(00:00):
But would I always help each otherfor high I mean this one time I
got scared of hair, so heshaved all the dogs for us. It
was really sweet. Welcome to cloudNight, a Superstore podcast. I'm Jason
(00:20):
and I'm BB and we're talking aboutSuperstore Season six, episode eleven, Deep
Cleaning. Yes. This aired onMarch fourth, twenty twenty one, written
by Hailey Chavez and directed by RossSnoby. And of course, if you
want to reach out and tell usabout the episode, about the show,
(00:40):
about any of that, email us, Facebook US tweeted us. All that
info is down in the episode notes. Yes, we are available online,
Yes, on multiple platforms. Trustif you've found this podcast that you can
find that as well, and there'slinks. If not, I'm sure.
I don't know. We're getting closeto the end here. Oh no,
(01:03):
how many more episodes still? They'reover. This is episode eleven, and
there's gonna be twelve and thirteen, and then the last two will air together.
Oh so they're going to have aspecial fine finale. Yeah. I
don't know if it's just like thelast two episodes that they're putting together,
if it's like an actual two parthour long episode. This one is a
(01:26):
lot of stuff happening, Like alot of really good development happened. I
think this is one of my favoriteepisodes so far. Yeah, it really
feels like they're moving all the charactersaround to have like a good finale,
good closure. Yeah. I justreally enjoyed Matteo's story arc in this.
They're giving us a lot of thethings that we were asking for. Yes,
(01:49):
they were, And it was interestingto see Jonah kind of intertwined into
that because they did, like theyhave a dating family in common. They've
dated into this family. Yeah, the Sosas, and it was cool to
see the parents come back. Shoot, an order just came in for Ron
and Connie Sosa. I mean, they didn't even really like me when we
(02:09):
were together, so this is goingto be really awkward. Yeah, that
was interesting. I didn't even thinkabout the fact that they could come back
without Amy. Yeah, they're independentpeople outside of her, And that's what
I love about her not being hereis that you can get other characters to
develop without her because they didn't reallyLike I said, I've always felt that
(02:30):
they never really did justice to theAmy character in her development. She was
very like girl Boss energy and itjust was disappointing to see that. Yeah,
and it's kind of cool that shestill has a presence on the show
without actually being there. Like thatwhole situation with their parents, you know,
it revolved around her character and herand Jonah's relationship and her brother and
(02:53):
all that. Yeah, I meanpeople have impact, which is real.
And like, considering her history atthe store, I'm surprised not more people
recognize the parents and said, Hi, you're bumped into them somehow. It
would have been interesting to see howthey interact with like Sandra or you know,
other parents. I'd love to seeMatteo's parents come back too, like
(03:16):
his aunts. I think he hadlike a couple of aunts and cousins that
came in. Yeah, and Iwould love to see that and them with
Marcus. Oh for Marcus's interaction withthe family, Yeah, because he used
to live with them and now Marcusis living with Jonah. That's still true,
right? Or did Jonah move out? Implied Jonah is moving out and
(03:38):
that Eric and Mateo were going tomove into that place. Did that happen
already? They never really kind oftied that together, did they Did we
just assume stuff happens in the background. Yeah, I know, they never
show things that happen outside of thestore. It was really funny to watch
Mateo quip about that with with Carol'slawyer. Hannah followed me on Instagram last
(04:02):
week, and we've been kind ofdming. Oh my god, you're dating
outside a store. I'm so proudof you. I think we were giving
him shit for that too. It'sstill a woman that he met in the
store, but I guess it's okay. She don't work for Cloud nine,
she's working to sue them. Yeah, you're either with or against them.
(04:23):
Oh that's funny. What do youthink about his new romantic interests? Maybe
want to get dinner this weekend?Yeah? I would all right. Now
my dad only eats to tell youyou and my mom is gonna want it
early, like five ish. Istill think like Amy's coming back in the
finale and that this is just likea sidetrack for him. Really I want
(04:46):
that. I think she's really cute. I love this actress. I've seen
her in other things and she's areally funny and strong like actress. So
I would love to see more ofher. And I would love to see
Jonah develop outside of Amy and arelationship that's not weird or toxic to some
degree. I would like it ifthey could grow apart and maybe they come
(05:11):
back from Atao's wedding and it's like, uh, they're just good friends now
because they've experienced each other. Butshe's always going to be a California girl
now because I don't I wouldn't wantto come back no offense Missouri, you
know what I mean? Yeah,I just think that because they have fat
Yeah, and that's kind of thing, like the show has been too much
(05:32):
like a rom com at heart thathas centered this relationship of Jonah and Amy.
But don't they have to change theformat a little bit to introduce or
at least trans transition into Cheyenne's show. I would try to do that.
I would try to do that alot, Like I don't know, this
one didn't do a lot for Cheyenne, like she was basically trip sitting.
(05:55):
Yeah, but I don't know.Yeah, I would. I would say,
like as a writing group, youknow where you have to kind of
tie up some loose ends you cangive characters like redemption arcs and like,
it'd be really cool if we foundout more about Brett in an episode or
(06:17):
he said words, what do youmean Brett's He's icon? Right. I
love this episode because there was alot of Brett in this episode. Did
you notice that, I mean theypointed it out. Yeah, no,
but like it was more than oncethat Brett was like a little bit of
a feature. He was cleaning thethe conveyor belt. Yeah, so that
(06:43):
was like Brett just being a bossdoing like a job the machine. But
he was basically standing there like holdingthe rag to the conveyor belt. Right.
It was good. It was goodto see Brett doing like menial task
as he does. And then hewas dressed as a fucking pilgrim. People
seem to really like the party.Yeah, I know, look at the
(07:05):
look of childlike wonder on Brett's face. It was fun to see Sandra and
her son in this episode two. They had a lot of good chemistry happening
because she is being a little toohonest. But her edible underwear. Yeah,
Jerry and I never even got togo on our honeymoon. I had
to freeze my edible lingerie. Mom, that's great. And then they were
(07:30):
both confused about how to use thatfloor cleaner. Yep. Do you think
they were assigned to work together.I think they choose, or it might
be Sandra being overprotective mom because lasttime he worked with other people, Jonah
like stabbed him or whatever. Idon't remember. He was bleeding. I
don't remember. There was blood involvedand Jonah was standing over him, so
(07:57):
I can't remember everything. You werenot a reliable narry. Yeah. So,
like, I mean, what wewere talking about with Mateo kind of
came the fruition and it's like he'sgonna be getting married and trying not to
think about my future just because it'sso up in the air with my status
and you know, everything being held. But I'm just sick of putting everything
(08:20):
on hold. So yeah, Iwhant to marry you someday. Not not
that even know if that's something youwant, but I'm just it is.
Yes, I love a wedding,oh my god, but I'm so tired
of shows ending with weddings between thetraditional heteronormative like man woman, and this
(08:41):
show has set it up like inone of the first couple of seasons,
Mateo and Glenn work together to putmake a whole gay wedding like display.
Yeah, and for me, that'slike full arc for the show where it's
like this store has always been aboutthis, and we're going to be about
this, And I'm like really excitedfor Matayo to fucking get a green card
(09:05):
at least because it's true, likeyou know it, I've seen people like
really have to make a decision thatnormally they would be allowed to think on
more, but they have to hurryup and do it in terms of marriage
because there's real fear of being detainedand deported. And then with COVID,
(09:26):
this is something that was very prominentin this episode. They acknowledged the existence
of COVID and the fact that we'vebeen in a lockdown for a whole year.
That was like, yeah, thetheme of the episode that tied everything
together in terms of like everybody's experience, Oh, how has it been a
(09:46):
year already? But also how hasit only been a year? Oh?
Year wasted? Yeah, the waythey were talking about how they missed all
the holidays, I think there's alsoa part of that is, like we
missed those holiday ups episodes of theshow, Like we didn't get a Halloween
episode. It's going to be sonice, it almost makes I wish we
could celebrate the other holidays amiss too. Yeah, like Halloween, I was
(10:09):
dressed in full headed tost Shrek makeupin my living room for no one,
so we got a bunch of costumesat the end. Yeah, it was
fun to see that because that's likeone of my favorite episodes. I think
I've talked about this in past Halloweenepisodes where I'd love to see characters in
costumes because they're people in costumes incostumes, so it's like double costume.
(10:31):
But it's also really I don't knowhow many other shows have come out where
they're dealing with COVID. Not many, not that I've seen, right,
And it's I don't know, whatdo you say, Like I want to
know what other people think about likehaving COVID in television, Like do you
want to see that? Because I'veheard people say they don't want to see
that because it's like I don't know, escapism, yeah, and television can
(10:56):
be that. But like I thinkI've said this in the past about this
picular show. This show takes placetoday and it's tackling current events, like
it's always try to stay current tothe capacity of how writing works in show
running, and it's done that forthe most part, and I think COVID
(11:16):
has to be part of it,especially considering that it's in a place that
was very front line facing with theworkers. Yeah. I don't know.
I've kind of been on both sides. I know, I said on this
podcast, I don't really like seeingCOVID on TV shows. Part of that
is like it's going to like reallydate these shows, like cement that this
(11:39):
is twenty twenty, twenty twenty one, maybe twenty twenty two. Yeah,
well, you can watch earlier seasonsof Superstore and there's topical stuff on there
that relates to current events. Butit's also in some ways a little like
fluid. It's timeless and you knowit clearly happens, you know, in
this decade or whatever, but it'snot so like that like this year,
(12:01):
this era, and the fact thatthe show was ending in the COVID arc
is, I don't know, it'skind of distracting in some ways. It's
like an added thing to kind ofkeep track of. Yeah, what if
they did like a full fantasy andthey're like, no more COVID, We're
all vaccinated, and it's okay,But I'm glad the show is does take
(12:26):
it seriously like other shows have likedid a little bit with masks masks and
then kind of abandoned it. Yeah. Well, like I've been watching RuPaul's
Drag Race. I missed the lastepisode because I don't have access to like
shows like that all the time. But they they're a reality show and they
(12:48):
had to deal with COVID and theyeven had like a COVID special and some
people didn't like that too much becausethey don't want to see like the struggle.
And I think that's fair because we'reliving in it and reality is really
really harsh. But I think whenyou're looking at scripted shows, it's like
a whole nother like type of tensionand aesthetic, and I think it's important
(13:13):
and I can see how it datesthings. But I feel like all documented
media is dated, whether we likeit or not. Whether you want it
to be timeless or not, there'sgoing to be something about it that's gonna
be of its time. Yeah,it's just like this like really like specifically
nails it in at this point intime. I think that's exciting because like
(13:35):
not everything that is done in thatway, where like this is specifically done
in this time while it's happening isdone in a way that includes so many
voices like what was the name ofthe director and the writer? Like those
people like I've never you know,if we're talking about a show in the
(13:58):
nineties about things that were happening inthe nineties, it was all white dudes
talking about it, you know whatI mean. So it's just like this
perspective of this time is so uniqueand telling. I don't know, I
really want to know, Like Ihope that they do a special series of
(14:18):
like anybody who does consultating for thisshow, like who are they consulting through
this time about like how these placesthese workers are actually spending their time,
because I feel like it's accurate ina lot of ways, and I think
it'd be really cool to spotlight theconsultants and the people who are inspiring these
(14:43):
stories in real life. I don'tknow, I would like to see more
of like the background because this showis so unique and diverse. Yeah,
do kind of pick up on thepatterns of how they're filming now, Like
you know, obviously they wear maskswhen they're out on the floor, but
then they're setting so many scenes inthat eating area so that they can have
their masks off and have something todrink or eat. Yeah. I was
(15:05):
a little, uh, I wantto say, a little weirded out when
the lawyer came up without a mask. Oh yeah she did. Uh huh.
I caught that, mm hmm.And she's a stranger and those people
are older, Like I kind ofgot why Mateo might have been without a
mask with them, because they mightbe in the same COVID bubble because like
(15:26):
maybe well, no, that's thefirst time being in person together. Yeah,
but maybe like they're all tested.I don't know, like, you
know, there's no explanation and itsucks. But when the strange lawyer woman
comes up, that kind of freakedme out. And jonah, yeah,
seeing those two white people without masksreally freaked me out. I don't know.
(15:46):
I was just like, where's yourmask, lady? Anyway, Yeah
he has legs, he sure does. You're going to move on to Dina.
Oh you want to talk about Stoneor Dina. Yeah. So she
was just like creating chemical baths andhuffing. Yeah in that closet, pouring
(16:08):
all these chemicals. Whoa, itreeks of chemicals in here. We shouldn't
air this out. Oh yeah, good idea. Oh, that fresh air
feels nice on my face and eyebrows. And she was super awkward with Garrett
right before that. Yeah, andI think there wasn't much to her little
story here, but I think it'sthat awkward interaction with Garrett and then at
(16:30):
the end when I I think Cheyenne'sface really shows it that, like how
Garrett is genuinely interested in her experience. Oh uh, Yeah, everything was
great. Dina was especially normal. It's okay, it's Garrett. I was
high today. What are you serious? Well, I want to everything contexts,
embarrassing, anecdotes, the whole nineyards. Okay, so it all
(16:52):
started first thing in the morning.Yeah. I love how they're like letting
Cheyenne be us a little bit wherewe recognize what's happened, Like she's kind
of our reaction. Like m andHianne looked really good in this episode too.
I really loved that little sweater thatshe was wearing with her like acid
washed jeans. She's always looking soiconic, a little referential to the eighties
(17:15):
to YEA love it. Yeah, that's all I really had to say about
Dina. Yeah, do you wantto talk about that deep clean? So
what now we have to do adeep clean like every year. Yeah,
one deep clean a year during apandemic does sound a little excessive. You
ever done a deep cleaning in astore? So the way we used to
do it, yes, a littlebit, but I specifically chose jobs that
(17:41):
were like not as scary, buteventually you had to do it. So
we worked. I'm just having toflashbacks. So the way we had to
do it was we had to takeeverything off of the shelves and clean,
and you start from the top allthe way to the bottom, and once
you get to the bottom, everythingyou accidentally pushed back too far would just
(18:07):
fall down all the way down.Because our shelf systems were just racks and
there was like a little like deadspace in between the two racks, and
they were put together with like twoby sixes that we would just cut in
house, because I worked at ahardware store that's like a big box hardware
store. So we would just movethe boards and clean them. Sometimes we
(18:32):
would also check if the boards werelike warped or messed up, and we
would or if they had knots,we would replace them. And everything was
always so dusty and dirty. Theworst ones were in hardware and electrical and
then the kill wall, which iswhat we called the pest control wall.
(18:55):
Yeah, there have been animals thathave been dead found in there, and
you had to make sure to wearlong sleeves and gloves because you never knew
what you were going to find.It was just yeah, terrible dusty work,
you like, and they didn't providea lot of ppe, like you
(19:17):
had to be smart and bring yourown. Yeah, So it was nice,
Like it was nice to see everybodykind of geared up, and it
was weird to just see them dosuperficial things because it would have taken them
like taking out all of the productand doing everything one by one to do
a deep clean. So that's whereI would be like, I don't know,
(19:38):
it's like half clean to be butthat's just because again in my experience,
we'd pull everything off the shelf andthen but we were also doing inventory,
like we were double duty. Wewere cleaning and doing inventory, and
every department had to count every singleitem in the store and that was done
yearly. Yeah, I think thatwould be just difficult for stores to do
(20:00):
during a pandemic, but it wouldbe nice if they could do it at
least once a month and hire aspecial crew, not people who already worked
there, but literally, like unlessyou want to pay them hazard pay.
I don't know. That's what Iwould wish to see where I would think
would work in a perfect world.Have you ever done a deep clean?
Well, I was. I workedat a custodian where in a dormitory,
(20:23):
so like when students left for thesummer, we had to clean this whole
building of almost a thousand rooms, and yeah, so they'd be pretty gross.
Sometimes it's like, oh, here'sa year's supply of their fingernail clippings
and paired. Oh that wasn't fun. It's like on a personal level,
(20:45):
but right, like you would hopenot to find that in a grocery store,
right. Yeah, this is peopleliving on their own for the first
time and then more recently working ata pizza place. Like after just a
few weeks of working there, kepthearing that we have this corporate cleaning inspection
coming up, so we have todo extra cleaning stuff. And that was
(21:06):
just annoying, especially because they keptsaying like it's this week. So every
time I'd go in the work,I'd assume like, oh, I'm glad
that's finally over and not to hearabout that. And then but it's like
it's still coming, it's still comingup. Yeah, And then it turns
out it was like Friday at sevenpm. I'm like, that's the worst
time you could come in, Likethat's the busiest time for us. Yeah,
(21:27):
And why is a corporate person comingin like after hours on Friday?
Like that sounds like the least corporatething. That is weird. They would
do that to us too. Corporatewould always be on their way to do
a walk. Oh my god, corporate's doing a walk and we would have
to end. Like if you weredoing everything perfect, then your stiles should
(21:48):
look open day ready is what theywould call it. And that's like nearly
impossible when customers are actually present,Like there's so like to have the cut,
that's like to me, that waslike the coolest thing to see that
they redirected everybody to do curbside andthat they got to be there without customers.
That is a dream. Like howmany times have you ever had that
(22:14):
moment where you're like, my jobwould be perfect if there weren't no fucking
customers here at the theater all thetime. If we can just do this
show without having Yeah, yeah, that's that's the life of a retail worker.
Like I would have this place lookinggreat, but people were fucking bitches.
(22:36):
Like you know when you go tothe grocery store and you're walking down
an aisle and it's like a regularlike maybe it's appliances or it's like clothing
or something, and you find likea tub of ice cream unrefrigerated, just
sitting there. That's somebody's job tofind that and like deal with that whatever
(22:56):
it does, because some asshole grabbedit from place and brought it to the
other and didn't take the time tojust at least put it in a cold
place right or you know, evenlike stupid shit like you might find batteries
in like the grocery aisle or somethinglike that, and it's just like,
(23:18):
you know, that person took hourstaking all of the batteries from a box
and finding where the little hook isand putting them all there, and now
they're like here, why why returnssuck? That's all I'm saying. One
day did not deal with returns lovely, But then you have to deal with
(23:40):
all the dust and dirt and relicsof the past. Okay, so that
POGs magazine from nineteen ninety four.I feel like they're forgetting that this store
was destroyed by a tornado a fewyears ago. Maybe, you know,
tornadoes are weird, Jason. Maybemaybe they left the floor that one that
one shelf was like, you know, bolted down with like ten inch bowl
(24:07):
bolts, and tornadoes sometimes they onlyknock out like one side of the store.
Maybe that side of the store wasuntouched. So I feel like they
would have gutted the whole store torebuild. No, I mean, corporate
would not want to spend more thanthey need to to rebuild if they have
a good foundation and they're still shitavailable. Plus, I would love to
(24:29):
see another image of what the supposedstore looks like, like how big?
Is it really? Like a floorplanner yes, or like a drone shot
a little bit where you can seeabove the aisles to give an illusion of
like height, because we know thatthey would have to use CGI. Yeah,
I want I want them to dothat. Spend the money on that,
(24:52):
please, because I feel like wehaven't had that in a long time
since they had the tornado. Ithink was the last time that we saw
the scope the with and the likevastness of the superstore. I would love
to see, like get a betteridea of it from like a bird's eye
view. Remember when the birds flewthrough the store, Uh, like a
(25:14):
shit ton of them? Were theyblackbirds? Oh, Dina's birds. We
also saw more raccoons than we everhad. Yes, yes, I think
employees have a better relationship and lovefor animals then they do the customers.
But we did have a lot ofcustomers who would bring their dogs, and
(25:36):
that was there were people who wouldkeep dog treats in their work clothes,
and the dogs knew who they wereand they would look for them. That's
like how dedicated people were to thepets and not the people. I never
saw nobody keep a fucking lollipop ortreat for no kids, dog treats.
Yes, So the fact that theyhad the way that Glen was trying to
(26:00):
reason with the raccoons gave me theenergy of like, oh my god,
Glenn loves the raccoons. No,come on, guys, that foods for
us. No. I mean it, seriously, guys, guys, guys
like he doesn't want to like upsetthem or really like make them feel like
(26:21):
they should really leave. But theyshould definitely stop what they're doing. He's
accepted the raccoons and knows that there'sa balance to maintain, even shared cake
with them in a way. Ohyeah, yeah, I'm eating raccoon fur
and I don't know. Oh mygod. Glenn was really losing it in
(26:41):
this episode. Yeah. I kindof liked how I mean, Garrett was
very negative through most of it,but then he really came to see how
much Glenn has been trying to keeppeople happy always. That's been not even
whole career here, Yeah, butspecifically during this pandemic. You guys have
to do the people pleasing because Glennhas been doing it all day, all
(27:03):
year, you know what, He'sbeen doing it since he started working here.
So here's what's going to happen. You guys are going to enjoy this
weird ass little party because that's whatGlenn wants. Got it, I'll put
back in the punch now, that'swhat I'm talking about. Yeah, I
think Glenn is one of those peoplethat forces themselves into presenting happiness, like
(27:25):
you fake it till you make ittype of people, but like a whole
year of it without you know, that guy goes to a mega church.
Now he goes to Facebook live.I don't know how he would handle that,
and then like his I don't knowhow the pandemic would have affected him
and his foster children too. Thatwould have been a really interesting storyline to
(27:47):
kind of dig into, because wedon't really get those types of stories.
And I'm pretty sure that a lotof social services were affected or impacted by
the pandemic, and he's kind oflike a social service case himself in a
lot of ways. But yeah,I really liked seeing his vulnerability in a
(28:10):
lot of ways because they were likehe was putting on his mask of happiness,
but it cracked. Just get overit. There's nothing you can do
to make people happy. That's justthe way it is. The pandemic happened,
and everybody had a fear. Youdon't think I know that, but
I got to try to give themsomething. I mean, people have been
working NonStop for so long, riskingtheir health, and I was glad that
(28:33):
Garrett got to be the one tokind of see it. I like that
Garrett signed up for the party becausehe thought it was going to be less
work, and then it ended upbeing a party about all of the fucking
holidays. Don't forget about Thanksgiving? So on with the turkey. Don't forget
about Thanksgiving? Man, you knowthe one with the Pilgrims and a turkey.
Yep, No, I know whatThanksgiving is. Motherfucker wanted Maud.
(29:00):
I love that guy so much.I think i'm him. That's why I
aspire to be at work. Thatwas fun. I really enjoyed that.
And then at the end, it'slike, it's snowing. It's been snowing
for months. Motherfucker. Yeah,it was cold. That was so relevant.
(29:22):
I thought that was like, yes, this is what this is twenty
twenty one, we are here likethat. I love that. It's I
don't know you, I don't seethis in other television shows at all.
Like you can almost put the dayon it. Yeah, and that's that's
fucking iconic in my opinion. Hey, everybody, it's snowing. It's an
(29:44):
all a day miracle. Close thedoor, Jesus Flynn, what do you
got for for us next week?Or we done with this episode? What's
going on? I just want tomention that Garfield float what the hell is
that? Oh that's Garfield. Imade him. Cassandra was really missing seeing
(30:08):
him in the Thanksgiving Day parade.Well, now she'll see him every time
she closed her eyes. Dina thoughtshe was fucking stoned. And who saw
it first? Was it Garrett?Yeah? Garrett, he was like horrified
by it. I kind of thoughtit was cute. What was your opinion
on that, Garfield? I thinkit was kind of terrifying. Really.
(30:30):
I think it's the way that balloonslike that just kind of like drift in.
I think they're fucking balloons. Idon't know, maybe I haven't watched
enough it. It's when they havelike the perfect amount of helium where they
don't like drift away that it's kindof hover and no, I know what
you're talking about. I understand they'recreepy. Yeah, and then has a
(30:52):
face on it. I thought itwas funny. I thought it was cute
too, and I thought it wasclever that it did look like Garfield.
So you can't hit with like copyrightif there is any on that motherfucker.
Yeah. So Glenn fucking did thatlike he was doing that party, like
he made fucking cast roles and piesand all the shits and the raccoons aid
(31:19):
it all they had a feast. Is that it. Are we good next
episode? I think that's it.One thing I saw in the news was
that they'd filmed the final episode,so it's in the can yep. Wow.
And there were a lot of alot of like tweets or Instagram posts
from the cast members being all nostalgic. Yeah, they've worked on the show
(31:42):
for so long now yeah. Andthere was one from America Ferrera that was
like congratulating them on their last dayof filming, and it was kind of
implying that she wasn't there. Thankgod. It just means she might not
have been there on the final day. She might have still filmed the episode,
she just couldn't deal with all thecleanup. Did you hear about her
(32:06):
directing some movie now? Yeah?Yeah, Yeah, that's pretty exciting.
I'm glad she's doing other projects.I want to see what other projects come
out from all of the talented peoplethat are involved in the show, and
maybe we can kind of keep upwith that in a way if we see
updates, we'll keep y'all updated. So next week, on March eleventh,
(32:30):
the episode Customer Satisfaction will air. That term you saw that a fucking customer
satisfaction such bullshit. You know what, the only people who ever do those
customer satisfaction surveys are people who arefucking assholes and who want to rant about
(32:51):
some quote unquote shitty experience they had. You probably caught somebody on a shitty
day, or they had a shittycustomer, or you're the shitty custom to
her, or you know, somebodyreally fucking sucked your dick at that fucking
store and they told you to dothe survey at the bottom of your receipt,
and you're like, you know what, Jessica, I'm gonna do that.
(33:15):
Thank you, You're so nice.Like nine times out of ten,
they never do it even when youdo all that. Yeah, but every
once in a while you'll get somebodywho said, Jessica was really great.
She helped me a lot in thisdepartment. What a great person. Five
stars, And if you don't givefive stars, it doesn't count for shit.
(33:35):
Just an fyi, anything below afive star rating is technically a fail
for that person. So fuck customersatisfaction, go to another store. Leave
sorry, Yeah, have a heavenlyday, asshole. Attention Cloud nine shoppers.
