America to leave, yeah, unless you get permission.
But even then it's like good luck. I wait, I'm
still waiting for permission from UH from three years ago.
Speaker 1 (42:45):
Fair, all right, let's get to a spooky story, Christian.
What's either the spookiest story you've ever had happened to you,
or that you've heard in your investigation and your trails
that you've one.
Speaker 5 (42:57):
Of the spookiest things that ever happened to me. Well,
first of all, I have two real one was the
first one short. When I was a kid grown up
in York, Maine, we had there was a legend of
a witch named Sarah Seouel and she was buried in
the old jail graveyard, and.
Speaker 6 (43:12):
Me and three of my friends.
Speaker 5 (43:15):
It was one of these things. It was Halloween, was
like on a Friday. We decided we were going to
go spend the night in the graveyard to wait to
see Sarah school and I think about eleven thirty, twelve
o'clock at night we started waking up after the candy rush,
and I remember we saw and we all saw the
same thing. We saw like this woman dressed in white,
(43:36):
standing on her grave and telling us that we were
all going to be damned if we didn't get out
of there.
Speaker 6 (43:41):
And I think I wrote land speed records on my little.
Speaker 5 (43:45):
Columbia bike with the banana seats, trying to race back
home to you know, to get comfort. But I remember
that happened. That was one of the weirder ones, and
that was when I think I was ten when I
did that. But the scary thing that ever happened to
me on a Halloween, I will tell you this happened
in the probably nineteen ninety eight, in a place called Sarasota, Florida.
Speaker 6 (44:08):
I was bouncing at a bar and it was.
Speaker 5 (44:11):
Very, very popular. It's not there anymore. I don't want
to give the name of it. But we had what
was called the crow's nest. And the crow's nest was
like a higher point in the bar where you know,
we have one bouncer standing there. And then we all
had radios and they were sporadically, you know, put between
the floor and the doors. And we had this one
young lady walk in and she was gorgeous. I'll never forget.
(44:33):
She was just dropped dead, gorgeous. She had the jet
black hair, these bright blue eyes, and she was brilled.
And one of the bouncers had made a comment about her.
And we had a rule.
Speaker 6 (44:47):
The one rule in the good Night Club was you
couldn't have glass on the dance floor.
Speaker 5 (44:50):
You just couldn't have it. It was like a whole thing.
And this one particular young lady was causing a problem.
So I had to come off the crow and I'm
on the phone and we got three other guys coming in,
and I just want to say this again, this is
the true story. I don't really talk about this one much,
but this is one of the thays that scared the
everleven magenis out of me. One of the bounces walked
(45:13):
up to her and asked her to, you know, put
her wineglass down. I watched her pick this guy up.
He was three hundred and forty pounds. She picked him
up with one arm and threw him across the room
and he smashed into the glass on the wall. Another
guy came around. She turned around and she grabs his
face and bites him right here, and she put two
(45:34):
holes right here on his face and then threw him down.
And this is when I got real scared. I was
coming down from the front and I look over and
in this dance place, it was all mirrors and frosted glass.
And as I'm looking at the mirror right next to me,
she has absolute no reflection, absolute no reflection. She looked
at me and she just pointed at me like that,
(45:56):
and she turned around and walked out, and then another bounce.
She tried to grab her She this guy used to
be a pro wrestler, by the way. She picked this
guy up and threw him across the bar. And then
next thing I know, all the lights coming on. Uh,
they're asking everyone out. The police came and we had
to give you know, our statements and things like this.
And apparently that same kind of thing had happened the
(46:18):
prior night at a bar further down the street.
Speaker 6 (46:21):
Uh, and that that was really a Halloween party.
Speaker 5 (46:24):
Uh. Christina can tell you you know where that was,
because she, you know, she was she was back around there.
Speaker 4 (46:29):
It was.
Speaker 6 (46:30):
It was the old place I used to bounce that.
Speaker 5 (46:31):
We don't want to mention the name, but uh at
the place was it ruined Halloween? It was on a
Halloween night.
Speaker 6 (46:38):
It just wrecked. They ended up shutting it down. The
cops came.
Speaker 5 (46:41):
The gentleman they got bit. Excuse me, the gentleman got
bit right here. We had to take him to the hospital.
It would not stop bleeding. He couldn't get stop bleeding.
And when they asked him what happened to him, the
doctor said, looked like a canine bite and it wouldn't stop.
They had a laser to stop it. They hoorize it. Uh.
And that was just terrifying. And so here's how it ends.
(47:05):
There's me and five of the biggest guys you can
think of.
Speaker 6 (47:08):
Like, these guys were just bruisers, man, they were.
Speaker 5 (47:10):
Huge, and we're all sitting downstairs in the basement drinking
mick light waiting for the sunlight to come up.
Speaker 6 (47:18):
Because we were too scared.
Speaker 5 (47:19):
To go to our cards.
Speaker 4 (47:21):
The vampire dude.
Speaker 5 (47:23):
It was great. I'm telling you, man, that they had
the videotape of it and the police took it.
Speaker 6 (47:28):
There was a video, but you couldn't see it.
Speaker 5 (47:30):
I mean, I was watching it.
Speaker 6 (47:32):
It completely freaked us out.
Speaker 5 (47:33):
It was It was one of the things that it
totally at that point in my life and I was
a kid, I was I was baby between twenty two
and I was thinking about you know, parent, you know,
because I always loved the paranormal stuff, but I was
thinking about getting out of the investigating side, stopped looking
for stupid. I need to focus more in school and
focus more in college. And uh, when that happened, it
(47:53):
just kind of, you know, revitalized me. But that's a
story I don't tell a whole lot because that to
this day, I I still have no idea what happened
to that woman that that terrified me because it was
I mean, maybe she was five to two, maybe ninety
five pounds, five to two, but just I mean I
watched her throw guys across the room that I can't
(48:15):
even I couldn't even pick up that, you know. And
it was not.
Speaker 8 (48:18):
An alternative club or a bike or bar or something.
This is a really popular nightclub. Everybody went to dance
and go to eighties.
Speaker 5 (48:26):
Night and stuff. I mean, eighty nine was huge.
Speaker 8 (48:28):
Yeah, you would not expect something like this to happen then.
Speaker 5 (48:31):
But when the guy came back, he had this bandage
over here and they had stitched his Basically the guy
put it.
Speaker 6 (48:36):
Down in some kind of animal bike, he said he did.
For some reason.
Speaker 5 (48:41):
There was like he thought there was an enzyme in
there that kept it from from healing.
Speaker 6 (48:45):
He said, just kept bleeding constantly.
Speaker 5 (48:47):
So we literally waited five hours in the basement drinking
mick light, waiting for the sun to come up. And
then when we were walking, I was walking, I had
an old four Bronco, remember the red white Broncos.
Speaker 6 (49:00):
I don't know if you guys remember those. I had
this old Bronco.
Speaker 5 (49:03):
They were doing landscaping by the car, and they had
those steaks in the ground with the orange flags. I
pulled that steak out and I walked into I left
that in my car for like a month. That didn't
take it out, but that that was that was That
was probably the most terrified I'd ever been on a Halloween.
Speaker 1 (49:22):
Interesting was she arrested. It was there.
Speaker 5 (49:26):
They never found her. This is a still an unsolved
She just vanished the window, like the frosty glass that
was at least a half inch right, what you said,
The frosty glass was really nice and it had like
it was really thick, but it had like a fish
on it, and you know, it looked like it was
like a seascape and had the frosty glass. She threw
a guy through that man through it just boom like
(49:48):
it was nothing. Uh they were doing looked at everything
on the videotape, We're watching it happen, but she wasn't there.
It looked like someone you could just look and jump
through it. And then the police confiscated it. And then
there was this specific sergeant that came in and he, uh,
he told us that he was going to handle it.
He had a case prior to the day before, the
same kind of thing. He was going to take care
(50:09):
of it. And I never heard back ever. I have
no idea whatever happened with that.
Speaker 1 (50:15):
Oh that is just absolutely incredible. Absolutely. I mean to
see somebody with your own eyes having this superhuman strength.
Speaker 6 (50:24):
I watched her pick up a guy that used to
pro wrestle.
Speaker 1 (50:27):
Hmmmm.
Speaker 5 (50:28):
That was when I say he was hey, this guy
was huge, huge, and just one one arm, like nothing,
just and then she bit When she bit the other guy,
that was gross because I saw that too, and there
was like a splatter. It was I'm not good with.
Speaker 1 (50:43):
Blood, and what was her problem again?
Speaker 5 (50:47):
So she would She had a glass of cabernet and
you weren't allowed to have glass on the dance floor.
That was literally that was the one rule in the
place you couldn't have glass on the dance floor, and
she had it, and when she was asked to take
it off, she basically you know, and it started. That's
how it all started. And I had never seen and
(51:09):
they had outside this guy. They closed the club down.
So this happens around midnight. They shut the place down.
We didn't close till two thirty. They just shut the
place down. In the copskin. This was on one of
the busiest nights of the year, and this happens, and
they just shut it down, and everyone was like everyone
saw it, Like everyone that was there had the exact
(51:29):
same story. I remember there was a bartender he was
he said he uh, he was just completely terrified because
like he gave her the wine, like he sold her
the wine, and like when he got her cash, like
he felt her and she felt like she goes. He
was she was ice cold, vampire like she goes.
Speaker 6 (51:49):
She was ice cold.
Speaker 5 (51:51):
And like I said, this is the early nineties in Sarasota, Florida.
Speaker 1 (51:55):
That's just creepy.
Speaker 5 (51:57):
Yeah, it's scared Jesus because honestly, I was. We had
two guys quit that night. That that was it. They're done.
And then the guy that got bit he called in
the next weekend and I never saw him again, and
then we replaced everyone and then I left shortly after that.
But it was, it was it was terrifying because I
just didn't think people. I just didn't believe stuff like
(52:18):
that existed. I mean, I'm you know, I believe in
ghosts and stuff, but when you see something like that
the whole different ballgame. And then it gave me and
it was kind of mentally messing with me because I
didn't believe in like, you know, shape shifter. That to me,
that just it never made sense. And I'm not saying
I saw her do that, but to take that to
the level where it was, there had to be something
else there. Because she when I say she dipped, she
(52:40):
walked out the front door. People went. They just when
she started walking, people just went. One lady reported saying
that she had like red glowing eyes. I didn't see that. Uh.
Speaker 6 (52:52):
And other people were just like they were just terrified.
Speaker 5 (52:55):
Uh. And I'm talking full grown adult men were just terrified.
It wasn't just the bouncers, it was it was some
of the people that were there. And then they did
like just point blank said she was just hard funny.
We got off at three o'clock, like we were supposed to
get off a three o'clock. We cleaned up the bar,
we got everything done at like one, and uh we
(53:17):
stayed downstairs and we're drinking uh McK light. I'll never forget.
We had a case of mclight. We just I went
in the fridge, I got a case of mclight and
we just sat there and everyone was just sitting there
and nobody was saying a word. Nobody. The guy that
would that got bit was kind of like so freaked
out that he started and this was a big dude. Dude,
this is you know, he was playing football for a
(53:40):
local college and uh he he was freaked out. Uh
you know, he he he was freaked out. He just
he just started drinking mc light like it was water.
And then uh we actually someone had to drive him home.
But it was it was messed up. It was It
was not a good scene. And like I said that,
that was probably the most that have been terrified because
(54:01):
I I've done so many stupid things, like you know,
doing the crypt investigations and things like that, but this
was the first time I'd ever been like in a
situation like in my daily life where something like this
had happened, and it did mess with me for a while.
To be honestly, I uh, I think I quit two
weeks after that, and I just like I wouldn't go
out at night for a couple of months.
Speaker 6 (54:20):
I just stayed home.
Speaker 5 (54:21):
It was it was just one of those things that
just you had to I star, I went back. I'll
tell you what. I did go back to church after that. That.
That was one of the reasons why I went back
to church because of that incident, because up to then
I was like thinking about an atheist and uh, but that.
Speaker 6 (54:35):
That did that freaked me.
Speaker 5 (54:36):
So I even when I'm thinking about now, I'm getting
goosebumps because that that that chick is still out there.
Speaker 1 (54:43):
Gentlemen, I'm gonna get you to hold on right there.
We don't know what the siren in the bar was
that night. Christian McLeod from cryptidguide dot com merle from
the Paranormal Road Trippers more weird creepy stories. When we returned,
he faced out right now with hopes.
Speaker 4 (55:05):
Dave Scott.
Speaker 1 (55:14):
Mh I love it when you move your microphone like
that earl.
Speaker 4 (55:20):
The microphone wasn't making noise.
Speaker 1 (55:23):
Yeah, well, like you guys chat, I'm going to uh
for a weather check cigarette.
Speaker 4 (55:31):
Thank he's a vapor. Well, that's a good vape, grapefruit flavored.
Speaker 5 (55:36):
Joe, says Christian. Maybe she's standing right behind you. That's possible.
Speaker 8 (55:39):
It wasn't me, it was you. I was blonde back then.
Speaker 5 (55:43):
You were around. You could have done it. You could
have done it.
Speaker 4 (55:49):
That's an vampire things.
Speaker 5 (55:51):
That was probably. And you know what, for years, I
wouldn't talk about that story. Yeah, I wouldn't talk about it.
But you know what, Merle, here's the weirdest thing. Here's
the weirdest thing about that whole story. It's one hundred
percent through his witnesses. Even today, there's still I still
talked to one of the other bouncers. It's still a
buddy mine. Actually he lives up here in North Carolina.
Speaker 4 (56:12):
HM.
Speaker 5 (56:12):
And uh, the police, the way it was handled by
the cops, they had this sergeant guy come in and
that was it.
Speaker 6 (56:20):
He's like it was kind of like the X Files. Dude,
he handled all that.
Speaker 5 (56:25):
He just he grabs the he grabs the tape and everything.
He got our statements, he got our in contact info.
And then Christian, is it possible that the vampire woman
put a spell on you and ended up living with
her and she's standing there right with you. It is possible.
She's right here. It's possible she's right here. We each
other back, Yeah, we did. He would he would have
(56:45):
recognized definitely.
Speaker 6 (56:47):
Well, maybe pretend.
Speaker 4 (56:48):
Does she have a reflection in a mirror? That's what's important.
Speaker 5 (56:51):
She didn't know that.
Speaker 6 (56:52):
This is just she didn't show up on the videotape.
She didn't show up on the.
Speaker 5 (56:56):
The way it was is like this club was really nice.
It was a fine fine dinings today establishment, and then
at night it moved all the tables and everything, and
then there was a nightclub.
Speaker 6 (57:06):
It was really really popular.
Speaker 5 (57:07):
But they had these huge frosted glass panes and they'd
have fish on them and it looked like, you know,
the water. And then next to them there'd be a
huge mirror from the floor, I mean twelve thirteen foot mirror,
remember those they were all and they were huge, and
she was standing right in front of it, and I
remember looking just because I couldn't help, but I saw
myself in the mirror, and she's standing right like three
(57:29):
feet from me and she's not there, but her wine's
like right there. And after that, that's when she pointed
at me, and that scared the Bejesus out of me.
Speaker 4 (57:38):
That would be quite terrifying, I reckon.
Speaker 5 (57:41):
Yeah, honestly it did not. You talk about like freaking
out of the night, you're hearing anything. But now I
left that steak that was in my bronco for honestly,
it must have been at least a year. Honestly, it
was by the right by my gearshift.
Speaker 4 (57:58):
Like, what was that? You knew it was a vampire?
You had to stay ready.
Speaker 5 (58:02):
I don't know if it was.
Speaker 6 (58:05):
I'm not gonna say it was a vampire.
Speaker 5 (58:07):
And when I say it wasn't, but it was something
that was not normal because you don't pick up dude
this car. I don't know how to explain that this
girl was. I know it sounds and I'm not saying
this for my wife or anything, sounded like, you know,
I'm a purpose dude. She was gorgeous. She was gorgeous,
but she picked that dude up. This is an old
friend of mine. Dude, this guy had to be three
(58:28):
hundred and eight pounds. She picked him up like this
and threw him and he went fat. He hit people.
He was head level, his boots kicked people in his
flight path and before he hit uh, and when he
hit he broke.
Speaker 6 (58:42):
He ended up broken on his prouts.
Speaker 5 (58:44):
And glasses and then got it shattered because if it
had come down in one big junk, he've been dead.
Speaker 4 (58:49):
I guess the lesson learned was don't tell her what
to do.
Speaker 5 (58:54):
Yeah yeah, yeah, next time, you know, in my life,
it'll be like another five years, so I'll be in
the club. See the chick would no, no.
Speaker 1 (59:04):
Don't tell let her do it.
Speaker 5 (59:06):
Let her do it, uh, Joe Monk, Yes, because the
night before there was an incident at another club down
the street. Yeah, I can't think we'll talk about you
know which one it was? You know they do the triple.
I can't.
Speaker 6 (59:26):
Oh yeah yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
Speaker 4 (59:32):
I had a couple of bangers for at the top
of the hour that I'll that I'll tell I have.
I have a work ghost story that I'll share that
actually terrifies me to even think about because it's.
Speaker 5 (59:43):
I got one more. The only one, the only one
that's really really scary is when I got involved in
extracism on Halloween.
Speaker 4 (59:50):
Oh, I love. Yeah, we'll talk about that one too.
Speaker 5 (59:52):
That hurt really yeah, I got thrown a window.
Speaker 4 (59:57):
Dang hurt like a bitch.
Speaker 6 (01:00:01):
That hurt.
Speaker 5 (01:00:02):
That happened in Jersey.
Speaker 4 (01:00:04):
Mmmm five. How's the weather? Dave good? Good?
Speaker 1 (01:00:10):
Weather's good?
Speaker 5 (01:00:12):
Weather? Outside is frightful?
Speaker 1 (01:00:14):
Not yet, you guys.
Speaker 5 (01:00:16):
Gotta be getting snow soon.
Speaker 9 (01:00:19):
Yeh.
Speaker 1 (01:00:19):
It snowed here last Sunday, but it didn't stick like Bothwell,
how you doing?
Speaker 5 (01:00:29):
What is it the cabinet behind red wine?
Speaker 6 (01:00:31):
I guess you're right, You're right, love, Love is right.
Speaker 4 (01:00:36):
What's in the cabinet behind me? Oh? Lots of stuff?
Speaker 5 (01:00:39):
Looks like.
Speaker 4 (01:00:42):
That's a doll in nineteen oh two or nineteen ten doll?
Oh forgot, she's broken thoughts didn't?
Speaker 1 (01:00:53):
I just said? Fat nuts? How are you.
Speaker 4 (01:00:58):
A lot of pre Civil War photo eighteen fifties photos post? No,
they're Renter relatives, all right?
Speaker 1 (01:01:07):

All right, let's bring in our guests tonight, our main
man in the paranormal world. He goes by Merle from
the Paranormal Road Trippers, and of course Christian McLeod, thecryptid
guycryptidguide dot com for hanging on out with us. Gentlemen,
(01:02:45):
Welcome back and crypted the guy. You told a pretty
spooky story right before the break. And I'll tell you
it just made me feel, you know, a little bit
wheezy to my stomach here, you know, it really did.
But Merle, how about you. What what's your creepiest encounter.
I'll give you two.
Speaker 4 (01:03:03):
I'll give you a warm up act and then i'll
give you my really creepy one after. So, my mother,
this one hasn't been told on space dot radio every day.
My mother, she passed away in two thousand and six.
That's all good, But she was a bit of a horder.
Speaker 2 (01:03:23):
She uh.
Speaker 4 (01:03:24):
She collected tupperware like that ugly orange stuff for the
brown one or the like stains on them, vintage those ones, yep.
And even if they're broken, she put them in the
in the basement for what if they report they do
the lids again or whatever. And so me using humor
(01:03:48):
in times of sorrow, awkwardness, or to alleviate any sort
of tension. I get home. This was probably the day
after my dad and I got home from the hospital
from after she way. And we go into the basement
and and I just look around, and I look at
my dad and I'm like, well, I guess we can
(01:04:08):
get rid of our tupperware now and he just looks
at me like I'm an insensitive little you know. But
it's kind of funny in hindsight. But but but that night,
when when we all went to bed, I heard the
basement door slam and all the tupperware just leveled off
(01:04:31):
the shelves and all over the floor. And and like
like after I heard the bam, I go downstairs and
I see it. I see all the tupperware all over
the floor, and I'm like, oh, okay, Mom, I'm sorry
for saying that. And and I cleaned it all up
that night. But but that terrified me because that was
(01:04:54):
in my own house, and clearly my mother heard me,
heard me say that when I was just joking. But
my second one that this happened at work. This was
probably in twenty twenty fourteen, twenty fifteen, so a while ago.
With my job, unfortunately, I see a lot of dead
people quite often, and this was I went to They
(01:05:18):
call it like a sudden death. The person passed away
in their house and they were there for a while,
and we had to take some animals out of the house.
I was training one of our new people to do this,
so I was supervising them while they were they were
doing that, and unfortunately some of them went under the
(01:05:41):
bed that the guy was in. And obviously you're being
respectful because of what we're doing, and you want the
best for the animals that were there for so long,
and we gently collect them, we get them. And I
kind of felt off all day. I felt a little
wound out. I felt a little anxio, but more more
(01:06:03):
cranky actually, which normally I can just leave it and
go and because you have to do that at work.
And that night I had a paranormal investigation and it
was just me meeting three of my friends, one of
which he was a medium. And I get out of
(01:06:23):
my truck and I walk up to the people's house.
I was at a private residential house and he goes,
have we got with you? And I look behind me,
I look at my truck. I'm like, no, one, man,
it's just me. And he's like, no, you really cranked
someone up today and got them upset at you. Did
you steal today? Did you did you go into someone's
(01:06:44):
house and steal something? And I'm like, oh, I'm like no,
I didn't steal anything. But I was on a file
where there was a person passed away and that so
the medium just described the man to a t to
what he was wearing, what he looked like, and how
(01:07:06):
the guy didn't want to leave me because he was
mad that we took some items out of his house.
And before I could enter the paranormal investigation, I had
to have the medium basically cut the cord of the
attachment of the of the spirit from that house off
(01:07:27):
of me because he didn't want to leave me alone.
And that kind of creeped me out a lot, because again,
when you're not ghost hunting, that stuff can happen to
the average person. And what's scary is is the average
person wouldn't know that happened, and that that that's what
creates oppression with certain people and and just going down
(01:07:52):
a dark path because apparently that's what spirits can do too,
because you have a story of an exorcism. But that
was really scary, and that one sticks with me just
because it's it was so personal and yeah, I don't
I don't ever have to experience that. Again, that is creepy, man.
Speaker 5 (01:08:13):
Yeah, Yeah, that's messed up, man, especially when someone attaches
to you that good.
Speaker 4 (01:08:20):
But I guess it was the fact that like I know,
only just passed away, and where like we're extremely respectful
when we go to properties it's dead person, of course
you want to be respectful. And and now when I
go to these calls and and I see that I
have to do the things I have to do. In
my head if I if I know the person's name
(01:08:42):
or if I don't, because oftentimes we do, I'll say
in my head, I'm like, I'm sorry that i'm here.
I'm so and so I'm taking care of this. And
since then I've been doing that, it seems to be
to be okay, yeah, so.
Speaker 5 (01:08:55):
You're making peace with you you know, the person's just past.
I think there's like a you know, everyone says that
the second everyone dies, there's that bright light moment. I
think sometimes people hang around for a little bit. Is
they're not sure what's going on.
Speaker 6 (01:09:07):
They don't know they've passed. I think what happens.
Speaker 5 (01:09:11):
I think that's where you get most of your your
paranormal activities, Like people don't know they've passed, they're they're
you know, I've got places where on my ghost tour,
haunted Asheville, where we go to and kids have died there,
and uh, when you do the recordings and you get
the digital audio recordings, it sounds like kids running and
laughing and have a great time. I don't think they've
(01:09:32):
really have that they've passed. Uh So if you look
at it that way, they get to the kids forever,
you know, and that's you know, what's wrong with that.
But I think a lot of these people they passed,
you know, in such a shock or they don't know
what's coming. Uh, they stick around for a little bit
and then you know, you have what you had or
are you I'm guessing an emergency services.
Speaker 4 (01:09:50):
No, I uh, I'm in some sort of enforcement.
Speaker 5 (01:09:54):
Okay, I'm gonna try to know because I did emergency
medical services for a while and the same thing would happen,
like you walk into place and so when it passed,
and like you can feel it, like you can feel
it's just not right in there, like there's something like
the air is heavy.
Speaker 4 (01:10:10):
Like I agree with that. It's funny you mentioned that.
I normally don't share that because people are like, how
do you know? Off. Oftentimes, when you go to files
where it's a sudden death or dead body, you can
either feel them or you don't, like you can feel
that they're still alive, and I guess and exactly what
you said, it's heavier. You can't explain it. But sometimes
(01:10:32):
you can tell when they're when they're no longer there.
I don't share that opinion often, but but like people
in my field or related fields fields, they all say
the same thing, even if they're not into the spooky stuff,
it's it's bizarre, it's creepy.
Speaker 5 (01:10:47):
But yeah, there's there's there's a big difference because a
lot of people that don't feeling they're either in the
spooky stuff, they're in the woo woo, or they're just
like into the okay, uh, this happened, and you know
it's just very h A, B or C.
Speaker 6 (01:11:01):
You know, it's and it's like black or white with them.
Speaker 5 (01:11:03):
And then somewhere in the middle between all that, that's
where I like the you know, that's where I think
I am because I give you know, you have you know,
we just don't know.
Speaker 6 (01:11:12):
And that's the thing, you know, there's nothing worse.
Speaker 5 (01:11:15):
Nothing makes me more upset when we talk about the
paranorm and some call themselves a paranormal expert, because you're not,
that's a lie. You know, when I do my towards
the first thing I said to most people, if anyone
says they're a paranormal expert, they're lying to you. There's
there's no such thing as an expert in this field
because we don't know enough. You know, we can extrapolate
a bunch of information. You can do research up to
(01:11:38):
wise and you know, and that's why I read. You know,
we we we read everything that we can about a place,
or we do the research.
Speaker 6 (01:11:45):
But the truth is, I'm not an expert in the paranormal,
in the crypto world.
Speaker 5 (01:11:47):
And anyone says there's lying to you, you know, because
all you can do is just give your best, you know,
scientific interpretation of what's going on, and and go from.
Speaker 6 (01:11:56):
There, present the facts that you have found and here
it is.
Speaker 5 (01:11:59):
That's why, like, if you go on my website I have,
I don't say this is proof, this is some of
the research we've gotten.
Speaker 6 (01:12:04):
You make your own decision. Here it is, there's the pictures.
Speaker 5 (01:12:07):
You know. It just drives me nuts when people call
themselves a crypto or a paranormal expert. It's just it's
infuriating because they make the rest of us look bad.
Speaker 1 (01:12:17):
Fair.
Speaker 6 (01:12:18):
Yeah, it's just just annoying. Dave, what do you think
about that?
Speaker 1 (01:12:20):
No, I would, I would fully agree. We've said that
topic a number of times here on this show over
the years, you know, and it's not just paranormal investigator.
It's them using the word science. So they're conducting scientific
experimentation and you know that they haven't conducted a scientific
experimentation since probably high school.
Speaker 5 (01:12:42):
We're the qualifications. You know, where where did you learn how.
Speaker 4 (01:12:45):
To do this? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (01:12:46):
Right, But I could debate that all night long. It's
a real pet peeve of mind.
Speaker 6 (01:12:50):
Well I got I got into it with a guy
that you know.
Speaker 5 (01:12:53):
He's telling me he's an expert in the crypt and
paranormal and he's using the scientific method. And my first
thing was, okay, well where'd you go to school for that?
And I said, you know, oh, well, you know I
went to high school. And I said, so where did
you become you know this this expert? He goes, well,
I read the internet.
Speaker 6 (01:13:10):
Really, this is this is your that's You're gonna die
on that hill.
Speaker 5 (01:13:13):
That's where you gotta go with this. So it is
it's annoying because people, you know, I know, people have
been doing paranormal stuff like Robin. Robin will tell you first,
Robin Haynes. I love Robin to death, but Robin will
tell you she's not an expert. She's been doing this
for thirty forty years, you know, something like that. You know,
but that's honest. She's like, you know, it's people like that.
When people are honest about it, you can't help. But
(01:13:36):
you know, I think that they're good people. But like
I said, when someone says, oh, I'm an expert in this,
I'm an expert, I'm not an expert in anything.
Speaker 6 (01:13:45):
So I wouldn't know what that feels like.
Speaker 5 (01:13:48):
But you know, when when they started claiming to be
an expert in paranormal or decribtent world, that just drives
me nuts.
Speaker 4 (01:13:55):
How about have you ever been touched by a spirit
like on the arm or.
Speaker 5 (01:13:58):
Like I've been When we were talking about that that
exorcism that I've been pushed out a window, Well.
Speaker 1 (01:14:03):
Let's talk about the exorcism that I have never gone
on record with this one.
Speaker 5 (01:14:08):
But this happened in October.
Speaker 6 (01:14:11):
I believe it was October nineteenth, two thousand and five.
Speaker 5 (01:14:14):
I was in New Jersey and I was in a
paranormal group or I was affiliated with the paranormal. I
just want to say that. And they had arranged for
an exorcism to be done on a young lady and
they asked me to be a witness basically film, and
(01:14:36):
I said yes, because I will.
Speaker 6 (01:14:37):
I have to say this. At that point in my life.
Speaker 5 (01:14:40):
I was in my you know, I was a young punk.
I was dumber than I am now, which is kind
of hard to believe. And I had no faith. Does
that make sense. I was in that I didn't believe
in anything phase because if this is why the world
being act like this, and then you know, I believe
in the paranormal, supernatural, but I thought about it on
a different plane because existence at that point, I just
(01:15:02):
didn't have any Uh, I didn't have any Jesus in
my life.
Speaker 6 (01:15:05):
That makes sense. I just it was one of these
things where I just thought.
Speaker 5 (01:15:08):
That, you know, you transcended and you either went to
this place or this place or you stayed here. And
uh when I got asked to witness this, I was like, Oh, sure,
this will be this will be fun because I never believed.
Speaker 6 (01:15:21):
I you know, I look at the Extio.
Speaker 5 (01:15:23):
System movie and I kind of laughed sometimes because I
think it's funny and some of the things you know,
and when when he witness it's a little different. So
when we get there, we got there at six o'clock
at night. It was in New Jersey. It was I'll
tell you this story. I was in South New Jersey.
It's close to Philadelphia. There was a Catholic priest, his assistant.
(01:15:46):
There was me and three other guys. One of the
gentlemen that I was involved with this in was when
this happened, he thought he could do it himself. He
he took on a job where he never should have
been part of anything, and he ended up well, basically,
(01:16:06):
let's put this way. He's still in a lunatic asylum
in New Jersey since two thousand and five. But he
did something after this. But I think this had something
that helped. But here's here's exactly what happened.
Speaker 6 (01:16:17):
We go upstairs, they're starting the ceremony, They're.
Speaker 5 (01:16:20):
They're speaking Latin, They're they're doing their whole thing there,
the Holy water and everything.
Speaker 6 (01:16:25):
I started kind of laughing to myself. I thought it
was a joke.
Speaker 5 (01:16:29):
The entity inside the young lady h made a comment
about my father that no one, nobody would would know. Uh,
he said my dad's first middle of the last name. Uh.
(01:16:49):
And then he made a comment about, you know, an
incident that had happened. Uh, And I am not man,
I'm getting up so thinking about this. But I was
not close with my dad. And when this comment was made,
I was like, oh, what the And I haven't said
(01:17:09):
what the you know, I was like a little surprised
because like, what did you say? And this thing addressed
me by my full name, and then it told me
to get out and it moved its arms like this,
and I felt a force pushed.
Speaker 6 (01:17:24):
Me through the window. When I went through the second story.
Speaker 5 (01:17:26):
Window, rolled over the hawning and then fell in the bushes.
And I was in church the next day. And that
that that's that scared them.
Speaker 6 (01:17:39):
But Jesus said to me, because.
Speaker 5 (01:17:40):
I've never I mean, there was things that happened, and
I'm discussed, but it had, I mean whatever it was
new exactly what went down, and it it messed with me.
Speaker 7 (01:17:54):
And it's actually kind of gave me a jump start
getting my faith back because since then, I've I go
in fact, I was in confession today, yes yeah, and.
Speaker 5 (01:18:08):
Uh, Ever since then, man, I guess gott to reinfirm
my faith. But it's it's scary as hell when you
see something like that. I don't even know how to
explain it because it's I watched forty five fifty pounds
girl break change that were an inch of a quarter. Mhm,
just break them like it was nothing like one of
(01:18:29):
those you know, Superman thinks, and then the other stuff happened,
and it was.
Speaker 4 (01:18:35):
I have a question for you. It's kind of a
faith based question. I am not like religious what you saying,
But one thing I like to ask is do you
find faith it protects you, like, like like genuinely, like
I'm just asking because of your story. So because I
(01:18:56):
know how I like, I'll just say some people use
like crystals, so some people use sage or some people
I use sage.
Speaker 6 (01:19:05):
I wear feldspark Horse crystals.
Speaker 5 (01:19:07):
I wear a rosary I've got I don't know how
many times I've got my page for Saint Saint Benedict'.
You know, I've got a Saint Benedict ring. But I
will tell you this faith is the only thing that
I know saves and that's just me. That's just my
faith is the only thing I know that saved me.
My love of Jesus Christ, and the protection gives me
(01:19:27):
is the only thing that's kept me from being whacked.
Speaker 6 (01:19:31):
I don't know what else to say. I mean, that's
just the truth.
Speaker 5 (01:19:34):
That's just for me. You know, I don't ever. I
don't judge anyone. I've got friends of mine that are athists.
I got friends of mine that are in a cult.
I got friends of mine that are in a wicca witchcrafts.
Speaker 6 (01:19:44):
Of that, I don't judge. You know, that's not my
for me.
Speaker 5 (01:19:49):
Uh, my religion is probably the only thing that allows
me to do what I do without worrying about anything.
Speaker 10 (01:19:55):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (01:19:56):
And the other thing, you know, and I will say this,
when you walk into my house, there's holy water, there's shrunk.
I mean, my place has been protected. It's it's it's
got ridiculous, actually a little overkilled. But I you know,
I worry about Christina. I don't want to ever bring
anything home. I don't want to ever bring anything through
(01:20:16):
my front door attached to me.
Speaker 9 (01:20:18):
The first day I got here, when I got off
the plane, he put a Saint Benedict around my.
Speaker 8 (01:20:25):
Neck and said, wear this all the time. I want
to be protected.
Speaker 9 (01:20:29):
I'm scared somebody something's going to take you away from me.
Put this right here and leave it there.
Speaker 1 (01:20:33):
You don't have to tell them all man, that is romantic.
Speaker 4 (01:20:39):
Yeah, people with face.
Speaker 5 (01:20:42):
You know, I worry about the people's closest to me. I'm
sure you've you've done investigations where you've been in situations
you're like, am I hope that thing didn't attach to me?
Speaker 6 (01:20:51):
You know?
Speaker 5 (01:20:52):
Uh? We we did an investigation once on a nursery
or a daycare center, a tiny and I and the
second can we walked in this place, we saw shadows
go like the four corners there was it was.
Speaker 6 (01:21:09):
It was crazy.
Speaker 5 (01:21:10):
But you know, that was one of the other times
we thought somebody attached to us and we had a
you know, we got sage and everything, and that's usually
when a big deal comes there. So I I use
all precautions. I'm not just saying, okay, but blah, we'll
save your place. We'll we'll do what it takes. You know,
I'm a firm believer you can't have enough protection.
Speaker 6 (01:21:28):
So that's that's kind of.
Speaker 5 (01:21:29):
How we are. I mean to you know, monopolize all
the time, you guys.
Speaker 6 (01:21:32):
I'm sorry, I'm just saying that.
Speaker 4 (01:21:33):
No, that's interesting. For me because like, well, on one
confession I have, since you went to confession, I'll go
to confession today. I'm kidding. Is religion terrifies me? I
don't know, always has like terrifies me.
Speaker 5 (01:21:49):
Well, I'll tell you know what's cool about my my
my specific church that I got to. We got to,
uh both of our our priests there are exorcists.
Speaker 4 (01:21:59):
Interesting.
Speaker 5 (01:22:00):
So it's like, so something happens, I have the ability
I can call, hey, I think I did something, I
probably show blah blah blah, so I get a handled
pretty quick. But you know, it's just like I said,
it's just the faith, man, And you know every you
know water means it's on level. And if if that
doesn't work for you, then something else will. Man. But
(01:22:21):
like I said, you have an open invite to come
here as long as you state you want to spend
a month here. You got your own room, your own bathroom,
whatever you want to do. We'll go film stuff. I'll
bring you a coach if you want to. You know,
I'm not recruiting, but you know, I think you.
Speaker 6 (01:22:37):
Know you just enjoy meetings a couple of people.
Speaker 5 (01:22:39):
But I'm telling you for me, it's it's for me,
it's been the best thing because I'm naturally on the
darker side, if that makes sense, that's like my natural
you know, uh disposition. I'm a little darker and I
know that about myself. And if I if I don't
take cautions about that, it would not I could see
(01:23:02):
myself turn into the dark side.
Speaker 4 (01:23:03):
Does that make sense?
Speaker 5 (01:23:05):
And if I didn't have my faith, then I don't
know what that would be. Honestly, I'm not.
Speaker 6 (01:23:11):
Saying I'm anything more than what I'm ever gonna be.
Speaker 5 (01:23:13):
It's just I don't I don't know, and that's not
what I place I want to delve into, you know
what I mean?
Speaker 4 (01:23:18):
Yeah, for sure. Like since we've been talking, horror and
Halloween time, those are like my favorite kind of like
scary movies.
Speaker 5 (01:23:24):
They're like we watch Wednesday, We'll do Werewolf movie Wednesday
and we'll do the easiest werewolf movies on YouTube or whoever,
and we watched them because we love you know, I
just love horror movies. And you know, maybe that makes
us a sociopath.
Speaker 8 (01:23:39):
I don't know, a really good movie and sometimes we
just get a really good.
Speaker 5 (01:23:42):
Laugh, but it's it's it's one of those things where
like you said, And I know faith is really important
to Christina too because when she you know, she's on
the tours with me every night, and we go to
places that are legitimately haunted, they're very normally active and
as many times as we've been there, if something has
an attached, that's not gonna it's one of those things.
But that's because you know, we have our faith. And
(01:24:05):
but again that's just me. I mean, you could, I
could stage every time I do a tour, I do
something like this, but that's just not what I do.
You know, in that moment have I done. Of course,
I've staged in my cigar box. You know, I've got
red blood, red dragon blood stage. You know, I'm not
afraid to break it out. I stage in my house.
I do it all. But like I said, you know,
(01:24:26):
just for me, my faith in Jesus and then the
Lord of Mighty, that just kind of gives me strength
and that makes me keep doing what I do.
Speaker 1 (01:24:34):
All right, gentlemen, when we come back from the break
at the bottom of the hour, you know what we're
gonna do. We're gonna take some audience questions. That's always fun.
Audience questions are always fun. All spaced Out Radio. Why not?
We got our main man merle from the Paranormal Road
Trippers and Christian mc cloud coming up next.
Speaker 11 (01:24:57):
Yes, mm hmmm, you're listening to space Out for You's
your host, Dave Scott.
Speaker 1 (01:25:18):
How'd you like Frank merle Stein.
Speaker 4 (01:25:20):
I loved it, Dave. I can't wait for the next one.
See Baptized Roman Catholic. But yeah, I just never, you.
Speaker 5 (01:25:32):
Know what I except, brother, I have never. I don't
judge anyone. But ma'am, can I ask you a question just.
Speaker 4 (01:25:40):
To just about the forty three years young?
Speaker 5 (01:25:44):
Yeap, dude, you look honestly, you look like you you
look like you're in.
Speaker 6 (01:25:47):
Your early thirties. You really do God as well.
Speaker 5 (01:25:52):
But you know what, when when it's when you feel
like it's time. I honestly think there's like a clock
in everyone. I think when it's their time for their
faith to kick in, no matter what it is, it
just kind of rings in their their heart and they
know it and then they go back to it. But
like I said, I'm not gonna I'll tell you sure.
I was when I was eighteen nineteen twenty two. For
(01:26:14):
about four years, I was completely I was an atheist.
I didn't believe anything. I thought it was ridiculous, you know.
And then you know, the few of those incidents like that,
that one we talked about, that really it changed me.
It changed me and I saw what happen. I have
(01:26:34):
a relative that I honestly believe was possessed and that
I don't even like talking about that, but that that
to me, that that molded me a little different. And
then when I started like I can bring that, you know,
thinking I was an atheist, and that darker side of
me came out, I kind of noticed it more, you know,
(01:26:57):
you know what you are, and I realized I was
becoming a very dark person. And then, you know, other
instances failed then and I got back to religion. But
I honestly believe that that that those incidents probably saved
my life. Mm hmm, because if I didn't have them,
you know, I don't even know what I'd be.
Speaker 6 (01:27:17):
I'm a full believer. You know, people know if they're
dark or not, you know, I know, I mean, I've
got a real dark.
Speaker 5 (01:27:22):
Sense of humor. A lot of stuff's funny, uh and uh,
but just yeah, and so does the hot slice. But
it's just one of the things where you know when
you're ready, you're ready. Uh you know, like I said,
man merle if you haven't, I'm there for you, brother,
whatever you need. So I don't any want about it.
Speaker 6 (01:27:43):
We'll bring you back. We'll bring you back to the fold.
Speaker 1 (01:27:48):
All right. We got about two and a half. Look
at t Bone another five gifts of membership. That's ten tonight,
He's give it away.

Speaker 1 (01:27:59):

Speaker 1 (01:28:32):

go ahead. I don't care I to.
Speaker 1 (01:30:08):
I'm totally going to.
Speaker 4 (01:30:12):
Have really cool EVP story for the top few hours.
Speaker 1 (01:30:15):
All right, let's hold on here, guys, because we're coming back.
Thank you to Jake number one and truck or Andrew

Speaker 4 (01:31:49):
Great to be back, Thanks Dave. I'm trying to figure
out what my new name is.
Speaker 1 (01:31:53):
Yeah, man was, well, let's figure that out.
Speaker 5 (01:31:58):
I think Merlo source Rex. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:32:01):
This is so for people who don't know, because Merle
likes to bring up things that we do on the
YouTube side that our radio side can ever figure out. Yeah. Yeah,
he always forgets. So we we rename Merle every half
an hour, So last half hour he was Frank Merlestein,
He's been Jack Merle Lantern trick Merle treat and now
(01:32:26):
el Merla Mistress of the Dark.
Speaker 5 (01:32:28):
I love it. That's good.
Speaker 4 (01:32:32):
Strong.
Speaker 1 (01:32:34):
Yeah, that that that's that's strong. That's strong.
Speaker 4 (01:32:37):
Are there?
Speaker 1 (01:32:37):
So now our radio audience knows because Merle, Yes, all right, Merle,
you wanted to talk about some EVPs.
Speaker 5 (01:32:47):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:32:48):
First off, First off, explain to our audience what an
e VP is.
Speaker 4 (01:32:53):
An e VP is an electronic voice phenomenon. So basically,
when when us goes hunters go out and do our
ghost hunting, we always roll audio on an audio recorder,
and an EVP is something our naked ear cannot hear
until we play back on the audio recording device. And
(01:33:15):
for whatever reason, a spirit or a ghost can alter
the frequency in your recordings, and that's how you hear
your EVP. You can live listen like with headphones and
oftentimes you can even hear the voice come through through
the headphones. But other than that, you have to listen
(01:33:36):
to all your audio after And we just got a
creepy one at a cemetery out here in British Columbia.
It's an old pioneer, a Danish Pioneer Cemetery at a
place called Wannak and we were we were doing some
just had the audio recorder going. We had some of
(01:33:58):
our Ghost to Year going on on some of the tombstones.
This was at night, and one of our EMF detectors
electromagnetic frequency detectors. They say that ghosts can mimic or
they can alter the EMF to let you know that
they're there and makes our devices go different colors, so
(01:34:18):
it's kind of like you're communicating with a ghost. And
one of the ladies that was with me was like, hey,
that the light just went off then all of a sudden,
in our audio recorder, because I listened to the playback,
we heard a lady humming sounded like a song, maybe
from one side of us, and walking all the way
(01:34:42):
kind of around us, so you could hear it in
the headphones or on the speaker, going from one side
to the other and then just fade away. And that's
the best type of creepy, scary evidence you get because
you can't hear that until you're home. Is all that
sort of pedermal activity happening around you, which is another
(01:35:05):
unsettling thing if you think about it. Because we like
when you're there. When when you're like, oh, this was
a boring night, nothing happened, when you go back and
listen to your evidence, oftentimes you will get a voice
to your questions. And that's one thing I encourage with investigators.
They love investigating, They love bringing all the toys and
bringing all the audio video, go through your stuff, because
(01:35:29):
that's where you find your gold. And it's just really
neat to hear that sort of stuff, and and and
again it's creepy as heck. You've experienced them, David. I'm
sure Christian you have as well. But yeah, I just
want to tell that story because one of the best
EVPs I've gotten in a long time. I wish I
(01:35:51):
could s.
Speaker 1 (01:35:52):
It's on my Instagram if you want to hear it,
I think for these EVPs, I mean, if you want
to convince somebody that the paranormal is real, EVPs electronic
voice phenomena are definitely one of the great ways to
do it. I mean, even like up at Flight twenty
(01:36:13):
one when Tim and I started investigating there where you
hear Tim fumbling and bumbling with the camera and you
hear this young boy go uh oh, and then you
could tell. He turns to his buddies and says something
mumbling and then turns his head back and laughs. Ha
ha ha ha, you know, in a kid's way. I mean,
(01:36:34):
you're in the middle of the forest, there's nobody around
you for about twenty miles, and you're getting a child's
voice commenting in real time about Tim fumbling with the camera.
I mean, it just doesn't get any more real than that,
does it.
Speaker 5 (01:36:51):
No?
Speaker 4 (01:36:51):
And like when I go do like conventions or markets,
not this past one, but sometimes I'll bring my laptop
and when when people who don't know what we do
from anything come up and you show them e vps,
it's kind of interesting to watch their facial expressions change.
And then you'll you'll take a non believer into somebody
that at least questions it now instead of absolutely writes
(01:37:14):
it off. And I find that as a as a
big win, especially with our community, when you can you
can reach people like that, but with ghostly voices.
Speaker 1 (01:37:25):
What do you think of e vps? What's your best EVP? Christian,
I believe or not.
Speaker 5 (01:37:30):
The best EVP we had was during encryptid Uh investigation
and we were we call this place the Haunted force.
It's uh, it's a McDowell County, North Carolina, and McDowell
County's kind of they consider themselves the Bigfoot hub in
North Carolina.
Speaker 6 (01:37:46):
Therese there's so many sites and it's a it's a
very active place.
Speaker 5 (01:37:50):
But uh, when we do any investigations, I always leave
a micro recorder in my pocket, my best and the
second week and you know, I've got that. It's that
digital one that goes on for sixteen hours because I
got the chip in there, so I just I just
hit record. And we had been having some interesting phenomena.
We saw we had time loss, and my part buddy
(01:38:14):
and my buddy Tiny and I were both looking up
at a plane and you know, you've got the chemtrails
and you can see the plane flying. It was almost
like the first thing that we noticed. It was like
the plane just stopped moving. It almost started going in reverse,
and it was you know, it's it's it's it's high
up there. And we noticed that that was kind of weird.
And then we started having some mechanical issues with some
of the equipment. The natural field meter was going off
(01:38:38):
and that only goes off like when it picks up
a strong signal. And it just started going off and
I even turned it off, and it kept it. Even
when it was starting off, it click on. So I
ended up having to take the battery out of it.
But what I'd noticed was I thought I was hearing
like whispers and stuff in my ear, and I thought
it might be the wind. But the next day, when
(01:39:00):
I got back home and I downloaded the uh the
audio files into the computer, I was looking at the
wavescreen and you know how it's just like we were
over the boo boom uh and I fast forwarded there
and you heard something specifically say get out of my uh,
get out of my territory. I heard it, and it
(01:39:20):
was like get out of my territory, and it was
like get out of my home. And then there was
another one that said like go away, we don't want
you here. And it was all like timed up with
all these things happening. So EVPs, you know, I love them.
I'm for believable.
Speaker 6 (01:39:37):
Even when I go out and uh you know, we
do crypt and investigations, I bring.
Speaker 5 (01:39:41):
H everything's taped, uh you know, audio and then of
course we have the the go pros. And then the
other thing I do is I bring a radar. I
mean I bring an EMF field eater of course, and
radiation detector, and you'd be surprised how many times something
pops up a couple two, three, four ads out in
the middle of nowhere, and it's just you can't explain that.
Speaker 1 (01:40:01):
All right, let's get to some audi's questions here. Uh
and Joe is asking Merle, when Internation are you going
to release the video from Flight twenty one with Samantha
and Captain Dave.
Speaker 4 (01:40:17):
Ooh uh in a while. We have the footage. I
have the footage. I'm working on two other I have
like four videos that I'm trying to cut. Plus uh,
Jake is trying to cut two as well, So I'm
getting there. I've trimmed it down.
Speaker 1 (01:40:37):
A little bit.
Speaker 4 (01:40:38):
We have a lot of stuff to go through. But yes,
that'd be great.
Speaker 1 (01:40:43):
T Bone is asking Merle, what are your Halloween movie picks?
Speaker 4 (01:40:49):
Oh? I like the Conjuring series. I'm a sucker for
the that stage. The new one I have it was okay,
I haven't seen it. It was okay.
Speaker 1 (01:40:59):
Curious Girl is not very happy.
Speaker 4 (01:41:02):
I like a hell House. Some people hate it, but
I like I like that one too. Yeah, does would
be my movie picks.
Speaker 5 (01:41:11):
You know what, guy had one. It's gonna send cheesy
silver Bullet and Fright Night, the original Fright Night.
Speaker 4 (01:41:18):
I like those. If you want to go classic, I
like sometimes they come back.
Speaker 6 (01:41:22):
I love that that werewolf looks just like a Teddy Bear.
Speaker 8 (01:41:26):
I can't go wrong with dog soldiers.
Speaker 1 (01:41:28):
I just watch old home videos of my ex mother
in law. That's that scares me enough.
Speaker 6 (01:41:33):
Right there, that's a demon right there.
Speaker 1 (01:41:36):
All right, this one for you, Christian. Okay, we got
a radio show, guys. Joe is asking, is it possible
that the police had reports about this, this terrifying woman
before and knew all about her? The one who was
throwing around people at the bar.
Speaker 5 (01:41:57):
Incident the night before at a local bar less than
two miles away, and pretty much the same thing happened.
There was a but there was like four or five
people actually got hospitalized for broken ribs, broken ribs, and
I think I think she bit someone else in the
face too. Weird, weird, and you never hear anything about it.
(01:42:20):
That was the thing.
Speaker 1 (01:42:22):
Jackutta is saying, I saw the house and the new
owners told one of my old neighbors that they felt
I was haunting the house. Is this possible, I.
Speaker 4 (01:42:34):
Don't think so. I think that your energy could be
imprinted there. I think if you had any traumatic events
and joyful events like happy, sad, angry, I think that
that energy could be imprinted to your old house for sure.
Speaker 5 (01:42:51):
Yeah, I'm with Merle on that one. I think you
can have a traumatic event, happy event. You know, maybe
you had four or five Christmas in a row, everything
was great, and that energy is just kind of impacted there, and.
Speaker 6 (01:43:03):
He shows up every once in a while.
Speaker 5 (01:43:05):
But I don't think it can be. I don't see
anyone haunting any place alive. I just don't see that happening.
Speaker 1 (01:43:13):
All right, let's go next to Mike for both of you.
So many places claim to have the portal to Hell,
Bobby Mackie's, et cetera. In your opinion there, I could
read opinion where is or would be the real portal
to Hell?
Speaker 5 (01:43:37):
I don't think.
Speaker 4 (01:43:39):
I'm not sure. I don't know if there's a portal
to help per se. I think that there's more charged
areas than not for paranormal activity based on events, based
on things that have happened there. People that have lived there,
died there, have been murdered, there or war, but I
don't think there's an actual demonic portal pit to Hell. Though.
(01:44:05):
When I saw Bobby Mackie's exhibiting the zach Bag in
the Haunted Museum, it was kind of creepy because he
has a bunch of the floor from there he has
the ball like it looks like you're in a smaller
version of Bobby Mackie's.
Speaker 5 (01:44:17):
Yeah, I saw that myself. I'm with you on that,
but I have to disagree. I think there's definitely chlorals
to Hell. I can explain that where my ex mother
in law lives, that's definitely one of them. I'm we
won't happy to get addresses on that later.
Speaker 6 (01:44:35):
But I think where places have a great.
Speaker 5 (01:44:40):
Evil energy, I think that would be like, you know,
where black masses have been done, Satanic worship, things of
that nature, murders of innocence rituals. I think like where
replaces like that have been done over centuries. You know,
I think that would probably be the closest thing to
portal health. But I'm with you. I don't think you
(01:45:01):
just open a door and oh, look there's Hell, you know,
so you know, it's it's got to be a place
where there's a lot of history and a lot of violence,
and a lot of death, and a lot of misery
and a lot of evil.
Speaker 1 (01:45:13):
Let's move on to another question. Let's go to Ashley Christian.
Did you already explain how you were thrown out a window?
I think that's what I heard you mentioned in terms
of scariest experiences.
Speaker 5 (01:45:26):
Yeah, that entity, like I said, it said something.
Speaker 6 (01:45:31):
It basically, uh, said something.
Speaker 5 (01:45:34):
About my father. It uses real name, you know, his
full name, and then it pointed at me, and the
second appointed at me. I got thrown through the second
story window during an exorcism.
Speaker 1 (01:45:45):
Of course, seeing somebody possessed is an incredibly freaky site.
Speaker 5 (01:45:53):
Ver fine, it's the most horrifying thing you'll ever see
because you don't think it's real to you see it.
Speaker 1 (01:45:59):
Yeah, vocabulary, Get Christina to come a little bit closer
to the microphone.
Speaker 4 (01:46:04):
I'm sorry.
Speaker 8 (01:46:04):
I just saw in the comments somebody said it was defenestrated.
Very good vocabulary.
Speaker 1 (01:46:10):
Oh yeah, that is good vocabulary. Defenestrated.
Speaker 6 (01:46:13):
I'm gonna use that word tomorrow.
Speaker 8 (01:46:14):
You don't get to use that word very often. Defenestrated.
Speaker 5 (01:46:19):
Smart love it.
Speaker 1 (01:46:23):
Mer, Where did you see somebody possessed?
Speaker 4 (01:46:29):
I don't really think I've seen anyone possessed like possessed.
I've seen people get cranky with energy, but no, Dave,
I don't think i've I've officially seen somebody get possessed
that I can remember.
Speaker 1 (01:46:40):
I've seen the top of my head. I've seen it once.
That was at the heritage site where a lady had
a spirit sneak into her body, watching her kind of
you know, watching her hands, especially because her hands were
like crinkling up, and she was like all like this.
(01:47:00):
Her voice had changed, her face had changed, and it
was up to me to get it out of her.
And I literally it was one of the scariest times
I've ever dealt with because I'd never seen it before.
And I was like, okay, Like we got everybody out
(01:47:24):
of the building from the top floor, including her children
who were in there, and she was dragging me across
the floor. Dude, I had a hold of her hands
and she was dragging me across the floor and she
kept on saying like saying, I need a drink. Where's
(01:47:45):
my drink? But she was very much more vulgar on that.
So how I got the spirit out of her is
I had to take him into me in order to
get him out of her. You have to, yeah, have
to have to. It's my path.
Speaker 5 (01:48:05):
You don't.
Speaker 1 (01:48:06):
You don't ever do that, Okay, we will. We will
agree to disagree on that because there are different ways
on doing things. But I had to get it out,
got her out, and then I had to cleanse myself
in order to do that, which took about half an hour,
and we were good day.
Speaker 4 (01:48:27):
Now that I think about it, I think I may
This is another work story. I was dealing with some
people and there's an old, old lady. She looked like
your typical, like an old one you see on TV,
like a gypsy. She was wearing like a cloak. She
had long, like stringy hair, and she hated me. And
(01:48:50):
I didn't do anything to her, I guess my presence,
but she was speaking in some language to me, and
she did some hand gesture. She threw something at my feet,
then spat at me. Luckily it didn't hit me. But
then she did something else with her hand and then
(01:49:12):
collapsed and then kept looking at like we didn't didn't
lose eye contact with me the whole time, and then
I felt kind of creeped out off after that that
was in my head for a couple of days. But like,
I don't, I don't. I think she's speaking some sort
of slavic language, but I don't think. Nothing happened to me,
(01:49:37):
But yeah, she was. It was creepy. Now now that
you make me think about if I've seen possessed people.
Speaker 1 (01:49:43):
It wasn't cool. It wasn't cool. Four minutes ago, Christian,
what's your favorite Halloween story?
Speaker 5 (01:49:51):
Hmm, all right, it's not really scary, but it's kind
of funny. A couple of years ago, we had a
blood mood on Halloween and we were doing this thing
with the local news crew. They wanted to do something about, uh,
paranormal activity in the city, so we went to a
place called Helen's Bridge. And Helen's Bridge is it's a
(01:50:12):
very active place. A lot of strange stuff happens there,
and uh there's We were up there with the film
crew for local television station and uh, I was, I
love that picture. I was with the camera guy and
we were walking up to Helen's Bridge and we heard
voices and I I said, I said to the camera guy,
(01:50:37):
turned the light off, What's what's what's going on here?
And we kept walking up and uh. One of the
one of the voices we heard was yelling at another
person and he says, you drew the pentagram wrong. You're
gonna screw this all up and no one's gonna get
their powers. So we're like, what are they talking about?
So we kept walking and all of a sudden, the
(01:50:57):
camera guy goes watched this and he flicks the light.
So there's like these four scrubs, these these teenagers. One
of them looked like they had to shower. The months
just just dorky. Look at kids, greasy, and they all
have hoodies on except one guy.
Speaker 6 (01:51:12):
They all have black hood except one guy had like
a blue hoodie.
Speaker 5 (01:51:14):
I don't think you've got the memo. And they were
trying to do a Satanic mass to get some kind
of powers, but they drew the pentagram wrong and they
were arguing about it when we got up there, and
then the kid turned. One of the kids turns around.
He sees the camera guy and he goes, I kill
it my mom seeming like this on TV. And he
runs away and then they all ran away. So I
(01:51:37):
just thought that was hilarious because it was a blood
moon on a Halloween and they were trying to get
satanic powers.
Speaker 1 (01:51:44):
Well that's always nice.
Speaker 5 (01:51:46):
Yes, you could have seen these guys.
Speaker 1 (01:51:48):
Yeah, you know, two minutes to go here Merle your
favorite Halloween story.
Speaker 4 (01:51:56):
Uh, this would have been a couple of years ago,
doing a fundraiser and for a local historical home and
just having I can remember so clearly that this couple
came in, this big, big tough guy, right, He's like,
this is all crap, this is all dumb. I don't
(01:52:16):
know why you do this. You have better things to do.
I'm like, and then you know, I'm just being me.
I'm like, nah, no, I don't his life right ole
time and started them at one of the stations, and
it was during the estest methods, So for our viewers,
it's the estest method you've heard me talk about it before.
It's sensory deprivation with his spirit box scanning the airwaves
(01:52:39):
for words. And I guess that this spirit box said
something personal to him from like like a parent, like
a dead relative. And he started getting mad at me,
thinking that I faked it, and I that to him intentionally,
(01:53:01):
like he wanted to search my pockets to see if
I had a button to make the spirit box say whatever, whatever,
word it was. I think I think it was just
a name or something that was familiar to him, and
and I didn't. We had the like I was recording,
so we had the video footage and I played it
back for him and you can just see the the
(01:53:23):
fear in his face, like big tough guy just buckle
and then became a believer. I like, I like making
people a believer, especially if they did make fun or
take a run out what we do. Mer.
Speaker 1 (01:53:36):

Speaker 12 (02:02:39):
Hello, and welcome to spaced Out Radios Swamp. I'm swamp dweller,
and tonight I'm going to take you on a mystic
journey of the unn sharing tales of monsters, legends and nightmares.
Welcome to the spaced Out Radio Swamp. I think I
finally have an answer for something plaguing me almost every night.
Speaker 1 (02:03:00):
Yet I wish I didn't.
Speaker 12 (02:03:03):
I'm lying in bed typing this on my phone because
I'm so freaking scared right now, I can't even move.
I've lived in this house with my husband and daughter
for two years, not long after moving here, I started
experiencing these weird shaking sensations occasionally at night while lying
in bed. It feels exactly like a small earthquake, and honestly,
(02:03:25):
for a long time I just wrote them off of
that because I live in northern California and there are
fault lines everywhere. I could very well have been feeling
small tremors, but they're so specific. I lay in bed
with this disorienting shaking feeling, and I would joke my
husband awake and eats where he felt nothing. This makes sense.
(02:03:47):
For whatever reason, there's suddenly gone as soon as someone
other than me is awake to handle it. Come to
think of it, they happen way more often when he's
away at work and it's just me in bed. I've
looked up everything seismic activity, medical conditions that could cause
pseudo earthquake sensations. Hell, I've even wondered if I'm just
(02:04:08):
hallucinating it. I've even looked into whether anything supernatural could
be causing it. Nothing absolutely nothing matches what I'm feeling,
nothing explains it. Honestly, it hasn't even been that alarming
to me anymore, and it's been more of an annoyance
than anything. The one thing I should have thought to
do was look under the bed, and that brings us
(02:04:29):
to now. As I lay down in my bed alone
one morning, my husband was away on a trip. I'm
holding so still, I'm barely breathing because the tremor started.
I looked over the side of the bed on a whim,
and suddenly the tremor stopped, but not before I saw
in the dim light coming through the window something I
wish I could not see, something I wish I could
(02:04:51):
just wipe away from my memory. A hand abnormally long,
bony fingers and dirty, jagged nails released their hold on
the mattress in quickly drew back under the bed. As
it did, I promptly rolled back away from the edge,
grabbed my phone, and hit under the blankets.
Speaker 4 (02:05:07):
Like a freaking idiot. I could hardly believe what I
had just seen.
Speaker 12 (02:05:12):
It had to be my imagination, right, It couldn't possibly
have There's no way, but I know I saw a hand.
Why Why did I decide to look down there? I
could have lived my entire life not knowing this. And
what am I supposed to do?
Speaker 5 (02:05:27):
Now?
Speaker 12 (02:05:28):
Call the cops? Whatever is down there? Will get me
way faster than anyone can get here. I'm honestly terrified.
I don't really know what to do, so I wanted
to send this story in. Of course, I have reported
this to the authorities, and every time we look into
the bed, we don't see anything.
Speaker 4 (02:05:44):
I'm terrified.
Speaker 1 (02:05:47):
Thank you swamp Dweller for another creepy story. If you
want more just like that, head on over to his
YouTube channel swamp Dweller hit subscribe, Ring that Bell, thousands
of stories just like that for you to tune and
each and every night. Now, great part of this show,
Springing Katie. I love that intro. Love that intro. How
(02:06:37):
are you, my friend?
Speaker 3 (02:06:40):
I'm well, it's great.
Speaker 1 (02:06:42):
Sorry I missed you last week due to the fact
that I was at a concert.
Speaker 3 (02:06:47):
The concert, How was it?
Speaker 1 (02:06:49):
It was amazing? Nice, absolutely amazing, And it was really
nice to be able to spend some time with my
kids rocking out. I think every parent should do that.
If you get an opportunity to go rock out with
your kids at a rock concert, do it. It's so
much fun.
Speaker 4 (02:07:11):
Absolutely, what do you going for tonight? Yeah?
Speaker 3 (02:07:15):
Well, as you know, this is kind of this journey
through the alphabet and for tonight, we're doing the state
of Arizona, which is, you know, one of the hot
states here in America. We get a lot of sightings
out of Arizona. It's really famously known for the Travis
Walton case in nineteen seventy five, and of course let's
(02:07:36):
not forget the Phoenix Lights case of nineteen ninety seven.
But I'm looking for these obscure cases, and as fate
would have it, I've been doing some work Rocky Mountain
Ranch Research has been doing some work with Ryan Wood,
and so I want to encourage all your listeners to
check out Ryan Wood's UFO decks, and I've you know,
(02:07:57):
you can go to that website ufodex dot com and
type in any question you have regarding UFOs and you
will get, you know, a very specific data setback. He
has thousands of archives of just UFO books and magazines
and you know, symposium journals and things like this. So
(02:08:17):
I search search the UFO decks for some obscure cases
in Arizona. And then we're also doing Alberta, Canada tonight.
So without further ado, I'm just gonna kind of hit
some of these and what I love about these cases
you know, Sedona, Arizona with the Bradshaw Ranch is high
strangers location. So the first few cases here are kind
(02:08:38):
of right around that general area of the Bratchaw Ranch.
This first case is only three and a half miles
called Lloyd Butte or Red Canyon, And this case really
interested me. I'm always making those connections to Rocky Mountain
Ranch too here in Colorado, but this one is interesting.
This happened in the late eighties early nineties. Again, it's
(02:08:58):
only three and a half miles away from Bratchhau Ranch.
But this is a multi witness kind of phenomenon that
was happening. Multiple independent witnesses encounter were encountering like a
window or a portal suspended in mid air. And what's
really really creepy about this, several nine foot tall bigfoot
(02:09:20):
type creatures were observed guarding this portal. Now, I don't
know about you, day, but I don't often hear of like,
you know, even two or three or four sasquatch together,
but these are nine and they seem to be guarding
this portal suspended in mid air. And multiple witness are
describing seeing this over years in that area, so almost
(02:09:44):
all of them describe almost an identical experience of these
sasquatch guarding this portal, which makes me wonder, you know,
what is this portal being used for orbs UFOs the
sasquatch coming in and out. Also in around the same
time in the nineteen eighties, also in Loyd Butte, Sedona,
(02:10:04):
a man named Stan is living in his converted school
bus and he reports a sighting of a large red
and white UFO one night on a starless night. This
red bubble like detached from the bottom of the craft
circled at very close distance to this guy as if observing,
(02:10:26):
observing and inspecting him. And then case number three in
Long Canyon, which also is right in that general area,
a woman hiking in Long Canyon reports a large man's
anita bush and I'm thinking it's like a Chico bush,
but it's, you know, like a swamp dweller.
Speaker 4 (02:10:44):
Story.
Speaker 3 (02:10:44):
There was shaking violently, you know, just this shaking bush
rocking out to Katie's intro song or something. But in
despite there was no wind, no animals near by, you
couldn't figure out why this bush was just shaking like
kind of crazy. So that's kind of a funny one.
Also then in Boytant Canyon, Sedona, very close to the
(02:11:07):
same area, a man camping heard a high pitched sound
and saw footsteps on two legs outside his tent. So
I would think like human, but then he saw and
he comes face to face with an entity with enormous
eyes and a reptilian skin. This incident was corroborated by
(02:11:28):
others who experienced similar events in the area, including the
couple who heard a strange vibrating sound that kept them
awake all night. So you don't want to camp in
this area. And then this is a good one nineteen
forty seven, so you know Roswell Time and the Superstition Mountains.
I love the Superstition Mountains. There was a disc crash
and I had not heard of this before, so I
(02:11:52):
don't know why. But in nineteen forty seven, a dish
shaped craft with a dome crashed into the Superstition Mountains.
The area was cordoned off by the military and multiple
witnesses reported seeing the craft. According to Dottie Burrows letter
and Leonard Stringfield notes, a live alien body was recovered
and survived for eighteen months at Pueblo Army Depot in Colorado,
(02:12:16):
so I didn't know about that one. Also in nineteen
fifty three, I think many of us will have heard
about the Kingman UFO crash, and they also had reports of,
you know, multiple humanoid bodies. But multiple sources, including a
former Army warrant officer and a high ranking defense official,
(02:12:39):
reported that a UFO crash near Kingman in nineteen fifty three,
five crates containing two to four humanoid bodies about four
feet tall with large heads, brown skin, and tight fitting
suits were transported to Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The
witnesses described the beings as having large, dark eyes, small mouths,
and indistinct noses. The event was shrouded in secrecy, with
(02:13:01):
witnesses later becoming silent. And let's see one more here
or no, two more here for the Sedona and then
we'll have some Dave Scott comments and move on to
the really interesting Alberta Alberta cases. Also in Sedona, this
is called the Ant Hill Underground Base and ORBS. So
this was in the ninth you've heard of this one, yeah,
(02:13:24):
the Ant Hill nineteen eighties, nineteen nineties, a secret mountain
in Sedona. All these places, like even with Snippy, we
have mount Blanca right, all these secret mountains, but residents
near Boyton and Secret Canyon reported black helicopter activity, sightings
of small orbs, and rumors of a secret government installation
(02:13:44):
known as the Ant Hill. One investigator was stopped by
a voice over a loudspeaker, which reminds me of the
ranch too, and a laser targeting a light while hiking
into Secret Canyon at night. Orbs are photographed near the facility,
and some witnesses you're missing time and encounters with military personnel.
Speaker 1 (02:14:04):
Hmm.
Speaker 3 (02:14:04):
I'm wondering what they have their underground ant people.
Speaker 1 (02:14:08):
Okay, I'm glad you brought that up, because that's what
I heard, is that there was ant people living underground there.
Speaker 3 (02:14:17):
Yeah, you know, it's like the Great Sand Dunes. They
don't know how the Great Sand Dunes got there. I'm thinking,
like it's like an ant hill, Like there's ant people
living under their too convinced of it. Okay. So in
between Sedona and flag Staff, So this is called the
Cottonwood Missing Time and the five Red lights. This was
(02:14:37):
in nineteen eighty nine. There was unusual buzzing sounds. So
there's that buzzing sound again. There was a woman and
she here's this buzzing sound near her house after turning
off all of their appliances, Which is funny, is that
my blender anyway? So she turns off her appliances, the
(02:14:58):
sound persisted. Looking outside, she saw five sets of stationary
red lights hovering over her house. She subsequently experienced about
an hour of missing time, with no memory of what
occurred during that interval.
Speaker 1 (02:15:10):
So probably, Oh, that's just creepy.
Speaker 3 (02:15:13):
So those are my, you know, not so well known
Arizona cases. And interestingly enough, most of them focus around
the mysterious Sedona high energy vortex area.
Speaker 5 (02:15:23):
As we all know.
Speaker 1 (02:15:25):
It's weird how when you like you brought up Kingmen.
I think there's two things very strange about Kingman. Number one,
how we never seem to talk or give credit to
the Kingmen crash right, okay number one? But number two,
how it always seems to tie back to Wright Patterson
Air Force bace.
Speaker 3 (02:15:46):
Don't they all seem to do that? I'm like, is
that a ruse? I mean it's like Area fifty one.
I mean, we're all onto you now, so I have
to imagine they would move them to somewhere else we
don't even know about at all. Nobody knew about Area
fifty one for decades, right, nobody admitted it was there.
So there has to be a new location like that.
(02:16:07):
I know there's certain locations that are rumored well, you know.
Speaker 1 (02:16:11):
But you know what's funny is when you look at
up until this past election, Mike Turner, the guy who is,
you know, a senator and part of the Insenate Intelligence Committee.
His constituents were at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, and
yet he was the guy who was always in the
(02:16:33):
Gang of Eight killing the UFO UAP Disclosure Act. It
was Mike Turner from right, you know, the person who
represents the people at Wright Patterson shuting it down. It
always seems to turn into a Right Patterson thing. It's
so weird. Yeah, seven minutes ago, let's get to Alberta.
Speaker 3 (02:16:57):
Okay, we have seven minutes. Oh my gosh, Okay, and
get through as many of these as we can. I
like this first one a lot though. This was called
the Anola Family.
Speaker 5 (02:17:06):
Have you heard of this?
Speaker 3 (02:17:07):
And Abe Alberta? The Anola Family encounter from July sixteenth,
nineteen sixty nine. Have you heard of this?
Speaker 5 (02:17:14):
One day?
Speaker 1 (02:17:14):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (02:17:16):
Yeah, I think it's pretty fascinating again. This is a
courtesy of UFO Decks. On July sixteenth, nineteen sixty nine,
at approximately three point thirty in the afternoon, a ten
year old Sylvia and Nola was at her family's farmhouse
when she heard a noise outside. Running to the porch,
she saw a gray top hat shaped object, which is
(02:17:38):
also interesting to me because of the Rocky mount ranch
have these gray tops as well. Shaped object with rounded
edges and bright lights on the bottom, hovering about three
feet above a well that reminds me of something Just
ten feet from her, A bright silver like light shone
from the bottom, blinding her for a half an hour.
(02:18:00):
That's a long time. After the object departed, she stumbled
inside to tell her mother. Her father, mister Edward and Nola,
was working outside and heard odd noises but thought nothing
of it. Upon hearing his daughter's story, he investigated and
found trees burned and leaves dried up, suggesting the object
had taken off over the trees. Two days later, he
(02:18:23):
discovered shredded metal and trees a quarter of a mile
from the house. Her son developed a rash after handling
the metal. The Edmonton UFO Society analyzed the metal and
found it to be cast aluminum, similar to metal found
in trees on nearby farms. The family's German shepherd was
(02:18:43):
found hiding and whimpering in a field, refusing to return home.
Shortly after the sighting, a man died of a heart
attack after driving off the road near Theola home, leading
Mister and Nola to wonder if there was a connection.
Speaker 1 (02:18:59):
Where did they take place? Again?
Speaker 3 (02:19:02):
It says an Abe Alberta. Abe? Am I saying that right?
I think it's I don't know the ab Alberta.
Speaker 1 (02:19:11):
AB is the acronym for Alberta. Oh aby is a? Oh?
Here it is? It's a hamlet in Alberta. Whereabouts is it?
Speaker 3 (02:19:23):
Ab Abe?
Speaker 1 (02:19:24):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (02:19:24):
It says it's sixty miles north northeast of Edmonton.
Speaker 1 (02:19:28):
Yeah. I'm looking at it right now.
Speaker 4 (02:19:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (02:19:32):
Yeah, So that's an interesting one. Okay, do I have
time for one more? We have four and a half minutes,
Yes you do, Lane, excuse me if I mispronounced some
of these words. Langenberg, Saskatchewan, Alberta border. So this one.
On September one, nineteen seventy four, farmer Edwin Furr was
(02:19:54):
swathing his field when he noticed five dome shaped metallic
aluminum color object spinning just above the ground. As he approached,
the object rose assuming an echelon formation, emitted thick black
smoke and flew away. Left behind were five swirled circles
in the field, classic saucer nests. And I have to
(02:20:16):
wonder if any of these circular nests that were left
on the ground were seventy five feet in diameter. I
would love to know, because this again is in nineteen
seventy four. Case, I love the seventies. Another one in Brooks, Alberta. Okay,
this is great. A cattle mutilation wave in the seventies,
nineteen seventy five, same time as Rocky Mountain Ranch. So
(02:20:38):
on August tenth, nineteen seventy five, two cows and a
steer were found mutilated on successive nights near Brooks, Alberta.
The mutilations were part of a wave of similar incidents
in Alberta and Saskatchewan during the nineteen seventies, often linked
to UFO activity. The animals were found with precise bloodless
(02:20:59):
and decisions and missing organs, with no tracks or signs
of predators, just like here. So that's fascinating. Then an
Owen Alberta. A horse, a horse mutilation like Snippy and
cattle mutilations April through July nineteen eighty. April nineteen eighty, Maryland.
How do you say that? Flat in Owen, Alberta found
(02:21:22):
her three year old registered quarter horse that same age
as Snippy was three years old mutilated. In July, another
Philly was found mutilated in a pasture near Benton Station,
east of Owen. These cases were part of a broader
wave of animal mutilations in Alberta, often associated with strange
(02:21:43):
lights and UFO sightings. So I was not aware that
you guys had a rash of mutilations.
Speaker 1 (02:21:49):
Oh yeah, I know a guy in the military here
who in the last two years was looking into cattle
mutilations about forty fifty miles from where I live.
Speaker 3 (02:22:04):
Okay, how are they still going on?
Speaker 4 (02:22:06):
It's happening, happening.
Speaker 1 (02:22:08):
Right now, happening right now. It hasn't gone away, right Okay?
Speaker 3 (02:22:13):
One last one, Edmonton, Alberta. Ricky Benyard's cemetery encounter so
kind of a ghostly story. On May seventh, nineteen sixty seven,
a fourteen year old Ricky Benyard observed a strange beam
of light over the allen Dale district of Edmonton. While
returning home, he and his friend Glenn watched the object
(02:22:34):
through binoculars. Later, Ricky followed the beam into Mount Pleasant
all my paper's folded over Mount Pleasant Cemetery, where he
hid under trees and watched a UFO hovering about two
hundred feet in the air about fifty feet away. The
(02:22:54):
object was described as two bowls joined together at their rims,
emitting a whistling noise and focusing a beam of light
onto the ground. And then the last one is a
cryptis sasquatch sighting no surprise there in Alberta's foothills. Numerous
reports of sasquatch or bigfoot encounters have been made in
the foothills and forests of Alberta, particularly near the Rocky
(02:23:17):
Mountains wilderness, described as large, hairy, bipedal creatures, sometimes accompanied
by strange lights through UFOs. One notable case involved a
group of hunters near Sundal, Alberta, who reported seeing a
large hairy creature across a logging road at dusk in
the late nineteen seventies. I wonder if they got video
or photos of that.
Speaker 1 (02:23:35):
One crossing the road, you know, yeah, quick story. My
daughter was up here about a year ago, and she
introduces me to one of her friends who is working
on the power lines in the Rocky Mountain area, and
they decided to go climb one of the power poles,
you know, one of those giant power poles, and they
looked off into the distance and they saw this giant
(02:23:57):
deer rack coming down the path and when it came
over the hill, they realized that it wasn't a deer,
it was a when to go walking towards them, because
it had the deer head with the human like body.
They said. They climbed down the pole and got the
hell out of there as quickly as possible. Katie Page,

It is that time of the week, that time of
the night, or yell at each and everybody of you
to get off my lawn. It's a Dave one on one.
Speaker 4 (02:31:39):
For me.
Speaker 1 (02:32:04):
Well, tis the season for tricks or treats, and you know,
much like at a wedding or a funeral where everybody
becomes a poet. Well, everybody becomes a paranormal investigator around
Halloween time. Yes, people thinking they know what they're doing
because they've seen Zach Begans or Jason Hawes and his
(02:32:26):
crew running around buildings trying to find ghosts in all
sorts of places that are hidden around the United States
and the world. The paranormal is something that you shouldn't
dabble in. Yes, you can have a keen interest. Yes
you could go out and do it at any time,
(02:32:48):
but if you don't know what you're doing, then it
could be very dangerous. It's more than just being looking
for the thrill, looking for something that is going to
captivate your attention, and in the meantime you head home
with a nice little hitchhiker that haunts you for the
(02:33:09):
next fifteen to twenty years. It's the same as using
a wija aboard, where if you use a wija board
and you don't close the door like many people do
around All Hallows Eve, well you end up getting some
things happening that you really don't know, You really don't
know how to handle it, and it can freak you out. Look,
(02:33:30):
it doesn't happen each and every time but there are
many times when it does. So the big advice from
Old Davy here, if you're going to play with the
paranormal this Halloween season, do yourself a favor. Put down
the pumpkin spice latte and close the door. Yes, close
the door. Look, if you can find somebody who's doing
(02:33:53):
ghost tours or paranormal investigations and you want to tag along,
see if they'll take you. See if you could go
along and cure your insterest in this story. Because yes,
this is something everybody could do, but realistically, you have
to know the dangers of what's going on. Look, I
don't want to be that mother hen that says you
(02:34:15):
can't do this or you shouldn't do this, because it's
really up to you. I have zero control if you
want to do it or not. But the main thing
is know what you are getting into. Know the fact
that we don't know what a ghost is. Know the
fact that we don't know what a spirit is. Know
(02:34:35):
the fact that if a ghost asks you to leave,
just leave right And the reason why I say don't
do it like I did right off at the bat
is because I want you to be careful, because it's
more than just an adrenaline rush that you were looking for.
There is some things going on that we can't even explain,
(02:34:59):
even those of us who have some sort of experience
with this. Don't try and send ghosts to the light
because you don't know what the light might be, or
maybe they just don't want to go. It's not your
place allow them to do it because they've crossed over
to the other side, which means, as far as we know,
(02:35:20):
the light is already there. They've just chosen not to
step into it. It's not up to you whether or
not they want to go to the light or not.
And probably the biggest piece of advice we could give
you is, whether you're walking into a cemetery or an
abandoned hotel or some friend's house that claims to have
(02:35:40):
ghostly activity, show some respect for the area. Do that,
do yourself a favorite, show the respect. Too many times
we get these radicals in the paranormal who ruin it
for everybody because they're going to cleanse the place. They
are going to take it into their own hands to
get rid of the spirit, send them off to wherever
(02:36:02):
they need to go, and in the meantime they've ruined
something really cool. It happens all the time. It's happened
here has happened where all sorts of museums are where
people think they are the be all and end all
of the paranormal and supernatural and by gone it. You're
not going to question anything that they do. This is
(02:36:29):
an interesting story and subject to research. If you have
an interest in life after death or trying to solve
the near death riddle or the after death riddle, this
is something you may want to explore, but don't just
hop in with two feet. Do yourself a favor, learn
from the process, because there are a lot of dos
(02:36:50):
and don'ts within the paranormal community. There really are. Okay,
don't be the people who go and try and contact
somebody famous who just died. Don't be that person. Try
to be the person who is going to be gentle
with the ghosts, as if you would talk to your
grandmother or your grandfather.
Speaker 5 (02:37:13):
Why.
Speaker 1 (02:37:14):
Because we don't know what these things are. We don't
know if we are looking and chatting with somebody in
a different dimension that is living at the same timeline
as you. We don't know if they're good or bad.
We don't know if the ghost knows its power. You
just don't know, So it's better to use kids' gloves
(02:37:35):
with these type of entities than rather go in blazing
like you see on television. Get over here now and
make sure you bring me a sandwich, make sure you're
you got your clothes on so that way I don't
need to see your naked ghostly butt walking around, you know.
I mean, you don't have to try and play the
(02:37:57):
tough guy in these situations. And the other thing that
I would recommend for anybody who wants to get into
potential ghost hunting, allow the experience to happen. If it happens, wonderful,
accept it for what it is. Don't try to be
the big old skeptic out there who's going to try
and ruin the fun for everybody else, because likely it's
(02:38:22):
not what you think it is. It probably is what
you think it isn't and just enjoy the fact that
that's why you are there. You're not going to make
it on TV. Yes you may make it on YouTube.
Some people do, some people don't, but realistically it's not
your call. Just run with it and go with the
flow and enjoy the night of doing something that you
(02:38:46):
don't normally do. It's a lot more fun that way,
and the people you are surrounded with will have a
lot more fun as well, So that is always something
to take note of. And once again, as Christian said
earlier on in the show, there are no experts in
this field. We have people who are very knowledgeable, we
(02:39:07):
have people who think what's going on, but there is
really no science being taught in this There's no experimentation
going on all right. Nobody's conducting anything that's going to
break the mold and prove that there is life after death.
Most of these people are thrill seekers, just like you
want to be. So on that note, go have fun
(02:39:29):
with it if it's something you really want to do,
and also if you are a first timer, you want to,
you know, get rid of your virgin paranormal. What you
got to do is try and find somebody with a
little bit more experience that they know what they are doing,
they know what questions to ask instead of when did
you die? How did you die? What was it like dying?
(02:39:55):
Because the spirits may not know that they are dead,
imagine that they may not know, So go with somebody
experience who actually knows how to treat the spirits. Knows
how to communicate with them and enjoy the night ahead. Whoever,
(02:40:16):
doesn't even need to be the night, It could be
the daytime. It really is up to you. All you
gotta do is go for it, have some fun, relax
and enjoy. That's your day of one on one.
Speaker 5 (02:40:34):
As God is my witness. I thought turkeys could fly.
Speaker 12 (02:40:38):
Ladies and gentlemen, here is the latest bulletin from the
under Continental radio News.
Speaker 3 (02:40:44):
I am good at things, fighting and reading the news.
Speaker 1 (02:40:47):
It's time once again for spaced out radios weird news
of the week. All right, we're gonna start off with
this one. I couldn't wait to get this one in,
so I actually cut the Dave one a one short
there for a minute. We're gonna start with this one.
(02:41:09):
You know, I hate seeing people being taken advantage of,
especially when you're playing with somebody's feelings. And that's exactly
what happened to this eighty year old woman in Japan.
You see, she fell in love online. She sent money
to an online fraudster who told her he was an
(02:41:29):
astronaut stranded on a spaceship and needed the cash to
buy oxygen. Yes, I read that correctly. The pair first
met on social media in July and what police described
as a romance scam. The scammer told the victim, who
lives in Japan's northern Hokkaido Island, that he was an
(02:41:52):
astronaut and that he continued to develop their online relationship.
The fraudster eventually told her he was stuck in space
on a spaceship right now and he was under attack
and in need of oxygen. Police in Hokkaido said the victim,
who lives alone, was then persuaded to transfer around one
(02:42:16):
million yen or about fifty five hundred dollars. American officers
believe the exchange is part of a romance scam when
the fraudsters take advantage of people who seeking who are
seeking love. They warned people that they should be suspicious
if anyone ask for money from someone they had just
met online. Last October, Sky News actually went under cover
(02:42:40):
in the scam center in Cambonian reported how an industry
of fraud factories has really spread across Southeast Asia. Thousands
of workers are taught to steal the hearts and money
of millions of victims worldwide and try to make individuals
fall for their schemes, which range from fake romances to
online gambling. Another ex romance scammer also says the tricks
(02:43:05):
of the trades is to make the victims fall in
love with you and to make them part with thousands
and thousands of dollars. Who does that? I mean, I
know she's eighty years old, and I feel bad that
she got scammed. She all she's doing is looking for
(02:43:26):
love and looking for a partner to share. However much
time she has left, and hopefully it's a long time,
because eighty really isn't that old anymore. Remember when we
were kids, eighty seemed ancient and the people looked ancient.
You'd get your your wrinkled up grandfather or grandmother or no,
(02:43:48):
it was usually an ant, her uncle, a great ant
or great uncle. Oh davy, come on over and give
old Anti Mary a kish and then a mustache would
like rub up on you, and you didn't like that. Yeah,
that's what I pictured it it. But eighty year old
people now are starting to look a bunch younger. They
(02:44:08):
really are. I even look at my dad, he's seventy six,
and he still looks like a young man.
Speaker 5 (02:44:14):
He does.
Speaker 1 (02:44:15):
I don't know what the hell happened to me because
I look old as anything. But what I'm saying is,
even at eighty years old, you've lived through the Space race.
Speaker 9 (02:44:29):
You know.
Speaker 1 (02:44:31):
That an astronaut is not going to be under attack
in space and have to buy oxygen from a person
they met online. Like what do they do on the
space ships that they put a vending machine out there?
Can you vendmo me some money? So I could throw
in a couple bucks into the vending machine in order
(02:44:52):
to get some oxygen. I mean, maybe I'm just thinking,
but you know, I'm trying to give the benefit of
the doubt a lot of people as they get older,
you know, And I notice it now in my fifties
where I'm starting to forget things. So maybe she wasn't
(02:45:12):
paying attention, you know. But I look at my dad
at seventy six. You know, he's a widower and he
wants to, you know, have somebody to hang out with,
to talk with, travel with. And I think that's cool.
(02:45:33):
And I could see where she probably felt for that,
and a lot of older people do. But who knows.
That story is wild, absolutely wild in space stranded in
need of oxygen, Like if you push number forty five
and the wheels, starts spinning, What does it drop?
Speaker 5 (02:45:57):
Right?
Speaker 1 (02:45:59):
Long? Stay migmatized for bringing bad luck or one of
for links with the occult black cats have found salvation
in a Spanish town that has temporarily banned their adoption
to ward off potentially sinister Halloween rituals. Any adoption or
fostering requests for the feelines will be denied from October
(02:46:20):
first to November tenth to prevent possible risk derived from
the superstition's rituals and irresponsible uses. The animal welfare service
in Arasa, a town north of Barcelona, announced earlier this month.
The decision was taken due to the arrival of the
Halloween period and following the prudence criteria applied by the
(02:46:43):
various animal protection entities added authorities in the town in
the northeastern region of Catalonia. Local newspaper did Terrasa quoted
animal welfare counselor Noel Duke as saying last week the
adoption request for black cats always increase at Halloween time
for ritual purposes or as decoration because they're so cool.
(02:47:09):
Yet the town could not look the other way when
faced with a grim topic, said Duke, who literally sits
next to a ginger cat in his Facebook profile page.
Animal welfare groups warren cats can be hurt, killed, or
used as props during Halloween rituals. Yeah, that's such a
horrible thing that people do that. You know, I'm not
(02:47:30):
a cat guy. I have two cats in my home.
Neither of them really care if I'm dead or alive. Okay,
but I'm an animal lover. You just don't do that
to cats, you know, you don't do it to any animal. Like,
look at all this poaching that's still going on in
the world for elephant rhino tusks. Like, really, it's twenty
(02:47:53):
twenty five and we're still we're still playing around with this.
That's not fun. Leave the cats alone. I actually agree
with this. This is a good los. It's not the
first time I've heard this. You know, I know many
areas of British Columbia where I am do this, especially
around the SPCA. Don't get a black cat at this time. Here,
(02:48:14):
it's like at Christmas time. Don't get the puppy. Don't
get the puppy or the cat because it's an emotional
purpose or purchase. Pardon me, and you're looking for those
happy tears at Christmas but you forget that you're making
a lifelong commitment to that animal, and many people forget that.
(02:48:34):
All right, let's move on here. A lifelong Los Angeles
Lakers fan is suing NBA All Star Lebron James after
he believed the Basketball Legends announcement teaser was for retirement.
On Monday, Lebron teased an announcement that many people believe
(02:48:57):
would be a retirement announcement. Instead, it was it's an
advertisement for Hennessy Whiskey. The post mimicked his twenty ten
TV special where he announced he was leaving Cleveland and
heading to the Miami Heat, something Cleveland Cavaliers fans can
probably recall. Andrew Garcia saw the teas and spent hundreds
of dollars on tickets to watch James play against the
(02:49:20):
MAVs or party the Cavs on March thirty first, twenty
twenty six, thinking it would be one of the superstar
basketball players last games. When Garcia learned it wasn't retirement
news but rather an ad, he sued Lebron, claiming he
was deceived out of those hundreds of dollars spent. I'm
not requesting any sort of emotional distress or anything like that.
(02:49:44):
I feel like it's very reasonable. I'm only asking for
what I thought for what I paid for, and I'm
not asking for any sort of inconvenience or anything like that.
So I'm not trying to strike it rich here, you know,
he says. Garcia says he wants James to pay him
the money he spent on tickets, suing for eight hundred
and sixty five dollars sixty six cents for the two
(02:50:06):
tickets he bought. No, man, why don't you just go
to the game and enjoy it. Why does everything have
to be offensive and you gotta sue over it. I'm
not a basketball fan, and I'm definitely not a Lebron
James fan. But King James did nothing wrong, nothing, He
(02:50:28):
put out an advertisement, and now we're gonna blow it
out of proportion with a lawsuit, wasting a judge's time
when real criminals and real cases need to be heard,
wasting the NBA's time. I think this guy maybe just wants, like,
is like fifteen seconds of fame, because it's definitely not
(02:50:48):
going to be fifteen minutes of fame, my goodness. Sounded
like Charlotte Dobray, right, now, holy cow, if you watch
her videos, she's hilarious. But would you sue for that?
Would you literally sue your favorite player just because you
misinterpreted an ad that doesn't sound like Lebron's fault. This
(02:51:12):
sounds like one case that will get thrown out. Why
not just bite the bullet, enjoy the game, Take your
best friend, take your best kid, take your best lover,
whoever it is, Okay, go enjoy the game. But if
it's your mistress, don't go on the kiss cam. That
never works out very well, right, we've seen that before. Man,
(02:51:38):
I couldn't do it. I couldn't sue an athlete or
waste a courts time like that. I just couldn't. Well,
it's that time of the night where we start to
wrap this show up. And what a great show it was. Indeed,
