(00:12):
This is Special Prosecutor Larry Klayman.I'm the only lawyer ever to obtain a
court ruling that a president of theUnited States committed a crime truth for competition.
As a young lawyer, I helpedbreak up AT and T. That's
why you have all your cell phonestoday. For sovereignty, for the Republic.
I'm the guy who a Judicial Watch, which I founded, uncovered the
China Gate scandal, millions of dollarsgoing to the Clinton campaign, corrupting our

(00:36):
political system, where the privacy ofcitizens. And I'm the only guy who've
enjoined the National Security Agency from masssurveillance on hundreds of millions of Americans hearing
it. I'm the son of meatpackers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I know
how to slice and dice, bringit. Then We're going to take this
country apart and put it back togetheragain in the way envisioned by our founding
fathers. It's not just we're notjust regurgitating news stories. Larry Claiman.

(01:00):
Special Prosecutor is making the news. And now here's Larry. Welcome to this
week's edition of Special Prosecutor with LarryClaiman. It truly is a special edition.
It's a historic edition because, asyou might remember, a few weeks
ago, we procured a conviction ofJoe Biden, Hunter Biden, and James

(01:25):
Biden for bribery from commentist China,Ukraine and Russia. There were more felonies
involved in that conviction, and youcan go to freedom Watch USA dot org
and actually read it. We previously, before getting that conviction from citizen's Judge
Michael Pendleton, had indicted the Bidens. We indicted them for exactly those crimes

(01:46):
and other crimes as listed in theindictment. A citizens grand jury indicted them.
You also can see that at freedomWatch USA dot org. We gave
the Bidens an opportunity to plead innocent, guilty or NOLA contender that means no
contest. They didn't show up.We gave them an opportunity to come to
the subsequent trial. They didn't showup. We gave them an opportunity if

(02:09):
they had come to ask for jury. They didn't get a jury because they
didn't appear, and therefore they weretried in Abstenia in Boise, Idaho,
a friendly venue for conservatives who don'tfeel like being attacked as they walked down
the street. That's the way thingsare today in some major capitals and cities

(02:30):
throughout this country. We then proceededto have Judge Pendleton issue a ruling,
which he did a conviction, andwe gave the Biden's notice that they could
come and argue against. We gavethem yet a fourth bite of the apple
that they weren't guilty. They didn'tshow up, and of course that resulted

(02:51):
in Michael Pendleton, the judge, issuing the sentence yesterday and they were sends
each of them to twenty years inprison, two years less than Enrico Tario,
the head of the Proud Boys, and there is a certain symmetry here
in terms of that the Biden certainlyshould have gotten many years. But frankly

(03:12):
we had mercy on Joe Biden becausegiven his health, he probably won't even
make it five years in prison. But we're in any event, it's not
Freedom Watch which is going to carryout the sentence. But we have a
right of citizens arrest in forty eightstates, including the District of Columbia,
and when there is probable cause thata felony has been committed, citizens have

(03:35):
a right to arrest that person orpersons and turn them over to law enforcement.
Now we've gone far beyond that.We have a conviction, so we
will be issuing a request to lawenforcement to exercise their duties and to arrest
the bidens. That is legal inforty eight states in this country, including

(03:58):
the District of Columbia. Can believethat the most leftist vile place in this
country. And we'll talk more aboutthat, as I do almost in every
book broadcast, because frankly, whenI go back to DC, you know,
having spent almost thirty years there,I am discussed it. Actually not
that much. I would say it'sabout twenty, but it felt like thirty.
I just it makes me sick tomy stomach. I look at the

(04:20):
buildings, I say, what's goingon in those buildings? You know,
it's a beautiful city. On theoutside of the much of it looks like
Disney World. It's not genuine Americana, but it has beautiful parks and trees
and a nice river called the Potomac. Lots of rats, I might add,
not just in terms of the onesthat's scurry about. I think there's
six rats for every one person, but if you count the politicians, they're

(04:43):
probably gonna get up to about thirtyrats for everyone person in any event,
enough humor aside, because this isvery serious. We did procure that conviction
and Joe Biden was also convicted fornegligent homicide for what went on in Afghanistan.
We're negligently at best. Thirteen Giswere killed at Kabul Airport, and

(05:05):
then of course we found out justrecently that Biden had reason to know there
would be an attack. To looktough politically, he ordered a drone strike
on ten Afghan allies, seven childrenin those families. He killed a three
year old. So he's been heldaccountable for negligent homicide as well, and
coming down the line will be adecision by Judge Pendleton with regard to Anthony

(05:29):
Fauci through his actions through negligent homicideand other illegal acts, he having given
the seeds of COVID nineteen, theCommunist Chinese lab in Wuhan is now responsible
for well in excess of six milliondeaths throughout the world, and counting it's
probably higher. It's probably closer toabout ten more than eight Hitler killed in
the Holocaust. This is where weare, as I always say, ladies

(05:53):
and gentlemen, but when you comparewhat the peaceful protesters, and we're going
to be talking about that with oneof them, Siaka Masakua, who's been
on this show many times. He'smy client, he's my friend. He's
a Hollywood actor, very accomplished. He's quite funny as a matter of fact,
but this is not a funny matter. He'll tell again his story because

(06:13):
his story is exemplary of what's beenhappening in this country, these January six
protesters, notwithstanding these huge sentences thatare coming down. And I'm the only
one that really will say it straightup, who handed that sentence down?
A judge by the name of TimothyKelly, who's not only he's not very
intelligent. I've been in front ofhim before, but he's an establishment hack.
Like the rest of the judges inthe US District Court for the District

(06:36):
of Columbia. It's not just Clintonjudges, it's not just Obama judges.
It's not just HW Bush judges orw judges meaning Bush. Even the Trump
judges are wreaking havoc and persecuting andforcing peaceful protesters to get down on their
knees and to make a confession toget a lesser sentence. Now, you

(06:59):
can read what exactly Enrico Tario said. That's what he did. You know,
he got twenty two years. Butbefore doing that, he had to
confess that he did something wrong orhe would have gotten the thirty three years
in all likelihood that was recommended bythe prosecutors. He shouldn't have confessed to
anything, and frankly, he lackedthe courage of his convictions in doing it,
because he knows that he did nothingthat justified twenty two years. In

(07:21):
fact, he wasn't even in theDistrict of Columbia. He was not violent,
and I don't know the specifics ofwhat was running through his head.
I did not represent him. Butthe fact is is that he's just an
example of many people in this country, even those who does simply allegedly trespass
getting to prison Tony because the gestapoof a justice department which is in the

(07:44):
control of brain dead criminal Joe Bidenand his yes men, Attorney General Merrick
Garland is despicable ex judge of theUS Circuit Court of Appeals for the District
of Columbia, and the FBI directoris simply a chameleon. Christopher Array does
whatever he's told of whoever is inpower. These people have been meeting out

(08:05):
what they considered to be justice, but in fact it's injustice. And they've
been persecuting these peaceful protesters. Andwhy is that? It's not just them,
They're investigating women at school board meetings, religious leaders. Anyone who will
stand up to the evil leftist regimeof Joe Biden and the left gets that

(08:26):
treatment. Over twelve hundred people havealready been indicted, many have been tried
and convicted and his coercion. Thisis our country today. It's little different
than Iran, North Korea, Russia, or communist China and many other dictatorial
regimes. This is the world welive in. We are in a revolutionary

(08:50):
mode. Most of the American peopleare asleep at the switch. I wrote,
so I wrote my book It takesa counter revolution. Wake up America.
Your Freedom Watch believes in peaceful andlegal means who wage the revolution.
But there are many in this country, I believe, in short order,
who are about ready to explode,to turn this into a bloodbath. I
trust not, I pray not.But when you see gas prices in California

(09:13):
approaching seven dollars in Los Angeles, and you see the high gas prices elsewhere,
the price of food. When yousee what's happening with regard to the
illegal immigration destroying our inner cities whichcannot house these people, and they have
disease and they get into the schoolsystem, the kids without even vaccinations for
polio or smallpox or diphtheria or whatever. You can see how angry the American

(09:39):
people are becoming. And here's theirony is that the Republican Party, the
rhinos on Capitol Hill, run around, as I've said several times in the
last few weeks, like chickens withouttheir heads on, saying we're going to
bring Joe Biden to justice, We'regoing to do an impeachment inquiry, We're
going to do this. We're goingto do that they've never done. Squat
what they want to your money. They want you to contribute to them.

(10:01):
And once they get that money, and once they retain power, if they
retain power, they do nothing. They did nothing to speak of with regard
to the balancing the budget. We'regoing to come up on a crisis on
that again, or reforming Obamacare,or telling us the true facts of life
with regard to these very destructive warsthat would get into by both political parties

(10:24):
sacrificing our brave servicemen and women. There is no government in this country anymore
other than a bunch of despots runningit. And Thomas Jefferson predicted it.
He said every twenty years or so, we would have to wage another revolution,
refreshing the tree of liberty with theblood of patriots and tyrants. We're
trying to head that off, andthat's why I ask you to support Freedom

(10:46):
Launched because these citizens, grand jury, citizens, trials, enlisting the support
of law enforcement to make arrests andto incarceerate those who are convicted are important.
And as far as Biden's concerned,we had to send him to Guantanamo.
Let him go down there. Actuallyit's all accounts. It's a great
prison that the terrorists love it downthere. It's like living in Miami,

(11:07):
except with some bars. But allof facetiousness aside is that we are in
a crisis today, and therefore Ido want you to go to freedom Watch
USA dot org contribute to our cause. We need to get bigger. We
need more lawyers, we need morepower legals, we need more office space.

(11:28):
We need to be your justice Department, because the only justice department which
claims to be your justice department, has become a hit loresque the stopo,
and it won't be too long,in my opinion, before they start mass
and carcarcerations without due process at all. The Democrats want Biden gone, that's
the irony is because he's been aliability to them and they want to run

(11:52):
a younger candidate like Gavin Newsom. And the Republicans want him to remain.
They want to basically just beat himup for the next year and a half
so they think they'll get their leaderinto power as the president. This is
our political system. This is corrupt. The American people are not being represented.
It's worse than in July fourth, seventeen seventy six. I'll be right
back with Siaka Massaqua Seerless exclaiming you'recrazy to kill the democratic dangerous. I'm

(12:45):
here using the court at the bootspecial Prosecutor Larry claiming if you'd like to
support freedom Watch and this radio show, go to freedom Watch USA dot org.
Among the tyranny in this country arevarious groups who run interference for the
left who and I can say thisbecause I'm a Jewish Christian. If anybody

(13:07):
else says it, they'll be brandedas a semi just like Siaka can criticize
the leftist African Americans that are alsoparticipating in the destruction of this country.
But the Jewish left, frankly,is evil. It's evil, and they're
disciples of Karl Marx. They're notJewish people. They're not to be confused

(13:30):
with fellow Jews. Fellow Jews thepoor what they do. But these people
are generally not even religious, ina group which I've tangled within the past
when I experienced anti Semitism myself. It helped start Judicial Watch when I encountered
a judge in Los Angeles, Californiaby the name of William Keller who was
disparaging my Jewish client, my Chineseclient, and my gay client at the

(13:56):
time in a trademark case. Iasked the ADLs, the Merit the Anti
Defamation League, this is the groupthat claims to protect Jewish people from anti
Semitism, for help, and lookinginto the judge, they were nowhere to
be found. I found out thereason why. I actually learned from Ramsey

(14:16):
Clark, who used to be AttorneyGeneral. He was leftist, but We
became friends because he was someone whowent against the establishment as well. I
respected him, he respected me.He defended a lawyer that got involved in
that controversy with regard to an issuethat touched on the ADL. And he
pointed out that the reason that JudgeKeller was able to remain on the bench,

(14:39):
generally speaking, is because he helpedraise money in the Anti Defamation League.
Now fast forward, just this week, Elon Mosk is accused by the
Anti Defamation League, which frankly isso far left its borderland communist Karl Marx
like he was accused of being ananti semit He's not an anti Semit.
Anti semit Nights perhaps had posted onTwitter. There are people who are anti

(15:03):
Christian who post on Twitter. Thereare people who are of all stories that
post on Twitter. That doesn't makeit right. But Elon Musk believes in
free speech, which is one ofthe reasons he took over Twitter, because
it wasn't free speech before that,it was discrimination. Well, he's lost
sixty percent according to reports of hisadvertisers on Twitter. And this is the

(15:24):
Anti Defamation Lee. People who claimto represent Jewish people that don't and in
fact to serve their own interests toraise money. During the period when Keller
was being questioned about his anti Semitism, he it was stated that in fact,
the Adel was involved, as Isaid, in raising money for those

(15:48):
judges, and when I asked forhelp, there was none to be found
with regard to my clients. SoI wanted to raise this because this is
the world we live in today andpeople have to call as they see it.
I'm a Jewish Christian. I believein Jesus. Jesus was Jewish as
a matter of fact, and I'mproud of my heritage, and I'm proud

(16:08):
of the Jewish people as i ammy Christian people. But these Jewish leftists,
and you can see them on theCNN, you can see them on
MSNBC. I mean, I knowthe fellow Junos another jew is that they
are Marxists, most of them, and extremely destructive to this country. And

(16:29):
you know, if if Elon Muskwants my help at Freedom Wash, I
will bring a lawsuit for defamation againstthe Anti Defamation League, among other things.
But this is where we live intoday. And Siaka knows this too,
because he's a Black American. Heknows how he's treated by blacks on
the left. I'm sure your cors. I have other clients who are black

(16:52):
that stood up, who were conservatives, stood up to the tyranny of the
lay were called Uncle Tom's, theywere called house ends, they were threatened.
It's unbelief. When we come back, Siak, I want you to
talk about that, because it's notjust the Biden, but it's others out
there that basically want to destroy us. And we have to be strong and
we have to stand up for whatis right. So I want people to

(17:12):
go to freedom Watch USA dot orgcontribute to our cause with tax deductible contributions.
We call it as we see andwe don't pull any punches. And
again with regard to judges like TimothyKelly, he was appointed by Trump.
He's as bad as the Obama,Clinton and Bush judges over there. Trump
didn't know who he was appointing. The Republican lobbyists gave him the names stamped,

(17:36):
you know, nominee. But hisjudge is almost as bad. In
fact, they've thrown him under thebus as well as the others that we
need to clean up the corruption onthe federal court, in particular in the
district of Lumpia. It is literallya cesspool of corruption. We'll be right
back with Siaka Masaku and I wantto get his take on all of this.
He's very articulate and he's also aman who believes in his heart that

(18:00):
he has to do what is right. Stay tuned, m and now for

(18:30):
words that make corrupt politicians make weewee in their little pants. Transparency and
the rule of law will be thetouchtnes of this president. But we have
to pass the bill so that youcan find out what is in its.
Special Prosecutor Larry claiming he the onewho makes our country great again. Go

(18:56):
to freedom Watch USA dot org andthey I'm back with Siaka Massaquad, my
client, my friend, a verybrave American. I hope I didn't put
you on the spot with my rampageagainst the Jewish left, but I'd like
you to come in on how youfeel about blacks on the left? GI

(19:17):
you as an uncle Tom and sellout well. I always find an interesting
you know how the left works. They definitely use their different minority groups to
make sure they shut down other minoritieswithin and around the cities and all that
wherever they can affect. I liketo call them like the Black Revolutionaries.

(19:38):
You know, right now, theygo to predominantly HBCU just graduated college and
they think just because they have thepaperwork that then perhaps there is a way
to move that. Then they youknow, they get from their teachers,
who in colleges about ninety plus percentin liberal leftists, a lot of them
are. It's really sad because youknow, you have conversations with people and

(20:02):
you know, you look at thebiggest issues like the populous homes or the
murder rate being at eighty percent, and I've literally had them. You know,
people look me in the face andgo, oh, well, people
killed each other all the time,or that's just the right wing talking point.
And I find it fascinating as youwere talking about, kind of seeing

(20:22):
where we're going as a culture andseeing people getting locked up by January six,
stuff that's going on, people gettingconvicted for for misdemeanors and spending real
hard time in jail. And Istarted thinking myself, man, it's that's
so much like uh, sorry,I got a plane. Planes about to
come through. Definitely not on abombing run. No, No, that's

(20:47):
just the Southwest Airline that'll be astep up for a January six peaceful protesters.
Yeah, exactly right. No,but seeing people seeing what they're doing,
because all these moves are to makesure they shut you down. And
and it's yeah, it's you,but it's for it's as we see,
it's for the ripple effect. Rightwhen they tell somebody like myself and you

(21:10):
know, growing up and anything Iwould do that wasn't deep black, I
would be considered, you know, trying to act white. And when you
do that, if somebody next tome thinks that's the right way to be,
they just stop themselves because they don'twant to get made fun of,
like I did. We see thesame thing over there with January six,
Like for the same thing the PresidentUnited States has done himself, which is
trust passed. People are getting realfederal prison time. And you're like,

(21:33):
wait a second, that's so noone else ever even considers the idea of
standing up against whoever is in power. You know, it's the same tactic.
It's just a deeper and higher consequencesnow, you know, like what
we're going through and what so manyothers including friends of ours JD and you
know, and many others from Januarysixth. It's it's it's wild what you've

(21:56):
been on the show before, butrefresh everybody's recollection this to what happened to
you relatively quickly. And then Iwant to move on to your take on
the sentence against Enrico Tario and someof the others getting twenty two years,
eighteen years, seventeen years, peoplewho never lifted a hand. Well,
so for me, it's for me. My home was rated on June ten

(22:19):
of twenty twenty one at forty fivein the morning and at least you know,
anywhere between fifteen and eighteen eighteens, guns drawn, cuffing myself up,
my best friend, grabbing my godsonsfive and or four and seven at the
time. It's traumatic is a softwareof putting it. But it was,
like we've talked about before, it'sgot stop of tactics. State presented me

(22:41):
with a one sheet of paper andthen took all my stuff and it wasn't
until threatening to follow him playing aweek and a half later, I was
able to see what they even seethe final paperwork that they put together,
what they were gonna be there totake, which my maga hats my three
thousand dollars computer own basically my AAjournals, my old head shot, you

(23:04):
know, PDF, flash drives. It was to shut you up, you
know. And I because I'm nota rich man and I'll have a bunch
of powers anything like that. I'mnot you know, born into royalty like
that here in the US. AndI felt the best thing to do was
to get the story out there assoon as possible. We went live right

(23:26):
away, right as it happened,Right after it happened. They walked out
about the gaming that morning. Theyleft around noon, and we just started
getting the word out. And Ithink that's been a positive thing because I've
seen a lot of people that I'veknown go down quietly and think by being
quiet it was going to give them, spare them some type of headache and
grief. If anything, it justwent the way they're going to go.

(23:47):
So I was under the belief andas we get closer to God, underblief
that we just have to be bold. Evil's going to do what it's going
to do, regardless of if wesit hit hiding in the corner or we
stand bold with it. So whatif God happens to do I believe that's
that's that's where I'm in this position. I'm really glad to got something like,
well, and you brought U lawsuit in the district court in the

(24:07):
Central District, California, Hack judge, they're dismissed it. We went up
to them, we got we wanteda normal argument. We wanted to face
them face the face, but theywant to face us because we obviously well
first that first they did, whichwas crazy because it was about almost two
months of Hey guys, you're gonnahave an oral argument in a week.

(24:29):
A week and a half before wewere supposed to go in. The email
comes in saying sorry, guys,we feel like you don't need to.
But the funny thing is we foundout it was a couple of days earlier.
We just found this out after thefact. But a Trump appointed judge
who was taking our case, herecused himself for any case that had to

(24:49):
do with Trumble whatsoever, including theTwitter deformation suit that Trump had going.
So he recused himself from all that. We had. These three judges that
came from you know, I wouldsay that not friendlies and they yeah,
you're fighting Obama and Clinton, right, So the trifecta, the three students

(25:10):
yeah, yeah, yeah, andso you know, well and it was
it was it wasn't surprising, buttoo as you know, we talked about
the ruling to say, when ourgovernment comes against you, just file paperwork
with the what this is the uhthis Attorney General's office. I think they
said they want us to do.Yeah, the theory is, let me.

(25:30):
But then here is that we suedin their individual capacity, the director
of the FBHI okay, Christopher,And under a case what is called vivens
is that if there's no other adequateremedy at law, which there wasn't here,
then you can proceed against the governmentofficial for violating your constitutional rights against

(25:53):
the individual. And we asked forlarge damages. So the judges come back
and they don't even have the courageto confront us, and they write on
the top of the opinions. Youknow, they wrote it maybe in about
fifteen minutes, okay, two pagesnot to be as precedent, not to
be published because they knew published itwas dishonest. And they say, well,

(26:18):
you could have filed a complaint withthe Office of Professional Responsibility or the
Inspector General of the Inspector General. That's star. But that's not a complaint
at all. That's discretion or that'snot even worth the paper it's written on,
because yeah, exactly, it waslike the violated they violated your year,
your constitutional right, go ahead andfill out some paperwork over by this

(26:38):
government institution and will review it.Yeah, and that's the same people who
violated your rights to rule. Exactly, it's like to write that on a
piece of paper, but like yousaid, to have them say, hey,
it's not to be published as ifit's not precedent, so they don't
want they know it can't move forwardand be used logically in any case,
was very telling of what it wasabout. They want to shut it down

(27:00):
and go one hundred miles per hourwith this narrative of worse attack that since
Pearl Harbor and all these things, because you know, as you mentioned earlier
with Terio, you know he's gottwenty two years. I knew he was
going to get the highest amount sofar because he was black. He's a
black man. But I know they'rethey're trying to I come into conclusion one

(27:21):
way or the other, they're gonnaput Trump behind bars. That's just me
none that they're gonna put him behindbars. And he's he may even went
from behind the bar, but they'regonna do it, you know, getting
back to your situation. We're gonnatake this to the Supreme Court. We'll
see where we go. Yeah, one shot. Because they are in fact
part of this establishment. They fearfor their own lives up there. Frankly,

(27:42):
I mean, with some exceptions, and you know, hopefully nobody harms
them. We don't want that.Well, you know, one thing,
one thing I thought about in thiswhole process. You know, we got
to a point where we were possiblygoing to be able to speak, and
that was two years after they cameinto my home and and then reading the
Bible, reading Exodus, learning aboutmost of this journey. He did all

(28:03):
that, all the work for thepeople, and he didn't get to see
the promised land. The way Ilook at it is that, you know,
somebody's got to step up, andeven if we aren't the ones to
get that like big celebration, Ilook at this as what we're doing our
part to ship away at what hasbeen corroted, you know, and kind
of confessing our country for so long. And I'm proud just to be a

(28:27):
part of that with you. Tome it's about the journey of this thing,
and who knows, it could takeanother two years for us to finally
get in front and finally be ableto speak. But it's not about making
sure, you know, it's notabout just getting the win. It's about
making sure we endure till the end, as God says. So I am.
I'm personally hopeful that you know,Hey, they wanted to do what

(28:48):
they did to Ninth Circuit. Great, we'll go up to the Supreme Court
and I want people to forget aboutit like they did that coach and then
look up and read the headline saying, just like they did the other way.
Netflix actor Netflix actor wins lossuit. You know it's very portable. Well,
you're in a strong position because youdid not reach the capitol. Yeah,

(29:11):
and you know that you have thusfar not been charged with anything,
and they've never very clard like that. They haven't given you back your computer
or what you need to make aliving. You haven't had any justice at
the Ninth Circuit a surprise. Butwe'll see how they react. It's going
to be very very interesting. Canyou can you tell us what I keep

(29:33):
trying to pronounce this when I doother shows to have the whole court read
it. What is it called again, it's a petition for hearing re hearing
on bank and you and I willdiscuss whether we want to go Bob Bob
Circuit and ask for that before wego to the Supreme Court or just go
directly to the Supreme Court. ButI hope people will support us. I
hope they will contribute. You canlaunch to pay for this because even the

(29:56):
printing at the Supreme Court, thisis how patrician it is eat us.
It is. Even the printing willcause probably ten to fifteen thousand dollars of
the brief because they want it,you know, so they can read it
on the toilet actually book and everything, and they can take it in there.
We can get we can give them, we can give some gift cards
to Staples that lot there. Youknow. They're like, we can make

(30:21):
it so much easier for m guys. You don't have to use the government
stuff. It cost you mutch alittle books, a little book like this,
you know, special printing. Yeah, they have to have that expenses.
So I hope people will go tofreedom Watch USA dot org because it
may be our only opportunity amongst someothers to try to reverse the trend here.
Now we have another class action inthe Northern District of Florida for an

(30:45):
individual by the name because his isRivera, and we've got something else up
our sleeve. Watch what we donext week in that regard. Another class
action coming down the line, andSiaka is going to be part of that
as well. We have to keeppunching to educate the American people that our
legal system has become compromised and corruptand will not address these issues. So

(31:08):
what do you do, si Akawhen you see these things happening, When
you see peaceful protesters getting you know, twenty two years, seventeen years,
ten years, two years, peoplebeing thrown in prison who just walked into
the capitol have cancer. They can'teven get adequate care in the DC jails
over there. Well, I meanyou gotta. I think there's two there's

(31:30):
two steps to this, depending onwhere you are. If you're someone out
there watching wondering, man, mycountry's fallen apart. I want to get
involved, you know, like yousaid, support, support, support as
you can, you know, supportour case here against the FBI. Here
free to watch dot com and sothat way we're able to continue for then
the second side of it is lookaround your neighborhood. It's this attack from

(31:52):
the Marxists that we're talking about. It's not just the government federal government.
It's not just that Hollywood or LosAngeles cities. It's everywhere. And if
you look up, you dab sureare people where they are will find the
fight that they need to get into. So you're not getting involved, whether
it's support, get your sweat equityout there and be a part of the

(32:14):
part of the solution, not theproblem. That's very important and that's the
basis of my book, too, takes the kind of revolution Wake up in
America. Right, if you're aretirement age you know, and you don't
care about your kids and grandkids andfuture generations, if you're just going to
write it out with the money you'vesaved. Of course, it has been
dissipated now with the Econada, andyou're as guilty as the people who are

(32:35):
committing these crimes. And if you'reyoung or middle aged, you're not going
to have a country much longer. So it's time to rise up in that
regard. And one of the waysyou can do that, and I know,
I'm you know, advertising right now, but you have to have to
unique the funds. Our contributions havefallen down because the Republicans siphon a lot
of it off during these election cycles. And frankly, even those people on

(32:58):
Capitol Hill, you know, peoplelike Josh Hawley, or people like Lauren
Boberg or Marjorie Taylor Green, they'rehaving their hands tied behind their backs by
the Speaker of the House, KevinMcCarthy. We'll be right back with the
verdict section. Special Prosecutor Larry Claimanwill librate even further. Before he was

(33:30):
a trial lawyer, he sliced himand diced him. People. We used
to ask me, Larry, whatcaused you to start judicial watching? How
freedom Watch given the powerful forces inthis country that puts you at risk in
a meat packing plan. I'm theson of meat packers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
I'm add a slice and dice avery special prosecutor Larry Krayman. If

(33:51):
you'd like to support freedom Watch andthis radio show, go to freedom Watch
USA dot org. We're back withthe verdict. Ladies and gentlemen, patriots,
people of faith, those who believein the vision and creation of our
founding fathers, or anyone that justwants to preserve liberty and justice and is
honest, because we have to behonest with ourselves. This is not going

(34:13):
to go away. It's like adisease, contagious disease that will last the
rest of your lives, however longthat may be. And I don't want
to be Debbie Downer. I don'twant to be an ultra pessimist. But
unless we face reality, this countrywill not exist much longer. And you
can see, and the point Iwas making before the break is the Republican
Party, the Rhinos, primarily, not all of them. You know,

(34:37):
I'm a registered Republican too, butI keep it only to criticize them,
and I haven't had time to quit. But the fact is is that these
people in Capitol Hill are not init for real. They're in it for
their stature. They're in for raisingmoney, for acquiring power. When they've
had the opportunity to really make achange, they do nothing. And that's

(34:57):
why you know, they've even attemptedon several to throw President Trump under the
bus. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy wantedTrump impeached or removed under the twenty fifth
Amendment for you know, not beingstable right after January sixth. The people
need to understand the reality. Youcan watch Fox News all you want,
and you know it supplies some valuableinformation, but it does not tell you

(35:21):
the truth that we have no representationin Washington, DC. Now, there
are some good Republicans, Siaka,I believe you're a Republican. You're a
good Republican, but you're in theminority. And this is the problem that
we have. We need more politicalparties, we need more competition. I
believe we need to declare independence again. That's what our Third Continental Congress is

(35:42):
moving towards. To declare a newgovernment and not a new nation. To
get ethical people to run it,To remove immunity from government officials such that
you don't need a Bibin's action tobring a case against the director of the
FBI either liable for what they doif it's negligent or criminal. And so
frankly, to make some rules changes, and how we get better judges,
because the way we get them nowthey get there through legal legalized bribery by

(36:06):
and large campaign contributions. That's howyou get on the bench. You know,
from special interests. So they puttheir yes men on the bench,
and yes men do what those whogot them on the bench want. And
it's not much different than the judgesof King George the Third who rubber stamped
his edicts, you know, backin the days, months and years leading
up to seven seventy six. SoI'm gonna give you the final words,

(36:28):
Siaka, to infact, do thebenediction here, because if you believe in
God or not, there's some universalvalue, universal values, and those are
not being adhered to in this countryand it's destroying the nation. Well,
you know, I've had this questioncome up with a few times, especially

(36:50):
you know, people still in theparty. I'm vice chair at the LAGOP
now, so I've been dealing withthe political side here in all Great Los
Angeles, and what I'm seeing themost is that people of faith need to
be a part of the solution. That we need to run your assembly districts.
You need to find candidates to runbecause what is missing in government,

(37:14):
just like in entertainment, just likein a schooling system, it's more people
of faith, Christians, Jews.We need to get involved other to step
back and then let someone else takecare of it. You're hoping that they
may share your value, but younever know, and we've seen now that
is not a way to move.It leaves us exposed, and it leaves

(37:37):
us in a position that we're innow and is just getting worse. So
yeah, we can you know,I think you're right if the revolutions that
we need to have, one ofthem is getting Christians, getting Jewish folks
people faith back into the government, which we have small less and less of,
so that they have your interests atheart. I really do believe that's

(38:00):
you can start to shift and youtake over piece mail by piece mail.
If they took over, you getyour you get your assembly district, first,
go out to your county, thenget your region, and then get
your state. To hope that isgoing to be one belt swoop, I
think it can be a little naive. So I think that that's all you
got to do it. And atthe end of the day, guys like

(38:22):
Joe Biden tried to scare people bysaying, unless you have F sixteen,
you can't do anything about it.But we have we have God, and
we have the creator of everything, and lean on the creative of everything.
You don't have to do everything. You just got to do what he has
and I might ask you to doYou and I are religious. There are
other people that are inwardly religious, are people who are not tied to any

(38:43):
denomination. That doesn't mean that youhave to be religious in the formal sentence
to do it. Goodness is inyour heart and you believe in basic values,
then you have to do something now. So I thank you, Siaka
and God bless you. Is myfriend, colleague and client, and we
will keeping We will keep punching untilwe prevail. That's the positive side of
Larry claiming Freedom Watch and Siaka Masako. Remember the father and son will only

(39:07):
help us if we help ourselves.Thank you for listening to up. Amen.
